Objective:To explore the practical effectiveness of nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction in improving the sense of hope in breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 104 breast c...Objective:To explore the practical effectiveness of nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction in improving the sense of hope in breast cancer patients.Methods:A total of 104 breast cancer patients treated in our hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were included and divided into a control group(routine nursing,52 cases)and an observation group(routine nursing+nursing based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction)using a random number table method.The Benefit Finding Scale(BFS),Hope Level Scale(HHI),and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30(QLQ-C30)were used to compare and analyze the scores of the two groups before intervention,3 months after intervention,and 6 months after intervention.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in BFS,HHI,and QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Both BFS and HHI scores increased in the two groups at 3 and 6 months after intervention compared to before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group had better BFS and HHI scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in QLQ-C30 scores between the two groups in all dimensions(P>0.05).Data comparison at 6 months after intervention showed that the observation group had better scores in all dimensions of QLQ-C30 than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on the theory of Gratitude Extension-Construction can effectively improve the benefit-finding ability of postoperative breast cancer patients,enhance their level of hope,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing.展开更多
BACKGROUND Leukemia is a broad term for blood cell cancer.Leukemia is divided into acute or chronic,depending on cell differentiation.Leukemia patients are prone to adverse reactions during chemotherapy,such as anxiet...BACKGROUND Leukemia is a broad term for blood cell cancer.Leukemia is divided into acute or chronic,depending on cell differentiation.Leukemia patients are prone to adverse reactions during chemotherapy,such as anxiety,depression,and even suicide,affecting prognosis.As a nursing model developed by three well-known cognitive psychologists,empathetic nursing with mindfulness cognitive therapy(ENMCT)can effectively reduce anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life in patients with chronic disease.AIM To explore the effect of ENMCT on cancer-induced fatigue,hope level,and negative emotions in patients with long-term leukemia chemotherapy.METHODS A total of 103 patients with long-term leukemia chemotherapy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled and randomly assigned to observation and control groups using the random number table approach.Fifty-one patients in the control group received routine nursing,while 52 patients in the observation group received empathic nursing with mindfulness cognitive therapy.After three months of nursing care,cancerinduced fatigue was measured with the Piper Fatigue Scale(PFS),hope level with the Herth Hope Index(HHI),and negative emotion with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)/Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD).Self-management(Chinese Strategies Used by People to Promote Health)was also recorded.RESULTS The observation group’s total scores in behavior,cognition,emotion,feeling,and PFS were lower than the control group after the intervention(P<0.05).Keeping close contact with others,the attitude of taking positive actions,the attitude toward reality and future,and the total HHI score were higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s HAMA and HAMD scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group’s positive attitude,self-decision,and self-relief scores were greater than the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Empathetic nursing with cognitive mindfulness therapy is beneficial in improving cancer-related fatigue,negative emotions,expectation level,and self-management ability in patients with longterm leukemia chemotherapy.展开更多
Objective: to study and analyze the value of humanistic care model in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method: into our hospital from October 2019 to May 2021 to maintenance hemodialysis treatment of 60 patients...Objective: to study and analyze the value of humanistic care model in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Method: into our hospital from October 2019 to May 2021 to maintenance hemodialysis treatment of 60 patients, random digital table is divided into research group, control group, each 30 cases, implement routine care, research group to carry out humanistic care care mode intervention, the two groups of patients coping way, hope level, nutritional status, nursing satisfaction evaluation comparison.Results: the MCMQ scale and M C M Q scores were lower than the control group, the Herth Hope scale was higher than the control group, albumin, total protein and proalbumin levels, nursing satisfaction was higher than the controls, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: the application of humanistic care model in maintenance hemodialysis patients can improve patient response, improve nutritional status and nursing satisfaction with high application value.展开更多
