We based our approach on establishing a comprehensive advantage evaluating index system that offers scientific substance for creating a development plan and the strategic management of high-tech industry and regional clusters of high-tech enterprises. Furnhermore, this paper selects some typical high-tech enterprises＇ data to make comprehensive training on the network system. Meanwhile, the paper chooses some enterprises as testing samples to test the method, the result of which proves that this method is truly effective. With China＇s rapid economic development, corporate social responsibility （CSR） plays greater impact on its direct stakeholder employees＇ organizational commitment （EOC）. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 4...With China＇s rapid economic development, corporate social responsibility （CSR） plays greater impact on its direct stakeholder employees＇ organizational commitment （EOC）. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 426 employees of high-tech enterprises within Jiangsu Province. Multiple regression method was used to test the hypothesis based on the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis. The results show that the four dimensions of CSR including employees responsibility, products responsibility, environment responsibility and charitable responsibility have positive effect on the affective commitment;while the continuance commitment might be more influenced by the environment and charitable responsibility. The regulatory focus plays a moderate effect between CSR and EOC. Promote regulatory focus have positive impact on affective commitment and negative impact on continuance commitment. Defense regulatory focus is just on the opposite.展开更多
In the era of green logistics,digital transformation has become an effective means for the logistics industry’s high-quality development.Using listed companies in China’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2021 as the ...In the era of green logistics,digital transformation has become an effective means for the logistics industry’s high-quality development.Using listed companies in China’s logistics industry from 2010 to 2021 as the research samples,this paper conducts an empirical test on the impact of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on their green in-novation.Specifically,enterprise digital transformation indicators are constructed through the text analysis method,and the fixed-effects model is applied for analysis.The results indicate that the digital transformation of logistics enterprises has a significant promoting effect on their green innovation;the promoting effect of the digital transformation of logistics enterprises on green innovation is primarily achieved by easing corporate financing constraints and reducing corporate en-vironmental uncertainty;and the impact of digital transformation on green innovation is geographically heterogeneous.展开更多

Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are considered the backbone of global economy, but they often face cyberthreats which threaten their financial stability and operational continuity. This work aims to offer a ...Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are considered the backbone of global economy, but they often face cyberthreats which threaten their financial stability and operational continuity. This work aims to offer a proactive cybersecurity approach to safeguard SMEs against these threats. Furthermore, to mitigate these risks, we propose a comprehensive framework of practical and scalable cybersecurity measurements/protocols specifically for SMEs. These measures encompass a spectrum of solutions, from technological fortifications to employee training initiatives and regulatory compliance strategies, in an effort to cultivate resilience and awareness among SMEs. Additionally, we introduce a specially designed a Java-based questionnaire software tool in order to provide an initial framework for essential cybersecurity measures and evaluation for SMEs. This tool covers crucial topics such as social engineering and phishing attempts, implementing antimalware and ransomware defense mechanisms, secure data management and backup strategies and methods for preventing insider threats. By incorporating globally recognized frameworks and standards like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST guidelines, this questionnaire offers a roadmap for establishing and enhancing cybersecurity measures.展开更多
