High-quality reservoirs with sufficient physical properties of ultra-deep tight gas reservoirs in the Lower Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation exhibit significant relationship with gas production across the Dabei Gas Field.Clarifying the characteristics,controlling factors,evolution and distribution of the high-quality reservoirs is important for the deployment of"sweet spots".An integrated approach of petrography,SEM,cathode luminescence,XRD,physical property,NMR experiment,well logs and 3D pre-stack depth migration data was carried out.This study examined the sedimentation,diagenesis,tectonism,gypsumrock and overpressure to reveal the formation and distribution of the high-quality reservoirs.The sandstones are very fine-to coarse-grained lithic arkose.The variation in detrital grains texture and mineralogical composition affects diagenetic evolution,pore structure and gas-bearing characteristic.Three diagenetic facies(diagenetic facies A to C)are classified.Different diagenetic facies underwent different evolution of reservoir quality.The medium-fine to medium-grained lithic arkose(diagenetic facies A)underwent medium vertical compaction,tectonic compression and cementation,and exhibited relatively porous,which makes partial primary pores preserved with the occurrence and persistence of overpressure.Conversely,the very fine to fine-grained and mud gravel-rich medium-grained lithic arkose(diagenetic facies B)and diagenetic facies C appeared premature densification by strong compaction and tight carbonate cementation,respectively,which makes them free from overpressure effects.Natural fractures increased the permeability by several orders of magnitude.Gypsum-rock weakened the vertical compaction and tectonic compression,and delayed cementation,promoted and preserved overpressure.With the injection of internal high alkaline fluids,anhydrite/dolomite cements/veins and dissolution of siliceous developed.Diagenetic facies A exhibited sufficient physical properties and gas volume,making it the high-quality reservoir in tight gas sandstone.Diagenetic facies B and C mainly were used as barriers for hydrocarbon charging.Diagenetic facies A was mainly distributed in the middle-lower part of distributary channel or the middle-upper part of mouth bar.This distribution model provides guidance for exploration in ultra-deep tight sandstone gas reservoir. 展开更多

The total amount of fat and protein, the ratio of unsaturated fatty acid (UFA) to saturated fatty acid (SFA), the fatty acid (FA) of erucic acid chain, the total amount of oleic acid and linoleic acid were negatively correlated with the sowing date; the UFA content, the unsatu- ration index, the SFA content, the 18-C FA content, and the ratio of UFA to FA in erucic acid chain were positively correlated with the sowing date. The contents of erucic acid, thioglycoside, seed protein, oleic acid, linolenic acid and eicosenoic acid were negatively correlated with the plant density, while the contents of oil, palmitic acid, stearic acid and linoleic acid were positively correlated with the plant density. The total amount of fat and protein (F & P), and the ratio of UFA to FA in erucic acid chain were negatively correlated with the plant density, while the UFA content, the unsaturation index, the SFA content, the ratio of UFA to SFA, the 18-C FA content, the FA in erucic acid chain, and the total amount of oleic acid and linoleic acid were positively correlated with the plant density. The contents of erucic acid, thioglycoside, oil, protein in milled rapeseed, palmitic acid and eicosenoic acid were negatively correlated with the nitrogen fertilizer amount, while the contents of seed protein, oleic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid were posi- tively correlated with the nitrogen fertilizer amount; the total F & P, the unsaturation index and the ratio of UFA to FA in erucic acid chain were positively correlated with the nitrogen fertilizer amount, while the UFA content, the SFA content, the FA in erucic acid chain, the total amount of oleic acid and linoleic acid, the ratio of UFA to SFA, and the 18-C FA content were negatively correlated with the nitrogen fertilizer amount The contents of erucic acid, thioglycoside, seed protein, linoleic acid and linolenic acid were negatively correlated with the potash fertilizer amount, while contents of oil, oleic acid, stearic acid and eicosenoic acid were positively correlated with the potash fertilizer amount; the total F & P, the unsaturation index, the SFA, and the ratio of UFA to FA in erucic acid chain were negatively correlated with the potash fertilizer amount There were negative correlations between the contents of erucic acid, thioglycoside, seed protein, palmitic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and phosphate fertilizer amount; positive correlations between the contents of oil, oleic acid, eicosenoic acid and phosphate fertilizer amount The total UFA, the unsaturation index, the 1843 FA, the SFA, the FA in erucic acid chain, and the ratio of UFA to FA in erucic acid chain were negatively correlated with the phosphate fertilizer amount [Conclusion] This study identified the correlations of the five cultivation factors with the quality parameters of high-quality Brassica napus hybrids, to provide theoretical basis for its cultivation. 展开更多

Predicting high-quality volcanic reservoirs is one of the key issues for oil and gas exploration in the Songnan gas field.Core,seismic,and measurement data were used to study the lithologies,facies,reservoir porosity,and reservoir types of the volcanic rocks in the Songnan gas field.The primary controlling factors and characteristics of the high-quality volcanic reservoirs of the Yingcheng Formation in the Songnan gas field were investigated,including the volcanic eruptive stage,edifice,edifice facies,cooling unit,lithology,facies,and diagenesis.Stages with more volatile content can form more high-quality reservoirs.The effusive rhyolite,explosive tuff,and tuff lava that formed in the crater,near-crater,and proximal facies and in the high-volatility cooling units of large acidic-lava volcanic edifices are the most favorable locations for the development of the high-quality reservoirs in the Songnan gas field.Diagenesis dissolution,which is controlled by tectonic action,can increase the size of secondary pores in reservoirs.Studying the controlling factors of the high-quality reservoirs can provide a theoretical basis for the prediction and analysis of high-quality volcanic reservoirs. 展开更多

Spatio-temporal Evolution and Driving Factors of the High-quality Development of Provincial Tourism in China 被引量:10

Accelerating the promotion of high-quality development of tourism(HQDT) is of great significance to the sustainable development of tourism. This paper defined the concept of HQDT, and then built an evaluation system for HQDT measurement to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of China’s HQDT based on provincial panel data from 2010 to 2019, using Geodetector to explore the similarities and differences between driving factors of HQDT and tourism development scale(TDS). The results show that:1) Taking the development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing as the guidance, and considering the organic unity of quantity and quality, the evaluation index system of the HQDT consists of six dimensions of economic stability, innovation driving, coordination and linkage, green and sustainability, openness and cooperation, and sharing and harmony, which respectively represent the basis, momentum, means, orientation, direction and purpose of the HQDT;2) The level of China’s HQDT shows an upward trend, presenting the characteristics of eastern region > central region > western region > northeastern region in 2019. The regional differences in China’s HQDT show a downward trend, and the intra-regional differences have replaced the inter-regional differences as the main source of regional differences;3) China’s HQDT shows the characteristics of higher in the east and lower in the west along the Hu line, while the improvement speed of HQDT shows the characteristics of faster in the west and slower in the east, making the decline of east-west differentiation of China’s HQDT and the movement of the gravity center towards southwest;4) Both HQDT and TDS are obviously driven by tourism capital investment and regional consumption. In terms of differences, the HQDT is more driven by government guidance, innovation driving force, and opening up, while the main driving factors of TDS are more biased toward capital elements and hardware facilities, including informatization, tourism resource, traffic, and eco-environment. 展开更多

Due to the complex conditions and strong heterogeneity of tight sandstone reservoirs,the reservoirs should be classified and the controlling factors of physical properties should be studied.Cast thin section observations,cathodoluminescence,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and high-pressure mercury injection(HPMI)were used to classify and optimize the reservoir.The Brooks-Corey model and stepwise regression were used to study the fractal dimension and main controlling factors of the physical properties of the high-quality reservoir.The results show that the reservoirs in the study area can be divided into four types,and the high-quality reservoir has the best physical properties and pore-throat characteristics.In the high-quality reservoir,the homogeneity of transitional pores was the best,followed by that of micropores,and the worst was mesopores.The porosity was controlled by depth and kaolinite.The model with standardized coefficients is y=12.454−0.778×(Depth)+0.395×(Kaolinite).The permeability was controlled by depth,illite/montmorillonite,and siliceous cement,and the model with standardized coefficients is y=1.689−0.683×(Depth)−0.395×(Illite/Montmorillonite)−0.337×(Siliceous Cement).The pore-throat evolutionary model shows that the early-middle diagenetic period was when the reservoir physical properties were at their best,and the kaolinite intercrystalline pores and residual intergranular pores were the most important. 展开更多

[Objective] This research was to provide technical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality tobacco in Qianxinan area.[Method] Through analyzing the conditions of main tobacco cultivation areas in Qianxinan including temperature,precipitation and sunshine,the influence factors of tobacco yield and quality in Qianxinan were investigated.[Result] The altitude of Division I was 450-1 650 m,its days with temperature equal to or higher than 20℃ were about 80 d,its active accumulated temperature was 1 200-2 100℃ and its annual average temperature was 13.5-14.6℃.The altitude of Division II was 1 300-1 450 m,its days with temperature equal to or higher than 20℃ were about 110 d,its active accumulated temperature was 2 100-2 700℃ and its annual average temperature was 14.6-16.3℃.The altitude of Division III was 1 050-1 300 m,its days with temperature equal to or higher than 20℃ were about 150 d,its active accumulated temperature was 2 700-3 600℃ and its annual average temperature was 16.3-17.0℃.Division IV was divided into 2 areas,the altitude of Area 1 was lower than 1 000 m,its days with temperature equal to or higher than 20℃ were more than 160 d,its active accumulated temperature was higher than 3 600℃ and its annual average temperature was higher than 17.5℃;the altitude of Area 2 was higher than 1 700 m,its days with temperature equal to or higher than 20℃ were basically none and its annual average temperature was lower than 1.30℃.[Conclusion] In this research,the agricultural climate index conditions for cultivation of high-quality tobacco in areas at different altitudes were suggested and some references were provided for developing tobacco production in Guizhou. 展开更多

Microglia overexpressing brain-derived neurotrophic factor promote vascular repair and functional recovery in mice after spinal cord injury 被引量:2

Spinal cord injury represents a severe form of central nervous system trauma for which effective treatments remain limited.Microglia is the resident immune cells of the central nervous system,play a critical role in spinal cord injury.Previous studies have shown that microglia can promote neuronal survival by phagocytosing dead cells and debris and by releasing neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory factors.However,excessive activation of microglia can lead to persistent inflammation and contribute to the formation of glial scars,which hinder axonal regeneration.Despite this,the precise role and mechanisms of microglia during the acute phase of spinal cord injury remain controversial and poorly understood.To elucidate the role of microglia in spinal cord injury,we employed the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX5622 to deplete microglia.We observed that sustained depletion of microglia resulted in an expansion of the lesion area,downregulation of brain-derived neurotrophic factor,and impaired functional recovery after spinal cord injury.Next,we generated a transgenic mouse line with conditional overexpression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor specifically in microglia.We found that brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia increased angiogenesis and blood flow following spinal cord injury and facilitated the recovery of hindlimb motor function.Additionally,brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia reduced inflammation and neuronal apoptosis during the acute phase of spinal cord injury.Furthermore,through using specific transgenic mouse lines,TMEM119,and the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor inhibitor PLX73086,we demonstrated that the neuroprotective effects were predominantly due to brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia rather than macrophages.In conclusion,our findings suggest the critical role of microglia in the formation of protective glial scars.Depleting microglia is detrimental to recovery of spinal cord injury,whereas targeting brain-derived neurotrophic factor overexpression in microglia represents a promising and novel therapeutic strategy to enhance motor function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury. 展开更多

High-quality nursing intervention improves negative emotions and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy

Objective:To explore the effects of high-quality nursing intervention on negative emotions and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.Methods:A total of 132 gynecological patients after laparoscopy were randomly divided into an observation group(n=66)and a control group(n=66)in a prospective study.The con-trol group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention.Anxiety,depression,quality of life,postoperative pain,self-care ability,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores were sig-nificantly lower in the observation group compared to the control group(both P<0.001).Pain scores at 6,24,48,and 72 hours post-surgery were also lower in the observation group(all P<0.001).The observation group showed significantly higher scores in physical function,general health,social function,emotional role,and mental health(all P<0.001).Furthermore,the observation group demonstrated better self-care skills,self-concept,self-care responsibility,and health knowledge(all P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction during hospitalization was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention is effective in improving depression,anxiety,postoperative pain,and quality of life in gynecological patients after laparoscopy.It also enhances self-care ability and patient satisfaction,making it worthy of clinical promotion and application. 展开更多

Highly crystalline perovskite absorbers with low defect-state densities minimizing nonradiative recombination losses are a critical prerequisite for fabricating state-of-the-art photovoltaics.Here,we use a tartaric acid(TA)molecule with two carboxyl and two hydroxyl groups as an additive to improve the performance and stability of the device simultaneously.The strong carboxyl-Pb2+coordination slows nucleation kinetics and passivates Pb-related traps,whereas hydroxyl-I-hydrogen bonding can modulate grain growth and stabilize the lattice structure,collectively enabling low-defect-density and high-quality perovskite films.Besides,we also conducted quantitively loss analysis and confirmed that the TA addition effectively reduces trap-assisted non-radiative recombination.Consequently,the champion efficiency of the n-i-p structure is up to 24.77% with outstanding operational and humidity stability.Remarkably,in the triple-cation perovskite system,the incorporation of the TA additive similarly enabled the fabrication of high-quality films,ultimately yielding a p-i-n configuration with a champion efficiency of 26.11%. 展开更多

Under the background of"Digital Commerce for Rural Vitalization",rural E-commerce has experienced rapid development.However,agricultural products like strawberries,often produced by small-scale,fragmented,and less competitive individual farmers,struggle to meet the compliance and scalability demands of E-commerce,thereby constraining high-quality local economic development.Aiming to address this issue,this paper,guided by relevant policies and strategies,employs case analysis and logical deduction to explore the industrialization path of the"Cooperative+E-commerce"model for the strawberry industry.The research finds that by optimizing the cooperative's organizational structure,implementing multi-channel E-commerce strategies,upgrading the supply chain(including cold chain and quality traceability),and engaging in collaborative brand building,a robust industrial system can be formed.Supplemented by benefit evaluation,policy support,and regulatory oversight,this system can effectively bridge small-scale production with the broader market.This study concludes that this pathway can enhance the added value of the strawberry industry,increase farmer incomes,and provide practical insights for promoting high-quality local economic development. 展开更多

With long-term government support and col ective societal engagement,China's scientific and technological(S&T)societies have achieved significant progress in science popularization(SP),substantially contributing to the enhancement of national science communication capabilities and the improvement of citizens'scientific literacy.Within the overarching framework of advancing the high-quality development of China's SP endeavours in the new era,the high-quality development of SP by S&T societies plays a pivotal role.This study systematical y examines the chal enges and dilemmas confronting the high-quality development of SP within China's S&T societies.Theoretical y,it expands the research framework of col aborative mechanisms in science communication,while practical y proposing the construction of a‘six-in-one’high-quality SP service system encompassing brand development,platform construction,talent cultivation,specialized projects,incentive mechanisms and infrastructure development.Our research further reveals that empowering SP content innovation through digital and intel igent technologies,as wel as optimizing the compatibility of policy instrument portfolios,can strengthen the efficacy of SP services and provide systematic support for the modernization of S&T societies.This study not only offers policy references for improving the governance system of SP but also identifies future research directions,such as deepening comparative international studies and long-term efficacy evaluations,to advance the development of more explanatory theoretical frameworks.These efforts aim to bolster high-level S&T self-reliance and contribute to the construction of a world-leading scientific,educational and talent powerhouse. 展开更多

In the current situation of decelerating economic expansion,examining the digital economy(DE)as a novel economic model is beneficial for the local economy’s sustainable and high-quality development(HQD).We analyzed panel data from the Yellow River(YR)region from 2013 to 2021 and discovered notable spatial variances in the composite index and coupling coordination of the two systems.Specifically,the downstream region exhibited the highest coupling coordination,while the upstream region had the lowest.We identified that favorable factors such as economic development,innovation,industrial upgrading,and government intervention can bolster the coupling.Our findings provide a valuable framework for promoting DE and HQD in the YR region. 展开更多
