Seventeen kinds of the high-entropy alloys with different components were prepared, the influencing factors (the comprehensive atomic radius difference δ, the mixing enthalpy AH and the mixing entropy AS) of phase composition of the alloys were calculated, and the microstructure and phase compositions of alloys were analyzed by using SEM and XRD. The result shows that only the systems with δ≤2.77 and △H≥-8.8 kJ/mol will form high entropy alloy with simple solid solution. Otherwise, intermetallic compounds will exist in the alloys. So, selection of the type of element has important effects on microstructure and properties of high entropy alloys.展开更多

These high gamma sandstones have logging characteristics different from conventional sandstones, which influences the identification of sandstone reservoirs. Zhang et al (2010) proposed that the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation might be the result of re-deposition of homochronous sedimentary tufts or previous tufts as a part of the sandstone. However, we present a different viewpoint: 1) few tufts or tuff debris have been found in the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation; 2) high gamma (or high Th content) sandstones of Yanchang Formation are not related to either clay minerals or feldspar; 3) the heavy minerals in the sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation are dominated by zircon, which is characterized by abnormally high Th and U contents, up to 2,163 ppm and 1,362 ppm, respectively. This is sufficient to explain the high gamma anomaly. The conclusion is that the high gamma value of the Yanchang Formation sandstones might be caused by zircon with high Th and U contents in sandstones rather than from the tuff components.展开更多

However, the special petrol-geological condition with high formation temperature and pressure greatly blocked hydrocarbon exploration. The conventional means of drills, including methods in the prediction and monitoring of underground strata pressure, can no longer meet the requirements in this area. The China National Offshore Oil Corporation has allocated one well with a designed depth of 3200 m and pressure coefficient of 2.3 in the Yinggehai Basin (called test well in the paper) in order to find gas reservoirs in middle-deep section in the Miocene Huangliu and Meishan formations at the depth below 3000 m. Therefore, combined with the '863' national high-tech project, the authors analyzed the distribution of overpressure in the Yinggehai and Qiongdongnan basins, and set up a series of key technologies and methods to predict and monitor formation pressure, and then apply the results to pressure prediction of the test well. Because of the exact pressure prediction before and during drilling, associated procedure design of casing and their allocation in test well has been ensured to be more rational. This well is successfully drilled to the depth of 3485 m (nearly 300 m deeper than the designed depth) under the formation pressure about 2.3 SG (EMW), which indicate that a new step in the technology of drilling in higher temperature and pressure has been reached in the China National Offshore Oil Corporation.展开更多

The potency of V(C,N) for IGF nucleation was also analyzed statistically. The results show that the dominant microstructure transforms from bainite(B) and acicular ferrite(AF) to grain boundary ferrite(GBF), intragranular polygonal ferrite(IPF), and pearlite(P) as the isothermal temperature increases from 450℃ to 600℃. When the holding time at 600℃ is extended from 30 s to 60 s, 120 s, and 300 s, the GBF content ranges from 6.0vol% to 6.5vol% and the IPF content increases from 0.5vol% to 2.8vol%, 13.1vol%, and 13.5vol%, respectively, because the ferrite transformation preferentially occurs at the grain boundaries and then occurs at the austenite grains. Notably, V(C,N) particles are the most effective nucleation site for the formation of IPF, accounting for 51% of the said formation.展开更多

文摘Selective laser melting(SLM),as an additive manufacturing technology, has garnered widespread attention for its capability to fabricate components with complex geometries and to tailor the microstructure and mechanical properties under specific conditions. However, the intrinsic influence mechanism of microstructure formation under non-equilibrium solidification conditions in SLM processes has not been clearly revealed. In the present work, the influence of Al concentration and process parameters on the microstructure forming mechanism of Al_(x)CoCrFeNi HEAs prepared by SLM is investigated by molecular dynamics simulation method. The simulation results show that the difference in Al content significantly affects the microstructure formation of HEAs,including the growth rate and morphology of columnar crystals, stress distribution at grain boundaries, and defect structure. In addition, the results show that increasing the substrate temperature improves the solidification formability, reduces microstructural defects, and helps reduce residual stress in Al_(x)CoCrFeNi HEAs.By analyzing the influence of heat and solute flow in the molten pool on the growth of columnar crystals,it is found that spatial fluctuations in Al concentration during the non-equilibrium solidification process inhibit the high cooling rates induced by steep temperature gradients. These findings promote the understanding of the forming mechanism of microstructure in HEAs prepared by SLM and provide theoretical guidance for designing high-performance SLM-fabricated HEAs.

文摘Formation condition of high-entropy alloys with solid solution structure was investigated. So, selection of the type of element has important effects on microstructure and properties of high entropy alloys.

文摘Recently, more attention has been paid on the high gamma sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin, China. The conclusion is that the high gamma value of the Yanchang Formation sandstones might be caused by zircon with high Th and U contents in sandstones rather than from the tuff components.
文摘There are plentiful potential hydrocarbon resources in the Yinggehai and Qiongdongnan basins in the northern South China Sea. This well is successfully drilled to the depth of 3485 m (nearly 300 m deeper than the designed depth) under the formation pressure about 2.3 SG (EMW), which indicate that a new step in the technology of drilling in higher temperature and pressure has been reached in the China National Offshore Oil Corporation.

文摘As an important pilot target for shale gas exploration and development in China, the Longmaxi Formation shale in the Dianqianbei Area is characterized by high content of nitrogen, which severely increases exploration risk.Accordingly, this study explores the genesis of shale gas reservoir and the mechanism of nitrogen enrichment through investigating shale gas compositions, isotope features, and geochemical characteristics of associated gases. The high-nitrogen shale gas reservoir in the Longmaxi Formation is demonstrated to be a typical dry gas reservoir.Specifically, the alkane carbon isotope reversal is ascribed to the secondary cracking of crude oil and the Rayleigh fractionation induced by the basalt mantle plume.Such a thermogenic oil-type gas reservoir is composed of both oil-cracking gas and kerogen-cracking gas.The normally high nitrogen content(18.05%-40.92%) is attributed to organic matter cracking and thermal ammoniation in the high-maturity stage.Specifically, the high heat flow effect of the Emeishan mantle plume exacerbates the thermal cracking of organic matter in the Longmaxi Formation shale, accompanied by nitrogen generation. In comparison, the abnormally high nitrogen content(86.79%-98.54%) is ascribed to the communication between the atmosphere and deep underground fluids by deep faults, which results in hydrocarbon loss and nitrogen intrusion, acting as the key factor for deconstruction of the primary shale gas reservoir. Results of this study not only enrich research on genetic mechanism of high-maturity N_@ shale gas reservoirs, but also provide theoretical guidance for subsequent gas reservoir resource evaluation and well-drilling deployment in this area.

文摘To systematically investigate the kinetics and formation mechanisms of intragranular ferrite(IGF), isothermal heat treatment in the temperature range of 450℃to 600℃ with holding for 30 s to 300 s, analysis of the corresponding microstructures, and observation of the precipitated particles were conducted in V-N microalloyed 600 MPa high strength rebar steel. Notably, V(C,N) particles are the most effective nucleation site for the formation of IPF, accounting for 51% of the said formation.

文摘Dual face-centered cubic(FCC)CoCrCuFeNi semi-solid billets were prepared by semisolid isothermal treatment of wrought high entropy alloy(HEA)(SSITWH)method, and the microstructure evolution in the whole process of billets preparation was systematically investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The hot deformed feedstock was mainly composed of deformation structure with preferred orientations and a small number of dynamically recrystallized grains of FCC1 phase. In the semi-solid stage, the effect of temperature and soaking time on semi-solid microstructure was studied in the range of 1130-1250℃and 5-120 min.The semi-solid microstructure was evaluated quantitatively. The average grain size and average shape factor increased with the increase of soaking time and isothermal temperature. After isothermal heat treatment, the segregation of Cu in FCCphase reduced to a certain extent.Semi-solid coarsening kinetics analysis showed that the alloy had low coarsening coefficients. When the temperatures were1130℃,1175℃,1200℃,1225℃and 1250℃,the coarsening coefficients were 1.08μm~3/s,5.95μm~3/s,6.17μm~3/s,17.58μm~3/s,38.67μm~3/s,respectively.A coarsening kinetic equation describing solid grain growth was established.During heating up,FCCand FCCphase recrystallized successively. At higher temperature,FCCphase was spheroidized to a certain extent. When temperature was raised to semisolid range, the grains of FCCphase coalesced, grew up and spheroidized and the preferred orientations basically disappeared. The types of semi-solid melting characteristics of HEAs were summarized in this paper. The semi-solid melting behavior of alloys is essentially affected by phase structure, phase number, phase volume content and composition.

文摘Marine shale gas resources have great potential in the south of the Sichuan Basin in China. At present, the high-quality shale gas resources at depth of 2000–3500 m are under effective development, and strategic breakthroughs have been made in deeper shale gas resources at depth of 3500–4500 m.To promote the effective production of shale gas in this area, this study examines key factors controlling high shale gas production and presents the next exploration direction in the southern Sichuan Basin based on summarizing the geological understandings from the Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation shale gas exploration combined with the latest results of geological evaluation. The results show that:(1)The relative sea depth in marine shelf sedimentary environment controls the development and distribution of reservoirs. In the relatively deep water area in deep-water shelf,grade-I reservoirs with a larger continuous thickness develop. The relative depth of sea in marine shelf sedimentary environment can be determined by redox conditions. The research shows that the uranium to thorium mass ratio greater than 1.25 indicates relatively deep water in anoxic reduction environment, and the uranium to thorium mass ratio of 0.75–1.25 indicates semi-deep water in weak reduction and weak oxidation environment, and the uranium to thorium mass ratio less than 0.75 indicates relatively shallow water in strong oxidation environment.(2)The propped fractures in shale reservoirs subject to fracturing treatment are generally 10–12 m high,if grade-I reservoirs are more than 10 m in continuous thickness, then all the propped section would be high-quality reserves;in this case, the longer the continuous thickness of penetrated grade-I reservoirs, the higher the production will be.(3)The shale gas reservoirs at 3500–4500 m depth in southern Sichuan are characterized by high formation pressure, high pressure coefficient, well preserved pores, good pore structure and high proportion of free gas, making them the most favorable new field for shale gas exploration;and the pressure coefficient greater than 1.2 is a necessary condition for shale gas wells to obtain high production.(4)High production wells in the deep shale gas reservoirs are those in areas where Long11-Long13 sub-beds are more than 10 m thick, with 1500 m long horizontal section,grade-I reservoirs penetration rate of over 90%,and fractured by dense cutting+high intensity sand injection+large displacement+large liquid volume.(5)The relatively deep-water area in the deep-water shelf and the area at depth of 3500–4500 m well overlap in the southern Sichuan, and the overlapping area is the most favorable shale gas exploration and development zones in the southern Sichuan in the future. With advancement in theory and technology, annual shale gas production in the southern Sichuan is expected to reach 450×108 m3.

文摘High speed milling experiments using nitrogen-oil-mist as the cutting medium were carried out to investigate the characteristics of chip formation for Ti-6Al-4V alloy.Within the range of conditions employed(cutting speed,vc=190-300 m/min;cutting depth of axial,ap=5,7 mm),saw-tooth chips were produced in these experiments.During the macro and micro analysis of the Ti-6Al-4V chips,an optical microscope and a scanning electron microscope(SEM)were used to study the microstructure and the morphology of the chips, and the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)was employed for chemical analysis.Comparisons were made to study the influence of different cutting media(nitrogen-oil-mist,air-oil-mist and dry cutting condition)on chip formation. Results indicate that cutting media have significant effects on chip formation.Nitrogen-oil-mist is more suitable for improving the contact condition at chip-tool interface and increasing the tool life in high speed milling of Ti-6Al-4V alloy than air-oil-mist and dry cutting.

文摘Based on new data from cores, drilling and logging, combined with extensive rock and mineral testing analysis,a systematic analysis is conducted on the characteristics, diagenesis types, genesis and controlling factors of deep to ultra-deep abnormally high porosity clastic rock reservoirs in the Oligocene Linhe Formation in the Hetao Basin. The reservoir space of the deep to ultra-deep clastic rock reservoirs in the Linhe Formation is mainly primary pores, and the coupling of three favorable diagenetic elements, namely the rock fabric with strong compaction resistance, weak thermal compaction diagenetic dynamic field, and diagenetic environment with weak fluid compaction-weak cementation,is conducive to the preservation of primary pores. The Linhe Formation clastic rocks have a superior preexisting material composition, with an average total content of 90%for quartz, feldspar, and rigid rock fragments, and strong resistance to compaction. The geothermal gradient in Linhe Depression in the range of(2.0–2.6)°C/100 m is low,and together with the burial history of long-term shallow burial and late rapid deep burial,it forms a weak thermal compaction diagenetic dynamic field environment. The diagenetic environment of the saline lake basin is characterized by weak fluid compaction. At the same time, the paleosalinity has zoning characteristics, and weak cementation in low salinity areas is conducive to the preservation of primary pores. The hydrodynamic conditions of sedimentation, salinity differentiation of ancient water in saline lake basins, and sand body thickness jointly control the distribution of high-quality reservoirs in the Linhe Formation.
