By analyzing the problems which exist currently in the accident hidden dangers management of the coal mine, this paper proposed a new kind of management method--"simulating the market", in which an operation pattern of simulating the market to transact hidden troubles was constructed. This method introduces "Market Mechanism" into safe management, and adopts measurable value to describe the hidden dangers such as" human behavior, technique, environment, equipments etc.". It regards the hidden dangers as "the goods produced by labor" which are found out by the safety managers and the security inspectors, then sells as "commodity". By the process of disposing, counterchecking, re-selling, and redisposing. It forms a set of market-oriented closed-form management pattern of coalmine accident hidden dangers. This kind of management method changes the past traditional methods in which the wageworkers treat safety management passively, but to encourage and restrict them to participate in the check-up and improvement of the hidden dangers. 展开更多

Analysis of Nursing Safety Hidden Danger and Countermeasures of Elderly Patients in Gastroenterology Department

Objective: to explore the health and prevention of elderly patients in Department of Gastroenterology. Methods: 100 cases of elderly patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 people in each group.The control group chose routine nursing, while the observation group analyzed the possible problems and made preventive measures in advance.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.0% (1 / 50), which was significantly lower than 14.0% (7 / 50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 4.891,P = 0.027 < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing process of elderly patients, the selection of targeted nursing mode is more effective than the conventional nursing mode, and can make a rapid response to the patient's situation, predict what problems may appear in advance, and prevent them, which can reduce the probability of adverse events, and also make the patients recover more quickly to a certain extent. 展开更多

Objective: To explore the clinical effect and application value of pregnancy health education in outpatient nursing of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 100 pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50).The control group received obstetrics and gynecology nursing, and the observation group carried out health knowledge education during pregnancy on the basis of it.The delivery mode and complications, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, full-term pregnancy body mass index and labor process time were compared between the two groups.Results the natural delivery rate and cesarean section rate in the observation group were 84.00% and 4.00%, which were significantly better than 62.00% and 14.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 42.00%, lower than 88.00% in the control group (P <0.05);The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 4.00%, significantly lower than 12.00% in the control group, but the results of this study were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The body mass index of full-term pregnancy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05);Conclusion pregnancy health education can effectively reduce the occurrence of obesity and pregnancy complications. Through the guidance of delivery skills, it can effectively shorten the labor process, reduce the incidence of dystocia, midwifery and postpartum hemorrhage, and then significantly improve the natural delivery rate. 展开更多

Methods: the unsafe factors of disinfection materials supply room were analyzed before and after the implementation of preventive measures, and the understanding rate of nursing knowledge and the standard situation of professional medical staff were compared. Results: the improvement of the disinfection supply room was significantly better than that before the improvement in the aspects of disinfection, supply room, environmental monitoring and equipment operation process, and the difference before and after the improvement was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: establishing and perfecting the rules and regulations, perfecting the theory system of quality control and management and strengthening the comprehensive ability of medical staff are effective means to eliminate the hidden dangers of nursing work in the disinfection supply room, improve the quality of disinfection supply service and improve the qualified rate. 展开更多

为掌握铜坑矿井下封闭隐患采空区内部可能存在的空洞及散体边界等情况,在前期瞬变电磁法探测的基础上,根据探测目标区域的赋存位置,进一步采用TRT地质超前预报技术进行了对比探测和分析,从时间和空间的角度,掌握封闭隐患采空区内部的开... 为掌握铜坑矿井下封闭隐患采空区内部可能存在的空洞及散体边界等情况,在前期瞬变电磁法探测的基础上,根据探测目标区域的赋存位置,进一步采用TRT地质超前预报技术进行了对比探测和分析,从时间和空间的角度,掌握封闭隐患采空区内部的开采技术条件。结果表明:对于测线1,瞬变电磁法探测结果推测早期可能存在较大的空隙;TRT探测结果表明,采空区特征不显著,可能因散体的持续冒落,采空区得到进一步充实。对于测线2,B区岩体结构(散体堆积)的状态基本没有发生变化,推测处于稳定状态。验证了综合探测方法在开展隐蔽采空区探测与隐患排查方面的可行性,为矿山复杂难采资源的安全高效回收提供了技术支持。 展开更多
