Methods: 100 cases of elderly patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 people in each group.The control group chose routine nursing, while the observation group analyzed the possible problems and made preventive measures in advance.The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2.0% (1 / 50), which was significantly lower than 14.0% (7 / 50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 4.891,P = 0.027 < 0.05). Objective: To explore the clinical effect and application value of pregnancy health education in outpatient nursing of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 100 pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2017 to ...Objective: To explore the clinical effect and application value of pregnancy health education in outpatient nursing of Obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 100 pregnant women treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50).The control group received obstetrics and gynecology nursing, and the observation group carried out health knowledge education during pregnancy on the basis of it.The delivery mode and complications, incidence of postpartum hemorrhage, full-term pregnancy body mass index and labor process time were compared between the two groups.Results the natural delivery rate and cesarean section rate in the observation group were 84.00% and 4.00%, which were significantly better than 62.00% and 14.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 42.00%, lower than 88.00% in the control group (P <0.05);The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 4.00%, significantly lower than 12.00% in the control group, but the results of this study were not statistically significant (P > 0.05).The body mass index of full-term pregnancy in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05);Conclusion pregnancy health education can effectively reduce the occurrence of obesity and pregnancy complications. Through the guidance of delivery skills, it can effectively shorten the labor process, reduce the incidence of dystocia, midwifery and postpartum hemorrhage, and then significantly improve the natural delivery rate.展开更多
