Objective: to observe the effect of fluticasone propionate cream combined with Hedan tablets on seborrheic dermatitis of head and face. Methods: the research object is the head dermatitis patients admitted to the Jiangbei Hospital of Southwest Hospital. The total number of patients is 120. The period from January 2020 to December 2020 is taken as the research period. The patients are divided into the control group and the observation group. The number of the control group is 60. The patients will be treated with fluticasone propionate cream, while the patients in the observation group will be treated with fluticasone propionate cream combined with Hedan tablet. Finally, the two groups were compared after using different methods, as well as the changes in the first week and the second week after that, and the relapse rate and adverse reaction rate after the fourth week and the third month after continuing the medication. Results: the symptom changes and healing effects of the two groups after 7 days and 14 days of treatment were compared, and then according to the comparison of relapse rate and side effects observed at 4 weeks and 3 months, it can be concluded that the control group was significantly better than the observation group in terms of erythema, pruritus, desquamation and lesion area (p > 0.05), and the observation group was shorter than the control group in terms of overall average effective time (p > 0.05). As far as the known relapse rate scores after 3 months of treatment are concerned, the scores in the control group are significantly higher than those in the observation group (p < 0.05), but there is no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (p > 0.05). In addition, during the random examination of all patients, the relapse rate of patients with the disease observed within three months after taking the product was lower than that of the control group, and P < 0.05. Discussion: Fluticasone Propionate Cream has the following characteristics in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on the head and face: fast insertion, good healing effect and few side effects. When used in combination with Hedan tablets, it can significantly reduce the incidence of seborrheic dermatitis. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To examine Hedan tablet(HDT,荷丹片)'s potential mechanisms in hyperlipidemic rats induced by a high-fat diet(HFD),as well as its regulatory effects and primary active constituents.METHODS:By using ultra-performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)-quadrupole-time-of-flight(QTOF)-tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS),the components of HDT that can enter the circulatory system were found, aiming to investigate its active constituents with pharmacological effects.Based on network pharmacology approaches, the relevant HDT targets in the therapy of hyperlipidemia were anticipated. The possible mechanism of HDT for hyperlipidemia treatment was verified by in-vivo experiments, and the main active components of HDT for hyperlipidemia treatment were analyzed via in-vitro experiments.RESULTS:UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS identified 30 components of HDT entering the circulatory system, primarily consisting of flavonoids, diterpenoids and alkaloids. The results of a network pharmacology study revealed that 30 active components mostly target 74 genes associated with hyperlipidemia. The primary active ingredients may include quercetin, kaempferol, and epicatechin, and the main gene targets may be tumor necrosis factor(TNF),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin 1 beta(IL-1β),etc.The results of animal experiments demonstrated that HDT can significantly regulate the blood lipid level in rats with HFD,improve the degree of inflammatory infiltration in rat liver cells, lower TNF-α,Creactive protein(CRP),IL-6,matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) and malondialdehyde(MDA) levels while raising total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD) level.Meanwhile,HDT can considerably lower the expression of sterol regulatory element-binding transcription factor 2(SREBF2),3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase(HMGCR),and MMP9 while significantly increasing the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha(PPAR-α) and PPAR-γ.In vitro study confirmed that quercetin and kaempferol could reduce the levels of IL-6,IL1B,MMP9 and HMGCR in the high-fat model of hepatoma G2 cells.CONCLUSIONS:The mechanism by which HDT treats hyperlipidemia involves modification of the lipid metabolism targets such as downregulating SREBF2,HMGCR and MMP9,and upregulating PPAR-α and PPAR-γ,as well as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant actions. This study provides a pharmacological and biological rationale for the use of HDT in clinical hyperlipidemia management. 展开更多

Objective Due to the complicated compounds and the synergistic effect of multi-compounds,the quality control and assessment of Chinese materia medica(CMM)encounters a great challenge about how to identify the key compounds, which are directly correlated with its efficacy and safety. On the guidance of study on quality marker(Q-Marker),identification of Q-Markers was performed from Hedan Tablet(HDT)by the aid of the“spider-web”mode and hepatotoxicity evaluation derived from our previous researches and literatures. Methods By the established ultra performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detector(UPLC-PDA)method,online UPLC-DPPH·and offline antioxidant assay,21 candidate compounds of HDT were systematically investigated and comprehensively evaluated by the“spider-web”mode for them properties of Q-Marker based on“content-stability-activity”.In addition, the Q-Markers related with hepatotoxicity based on our previous researches and literatures were identified. Results Salvianolic acid B(SaB),quercetin-3-O-glucuronide(Qug),isoquercitrin(IQ)and hyperoside(Hyp)were adopted as the preferable Q-Markers of HDT according to the shaded area(A)of tested compounds in“spider-web”mode.Psoralen(Ps),isopsoralen(IP),psoralenoside(PO)and isopsoralenoside(IPO)were also strongly recommended as Q-Markers closely related with safety by considering hepatotoxicity of the accumulated Ps and IP and conversion between glycoside(PO and IPO)and aglycone(Ps and IP).Conclusion This study provided scientific evidence for quality control and assessment of HDT,and also provided a meaningful reference for application of Q-Markers in CMM. 展开更多

Objective: To investigate the effects of Hedan Tablet(荷丹片) on serum lipid profile, proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9(PSCK9) and high-density lipoprotein(HDL) subfractions in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Thirty-seven patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized to treatment with Hedan Tablet 4.38 g/day as Hedan group(18 cases) or placebo(19 cases) as control group for 8 weeks. The lipid profile, PCSK9 and HDL subfractions were determined at day 0 and week 8 in both groups respectively. Results: Hedan treatment for 8 weeks mildly decreased serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) levels, while no changes were found in total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG) and PCSK9 concentrations. Furthermore, Hedan treatment increased the concentration of large high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and the percentage of large HDL subfraction, while decreased the concentration of small HDL-C and the percentage of small HDL subfraction without changing serum HDL-C levels in patients with hyperlipidemia. Conclusion: Hedan treatment of 4.38 g per day for 8 weeks could confer a favorable effects on serum LDL-C concentration as well as HDL subfractions. 展开更多
