Ancient Lake Baikal(LB)is the prime hotspot of the harpacticoid diversity.The Canthocamptidae harpacticoids in the lake can be considered at least six species flocks.The lacks of unequivocal diagnostic characters in the family species description often lead species identification to an impasse.Recently developed molecular techniques provide a powerful tool to subject copepod taxa to comparative analyses.In order to provide a new base for canthocamp-tids taxonomy and clarify the systematic in some species flocks,we analyzed the mitochondrial DNA marker COI of 103 harpacticoid specimens from LB belonging to five genera.The materials were obtained from different lake basins from the depths 0.2-1632 m.Using DNA barcoding,we identified 23 genetic species or groups of species,it was almost 1.5 times less than number of morphological species,and divergence of some molecular lineages were not corresponding to morphological species.Results of our study were the discovery of a new species,males of some morphological species,for which only females were previously described,clarification of the level of morphological variability of some species,etc.Specifically,it became apparent that morphological and genetic harpacticoid species diversity in LB differ significantly and it has to be detected strictly in complex. 展开更多

研究了鲍鱼幼体培育阶段中采苗板上附着猛水蚤和线虫的数量变化。号池猛水蚤的密度为 12-2 ~个0.025.5 /cm2平均密度为个, 1.8 /cm2;号池的猛水蚤的密度为~个12-10 0.018.4 /cm2平均密度为, 3.0 个/cm2,两个池的猛水蚤都有两个... 研究了鲍鱼幼体培育阶段中采苗板上附着猛水蚤和线虫的数量变化。号池猛水蚤的密度为 12-2 ~个0.025.5 /cm2平均密度为个, 1.8 /cm2;号池的猛水蚤的密度为~个12-10 0.018.4 /cm2平均密度为, 3.0 个/cm2,两个池的猛水蚤都有两个密度的高峰期。采苗板上硅藻的密度变化和猛水蚤的密度的变化有一定关系,显示猛水蚤数量的增加依赖硅藻量的增加和猛水蚤会摄食硅藻。号池线虫的密度为~12-2 0.023.6个/cm2平均为个个, 1.5 /cm2;号池的线虫的密度为~个12-10 0.27.0 /cm2平均密度为个, 3.2 /cm2,到幼体培育的中期,两个池的线虫密度都达到最高峰。线虫的密度的增长是依赖于硅藻的密度的增加的。号12-2 池鲍鱼幼体密度为~个 0.010.45 /cm2平均密度为个, 0.15 /cm2;号池鲍鱼幼体密度为~个12-10 0.010.17 /cm2平均密度为个, 0.06 /cm2。在育苗的早期在采苗板上附着的鲍鱼幼体逐渐增加以后两个池的鲍鱼幼, , 体密度渐渐降下来。 展开更多

Diversity and abundance of copepods occurring in Taninthayi coastal waters were studied and analyzed from the samples collected by R/V DR.FRIDTJOF NANSEN during the Myanmar ecosystem survey 2018.Seventy-nine copepods species belonging to calanoids(51 species),cyclopoids(21 species),and harpacticoids(7 species)were identified in the copepods community of Taninthayi coastal waters.Copepods species number and density were high at the nearshore stations(Sts 799,842,788)and low at the offshore stations(Sts 846,802,823).The resulted diversity index values of copepods were varied from 2.61 to 3.78 in species diversity index(H'),from 0.89 to 0.97 in the evenness index(E'),and from 2.51 to 7.50 in species richness index(D').According to the correlation matrix,the abundance of copepods was positively correlated with temperature,chlorophyll a and fluorescence,and negatively correlated with salinity and oxygen. 展开更多
