Methods: 88 cases of hospital between January 2019 and January 2020 patients with traumatic soft tissue defect of hand, foot and to carry out the study, all patients were accepted the VSD treatment, set up two groups of patients with average random grouping, to develop traditional nursing during the routine treatment group, experimental group engaged in comprehensive nursing care during treatment, to observe the clinical curative effect difference between two groups. Results: after the collection and evaluation of clinical indicators, the clinical efficacy indicators of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group, and the difference of nursing effect between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing can play a good role in the treatment of patients with traumatic soft tissue defect of hand and foot treated by VSD, effectively shorten the rehabilitation time of patients, and clinical nursing intervention has a significant effect.展开更多
