The existing aggregation schemes usually compute every aggregation result in a continuous aggregation either by a complete aggregation procedure or by partial data update at each epoch. To further reduce the energy cost, we propose a sampling-based approach with time window based linear regression for approximate continuous aggregation. We analyze the approximation error of the aggregation results and discuss the determinations of parameters in our approach. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of our approach. 展开更多

These devices have great potential to overcome the major disadvantages of several current blood glucose monitoring methods. Over last two decades, extensive research has been made in all of these related fields. More recently, several wearable devices for semi-invasive blood sampling have been developed. This review aims at summarizing the current state-of-the-art development and utilization of such wearable devices for continuous monitoring of blood glucose levels, with a special attention on design considerations, fabrication technologies and testing methods. 展开更多

This paper was concerned with the problem of robust sampled data state estimation for uncertain continuous time systems. A sampled data estimation covariance is given by taking intersample behaviour into account. The primary purpose of this paper is to design robust discrete time Kalman filters such that the sampled data estimation covariance is not more than a prespecified value, and therefore the error variances achieve the desired constraints. It is shown that the addressed problem can be converted into a similar problem for a fictitious discrete time system. The existence conditions and the explicit expression of desired filters were both derived. Finally, a simple example was presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design procedure. 展开更多

A novel data streams partitioning method is proposed to resolve problems of range-aggregation continuous queries over parallel streams for power industry.The first step of this method is to parallel sample the data,which is implemented as an extended reservoir-sampling algorithm.A skip factor based on the change ratio of data-values is introduced to describe the distribution characteristics of data-values adaptively.The second step of this method is to partition the fluxes of data streams averagely,which is implemented with two alternative equal-depth histogram generating algorithms that fit the different cases:one for incremental maintenance based on heuristics and the other for periodical updates to generate an approximate partition vector.The experimental results on actual data prove that the method is efficient,practical and suitable for time-varying data streams processing. 展开更多

有限集模型预测控制(FCS-MPC)能够高效处理逆变器开关离散控制的问题,但和其他高性能永磁同步电机控制方法一样,FCS-MPC需要实时相电流采样。由于电流传感器增加了成本、体积,在小功率驱动系统中多采用母线电流单电阻采样的方案,在相电... 有限集模型预测控制(FCS-MPC)能够高效处理逆变器开关离散控制的问题,但和其他高性能永磁同步电机控制方法一样,FCS-MPC需要实时相电流采样。由于电流传感器增加了成本、体积,在小功率驱动系统中多采用母线电流单电阻采样的方案,在相电流重构过程中因存在重构死区而无法准确采集电流,影响控制精度。死区问题现有的对策一般针对有调制器的场合,而对FCS-MPC等无调制器离散开关控制策略无法直接应用。为解决这一问题,该文提出了一种基于单电阻采样的有限集模型预测控制算法,对无法重构相电流的开关状态,通过模型预测值来替代采样值,并提出一种连续状态惩罚机制来解决欠激励所导致的模型更新停滞问题。通过与相电流传感器采样以及传统空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)单电阻采样方案进行对比实验,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

合成孔径雷达(SAR)是一种主动式微波传感器,具备全天时、全天候工作的能力,是重要的对地观测数据源。二维SAR图像回波混叠影响其在目标识别等方面的应用,利用多基线观测的SAR三维成像技术能够解决目标叠掩问题,但受限于系统复杂度,当前... 合成孔径雷达(SAR)是一种主动式微波传感器,具备全天时、全天候工作的能力,是重要的对地观测数据源。二维SAR图像回波混叠影响其在目标识别等方面的应用,利用多基线观测的SAR三维成像技术能够解决目标叠掩问题,但受限于系统复杂度,当前机载或星载单航过SAR系统仅能获得稀疏采样,无法满足算法对数据量的需求。由此发展的微波视觉三维成像新理论通过挖掘微波视觉语义信息来弥补采样的不足,其关键技术包括视觉信息获取以及信息融合处理。然而,SAR图像的几何连续性表征和应用方式缺乏相关性研究,该文分析了典型目标在SAR三维成像域内几何连续性的表征形式,并分别提出了隐式和显式几何连续性约束的少轨数三维成像方法。最后采用实测机载阵列InSAR数据进行算法验证,表明利用几何连续性约束能够有效提升稀疏采样下的三维成像性能。该文提出的几何连续性表征方法为微波视觉三维成像的具体实现提供了一种有效途径。 展开更多

This paper studies a maximum likelihood estimator(MLE) of the parameter for a continuous one-parameter exponential family under ranked set sampling(RSS). The authors first find the optimal RSS according to the character of the family, viz, arrange the RSS based on quasi complete and sufficient statistic of independent and identically distributed(iid) samples. Then under this RSS, some sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of the MLE, which are easily used in practice,are obtained. Using these conditions, the existence and uniqueness of the MLEs of the parameters for some usual distributions in this family are proved. Numerical simulations for these distributions fully support the result from the above two step optimizations of the sampling and the estimation method. 展开更多

A directive, legislated by the South African Department of Minerals and Energy(DME) in 1997, was introduced to reduce the dust exposures of continuous miner(CM) operators to below 5 mg/m3, when measured at the operator's cab position. The focus of this paper is to review the effectiveness of observing this rule for almost two decades and discuss industry perceptions arising from the application of this rule. The results have demonstrated that the engineering sample cannot predict the personal shift dust exposure of a CM operator. Therefore, it is recommended that the engineering sampling, as currently practiced,should be reviewed with the objective to discontinue and replace it by the approved PDM3700 realtime dust monitor. 展开更多

The goal of this problem is to design controllers such that the closed loop system meets the prespecified covariance constraint. This problem can be reduced to a controller design problem for an equivalent uncertain discrete time system. Sufficient conditions were given for the existence of the desired controllers. Statistical Comparison of Eight Alternative Methods for the Analysis of Paired Sample Data with Applications

This paper presents and statistically compared eight alternative methods that could possibly be used in the analysis of matched or paired sample data, including situations in which the data being analyzed satisfy the usual assumptions of normality and continuity necessary for the use of parametric tests as well as when the data are numeric and non-numeric measurements on as low as the ordinal scale. It is shown that only the modified sign tests based on only the raw observations or their assigned ranks may be used with non numeric measurement on the ordinal scale. If the ordinary sign test, the Wilcoxon signed rank sum test and the modified sign tests can be equally used in data analysis, then it is shown that the modified sign tests are more efficient and hence more powerful than the ordinary sign tests because the two test statistics are intrinsically and structurally modified for the possible presence of tied observations between the sampled populations for both using raw and simulated data. Of all the non-parametric methods presented, the modified Wilcoxon’s signed rank sum test when applicable is the most efficient and powerful, following in this order by the modified sign test by ranks and the modified sign test based on only raw scores for raw data but simulation, modified sign test by ranks is the most efficient and powerful, following in this order by modified wilcoxon’s signed rank sum test and modified sign test. Each of the non-parametric methods presented can be easily modified and re-specified for use with one sample data by simply re-designating the observations from one of the sampled populations to correspond with a hypothesized value of some measure of central tendency. The methods are illustrated with some raw data as well as simulated data and their relative performances compared. 展开更多

目的探讨基于FOCUS-PDCA模式的持续改进项目在住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率的应用效果。方法南通大学附属医院于2023年6-7月采用FOCUS-PDCA模式开展住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率持续改进项目,选取2023年1-5月(改... 目的探讨基于FOCUS-PDCA模式的持续改进项目在住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率的应用效果。方法南通大学附属医院于2023年6-7月采用FOCUS-PDCA模式开展住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率持续改进项目,选取2023年1-5月(改进前)的住院患者为对照组,2023年8-12月(改进后)的住院患者为改进组。比较两组抗菌药物使用率、病原学样本送检率、临床微生物样本送检率和重点监测多重耐药菌检出率等指标。结果改进组治疗性抗菌药物使用率和抗菌药物使用强度低于对照组[32.18%vs 32.93%,P=0.003;39.99限定日剂量(DDD)/100人天vs 44.19 DDD/100人天],抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率和联合使用重点抗菌药物前病原学样本送检率高于对照组(52.01%vs 23.64%、87.74%vs 77.71%,均P<0.001),临床微生物样本合格率高于对照组(88.77%vs 80.11%,P<0.001),重点监测多重耐药菌总检出率及耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌检出率均低于对照组(40.45%vs 48.42%、29.65%vs 43.17%,均P<0.001)。结论基于FOCUS-PDCA模式的持续改进项目实施能提高住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学样本送检率、降低多重耐药菌检出率,通过不断循环逐步促进规范化、标准化医院感染质量管理。 展开更多

随着激光立体光刻工艺的分辨率不断提升,现有的基于网格化的三维流形体素化方法难以满足微纳乃至原子尺度的精度需求.为此,提出一种面向立体光刻的有理曲面非网格化体素生成(meshless voxel generation,MVG)方法,可将非均匀有理B样条(no... 随着激光立体光刻工艺的分辨率不断提升,现有的基于网格化的三维流形体素化方法难以满足微纳乃至原子尺度的精度需求.为此,提出一种面向立体光刻的有理曲面非网格化体素生成(meshless voxel generation,MVG)方法,可将非均匀有理B样条(non-uniform rational B-splines,NURBS)边界表示的实体直接转换为任意精度的体素化模型.首先通过提出一种面向NURBS曲面的连续无隧道自适应采样方法,利用边界标记填充算法获取修剪后NURBS曲面内部采样点;然后将参数域内的采样点映射至体素空间,生成基于连续无隧道采样的表面体素模型,并采用广度优先搜索完成内部体素填充.通过具有微米级结构的空间曲面薄壁桨叶进行实例验证,证明了MVG方法在提升体素化精度方面的有效性;与传统离散剖分采样方法的对比实验结果表明,MVG方法能够有效地提升有理曲面实体的体素化精度;在高体素化分辨率下运用MVG方法,连续多张曲面拼接的有理实体在体素离散化过程中的平均体积误差可减少10.17%. 展开更多

目的通过回顾性分析十堰市中心血站2023年度血液成分去白细胞悬浮红细胞、洗涤红细胞(35d)、单采血小板、冰冻血浆、新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀凝血因子的质量监测抽检数据,持续改进工作,提高血液质量。方法收集2023年6种血液成分抽检数据,... 目的通过回顾性分析十堰市中心血站2023年度血液成分去白细胞悬浮红细胞、洗涤红细胞(35d)、单采血小板、冰冻血浆、新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀凝血因子的质量监测抽检数据,持续改进工作,提高血液质量。方法收集2023年6种血液成分抽检数据,选取关键指标,采取月均值折线图结合标准值、检测值、符合率进行趋势分析;(1)计算各血液成分有效性指标均值±1SD,形成抽检数据区间,与国内同行业不同地区数据相比,了解本地区血液质量情况;通过数据分析制定本地区血液有效性指标与国际、国内标准进行比对、行业标杆比对。结果6种血液成分按照《全血和成分血质量要求》抽检符合率未达到100%的指标有容量、血细胞比容、无菌实验、血浆蛋白含量、Ⅷ因子含量、纤维蛋白原含量、血小板含量;6种血液成分15项关键指标抽检符合率均>75%,各血液成分采集、制备、储存过程均受控。去白细胞悬浮红细胞血红蛋白含量:(55.7±4.95)g;洗涤红细胞血红蛋白含量:(52.1±6.13)g;冰冻血浆蛋白含量:(58.4±4.82)g/L。新鲜冰冻血浆蛋白含量:(58.7±5.07)g/L、Ⅷ因子含量:(1.06±0.24)IU/ml;冷沉淀凝血因子纤维蛋白原含量:(232.1±65.2)mg、Ⅷ因子含量:(146.4±34.6)IU/ml;单采血小板含量:(2.83±0.33)×1011个/袋。拟定的本地区6种血液成分多项关键指标符合率高于国家和行业标准;除单采血小板含量低于欧洲输血委员会要求外,其余指标一致。结论定期分析整理血液监测数据,可及时准确的发现问题并持续改进,了解本地区血液产品有效性指标,更好地服务临床。 展开更多

目的 分析北京市血液透析中心2023-2024年质控改进效果,为优化区域血液透析质量管理提供依据。方法 2023年及2024年采用分层随机抽样法,按医院级别(三级、二级、一级)抽取北京市36家(2023年)和39家(2024年)血液透析中心进行质控检查,针... 目的 分析北京市血液透析中心2023-2024年质控改进效果,为优化区域血液透析质量管理提供依据。方法 2023年及2024年采用分层随机抽样法,按医院级别(三级、二级、一级)抽取北京市36家(2023年)和39家(2024年)血液透析中心进行质控检查,针对2023年质控检查问题实施专项培训、应急演练及信息化建设等干预整改措施,对比两年质控检查及薄弱环节改进情况。结果 质控总得分从(92.12±5.44)分提升至(94.82±3.71)分(P=0.016)。电子病历管理不达标率从75.00%降至41.03%(P=0.003),应急预案缺陷率从22.22%降至5.13%(P=0.030)。结论 针对性质量改进干预措施可有效提升血液透析质控水平,需持续强化基层机构信息化能力及院感动态监测机制。 展开更多

CSP-3是拥有4个参数的连续抽样检验方案,但在制定、选择和运行方案时,没有考虑过程能力,导致输出质量不能量化控制、并行过程输出质量不一致等缺陷。为达到量化输出质量等目标,提出依据过程能力制定CSP-3方案。利用微分理论、单调性理论和最值理论分析CSP-3质量性能函数的变化规律,建立受控过程下边界恒等式和等值面恒等式。发现同时满足边界条件和等值面条件的方案有无穷多个。研究了4个参数的相互影响,对比了不同方案的质量性能函数,得到唯一最优CSP-3方案(命名为OCSP-3)。OCSP-3达成了最优方案唯一、可量化控制输出质量和用过程不合格品率置信限降低过程误判风险等功能。性能对比显示了OCSP-3在质量、成本和风险控制中的优越性。通过企业案例证明了OCSP-3的有效性。 展开更多
