It occupies little space, tracks signals fast and has simple structure, and therefore it is widely used in industrial control field. However, there are lots of problems such as little accuracy and instability caused by slow response of hydraulic and various interference factors. Simple proportional integra- tion derivatiation (PID) control method of traditional pulse bench is simple in principle, but it is difficult in parameter adjust- ment. According to the special requirements of the control system, a PID method based on fuzzy control is proposed in the pa- per. This method not only retains the advantages of the conventional control system, but also ameliorates the drawbacks of parameter uncertainty, instability and lag. It has been testified that the method is practicable and can improve the precision and adaptation. 展开更多

Dynamic modeling of a hose-drogue aerial refueling system(HDARS) and an integral sliding mode backstepping controller design for the hose whipping phenomenon(HWP) during probe-drogue coupling are studied. Firstly, a dynamic model of the variable-length hose-drogue assembly is built for the sake of exploiting suppression methods for the whipping phenomenon.Based on the lumped parameter method, the hose is modeled by a series of variable-length links connected with frictionless joints. A set of iterative equations of the hose's three-dimensional motion is derived subject to hose reeling in/out, tanker motion, gravity, and aerodynamic loads accounting for the effects of steady wind, atmospheric turbulence, and tanker wake. Secondly,relying on a permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-precision position sensors, a new active control strategy for the HWP on the basis of the relative position between the tanker and the receiver is proposed. Considering the strict-feedback configuration of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, a rotor position control law based on the backstepping method is designed to insure global stability. An integral of the rotor position error and an exponential sliding mode reaching law of the current errors are applied to enhance control accuracy and robustness. Finally,the simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed model and control laws. 展开更多

Conventional method for hose-drogue model of aerial refueling system is known to be complex due to the flexible body of hose.And as reported,drogues are unstable in atmospheric turbulence,which greatly decreases docking success rates.This paper proposes a dynamic model for a hose-drogue aerial refueling system based on Kane equation and rigid multi-body dynamics,and analyzes its performance.Furthermore,the nonlinear dynamic model is linearized at the equilibrium point and simplified from full order to 2 nd order.Based on the simplified 2 nd order model,active control strategies,including proportion integral derivative(PID)and liner quadratic regulator(LQR)control laws,are designed to inhibit the pendulum movement of drogue due to,atmospheric turbulences.Numerical simulation results show the significant correctness of the proposed dynamic model by steady-state drag and balance position of drogue when the tanker flights under different conditions.Moreover,the steady state position error varies within 1 cm,thanks to either controller,when the drogue suffers from moderate-level atmospheric turbulences.Further,the PID controller exhibits better control effect and higher control precision than LQR controller. 展开更多

The resistance loss of transportation was studied and the influences of buoyancy layout,mineral content and elastic modulus of flexible hose were investigated based on three-dimensional finite element model of fluid-solid interaction by MSC.MARC/MENTAT software.The numerical results show that the resistance losses increase with the increase of mineral content Cv and velocity of internal fluid v and decrease with the increase of elastic modulus E of flexible hose.The buoyancy layout and the velocity of internal fluid have greater impacts on the resistance losses than the elastic modulus of flexible hose.In order to reduce the resistance losses and improve the efficiency of the deep-ocean mining,Cv and v must be restricted in a suitable range (e.g.10%-25% and 2.5-4 m/s).Effective buoyancy layout (such as Scheme C and D) should be adopted and the suitable material of moderate E should be used for the flexible hose in deep-ocean mining. 展开更多

Based on the serial-parallel model of single-layer board and the lamination theory, the forces exerted on different layers of the high-pressure hose and the resulting deformations were analyzed when the hose was radially stretched. An equation was proposed to calculate the anisotropic elastic constant of the composite layer with the wound steel wires. Furthermore, the finite element analysis (FEA) model of the high-pressure hose was established, followed by a simulation of the forces that act on different layers, and their deformations. The simulation results show that the stress imposed on the inner reinforced layer and external reinforced layer of the high-pressure hose are approximately 150 MPa and 115 MPa, respectively, in the presence of inner pressure. The stress of the rubber coating and polyethylene coating is lower. The lowest stress occurs on the inner surface of the high-pressure hose and the rubber coating between the two composite layers. The deformation of the rubber layer in the inner surface of the high-pressure hose decreases gradually along the radial direction from the inner surface to the external surface. The deformation of the reinforced composite layer is less than that of the external surface of the rubber coating. The equivalent stress of the reinforced composite layer is higher than that caused by the inner pressure, due to the presence of both inner pressure and axial tension. 展开更多

This work presents a numerical investigation of the thermal–fluid–structure coupling behavior of the liquid natural gas(LNG)transported in the flexible corrugated cryogenic hose.A three-dimensional model of the corrugated hose structure composed of multiple layers of different materials is established and coupled with turbulent LNG flow and heat transfer models in the commercial software ANSYS Workbench.The flow transport behavior,heat transfer across the hose layers,and structural response caused by the flow are analyzed.Parametric studies are performed to evaluate the impacts of inlet flow rate and thermal conductivity of insulation material on the temperature and structural stress of the corrugated hose.The study found that,compared with a regular operating condition,higher inlet flow velocities not only suppress the heat gain of the LNG but also lower the flow-induced structural stress.The insulation layer exhibits excellent performance in maintaining the temperature at the fluid–structure interface,showing little temperature change with respect to material thermal conductivity and ambient temperature.The simulation results may contribute to the research and design of the flexible corrugated cryogenic hoses and provide guidance for safer and more efficient field operations. 展开更多

Influence of Biogeochemical Qualities of Shizuoka Water on the Degradation of PVC Shower Hose 被引量:1

Recently, it has been report of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) shower hoses becoming hard and brittle throughout the eastern and middle portion of Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. No reason has been identified for this phenomenon. The affected cities are located at the paper industries area. We have collected the stiffed hoses attached to shower faucets and examined them for chemical changes. In addition, we have analyzed the water quality of 11 affected cities in Shizuoka in an attempt to establish a probable bio-physico-chemical chain reaction that could cause such hose degradation. According to elemental analysis, oxygen-containing carbon-based plasticizers may leach out of the hose. As a result, the hoses lost flexibility after one year of use in Shizuoka. The organic nutrient (1,4-dioxane) was identified by GC-MS and the utmost number of the heterotrophic bacteria has been detected by PCR-DGGE in the shower water of Shizuoka. The study concludes that the plasticizer disappeared from the stiffed hose and the special characteristics of water in Shizuoka, consisting of organic nutrients, can be used for heterotrophic bacterial growth as a energy source at the shower water temperature, which allows prompt utilization of the plasticizer by increasing abundant bacteria, causing the brittleness of the PVC hose. 展开更多

The upper computer of the experimental bench adopts MCGS configuration software. The test of experiment can meet the control and real-time monitoring of experimental platform conditions. In the experiment,we measure and monitor the data of temperature,tensile force,pressure and so on by the analog modules. During the process of experiment,the actuators like the solenoid valve and the motor are controlled by the switch. The paper describes that the constitution of experimental control system of the superelastic hose instability, control function and the achievement of monitoring condition. 提出了“海底矿石富集采集-柔性管输送-料仓高速提升”的新型深海多金属结核非连续采矿作业系统。以中国五矿多金属结核勘探合同区水深5 200 m、提升矿石综合产能100 t/h为开采目标,进行了该作业系统中采集系统、软管输送系统、料仓提... 提出了“海底矿石富集采集-柔性管输送-料仓高速提升”的新型深海多金属结核非连续采矿作业系统。以中国五矿多金属结核勘探合同区水深5 200 m、提升矿石综合产能100 t/h为开采目标,进行了该作业系统中采集系统、软管输送系统、料仓提升系统的关键设备设计选型。采用水动力仿真计算开展了软管构型及载荷特征、料仓提升过程缆绳载荷特性等分析。结果表明,软管浮力块数量18个、输送软管最小弯曲半径1.6 m、最大张力4.98 kN条件下,该作业系统能满足最小弯曲半径和安全载荷需求;料仓高速提升过程中,缆绳综合应力安全系数5.22~6.03,大于国家标准要求的安全系数,验证了新型深海非连续采矿作业系统的可靠性。 展开更多

针对汽车软管接头塑件的弯管特征成型难点,设计了一种复合弯管抽芯机构和两板冷流道模具用于塑件的自动化注塑生产。该塑件的弯管包含2个分段,一段为直管,一段为90°弯管。直管分段需要针对内、外壁的脱模设计抽芯机构,弯管段需要... 针对汽车软管接头塑件的弯管特征成型难点,设计了一种复合弯管抽芯机构和两板冷流道模具用于塑件的自动化注塑生产。该塑件的弯管包含2个分段,一段为直管,一段为90°弯管。直管分段需要针对内、外壁的脱模设计抽芯机构,弯管段需要对弯管内壁设计旋转抽芯机构。因而限于塑件弯管外壁周边局部特征的特点,针对直管段设计了一个内、外壁同步抽芯子机构,外壁的局部特征采用一个下降成型块成型,并由内壁的抽芯滑块驱动而实施二次抽芯动作。针对弯管段则设计一个油缸驱动扇形齿轮抽芯的旋转抽芯子机构,机构的扇形齿轮直接安装在型芯镶件的圆弧槽内,并由油缸驱动齿条进行驱动。闭模时扇形齿轮由第一个子机构的内壁抽芯滑块锁紧。复合机构在设计空间狭窄的条件下,巧妙地解决了塑件弯管的自动脱模难题。模具中,基于分区脱模方法还设计了2个斜导柱滑块用于塑件一个直管和一个安装板局部特征的成型与脱模。模具结构布置合理,机构结构设计恰当,能有效降低模具制造成本,模具中复合机构的设计能为同类塑件的模具结构设计提供有益参考。 展开更多

工业软管泵软管在使用过程中工作条件较为恶劣,在使用寿命和可靠性方面存在较大优化设计空间,对其进行快速、精确地数值模拟十分必要。考虑到橡胶复合材料高度的非线性和几何非线性,文中为工业软管泵中使用的非编织橡胶软管设计了一个... 工业软管泵软管在使用过程中工作条件较为恶劣,在使用寿命和可靠性方面存在较大优化设计空间,对其进行快速、精确地数值模拟十分必要。考虑到橡胶复合材料高度的非线性和几何非线性,文中为工业软管泵中使用的非编织橡胶软管设计了一个非线性数值模型,并建立了一种用于处理非编织物加强层的加强筋单元有限元模型。基于以上模型,进一步研究了反作用力、最大应力应变和软管内表面接触面积大小与滑靴压缩进给量的关系,通过这些参数确定滑靴的挤压位移,能够减少原型测试的时间并降低设计成本;同时还计算出在不同内部压力下密封软管的预测挤压位移。针对软管压缩过程设计了反力和变形尺寸测试试验,结果表明:仿真结果具有良好的精度。文中提出的软管泵软管建模方法有助于软管泵的全虚拟仿真和数字化设计。 展开更多
