Considering the strong nonlinearity of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)resulting from high Angle of Attack(AOA)and fast maneuvering,we present a multi-model predictive control strategy for UAV maneuvering,which has a sm...Considering the strong nonlinearity of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)resulting from high Angle of Attack(AOA)and fast maneuvering,we present a multi-model predictive control strategy for UAV maneuvering,which has a small amount of online calculation.Firstly,we divide the maneuver envelope of UAV into several sub-regions on the basis of the gap metric theory.A novel algorithm is then developed to determine the ploytopic model for each sub-region.According to this,a Robust Model Predictive Control based on the Idea of Comprehensive optimization(ICE-RMPC)is proposed.The control law is designed offline and optimized online to reduce the computational expense.Then,the ICE-RMPC method is applied to design the controllers of sub-regions.In addition,to guarantee the stability of whole closed-loop system,a multi-model switching control strategy based on guardian maps is put forward.Finally,the tracking performance of proposed control strategy is demonstrated by an illustrative example.展开更多

The Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia provides a guarantee of religious freedom for every citizen under Article 28 E of the 1945 Constitution. The Constitutional Court, which is required to protect, maintain, and ensure religious freedom for religious minorities, is deemed to fail guarding the right of religious minorities, because in addition to providing a restrictive ruling on a judicial review of the rule of law which is contrary to the basic law, it also fails to interpret legal products under the laws as part of the constitution. The Constitutional Court dysfunction as a guardian of the constitutional rights of religious minorities occurs because of the vacuum of law （recht vacuum）, a narrow interpretation of the constitution by the constitutional judges. The urgency that needs to be addressed is to provide the Constitutional Court with a more extensive authority, which is not limited only to review legal products under laws, but also includes production of Law on Freedom of Religion and Belief for protection in the application of Article 28 E of the 1945 Constitution.展开更多

In modern society,female parents from different strata are involved in the process of constructing their motherhood through education.But mothers of different social classes have different ways of acting.Amid increasi...In modern society,female parents from different strata are involved in the process of constructing their motherhood through education.But mothers of different social classes have different ways of acting.Amid increasingly fierce educational competition,the mothers of ordinary working families move into the school neighborhood to look after their children as the college entrance examination(gaokao)approaches,and construct their“student guardian motherhood”status through their task of accompanying their children’s study.This paper takes as its subject mothers as student guardians in M Town,a typical gaokao community,providing a structural analysis of the features of such mothers’educational labor and production relations from the perspective of gender and class.Seen in the light of the family’s gendered division of labor,the educational work of student guardian mothers is a new form of housework.In terms of the content of its division of labor,the student guardian work of mothers dedicated to their children’s well-being counts as“low-end”work,an overflow from links in the division of labor in school education.On the one hand,due to their lack of cultural capital,the relationship between parents and schools is one of“accompanying”and“submission.”On the other,these parents consciously keep their distance from“quality education”and form an organic compound with the schools’efficient exam-centered education.The traditional Chinese idea of“hoping one’s sons become dragons”[achieve greatness]and the modern“child-centered”concept of nurturing jointly shape the image of student guardian mothers who work as service-oriented mothers in tandem with school education.The function of student guardians is not only the educational labor of“looking after the children”enjoined on middle-and lower-class female parents by the current division of education and social labor,but also an active and rational action strategy adopted by working class Chinese mothers striving for their children’s academic success.展开更多
