From the perspective of group standards, the dynamics of the cosmetic industry in the past few years were briefly reviewed and analyzed, including the number of group standards published, types of group standards, groups, and geographical distribution of the groups. The large number of participating groups and the wide range of geographical distribution indicated that group standards could play a positive role in the sustained and positive development of cosmetic industry. The rapid PCR identification technology plays a crucial role in the quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and decoction pieces.This technology,based on the principle of polymerase chain reaction(PCR),can quickly and accurately identify the authenticity of medicinal materials,thereby ensuring the safety and effectiveness of drugs.To promote the standardized development of rapid PCR identification,the China Association of Chinese Medicine has approved and issued 3 group standards led by the National Resource Center for Chinese Materia Medica,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.These standards are Quickly PCR Identification of Lonicerae japonicae flos(T/CACM 013-2016),Quickly PCR Identification of Bungarus parvus(T/CACM 012-2016),and Quickly PCR Identification of Rhizoma bletillae(T/CACM 1027.105-2018).This paper provides a detailed interpretation of the above standards,expounds on the principles,methods,and applications of rapid PCR identification,and its significance in the traditional Chinese medicine industry,so as to promote the development of rapid PCR identification and the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine identification. 展开更多

Based on the empirical analysis of data contained in the International Software Benchmarking Standards Group (ISBSG) repository, this paper presents software engineering project duration models based on project effort. Duration models are built for the entire dataset and for subsets of projects developed for personal computer, mid-range and mainframe platforms. Duration models are also constructed for projects requiring fewer than 400 person-hours of effort and for projects requiring more than 400 person-hours of effort. The usefulness of adding the maximum number of assigned resources as a second independent variable to explain duration is also analyzed. The opportunity to build duration models directly from project functional size in function points is investigated as well. 展开更多
