The rural social space quality is an important indicator to measure the living standard and thinking ideas and so forth of rural residents in a certain region.In this paper,213 administrative villages in Longxi County...The rural social space quality is an important indicator to measure the living standard and thinking ideas and so forth of rural residents in a certain region.In this paper,213 administrative villages in Longxi County of the Loess Hilly Area,China are taken as evaluation units to construct the evaluation model of the rural social space quality.This paper deeply analyzed the variation patterns and their formation mechanism of the rural social space quality at a village scale,and proposed a governance model based on the rural social space quality.The results show that:(1)the social space quality levels of individual administrative villages show a gradually decreasing trend from the township seats to outward.The eastern part of Longxi County has a relatively high education level and living standard,and the western part has a relatively high population stability level and income level.(2)The rural social space quality is mainly in a ring structure,supplemented by the interlaced structure.The core area is the towns and their surrounding areas,while the transition area,marginal area,and other areas are expanded around the core area.(3)Social forces and spatial effects jointly shape the variation of the rural social space quality.Social organizations provide a driving force for the allocation of elements,and interweaving with the spatial effects lead to the differences in the social space quality.(4)The governance models of the rural social space quality are constructed based on the principles of retaining the rural“people”,optimizing the rural“land”,and developing the rural“industry”,so as to improve the rural centripetal force,core force,inner thrust,and source power.展开更多

Current frameworks lack specific requirements for the defence industry. The model uses Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance data governance procedures. Design Science Research guided the study, using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather data from MoD personnel. Major deficiencies were found in data integration, quality control, and adherence to data security regulations. The DGMM helps the MOD improve personnel, procedures, technology, and organizational elements related to data management. The model was tested against ISO/IEC 38500 and recommended for use in other government sectors with similar data governance issues. The DGMM has the potential to enhance data management efficiency, security, and compliance in the MOD and guide further research in military data governance.展开更多

It has also affected the land structure accordingly, causing the mining area to gradually evolve into a mining wasteland, and continuously reducing the land utilization rate. For human beings, mineral resources are an important basis for their survival. However, in spite of this, we should not sacrifice the ecological environment for economic development. For this reason, our country has actively carried out the research on the restoration of mine geological environment, and has achieved good results in the utilization and consolidation of land resources, which has effectively solved the contradiction and conflict among people, land and environment in our country. In the following, the classic environmental restoration and management model will be summarized based on the engineering examples of geological environment restoration and management of domestic outstanding abandoned open-pit mines. The private access model is the most sustainable of the three major conservation models because it provides the best information and incentives to balance the needs of humans and wildlife, maintain general wildlife habitat, and adapt quickly to changing environmental and/or socioeconomic conditions. Government-controlled access, however, can be employed as a model of last resort if the private access model shows signs of failing to protect specific species from local extirpation or extinction, which it is most likely to do for migratory species, species with close commercial substitutes, and species with no direct commercial value. Government regulators may also be needed to enforce property rights arrangements like catch shares and to monitor resources that remain open access in case socioeconomic or environmental conditions change sufficiently to trigger the tragedy of the commons. Most treatments of wildlife regulation default to various iterations of the government access model and fail even to consider the costs and benefits of private and open access models. The current study employs the novel Hirota bilinear scheme to investigate the nonlinear model.Thus,we acquire some two-wave and breather wave solutions to the governing equation.Breathers are pulsating localized struc...The current study employs the novel Hirota bilinear scheme to investigate the nonlinear model.Thus,we acquire some two-wave and breather wave solutions to the governing equation.Breathers are pulsating localized structures that have been used to mimic extreme waves in a variety of nonlinear dispersive media with a narrow banded starting process.Several recent investigations,on the other hand,imply that breathers can survive in more complex habitats,such as random seas,despite the attributed physical restrictions.The authenticity and genuineness of all the acquired solutions agreed with the original equation.In order to shed more light on these novel solutions,we plot the 3-dimensional and contour graphs to the reported solutions with some suitable values.The governing model is also stable because of the idea of linear stability.The study’s findings may help explain the physics behind some of the challenges facing ocean engineers.展开更多

文摘The current study employs the novel Hirota bilinear scheme to investigate the nonlinear model.Thus,we acquire some two-wave and breather wave solutions to the governing equation.Breathers are pulsating localized structures that have been used to mimic extreme waves in a variety of nonlinear dispersive media with a narrow banded starting process.Several recent investigations,on the other hand,imply that breathers can survive in more complex habitats,such as random seas,despite the attributed physical restrictions.The authenticity and genuineness of all the acquired solutions agreed with the original equation.In order to shed more light on these novel solutions,we plot the 3-dimensional and contour graphs to the reported solutions with some suitable values.The governing model is also stable because of the idea of linear stability.The study’s findings may help explain the physics behind some of the challenges facing ocean engineers.
