BACKGROUND According to the Global Cancer Statistics Report,the incidence of colorectal cancer ranks third and the mortality rate ranks second worldwide among malignant tumors.AIM To explore the effects of Nursing Out...BACKGROUND According to the Global Cancer Statistics Report,the incidence of colorectal cancer ranks third and the mortality rate ranks second worldwide among malignant tumors.AIM To explore the effects of Nursing Outcomes Classification(NOC)-based multidimensional nursing on self-efficacy and symptom relief in patients with low anterior resection syndrome(LARS)following sphincter-preserving surgery.METHODS This observational study enrolled 120 patients with LARS after sphincterpreserving surgery for low rectal cancer admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and December 2024.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=60)that received routine nursing intervention or an observation group(n=60)that received multidimensional nursing intervention.Before and after the intervention,the Chinese version of the Self-Management Efficacy Scale for Cancer Patients(SUPPH),the LARS scoring scale,and the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Core Scale(EORTC QLQC30)were used to evaluate the self-efficacy,symptom relief,and quality of life of the two patient groups,and the nursing satisfaction was compared between the groups.RESULTS After the intervention,both groups showed increased scores for each item on the SUPPH and EORTC QLQ-C30 scales compared with those before the intervention,whereas the LARS score showed a decreasing trend.Compared with the control group,the scores for each item of the SUPPH and EORTC QLQ-C30 scales in the observation group were significantly higher after the intervention,while the LARS score was significantly lower(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(83.33%vs 95.00%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Multidimensional NOC-based nursing improves self-efficacy,symptoms,quality of life,and satisfaction in patients with LARS.However,further research is needed to assess its long-term and comparative effectiveness.展开更多

Methods: a total of 60 patients with schizophrenia were included as the research object, and the research time was intercepted from January 2020 to January 2021. At the same time, nursing intervention was carried out in the form of grouping, with 30 patients in each group. The research group carried out work in the multi-dimensional rehabilitation nursing mode, and the reference group carried out routine nursing work. The activities of daily living and social functions of patients in the two groups were investigated before and after nursing, and the survey data were compared between the two groups. Results: there was little difference in ADL score and FAQ score between the two groups before nursing (P > 0.05);After nursing, the ADL score of the study group was significantly higher and the FAQ score was significantly lower. Compared with the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of multidimensional rehabilitation nursing to the treatment of schizophrenic patients can comprehensively improve the quality of nursing, help patients improve their self-care ability in daily life, and reduce social dysfunction. Objective:To analysis the development trend and research focus of empowerment theory applied to Nursing in China.Methods:Literatures related to the objective were searched and collected from CNKI,WangFang,VIP and CBM,...Objective:To analysis the development trend and research focus of empowerment theory applied to Nursing in China.Methods:Literatures related to the objective were searched and collected from CNKI,WangFang,VIP and CBM,then Excel 2003 was used to setup the database and co-word matrix,SPSS 21.0 was utilized to make the visualized analysis by way of multivariate statistics analysis,cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis.Results:Literatures with the number of 486 were selected out and 18 high frequency keywords were retrieved from 140 journals.Among the literatures,the first one was published in 2002,then a tremendous rising started since 2009,and reached the peak in 2017,mainly from the southern part of China,such as the province of Jiangsu,Guangdong,and Zhejiang.Regarding the content of the literatures,the research of intervention accounted for 61.32%,then the research of description came to the second at the ratio of 24.49%.What’s more,378(77.78%)were cited,154(31.69%)were funded.Conclusion:Nowadays,empowerment applied in the therapy of chronic disease is the focus and trend of the research of empowerment theory,and the psychological empowerment to nursing staff,as well as the constructed empowerment is going mature.In the future,more attention should be paid to the study and practice of empowerment theory,in order to vary the direction of research and enrich the theory.展开更多

Methods: A total of 80 cases of lung cancer patients receiving PICC chemotherapy in our department from February 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into observation group (n40) and control group (n40). The patients received routine nursing care. The infection rate, nursing satisfaction rate and nursing quality were compared. Results The nursing satisfaction degree was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P 0.05). The infection rate was higher in the control group than in the control group (P 0.05). The nursing quality was higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: Multi-dimensional continuous care applied to PICC chemotherapy for lung cancer can reduce the infection rate of PICC, improve the survival treatment of patients, ensure the curative effect, and the effect is significant.展开更多

Methods: 120 elderly patients with CHD and HF in our hospital were randomly divided into JC group and DW group, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in JC group were given routine nursing, while patients in DW group were given multi-dimensional cooperative nursing (that is, on the basis of routine nursing, nursing interventions such as improving psychological efficacy, self-health management level, strengthening cardiac function rehabilitation guidance and improving social function were jointly carried out). Before and after nursing, the improvement effects of patients negative emotions (HAMA for anxiety and HAMD for depression), and self-health management level (ESCA), cardiac function (LVEF, CI, SV) and quality of life (SF-36) were investigated. Results: after nursing, the scores of HAMA for anxiety and HAMD for depression in DW group were lower than those in JC group (P < 0.05), while LVEF, CI and SV for cardiac function in DW group were higher than those in JC group (P < 0.05), and ESCA and SF-36 scale were higher than those in JC group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: multi-dimensional collaborative nursing, guided by the concept of finishing nursing, provides all-round nursing services for elderly CHD patients with HF from the aspects of disease cognition, psychological efficacy, self-health management level, cardiac function rehabilitation and social function, which can effectively improve patients negative emotions, disease management level, cardiac function rehabilitation and quality of life.展开更多
Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursi...Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the case-based three-dimensional teaching method guided by evidence-based thinking in the teaching of trainee nurses in the rehabilitation department.Method:Eighty nursing practice nurses who were conducting clinical practice learning in the Rehabilitation Department of Deyang People’s Hospital from June 2024 to May 2025 were selected as the research subjects.By using the controlled grouping method,the practice nurses from June 2024 to November 2024 were taken as the control group(n=40).The period from December 2024 to May 2025 was taken as the experimental group(n=40 students),the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was taught by evidence-based nursing combined with case teaching method.The clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,exit assessment scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of intern nurses at the time of leaving the department were compared.Results:At the time of leaving the department,the scores of each dimension and the total score of clinical thinking ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=9.268,6.354,6.199)9.694,all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the scores of each dimension and the total score of the autonomous learning ability of the intern nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(t=6.998,7.333,5.503,5.977,22.244)all p<0.05).At the time of leaving the department the theoretical assessment scores and operational assessment scores of the experimental group were both higher than those of the control group(t=14.546,11.676,all p<0.05).At the time of graduation,the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=7.314,p<0.05.Conclusion:The adoption of the case-based three-dimensional teaching.Rehabilitation method guided by the evidence-based ideology during the teaching process can effectively improve the clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,departmental assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the intern nurses in the rehabilitation department,which is worthy of reference.展开更多
