In this paper the architecture of global vision system of our small size robotic team and the process of object recognition is described. One Health has been recognized as a cost-effectiveness approach that intricate connections between human health,animal health,and ecosystem health.This holistic perspective is crucial for addressing complex health challenges that arise at the intersection of these domains,such as emerging infectious diseases,antimicrobial resistance,food safety&food security,and environmental degradation.The beneficiaries of the One Health ap-proach have been demonstrated by many case studies worldwide,and summarized by The World Bank that not only support poverty alleviation in developing countries,but also can reduce pandemic risk globally.It is essential for us to understand the means of promoting the initiatives in building the transdisciplinary science of One Health that requires a global vision with integration of various disciplines,stakeholders,and resources.Therefore,we introduce the role of the transdisciplinary science of One Health,and the key steps and strategies necessary to implement One Health approach in the real world.We also propose three research priorities,including empha-sizing climate change and health,enhancing global health security,and promoting equity and inclusivity which is crucial for the success of One Health initiatives.Hence,building a transdisciplinary science of One Health will not only improve holistic health between human,animal,and environmental domains,but also contribute to the global health security and sustainable development. 展开更多

Multi-sensor vision system plays an important role in the 3D measurement of large objects.However,due to the widely distribution of sensors,the problem of lacking common fields of view(FOV) arises frequently,which makes the global calibration of the vision system quite difficult.The primary existing solution relies on large-scale surveying equipments,which is ponderous and inconvenient for field calibrations.In this paper,a global calibration method of multi-sensor vision system is proposed and investigated.The proposed method utilizes pairs of skew laser lines,which are generated by a group of laser pointers,as the calibration objects.Each pair of skew laser lines provides a unique coordinate system in space which can be reconstructed in certain vision sensor's coordinates by using a planar pattern.Then the geometries of sensors are computed under rigid transformation constrains by taking coordinates of each skew lines pair as the intermediary.The method is applied on both visual cameras with synthetic data and a real two-camera vision system;results show the validity and good performance.The prime contribution of this paper is taking skew laser lines as the global calibration objects,which makes the method simple and flexible.The method need no expensive equipments and can be used in large-scale calibration. 展开更多

为了解决双目立体测量时,散斑结构光法受到投影质量和离散编码特性制约难以实现弱纹理区域精确匹配的问题,提出了一种基于单帧连续编码条纹的半全局立体匹配测量方法。在编码方面,设计了一种与半全局立体匹配路径相关的单帧连续编码条纹... 为了解决双目立体测量时,散斑结构光法受到投影质量和离散编码特性制约难以实现弱纹理区域精确匹配的问题,提出了一种基于单帧连续编码条纹的半全局立体匹配测量方法。在编码方面,设计了一种与半全局立体匹配路径相关的单帧连续编码条纹,实现对空间高效且鲁棒的特征编码。在算法方面,针对编码条纹改进了代价初始化方法,为立体匹配提供高质量的初始代价;同时引入自适应分区域并行计算和分层视差预测加速机制,提高了测量效率。实验结果表明:文中方法对距离1 m的弧形弱纹理样件实现了正确匹配率为92.77%,均方根误差为0.89mm的高分辨率精确测量。在0.5~4.0 m的深度范围内,平面测量误差在2.0 m处为1.54、4.0 m处为3.89mm,台阶高度测量在2.0 m处平均绝对误差优于1.25mm,均方根误差优于1.45mm,证明了该方法在较大范围内的平面感知与平面间深度测量的能力。通过与现有双目散斑结构光法及商用双目散斑深度相机的对比试验证明,文中方法能在较大深度范围内稳定完成立体匹配,具备较高的精度和鲁棒性,在工业三维感知领域存在良好的发展潜力。 展开更多

中国55岁及以上人群失明和视力损伤的疾病负担及变化趋势:2021年全球疾病负担研究分析

目的分析1990—2021年中国≥55岁人群失明和视力损伤(BVL)的疾病负担及变化趋势,为相关防治政策和措施的制定提供科学依据。方法在全球疾病负担数据库(GBD)2021中检索1990—2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者数据,包括患病率、患病人数、伤残调... 目的分析1990—2021年中国≥55岁人群失明和视力损伤(BVL)的疾病负担及变化趋势,为相关防治政策和措施的制定提供科学依据。方法在全球疾病负担数据库(GBD)2021中检索1990—2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者数据,包括患病率、患病人数、伤残调整寿命年(DALYs)和DALYs率,采用分段回归模型分析BVL患病情况和DALYs的趋势变化,同时分析导致BVL的眼病因素,并运用年龄-时期-队列模型分析BVL的年龄、时期和队列效应。结果2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者的粗患病率和粗DALYs率较1990年分别升高33.48%和8.45%;患病率和DALYs率随增龄而增高,在≥95岁达到最高,分别为66533.68/10万和3482.65/10万,其中女性患者的疾病负担高于男性。1990—2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者标化患病率呈上升趋势,平均年度变化百分比(AAPC)为0.87%(95%CI:0.66~1.07);标化DALYs率变化趋势不显著,AAPC为0.07%(95%CI:-0.11~0.25)。近视力丧失和屈光不正在55~69岁人群中患病率较高,而白内障是老年人群失明和视力损伤的主要病因,其DALYs随年龄增长显著上升。年龄-时期-队列模型结果显示,1990—2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者患病率和DALYs率随年龄增长显著上升,随时期的增加呈现先上升后下降的趋势,随出生队列的递增呈现先下降后上升的趋势。结论1990—2021年中国≥55岁BVL患者标化患病率呈上升趋势,标化DALYs率变化趋势不显著,并且女性群体疾病负担高于男性,随着我国人口老龄化的加剧,提示有关部门应重视对老年群体的干预,制定有效的公共卫生预防政策,以期减轻我国BVL造成的重大疾病负担。 展开更多

全局-局部特征融合驱动的抑郁症筛查方法研究

目前,基于机器视觉的抑郁症识别筛查的方法往往忽略脸部的局部特征,在实际应用中一旦脸部被部分遮挡,会严重影响筛查的准确性,甚至无法进行有效筛查。为此,该文提出一种边缘视觉的抑郁症筛查方法,该方法通过构建一个全局-局部融合注意... 目前,基于机器视觉的抑郁症识别筛查的方法往往忽略脸部的局部特征,在实际应用中一旦脸部被部分遮挡,会严重影响筛查的准确性,甚至无法进行有效筛查。为此,该文提出一种边缘视觉的抑郁症筛查方法,该方法通过构建一个全局-局部融合注意力网络同步识别被筛查对象的面部表情和眼部局部特征。为了提高对眼部局部特征的提取能力,该文在网络中引入卷积注意力模块,强化对眼动轨迹特征的捕捉能力。实验结果表明,该方法在抑郁症识别上表现优异,在自建数据集上(包含脸部遮挡情况)的精确率、召回率、F1分数分别达0.76,0.78和0.77,较最新方法召回率提升10.76%,在AVEC2013和AVEC2014数据集上,平均绝对误差(MAE)分别低至5.74和5.79,较最新方法提升3.53%和1.2%。此外,通过可视化分析直观展现了模型对面部不同区域的关注度,进一步验证了方法的有效性和合理性。该方法部署于边缘设备后,单帧平均处理时延不超过56.14ms,为抑郁症筛查提供了新方案。 展开更多

为了解决位姿估计中点云存在较多的相似特征和非对应点导致位姿估计精度低的问题,提出一种基于关键点距离的全局特征位姿估计方法。该方法使用关键点之间的距离构建全局特征,避免相似的局部特征对位姿估计精度的影响;同时,为了提升全局... 为了解决位姿估计中点云存在较多的相似特征和非对应点导致位姿估计精度低的问题,提出一种基于关键点距离的全局特征位姿估计方法。该方法使用关键点之间的距离构建全局特征,避免相似的局部特征对位姿估计精度的影响;同时,为了提升全局特征匹配速度,提出一种基于距离对照表的特征匹配策略,通过对照表对全局特征投票进行相似度量,从而在避免非对应点干扰的同时,有效地提高通过全局特征找寻对应关系的效率。最后,将这些对应关系使用基于对应图可靠性的外点去除策略(GROR)去除外点并得到转换位姿。在4个公开数据集上的实验结果显示,相较于快速点特征直方图(FPFH)、方向直方图签名(SHOT)和二值化方向直方图签名(BSHOT)3个特征描述子,所提方法在特征匹配的精度-召回率曲线下区域面积指标分别平均提升了116%、169%和137%;相较于原GROR,所提方法在旋转误差和平移误差上分别降低了47.38%和52.43%。 展开更多

【目的】准确鉴别蝴蝶种类,动态观测蝴蝶群落多样性变化对生境质量评估、生态环境恢复等方面具有重要意义。针对现有蝴蝶识别方法仅依靠整体特征,忽略了局部特征导致识别生态图像能力不足的问题,本研究旨在开发一种Local-Global-VIT细... 【目的】准确鉴别蝴蝶种类,动态观测蝴蝶群落多样性变化对生境质量评估、生态环境恢复等方面具有重要意义。针对现有蝴蝶识别方法仅依靠整体特征,忽略了局部特征导致识别生态图像能力不足的问题,本研究旨在开发一种Local-Global-VIT细粒度分类算法的蝴蝶识别方法。【方法】本研究以5科200种共计25 279张蝴蝶图像为识别对象,采用多种数据增强方法扩充图像数据;通过视觉Transformer(vision transformer, VIT)层级结构及自注意力机制逐层选择局部令牌并保留至最后一层学习蝴蝶局部判别部位信息;聚合高层全局令牌消除复杂背景干扰;通过对比损失拉大类间距提高区分度。除此之外,使用合理的学习率调整策略和迁移学习方法,优化了模型收敛过程,在不增加参数量的情况下提高了性能。【结果】Local-Global-VIT算法在大规模细粒度公开数据集Butterfly-200上识别准确率达91.20%,较改进前提升了1.15%,比最优的一般害虫识别算法EfficientNet_b0和细粒度分类算法TransFG准确率分别高了1.83%和0.64%,F1分值分别提高了1.89%和0.88%。【结论】Local-Global-VIT算法以细粒度识别方式有效解决了蝴蝶类内差异大、类间差异小的分类难题,能准确地识别蝴蝶种类,有助于高效评估生境质量。 展开更多

应对气候变化是一项紧迫而长期的任务,仅靠减少温室气体排放无法实现《巴黎协定》温控目标,负排放是必然选择。海洋是地球上最大的活跃碳库、负排放潜力巨大,但尚无国际公认的实现路径。海洋负排放(Ocean Negative Carbon Emissions,ON... 应对气候变化是一项紧迫而长期的任务,仅靠减少温室气体排放无法实现《巴黎协定》温控目标,负排放是必然选择。海洋是地球上最大的活跃碳库、负排放潜力巨大,但尚无国际公认的实现路径。海洋负排放(Ocean Negative Carbon Emissions,ONCE)国际大科学计划立足微型生物碳泵(MCP)原创理论,综合已知海洋储碳机制(BCMS),提出合情、合理、合法的技术方案,构建可行、可靠、可期的实施路径,形成“理论—方法—标准—应用”链条。在此基础上,提出“三重务实”(Triple REAL)理念,涵盖技术方案(3R:技术合理、方案可行-ISO认证,推广可期)、实施原则(3E:生态友好、符合伦理、回报公平)、预期目标(3A:志向宏大、脚踏实地、目标可及)和治理框架(3L:合法合规、保护环境、权责明晰),搭建了具有系统性和可操作性的治理框架、构建了超越“三可”(可测量、可报告、可核查)的碳信用底层逻辑,为海洋碳汇纳入全球碳交易市场奠定基础、为全球气候治理提供科技支撑。 展开更多

These do not provide dynamic control over the area in which the cattle are grazing. Existing virtual fencing techniques for the control of herds of cattle, based on polygon coordinate definition of boundaries is limited in the area of land mass coverage and dynamism. This work seeks to develop a more robust and an improved monocular vision based boundary avoidance for non-invasive stray control system for cattle, with a view to increase land mass coverage in virtual fencing techniques and dynamism. The monocular vision based depth estimation will be modeled using concept of global Fourier Transform (FT) and local Wavelet Transform (WT) of image structure of scenes (boundaries). The magnitude of the global Fourier Transform gives the dominant orientations and textual patterns of the image;while the local Wavelet Transform gives the dominant spectral features of the image and their spatial distribution. Each scene picture or image is defined by features v, which contain the set of global (FT) and local (WT) statistics of the image. Scenes or boundaries distances are given by estimating the depth D by means of the image features v. Sound cues of intensity equivalent to the magnitude of the depth D are applied to the animal ears as stimuli. This brings about the desired control as animals tend to move away from uncomfortable sounds. 展开更多

Global Calibration Method for Monocular Multi-View System Using Rotational Dual-Target

To make the problems of existing high requirements of calibration tools, complex global calibration process addressed for monocular multi-view visual measurement system during measurement, in the paper, a global calibration method is proposed for the geometric properties of rotational correlation motion and the absolute orientation of the field of view without over lap. Firstly, a dual-camera system is constructed for photographing and collecting the rotating image sequence of two flat targets rigidly connected by a long rod at different positions, and based on the known parameters, such as, target feature image, world coordinates, camera internal parameters and so on, then the global PnP optimization method is used to solve the rotation axis and the reference point at different positions;Then, the absolute orientation matrix is constructed based on the parameters of rotation axis, reference point and connecting rod length obtained by this method. In the end, the singular value decomposition method is used to find the optimal rotation matrix, and then get the translation matrix. It’s shown based on simulation and actual tests that in comparison with the existing methods, the maximum attitude and pose errors is 0.0083˚ and 0.3657 mm, respectively, which improves the accuracy by 27.8% and 24.4%, respectively. The calibration device in this paper is simple, and there are no parallel, vertical and coplanar requirements between multiple rotating positions. At the same time, in view of the calibration accuracy, the accuracy requirements of most application scenarios can be met. 展开更多
