Fueled by the booming online games,there is an increasing demand for monitoring online games in various settings.One of the application scenarios is the monitor of computer games in school computer labs,for which an intelligent game recognition method is required.In this paper,a method to identify game processes in accordance with private working sets(i.e.,the amount of memory occupied by a process but cannot be shared among other processes)is introduced.Results of the W test showed that the memory sizes occupied by the legitimate processes(e.g.,the processes of common native windows applications)and game processes followed normal distribution.Using the T-test,a significant difference was identified between the legitimate processes and C/S-based computer games,in terms of the means and variances of their private working sets.Subsequently,we derived the density functions of the private working sets of the considered game processes and those of the legitimate processes.Given the private working set of a process and the derived probability density functions,the probability that the process is a legitimate process and the probability that the process is a game process can be determined.After comparing the two probabilities,we can easily determine whether the process is a game process or not.As revealed from the test results,the recognition accuracy of this method for C/S-based computer games was approximately 90%. 展开更多

One of the assumptions of previous research in evolutionary game dynamics is that individuals use only one rule to update their strategy. In reality, an individual's strategy update rules may change with the environment, and it is possible for an individual to use two or more rules to update their strategy. We consider the case where an individual updates strategies based on the Moran and imitation processes, and establish mixed stochastic evolutionary game dynamics by combining both processes. Our aim is to study how individuals change strategies based on two update rules and how this affects evolutionary game dynamics. We obtain an analytic expression and properties of the fixation probability and fixation times(the unconditional fixation time or conditional average fixation time) associated with our proposed process. We find unexpected results. The fixation probability within the proposed model is independent of the probabilities that the individual adopts the imitation rule update strategy. This implies that the fixation probability within the proposed model is equal to that from the Moran and imitation processes. The one-third rule holds in the proposed mixed model. However, under weak selection, the fixation times are different from those of the Moran and imitation processes because it is connected with the probability that individuals adopt an imitation update rule. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the relationships between fixation times and the probability that an individual adopts the imitation update rule, as well as between fixation times and selection intensity. From the simulated analysis, we find that the fixation time for a mixed process is greater than that of the Moran process, but is less than that of the imitation process. Moreover, the fixation times for a cooperator in the proposed process increase as the probability of adopting an imitation update increases; however, the relationship becomes more complex than a linear relationship. 展开更多

By using a generalized fitness-dependent Moran process, an evolutionary model for symmetric 2 × 2 games in a well-mixed population with a finite size is investigated. In the model, the individuals' payoff accumulating from games is mapped into fitness using an exponent function. Both selection strength β and mutation rate ε are considered. The process is an ergodic birth-death process. Based on the limit distribution of the process, we give the analysis results for which strategy will be favoured when s is small enough. The results depend on not only the payoff matrix of the game, but also on the population size. Especially, we prove that natural selection favours the strategy which is risk-dominant when the population size is large enough. For arbitrary β and ε values, the 'Hawk-Dove' game and the 'Coordinate' game are used to illustrate our model. We give the evolutionary stable strategy (ESS) of the games and compare the results with those of the replicator dynamics in the infinite population. [Method] Based on the analysis of particulate matter online observation data and meteorological data during the corresponding period in Chinese environmental science college, Hysplit Back trace model and Numerical weather prediction graphs, and combined with the different analytical methods on meteorological flow fields, a typical process of particles in Beijing during early 2008 Olympic Games was studied. [Result] The results indicated that during the ascent stage of PM2.5 concentration, the PM showed gradually aging phenomena; the process controlled by large scale synoptic system mainly. And the weak wind and the high humidity were not in favor of dispersion; the prolonged southerly air mass to bring the pollutant of Hebei, Taijin and Shandong to Beijing; mixing height and temperature curve took the importance role to the pollution. [Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the discussion on factors influencing the production and elimination of particles in the air pollution process. 展开更多

现有的网络防御决策方法大多基于攻防双方完全理性的假设以及确定性博弈模型,难以模拟实际网络攻防场景,导致实用性较差。为更好地适应有限理性条件下的网络攻防博弈场景,文章提出了基于Moran过程和随机演化博弈模型的网络防御决策方法... 现有的网络防御决策方法大多基于攻防双方完全理性的假设以及确定性博弈模型,难以模拟实际网络攻防场景,导致实用性较差。为更好地适应有限理性条件下的网络攻防博弈场景,文章提出了基于Moran过程和随机演化博弈模型的网络防御决策方法,引入选择强度系数描述攻防双方对优势策略的偏好程度,通过求解攻防策略动态演化方程设计最优防御策略决策算法,并刻画策略选择的演化轨迹。数值仿真实验结果验证了文章所提方法的科学性和有效性,分析探讨了不同网络状态下攻防策略的演变规律。同时,与基于Wright-Fisher和基于复制动态的网络防御决策方法相比,文章所提最优防御策略的收敛速度分别提高了23.1%和17.4%,表明该方法在学习效率和收敛速度方面具有优势。 展开更多

面向碳中和战略目标,多能耦合协同驱动下综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的低碳运行优化成为能源转型的关键路径。针对多能耦合协同运行框架,提出了一种考虑负荷需求响应的多时间尺度多维优化调度策略。首先,构建了燃气轮机... 面向碳中和战略目标,多能耦合协同驱动下综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的低碳运行优化成为能源转型的关键路径。针对多能耦合协同运行框架,提出了一种考虑负荷需求响应的多时间尺度多维优化调度策略。首先,构建了燃气轮机-碳捕集与存储-电转气(gas turbine-carbon capture and storage-power to gas,GT-CCS-P2G)多层次耦合架构,并基于此构建了考虑综合需求响应的电-气综合能源系统(integrated electricity-gas system,IEGS)。其次,将电网和气网分别构建为一个智能体,并将IEGS调度方案转化为一个马尔科夫博弈过程。最后,通过基于通信机制的多智能体柔性动作-评价(communication mechanism-enabled multi-agent soft actor-critic,CM-MASAC)方法获得了最终调度决策。通过多种算法对比分析,探讨所提算法的先进性及综合需求响应与GT-CCS-P2G相结合的有效性。实验结果表明,所提方法相较于对比方法,最大降低10.29%运行成本和16.07%碳排放量。 展开更多

Secondly, under a proper assumption, the existence of Nash equilibrium of the given networked evolutionary games is proved and a free-type strategy sequence is designed for the convergence to the Nash equilibrium. 基于Moran过程的物流企业绿色低碳发展的演化博弈研究

随着全球应对气候变化和推动绿色低碳发展需求的不断增强,物流企业作为碳排放的重要主体,其低碳发展问题日益受到关注。基于Moran更新过程演化博弈理论,在不同策略选择下构建物流企业绿色低碳发展的演化博弈模型,对随机因素主导与期望... 随着全球应对气候变化和推动绿色低碳发展需求的不断增强,物流企业作为碳排放的重要主体,其低碳发展问题日益受到关注。基于Moran更新过程演化博弈理论,在不同策略选择下构建物流企业绿色低碳发展的演化博弈模型,对随机因素主导与期望收益主导情境下的策略演化过程进行分析。利用Matlab进行仿真分析,探究相关参数对物流企业绿色低碳发展策略选择的影响,进而提出推动物流企业绿色转型的政策建议。研究表明:绿色低碳物流新技术的创新成本越低,物流企业越倾向于选择低碳发展。政府处罚力度的加大,有助于物流企业倾向选择低碳发展。消费者选择绿色物流能为物流企业带来更多的收益,进而吸引更多的物流企业选择绿色低碳发展。本研究不仅有助于深化对物流企业低碳发展演化机理的理解,也为政府与企业制定相关政策提供参考。 展开更多

We present an alternative method to the possible tedious lottery method of von Neumann and Morgenstern to change ordinal values into cardinal values using the analytical hierarchy process. We suggest using Saaty’s pairwise comparison with combined strategies as criteria for players involved in a repetitive game. We present and illustrate a methodology for moving from ordinal payoffs to cardinal payoffs. We summarize the impact on how the solutions are achieved. 展开更多

A Competitive Markov Approach to the Optimal Combat Strategies of On-Line Action Role-Playing Game Using Evolutionary Algorithms

In the case of on-line action role-playing game, the combat strategies can be divided into three distinct classes, Strategy of Motion(SM), Strategy of Attacking Occasion (SAO) and Strategy of Using Skill (SUS). In this paper, we analyze such strategies of a basic game model in which the combat is modeled by the discrete competitive Markov decision process. By introducing the chase model and the combat assistant technology, we identify the optimal SM and the optimal SAO, successfully. Also, we propose an evolutionary framework, including integration with competitive coevolution and cooperative coevolution, to search the optimal SUS pair which is regarded as the Nash equilibrium point of the strategy space. Moreover, some experiments are made to demonstrate that the proposed framework has the ability to find the optimal SUS pair. Furthermore, from the results, it is shown that using cooperative coevolutionary algorithm is much more efficient than using simple evolutionary algorithm. 展开更多

农户是农业生产的主体,推动农户整体进行绿色生产转型是我国农业全面绿色转型发展的关键,也是一项系统性革命。市场需求端消费者基于绿色偏好所形成的绿色农产品需求是推动农业全面绿色转型的根本动力,这些需求能否传导到生产端并转化... 农户是农业生产的主体,推动农户整体进行绿色生产转型是我国农业全面绿色转型发展的关键,也是一项系统性革命。市场需求端消费者基于绿色偏好所形成的绿色农产品需求是推动农业全面绿色转型的根本动力,这些需求能否传导到生产端并转化为更多农户的绿色生产行为至关重要。现实中,农户的生产行为表现为群体内部的基于社会学习和期望收益最大化的复杂动态演化特征。本文引入生物群落策略更新的Moran过程,模拟消费者绿色偏好驱动下农户绿色生产行为决策中的社会学习机制,并针对不同选择强度下的农户,分析其绿色生产策略成为演化稳定策略的条件。研究发现:(1)任意选择强度下,消费者绿色偏好、农户绿色认知度和政府生态补偿正向激励农户绿色生产,而绿色生产成本系数反向抑制农户绿色生产,但不同选择强度下,绿色生产策略在群体扎根的边界条件不同;(2)随机因素主导的弱选择下,生态补贴只要大于绿色生产成本,对任意种群数量均有利于绿色生产取代一般生产策略;(3)任意选择强度下,农产品绿色度与绿色生产策略扎根的边界条件均呈“倒U”型关系;(4)在收益满足相应的边界条件后,若种群数量大于相应的临界值,农户绿色生产策略将占优,且随着消费者绿色偏好增强,该临界值均逐渐减小。总而言之,以市场需求为导向实现农业全面绿色转型这一系统性革命是可行的,政府的适度介入(补贴和宣传等)也能够进一步激发市场力量的释放和高效发挥。 展开更多

重大工程绿色管理能够降低工程建设对区域生态环境的影响.然而,鉴于工程建设周期长且其对周边环境的潜在影响程度难以准确预测,承包商、业主与环保部门作为工程建设阶段绿色管理的关键主体,在制定绿色管理决策时易受到不确定因素的影响... 重大工程绿色管理能够降低工程建设对区域生态环境的影响.然而,鉴于工程建设周期长且其对周边环境的潜在影响程度难以准确预测,承包商、业主与环保部门作为工程建设阶段绿色管理的关键主体,在制定绿色管理决策时易受到不确定因素的影响.本研究将随机过程嵌入演化博弈理论,重构了承包商、业主与环保部门间的随机演化博弈模型,探索了各博弈主体参与绿色管理的策略选择过程,分析了不同因素对其策略选择的影响效果.研究发现:承包商选择绿色建造、业主采取服务型策略、环保部门实施随机抽查,共同构成了实现重大工程绿色管理的稳定策略集.增强各主体参与绿色管理的初始合作意愿能有效降低其决策的波动性,降低环保总成本并合理设定业主分摊的环保成本比例将促进各主体更快达到绿色管理的稳定状态.此外,提升承包商的社会声誉可推动其采纳绿色建造策略,而承包商对业主的积极评价将有助于培育服务型业主;承包商与业主的绿色管理决策对随机扰动更为敏感.本研究所构建的随机演化博弈模型在一定程度上扩展了传统的绿色管理研究方法,而阐释的服务型业主理念能够为重大工程实践中的绿色管理长效机制构建提供决策参考. 展开更多

目的以岭南醒狮为研究对象,探究青年群体对非遗文化游戏化的设计需求,为非遗类游戏设计提供质性和量化相结合的模式参考。方法前期运用扎根理论(GT)的研究方法,抓取用户评论作为原始资料来进行三级编码,提取岭南醒狮非遗游戏设计的核心... 目的以岭南醒狮为研究对象,探究青年群体对非遗文化游戏化的设计需求,为非遗类游戏设计提供质性和量化相结合的模式参考。方法前期运用扎根理论(GT)的研究方法,抓取用户评论作为原始资料来进行三级编码,提取岭南醒狮非遗游戏设计的核心范畴。将上述范畴作为模糊层次分析法(FAHP)的评价指标体系,根据用户多轮评价计算指标权重,围绕指标重要度进行醒狮非遗游戏设计。最后通过模糊综合评价法(FCE)对游戏方案进行评价,以此验证上述指标。结果扎根理论能够有效降低模糊层次分析法中指标评价的主观因素影响,提供更加科学合理的理论指导,模糊综合评价法为设计方案的评价和优化提供保障。结论研究表明,用户更加注重游戏中醒狮文化的表达,但也对视觉造型和交互方式的创新提出了更高的要求。GT-FAHP-FCE方法的结合,使设计更加贴近用户需求,为非遗类游戏设计提供新的模式参考。 展开更多
