It was honored by World Native Culture Fund as One of the Eighteen Ecological and Cultural Conservations in the World. The prototypical ethnic culture of Southeast of Guizhou, as a stable life-style and economic culture type of the local people, came into being in the process of the local minorities' communicating, blending and struggling against the natural environment in the long course of history. It could be seen from this research that there were our preliminary research that there are quite abundant resources in Southeast of Guizhou in terms of prototypical ethnic cultures and genetic diversity of glutinous rice. A full reflection of the culture of Glutinous Rice could be seen in the local minority people's daily life, production, custom, religious belief, etc. These showed that the formation and great vitality of the genetic diversity of glutinous rice was not only determined by the diversity of local prototypical ethnic cultures but also to its own biotic condition and its adaptation to natural ecology. It was showed that prototypical ethnic cultures had positive impact on the conservation and utilization of Glutinous Rice diversity.展开更多

These remains provide further evidence for the wide geographic distribution of many Burgess Shale taxa. Among the algae, 5 genera (including two new genera) and 5 species are described. They are Marpolia spissa Walcott, Acinocricus stichus Conway Morris and Robison, Udotealga erecta Yang, Eosargassum sawata Yang, and Rhizophyton zhaoyuanlongii Yang. Contrasting the macroalgal fossil assemblage in the Kaili biota with one in the Burgess Shale biota, it is clear that similarity of the Kaili biota and the Burgess Shale biota is reflected by the same content of not only the soft-bodied metazoans, but also the noncalcareous algae.展开更多

文摘Microplastics(MPs)have been widely detected in marine environments, yet the pollution in terrestrial fresh waters in economically underdeveloped and remote areas is poorly understood. We investigated the abundance and distribution of MPs in inland waters(including open waters in river, lake, reservoir, stream, and tap water and bottled water)in Guizhou,SW China, detected by Nile Red staining. Results show that MPs were detected in all samples, with the mean abundance of 3.5±1.9 items/mL in 34river water samples,3.9±1.9 items/mL in 14 lake and reservoir water samples,3.4±2.4 items/mL in 87 stream water samples,3.8±3.8 items/mL in 164 tap water samples, and 1.3±3.2 items/mL in 12 bottled water samples from 4 different brands. The MP abundance in open field waters(3.6±3.0 items/mL)was significantly higher than that in bottled water(1.3±3.2 items/mL)(P<0.05).The microplastics with particle sizes of 10-20μm accounted for more than 50%of all samples. The composition ratio of smalland medium-sized microplastics in open waters was higher than in tap and bottled water(P<0.05).The MPs abundance tended to increase with the decrease in particle size. Therefore, microplastic pollution varied in different degrees in open waters in economically underdeveloped and remote areas of the southwestern China, which is consistent with microplastic pollution in other similar water environments. This study provided a reference for understanding the microplastic content and pollution control in the inland waters in western and remote areas of China.

文摘Mountainous minority regions in China, characterized by abundant natural and cultural resources, ecologically fragile environments, and often geographically remote locations, pose distinct developmental challenges and opportunities.Despite the complexity and typicality of Chinese mountainous ethnic minority regions in terms of eco-cultural tourism and land use dynamics, the interplay among tourism development, land use changes, and landscape ecological risk in these specific contexts has received insufficient attention. To explore how eco-cultural tourism development in ethnic minority mountainous regions affects land use and landscape ecology, this study investigates the evolution of land use in Southeast Guizhou Province from 1980-2020,integrating GIS spatial analysis, the landscape pattern index and landscape ecological risk index analysis.Over the past four decades(1980-2020),eco-cultural tourism has driven significant land use transformations characterized by substantial expansion of building land, growth of ecological land(notably forest land and water areas),and reduction of cultivated land.Concurrently, landscape ecological risk evolved through distinct phases-showing an overall increase during 1980-2000 with expanding medium-risk zones, followed by stabilization from 2000-2020.Tourism development accelerated these land transitions while fostering multifunctional compound land uses, enhancing both land value and utilization efficiency.Crucially,eco-cultural tourism in ethnic regions demonstrates capacity to reconcile ecological conservation with economic development, providing transferable models for similar regions globally.
文摘With the advancement of agricultural modernization, agricultural machinery service organizations, as an important part of the rural operating entities, show an increasing trend year by year, and need new facilities land in the process of development and growth. Based on the written survey of 597 agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province, the demand and demand gap of various facilities land use in agricultural machinery service organizations were analyzed and compared. In addition, based on the field survey and policy background, the main practices and experiences of agricultural machinery service organizations in Guizhou Province in the approval and use of facility land were sorted out, and the problems and causes of large gap in facility agricultural land, lack of standards and difficulty in policy implementation were analyzed. Finally, it recommended that the site selection of agricultural machinery service organization facilities needs to be standardized, the land demand needs to be coordinated, the land scale needs to be scientifically demonstrated, and financial support should be sought to promote Guizhou agricultural machinery service organization to become bigger, better and stronger.

文摘Fluorine(F)-enriched soils, resulting from geogenic processes or superimposed by anthropogenic activities, have raised significant concerns due to their phytotoxicity and potential threats to human health.Soils in central Guizhou Province exhibit F enrichment, with a mean F concentration of 1067 mg/kg.However,the associated human health risks and geochemical mechanisms driving F enrichment in these soils remain insufficiently understood. In areas with a natural geological background, the average concentrations of F in rice, vegetables, drinking water, and ambient air are 1.54 mg/kg,0.54 mg/kg,0.16 mg/L,and 0.29μg/m^(3),respectively.In contrast, samples collected near phosphorous chemical plants demonstrate elevated F concentrations:1.78 mg/kg in rice,1.53 mg/kg in vegetables,0.20 mg/L in drinking water, and 11.98μg/m^(3) in ambient air.Fluorine in soils was immobilized by apatite and clay minerals, and hardly transferred into water and crops. The fixation of F-by Ca^(2+)in water and by Fe/Al hydroxides and clay minerals in bottom sediment further reduces F concentrations in water. As a result, hazard quotient(HQ)values below 1.0 indicate negligible fluorine-related health risk in geological background regions. However, ambient air near phosphorous chemical plant exhibited a 41.3-fold increase in F concentration compared to geological background regions.Fluorine-laden emissions can be directly inhaled or deposited on vegetable leaves and orally ingested into human bodies.Improvement of F-rich waste gas disposal and restricted leafy vegetable cultivation are effective measures to reduce F health risks in phosphorous chemical plant regions.

文摘Coal seams can enrich a variety of harmful trace elements under specific geological conditions. The spatial distribution of harmful trace elements in coal is extremely uneven, and the distribution characteristics of each element content are different. The harmful elements released in the process of coal mining and utilization will cause serious harm to the environment and the human body.It is of great resource significance to study the geochemistry of coal that affects the enrichment and distribution characteristics of harmful trace elements.Based on the domestic and foreign literature on coal geochemistry in Guizhou published by previous investigators, this study counted 1097 sample data from 23 major coal-producing counties in Guizhou Province, systematically summarized the relevant research results of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou, and revealed the overall distribution and enrichment characteristics of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou. The results show that the average contents of Cd,Pb,Se,Cu,Mo,U,V,As,Hg,and Cr in coal of Guizhou are higher than those in Chinese coal and world coal.A variety of harmful trace elements in the coal of Guizhou have high background values, especially in Liupanshui,Xingyi and Qianbei coalfield. The enrichment of various harmful trace elements in the Late Permian coal in Guizhou is mainly related to the combined action of various geological and geochemical factors. The supply of terrigenous debris and sedimentary environment may be the basic background of the enrichment of harmful elements in western Guizhou, while low-temperature hydrothermal activity and volcanic ash deposition may be the main reasons for the enrichment of harmful elements in southwestern Guizhou.

文摘Preservation conditions are key to enriching shallow shale gas. Therefore, the veins of two typical wells in the Shixi syncline in northern Guizhou as research objects.Based on core observation, vein thin-section observation, cathodoluminescence, calcite in situ U-Pb dating, fluid inclusion microthermometry,Raman spectrum shift, single well basin simulation, and C-O isotope geochemical analysis, the researchers clarified the characteristics of the veins and the differences in paleofluid activity,as well as their significance for shale gas preservation. The results showed that:1)a small number of high-angle fractures had developed mainly in the Shixi syncline in northern Guizhou. The width of viens is small and filled primarily with early calcite-quartz and late calcite. The inclusions were mainly methane and brine. The proportion of brine inclusions in the SD1 well was greater than that in the SX1 well. The SD1 well has experienced more intense second-stage uplift and denudation, and the consequent gas loss is serious.2)The results of the C-O isotope analysis showed that most of the vein-forming fluids were derived from marine carbonate rocks. The O_(3)b had obvious negative deviations ofδ^(13)C andδ^(18)O,which were modified by exogenous or deep hydrothermal fluid. The C-O isotope difference between the vein bodies and the surrounding rock of the SX1 well was small, and the preservation conditions were better.3)The difference in gas content in the Shixi syncline depends on the degree of damage to gas reservoir preservation conditions caused by burial depth and other factors.Shixi syncline is a wide and gentle syncline with central retention enrichment mode. Therefore, clarifying the development of shale veins, the characteristics of paleofluid activity, and their significance for shale gas preservation can lay a foundation for studying the enrichment mechanism of shallow shale gas and thus guide further exploration and development.

文摘The shale of the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation in the Guizhou region has undergone complex diagenesis and has developed different types of pore textures, which affect the occurrence status of shale. In the present study,we applied scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and an isotherm analysis of low-temperature nitrogen gas adsorption to shale core samples drawn from the Niutitang Formation in the Guizhou region to quantify the shale pore development characteristics. In addition,we conducted a shale geochemical analysis in light of the main controlling factors for pore development. The results indicate that the shale pores and fractures of the Niutitang Formation can be divided into three types:organic pores, inorganic pores, and micro fractures. The organic pores are mainly distributed in the organic matter between inorganic mineral particles, with small pore diameters, which are characterized by inkpot, elliptic, and beaded shapes. The inorganic pores are mainly composed of narrow slit intragranular pores and intergranular pores. The micro fractures develop parallel plates with four-side openings and splint plates. The pores of the shale are mainly mesopores(53%),followed by micropores and macropores, with pore diameter distributions ranging mainly from 1 to 50 nm.The specific surface area is mainly provided by nanoscale pores with average diameters of less than 4 nm.Therefore, the smaller pore makes a greater contribution to the specific surface area, while the specific surface area increases with an increase in the total pore volume. The study further indicates that organic carbon content is the most important internal factor for shale pore development, especially in terms of the control of volume and the specific surface area of micropores. Moreover, quartz content has a certain effect on shale pores;the pore volume and specific surface area increase with increasing quartz content, but the control effect is not obvious. The effect of clay minerals on shale pores is negligible. The type of organic matter is also an important factor in controlling the developmental difference of shale pores, and a high degree of thermal evolution is not conducive to organic pore development. It was therefore concluded that intergranular pores and microfractures, mainly mesopores, are the main reservoir space and migration channels of Niutitang shale in the study area. The organic carbon content, mineral components, organic matter type, and degree of thermal evolution jointly control the development of shale pores, among which the organic carbon content is the most important influencing factor.

文摘Western Guizhou is a favorable region for coalbed methane(CBM)exploration and development in Guizhou Province.Affected by complex geological conditions, the heterogeneity of middle-high rank coal reservoirs is strong, and the geological and engineering control effects on enrichment and high productivity of CBM are significantly different. This paper comparatively analyzes the characteristics of middle-and high-rank coal reservoirs in the western Guizhou region, revealing the productivity characteristics and gas/water production rules of typical middle-high rank CBM high-yield wells. Moreover,it establishes a geological-engineering control model for the enrichment and high productivity of CBM in middle-high-rank coal seams in the western Guizhou region and analyzes the exploration and development potential and direction of middle-high-rank CBM in the region. The results are as follows.First, the middle-rank coal in the western Guizhou region is represented by the Liupanshui coalfield, where cleats and fractures are well developed, the content of macropores and mesopores is relatively high, the permeability is good, and the adsorption capacity is relatively weak. The high-rank coal is represented by the Zhina coalfield, where micropores are well developed, the permeability is greatly affected by burial depth, and the adsorption capacity is strong.Second, the difference in the characteristics of middle-rank and high-rank coal reservoirs in the western Guizhou region is mainly reflected in the pore-permeability conditions and adsorption capacity. The porosity and permeability of middle-rank coal samples are both greater than those of high-rank coal samples, and the development of secondary microfractures is the main reason for the relatively high permeability of middle-rank coal, while the well-developed micropores in high-rank coal provide more space for CBM preservation.Third, the CBM highyield wells in middle-rank coal seams in the western Guizhou region have the characteristics of“relatively high water production and high gas production,”while those of high-rank coal seams have the characteristics of“low water production and high gas production”or“high water production and low gas production.”The gas content and permeability of the coal reservoirs are the common constraints on whether CBM in middle-high rank coal seams can be highly productive under complex geological conditions.Fourth, the enrichment and high productivity of CBM in middle-high rank coal seams under complex geological conditions is the result of the synergistic matching of depth structure hydrology and adaptive fracturing production techniques. The CBM enrichment model, reservoir reformability, and gas/water production characteristics under geological and engineering synergistic control are unique and complex.Fifth, the middle-high rank coal seams in the western Guizhou region exhibit the basic resource characteristics of high gas content and high CBM resource abundance.Carrying out a precise evaluation of the CBM dual sweet spot system and reservoir volume stimulation are important guarantees for the efficient exploration and development of CBM in the western Guizhou region.

文摘There were quite abundant prototypical ethnic cultures and plant diversity in Qiandongnan ( Southeast of Guizhou) ,where the primitive natural ecology was also perfectly conserved. It was showed that prototypical ethnic cultures had positive impact on the conservation and utilization of Glutinous Rice diversity.
文摘Abundant and well-preserved remains of noncalcareous algae and soft-bodied metazoans were collected from Middle Cambrian Kaili biota in Taijiang county, Guizhou Province, China. Contrasting the macroalgal fossil assemblage in the Kaili biota with one in the Burgess Shale biota, it is clear that similarity of the Kaili biota and the Burgess Shale biota is reflected by the same content of not only the soft-bodied metazoans, but also the noncalcareous algae.
