Segment-Conditioned Latent-Intent Framework for Cooperative Multi-UAV Search

Cooperative multi-UAV search requires jointly optimizing wide-area coverage,rapid target discovery,and endurance under sensing and motion constraints.Resolving this coupling enables scalable coordination with high data efficiency and mission reliability.We formulate this problem as a discounted Markov decision process on an occupancy grid with a cellwise Bayesian belief update,yielding a Markov state that couples agent poses with a probabilistic target field.On this belief–MDP we introduce a segment-conditioned latent-intent framework,in which a discrete intent head selects a latent skill every K steps and an intra-segment GRU policy generates per-step control conditioned on the fixed intent;both components are trained end-to-end with proximal updates under a centralized critic.On the 50×50 grid,coverage and discovery convergence times are reduced by up to 48%and 40%relative to a flat actor-critic benchmark,and the aggregated convergence metric improves by about 12%compared with a stateof-the-art hierarchical method.Qualitative analyses further reveal stable spatial sectorization,low path overlap,and fuel-aware patrolling,indicating that segment-conditioned latent intents provide an effective and scalable mechanism for coordinated multi-UAV search. 展开更多

The production process plan design and configurations of reconfigurable machine tool (RMT) interact with each other. Reasonable process plans with suitable configurations of RMT help to improve product quality and reduce production cost. Therefore, a cooperative strategy is needed to concurrently solve the above issue. In this paper, the cooperative optimization model for RMT configurations and production process plan is presented. Its objectives take into account both impacts of process and configuration. Moreover, a novel genetic algorithm is also developed to provide optimal or near-optimal solutions: firstly, its chromosome is redesigned which is composed of three parts, operations, process plan and configurations of RMTs, respectively; secondly, its new selection, crossover and mutation operators are also developed to deal with the process constraints from operation processes (OP) graph, otherwise these operators could generate illegal solutions violating the limits; eventually the optimal configurations for RMT under optimal process plan design can be obtained. At last, a manufacturing line case is applied which is composed of three RMTs. It is shown from the case that the optimal process plan and configurations of RMT are concurrently obtained, and the production cost decreases 6.28% and nonmonetary performance increases 22%. The proposed method can figure out both RMT configurations and production process, improve production capacity, functions and equipment utilization for RMT. 展开更多

Cooperative driving around intersections has aroused increasing interest in the last five years.Meanwhile,driving safety in non-signalized intersections has become an issue that has attracted attention globally.In view of the potential collision risk when more than three vehicles approach a non-signalized intersection from different directions,we propose a driving model using cooperative game theory.First,the characteristic functions of this model are primarily established on each vehicle’s profit function and include safety,rapidity and comfort indicators.Second,the Shapley theorem is adopted,and its group rationality,individual rationality,and uniqueness are proved to be suitable for the characteristic functions of the model.Following this,different drivers’characteristics are considered.In order to simplify the calculation process,a zero-mean normalization method is introduced.In addition,a genetic algorithm method is adopted to search an optimal strategy set in the constrained multi-objective optimization problem.Finally,the model is confirmed as valid after simulation with a series of initial conditions. 展开更多

To meet the end-user's dynamically changed requirements for software and achieve the on-demand changes of operational process in time, based on the Goal model and the Process model, the user's personalized operations of the related work were simplified and integrated, and rules for the cooperation between Goal and Process which fit for software engineers were proposed and formalized. The user's personalized operations of the related work were analyzed to conclude the pattern of Goal modification. By the direct drive of Goal modification, the corresponding changes of Process were induced and specified. Then rules for the cooperation between Goal and Process were concluded and the formalization was achieved in Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL). In this paper, reasoning support was provided for the model modification based on ontology and the dynamic evolution of Process model. 展开更多

The Lower Mekong Basin (LMB) comprised of four downstream countries, including Thailand, Lao PDR, Cambodia, and Vietnam. The utilization of the basin’s water brings not only substantial benefits to the region ranging from hydropower to navigation, but also negative impacts caused by the unbalanced water using. The essential role of Mekong River requires all member nations to cooperate effectively for the sustainable development of the region. One of the most popular methods in the field of water resource management is a trustable tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is much appropriate for water resource policymaking. The literature, however, points out that there is no study to both structure the water using hierarchy and employ quantitative (objective) criteria to the AHP model in LMB case. With regard to water resource management, there are no previous studies applying AHP models to evaluating sustainable development of transboundary water resource in LMB case. This paper explores the evolution of water cooperation among Mekong countries and subsequently evaluates the water development scenarios in the LMB based on the water cooperation preferences of four LMB countries This study proposes a novel approach to analyzing, assessing water resource development scenarios characterized by sustainability indicators and to assisting in developing a suitable water policy in LMB according to the best cooperation scenario. 展开更多

With miscellaneous applications gener-ated in vehicular networks,the computing perfor-mance cannot be satisfied owing to vehicles’limited processing capabilities.Besides,the low-frequency(LF)band cannot further improve network perfor-mance due to its limited spectrum resources.High-frequency(HF)band has plentiful spectrum resources which is adopted as one of the operating bands in 5G.To achieve low latency and sustainable development,a task processing scheme is proposed in dual-band cooperation-based vehicular network where tasks are processed at local side,or at macro-cell base station or at road side unit through LF or HF band to achieve sta-ble and high-speed task offloading.Moreover,a utility function including latency and energy consumption is minimized by optimizing computing and spectrum re-sources,transmission power and task scheduling.Ow-ing to its non-convexity,an iterative optimization algo-rithm is proposed to solve it.Numerical results eval-uate the performance and superiority of the scheme,proving that it can achieve efficient edge computing in vehicular networks. 展开更多

针对星载二维转台对空间非合作目标的捕获与跟踪控制问题,充分考虑相机成像特性,设计了从目标初始捕获到视觉跟踪的全流程指向控制策略。首先,目标捕获阶段,考虑相机安装误差及多通道视场中心不重合等因素,通过分析相机图像输出与转台... 针对星载二维转台对空间非合作目标的捕获与跟踪控制问题,充分考虑相机成像特性,设计了从目标初始捕获到视觉跟踪的全流程指向控制策略。首先,目标捕获阶段,考虑相机安装误差及多通道视场中心不重合等因素,通过分析相机图像输出与转台姿态的运动学关系,将相机视轴指向误差映射为转台姿态偏移量,实现了相机视轴与转台末端存在不垂直误差情况下的高精度目标姿态计算,解决了传统方法难以获得解析解的问题。其次,视觉跟踪阶段,针对初始阶段的控制平稳性问题,提出一种基于速度约束能力和像移终端偏差实时调节的像平面轨迹规划策略;针对相机多通道切换的平稳性问题,利用切换点焦平面物理位置的一致性,构建了一种统一坐标尺度的焦平面控制方法,并设计了基于像空间轨迹预估的图像反馈控制策略,通过星体/转台姿态和像平面位置测量预估像平面速度,避免了对像平面速度测量的依赖。进一步优化控制器切换逻辑,引入加权遗忘因子建立切换初期的平稳衔接,兼顾动态速度约束指标及平稳性,提升了系统的鲁棒性和动态性能。最后,验证与应用,通过地面物理试验及在轨应用对上述控制方法进行验证。结果表明,该方法可实现对空间目标的高精度捕获及高平稳跟踪。因此,提出的控制方法有效解决了相机成像约束下的星载二维转台全流程指向控制问题,具有工程实用性。 展开更多

中外合作办学课程中过程性考核比重与频度调整的教学效果探究

本研究以西安科技大学高新学院中外合作办学计算机专业英语课程为对象,选取2024级两个平行班,实验班22人、对照班25人,开展实践研究。通过将过程性考核比重从30%提升至60%,并按课堂参与、小组项目等维度细化分配;增加考核频度,配套制定... 本研究以西安科技大学高新学院中外合作办学计算机专业英语课程为对象,选取2024级两个平行班,实验班22人、对照班25人,开展实践研究。通过将过程性考核比重从30%提升至60%,并按课堂参与、小组项目等维度细化分配;增加考核频度,配套制定多元评价标准,分教学准备、实施、效果评估三阶段推进实践。方案实施一学期后,采用成绩对比、师生访谈等方式分析效果。结果显示:实验班过程性考核平均成绩、终结性考核平均成绩及总评成绩均显著高于对照班,且师生对调整后的方案认可度高,学生自主学习与跨文化协作能力明显提升。因此,调整后的过程性考核比重与频度,可有效优化中外合作办学课程教学效果。 展开更多

Assuming that oil price follows the stochastic processes of Geometric Brownian Motion (GBM) or the Mean-Reverting Process (MRP), this paper takes the net present value (NPV) as an economic index and models the PSC in 11 different scenarios by changing the value of each contract element (i.e. royalty, cost oil, profit oil as well as income tax). Then the NPVs are shown in probability density graphs to investigate the effect of different elements on contract economics. The results show that under oil price uncertainty the influence of profit oil and income tax on NPV are more significant than those of royalty and cost oil, while a tax holiday could improve the contractor's financial status remarkably. Results also show that MRP is more appropriate for cases with low future oil price volatility, and GBM is best for high future oil price volatility. 展开更多

Traditional trade routes that penetrate the natural barrier of the Himalayas are critical for connecting major Chinese and South Asian markets.Research on these trade routes can contribute significantly to facilitating the construction of the South Asian Corridor and enhancing trans-Himalayan connectivity.Combining historical literature,field surveys,and geographic information system(GIS)techniques,this study examined the spatial distribution characteristics and evolution process of the routes,focusing on transverse valleys of the Himalayan arc.The key findings were as follows.First,there are 21 traditional trade routes traversing the Himalayan region:six Sino-Nepalese routes,four Sino-Bhutanese routes,and eleven Sino-Indian routes.Second,the evolution of traditional trade routes has entailed five distinct phases:an incipient period(pre-7th century),formation(7th century-842 AD),development(842-1959),decline(1959-1962)and recovery(1962-present).Third,the incipient and formative developmental phases were prompted by the spread of Buddhism and the exchange of goods.The stability of local governments in Tibet and Central China and favourable border trade policies along with Britain’s colonial expansion and commercial interests stimulated further development of traditional trade routes.However,India’s strategic miscalculation and“Forward Policy”instigated the decline phase,while the demands of regional cooperation and development are currently the key drivers of the restoration and construction phase.Finally,to shelve disputes,promote cooperation and development,and enhance political mutual trust,governments should recover and construct traditional trade routes by replanning and constructing border trade markets,expanding border trade,developing pilgrimage and tourism,and strengthening cross-border cooperative resear h under global climate change. 展开更多

An efficient LDPC-coded multi-relay cooperation architecture is proposed based on virtual vertical Bell Labs layered space-time (V-BLAST) processing for uplink communication, where minimum-mean-square-error (MMSE) and BP-based joint iterative decoding based on the introduced muhi-layer Tanner graph are effectively de- signed to detect and decode the corrupted received sequence at the destination. By introducing V-BLAST transmis- sion to the coded multi-relay cooperation, relays send their streams of symbols simultaneously, which increases the data rate and significantly reduces the transmission delay. The theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the new LDPC coded cooperation scheme outperforms the coded non-cooperation under the same code rate, and it also achieves a good trade-off among the performance, signal delay, and the encoding complexity associated with the number of relays. The performance gain can be credited to the proposed V-BLAST processing architecture and BP-based joint iterative decoding by the introduced multi-layer Tanner graph at a receiver-side. 展开更多

A distributed agent based process plan structure was shown to be a viable alternative to hierarchical systems providing real time response to shop floor condition. An outline was done to show how to structure a distributed process plan and how its management may be achieved among manufacturers of parts that form a product. Communication between the agents involved in a distributed process planning was also shown to be important, with the controlling agent having an overall supervision of the plans. Based on the reference model a software tool was developed to realize it. 展开更多
