(Gd,Lu)_(2)O_(3)∶Eu scintillation ceramics have promising applications in the high-energy X-ray imaging.Eu0.1Gd0.6Lu1.3O3 nano-powders with pure phase were prepared from the precursor calcined at 1050℃for 4 h by the co-precipitation method.Using the synthesized nano-powders as initial material,Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics were fabri-cated by vacuum pre-sintering at different temperatures for 2 h and hot isostatic pressing(HIP)at 1750℃for 3 h in ar-gon.The influence of pre-sintering temperature on the microstructure,optical and luminescence properties was investi-gated.The Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics pre-sintered at 1625℃for 2 h combined with HIP post-treatment show the high-est in-line transmittance of 75.2%at 611 nm.The photoluminescence(PL)and X-ray excited luminescence(XEL)spectra of the Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)transparent ceramics demonstrate a strong red emission peak at 611 nm due to the^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2) transition of Eu^(3+).The PL,PLE and XEL intensities of the HIP post-treated Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics show a trend of first ascending and then descending with the increase of pre-sintering temperature.The thermally stimulated lumines-cence(TSL)curve of the HIP post-treated Eu_(0.1)Gd_(0.6)Lu_(1.3)O_(3)ceramics presents one high peak at 178 K and two peaks with lower intensities at 253 K and 320 K.The peak at 320 K may be related to oxygen vacancies,and the lumines-cence peak at 178 K is related to defects caused by the valence state changes of Eu^(3+)ions. 展开更多

With the huge rise of energy demand,the power system in the current era is moving to a new standard with increased access to renewable energy sources(RESs)integrated with distribution generation(DG)network.The RESs necessitate interfaces for controlling the power generation.The multilevel inverter(MLI)can be exploited for RESs in two diverse modes,namely,the power generation mode(stand-alone mode),and compensator mode(statcom).Few works have been carried out in optimization of controller gains with the load variations of the single type such as reactive load variation in different cases.Nevertheless,this load type may be unbalanced hence,to overcome such issues.So,a sophisticated optimization algorithm is important.This paper aims to introduce a control design via an optimization assisted PI controller for a 7-level inverter.In the present technique,the gains of the PI controller are adjusted dynamically by the adopted hybrid scheme,grey optimizer with dragon levy update(GD-LU),based on the operating conditions of the system.Here,the gains are adjusted such that the error between the reference signal and fault signal should be minimal.Thus,better dynamic performance could be attained by the present optimized PI controller.The proposed algorithm is the combined version of grey wolf optimization(GWO)and dragonfly algorithm(DA).Finally,the performance of the proposed work is compared and validated over other state-of-the-art models concerning error measures. 展开更多

目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定蛇床子中16种稀土元素(钪、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥)的含量。方法:蛇床子(12批)经微波消解后采用ICP-MS测定,射频功率为1 300 W,采样深度为6.8 mm... 目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定蛇床子中16种稀土元素(钪、钇、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥)的含量。方法:蛇床子(12批)经微波消解后采用ICP-MS测定,射频功率为1 300 W,采样深度为6.8 mm,辅助气、等离子体气和载气流速分别为1.0、16.0和1.17 L·min^(-1),雾化室温度为2℃;通过在线加入内标铼(Re)和铑(Rh)元素的方法来校正基质效应和干扰。结果:各元素在各自检测质量浓度范围内线性关系良好(r均不低于0.999 3),检出限为0.03~0.32μg·kg^(-1),回收率为90.1%~105.7%,重复性RSD值为0.9%~3.1%。不同产地的蛇床子中各元素含量差别较大。结论:经方法学验证,本法可用于蛇床子中16种稀土元素的检测,为其质量控制提供参考依据。 展开更多

通过燃烧法制备得到(Gd,Lu)203:Eu纳米粉体。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪,x射线衍射仪,高分辨透射电镜,激发和发射光谱来表征样品的结构和发光性质。结果表明,将燃烧法制备得到的粉体在800℃煅烧1h后,(Gd,Lu)203:Eu纳米粉体结晶为立方结构。... 通过燃烧法制备得到(Gd,Lu)203:Eu纳米粉体。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪,x射线衍射仪,高分辨透射电镜,激发和发射光谱来表征样品的结构和发光性质。结果表明,将燃烧法制备得到的粉体在800℃煅烧1h后,(Gd,Lu)203:Eu纳米粉体结晶为立方结构。通过增加硝酸盐(N)和甘氨酸(G)的摩尔比,经过煅烧的粉体颗粒的尺寸从15 nm增加到50nm,后又减小到40nm。而且发射光谱和激发光谱的性质比较依赖样品的颗粒尺寸。同时也发现,在此条件下制备得到的粉体非常适合制备(Gd,Lu)203:Eu的透明陶瓷。 展开更多

Highly efficient phosphors under vacuum ultraviolet excitation are still demanded for the development of plasma display panels and Hg-free fluorescent lamps. The phosphors of Eu3+ doped (Y, Gd, Lu)BO3 were synthesized with solid state reaction method and the contents of y3+ Gd3+, and Lu3+ for plasma display panel red phosphor were optimized under vacuum ultraviolet excitation. Two new potential candidates, which were (Y1-S-TGdsLuT)BO3: Eu^3+ (0〈S〈0.2, 0〈T〈0.1) and (GdlYJLuK)BO3: Eu3+ (0.5〈I〈0.7, 0.2〈J〈0.4, 0〈K〈0.1), were olgtained. The mechanism of luminescence improvement was discussed upon the analysis of crystal microstructure and excitation spectra. 展开更多
