However, the control accuracy of ASTF is significantly affected by the flow disturbance caused by aero-engine acceleration and deceleration. This would reduce the credibility of ASTF’s test results for the aero-engine. Therefore, first, this paper proposes a feedforward compensation-based L1 adaptive control method for ASTF to address this problem. The baseline controller is first designed based on ideal uncoupled closed-loop dynamics to achieve dynamic decoupling. Then, L1 adaptive control is adopted to deal with various uncertainties and ensure good control performance. To further enhance the anti-disturbance performance, a feedforward strategy based on disturbance prediction is designed in the L1 adaptive control framework to compensate for the unmatched flow disturbance, which cannot be measured directly. In addition, this strategy takes into account the effects of actuator dynamics. With this method, the feedforward term can be determined from the nominal model parameters despite uncertainties. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, various comparative experiments are performed on a hardware-in-the-loop system of ASTF. The experimental results show that the proposed method possesses excellent tracking performance, anti-disturbance performance and robustness.展开更多

The results of two- year test showed that when the application amount was in the range of 45-90 g.a.i/ hm^2, the field efficacy of validamycin A-(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS in the initial infection stage of rich sheath blight (Le., the diseased plant rate was below 5%) reached 80.38%-89.06%, and that in the peak infection stage (i.e., the diseased plant rate was higher than 10%) reached only 41.12%-53.26%. The field efficacy of validamycin A.(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS at the early onset of rich sheath blight was significantly better than that at the onset, so that the application time of validamycin A .(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS should be appropriately brought forward in the prevention and control of rice sheath blight.展开更多

The scheme is based on the Augmented Integrated System Optimization and Parameter Estimation (AI- SOPE) technique, but a linearization of some performance function in the modified model-based optimization problem of AISOPE is introduced to overcome the difficulty of determining an appropriate penalty parameter. When carrying out the iterative optimization, the penalty coefficient is set to a larger value at the current iteration than at the previous iteration, which can promote the evolution rate of the iterative optimization. Simulation studies illustrate the potential ofthe approach presented for the optimizing control of the bioTdissimilation process of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol. The effects of measurement noise, measured and unmeasured disturbances on the proposed algorithm are also investigated.展开更多

Damage induced in DNA usually leads to a cascade of cellular events, the DNA damage response. Failure of the DNA damage response can lead to development of malignancy by reducing the efficiency and fidelity of DNA repair. The NBS1 protein is a component of the MRE11/RAD50/NBS 1 complex (MRN) that plays a critical role in the cellular response to DNA damage and the maintenance of chromosomal integrity. Mutations in the NBS1 gene are responsible for Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS), a hereditary disorder that imparts an increased predisposition to development of malignancy. The phenotypic characteristics of cells isolated from NBS patients point to a deficiency in the repair of DNA double strand breaks. Here, we review the current knowledge of the role of NBS1 in the DNA damage response. Emphasis is placed on the role of NBS1 in the DNA double strand repair, modulation of the DNA damage sensing and signaling, cell cycle checkpoint control and maintenance oftelomere stability.展开更多

Sliding mode control is used as an adaptive law in the L1 adaptive control architecture, which is considered as a virtual control of error dynamics between estimated states and real states. Low-pass filtering mechanism in the control law design prevents a discontinuous signal in the adaptive law from appearing in actual control signal while maintaining control accuracy. By using sliding mode control as a virtual control of error dynamics and introducing the low-pass filtered control signal, the chattering effect is eliminated. The performance bounds between the close-loop adaptive system and the closed-loop reference system are characterized in this paper. In the study, we constructed hypoxic re-sponse elements (HRE) and the Tet-On advanced double-controlled systems and investigated their effects on the expression of hVEGF165 and angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) genes in rat cardiomyocytes exposed to hypoxia and pharma-cologic induction. We infected neonatal rat cardiomyocytes with recombinant rAAV-rtTA-Rs-M2/rAAV-TRE-Tight-Ang-1 and rAAV-9HRE- hVEGF165. Our results indicated that the viral titer was 1×1012 vg /mL and the viral purity exceeded 98%. hVEGF165 expression was induced by hypoxia, but not by normoxia (P 0.001). Ang-1 expression was evident under doxycycline induction, but undetectable without doxycycline induction (P 0.001). Immunofluorescence staining showed that positively stained hVEGF165 and Ang-1 protein appeared only under both hypoxia and doxycycline induction. We demonstrate here that HRE and the recombinant Tet-On advanced double gene-controlled systems sensitively regulate the expression of hVEGF165 and Ang-1 genes in an altered oxygen environment and under pharmacological induction in vitro.展开更多

The quantum information of N-particle unknown state is transmitted from the sender to the recipient under the control of all supervisors. It can be realized with a certain probability. After the sender makes Bell-state measurements and the supervisors perform the computational basis measurements, the recipient will introduce auxiliary particles and carry out unitary transformations depending on classical information from the sender and the supervisors. Finally, the computational basis measurement will be performed by the recipient to confirm whether the teleportation succeeds or not. The successful completion of the scheme relies on all supervisors' cooperation. In addition, the fidelity and security of the scheme are discussed.展开更多

The properties of carbon nanotubes prepared by the method of CVD(chemical vapor deposition) with n-hexane as the carbon resource were studied and it was shown that the diameter of carbon nanotubes can be controlled by the molar ratio of iron to aluminum in the catalysts and that the diameter of carbon nanotubes changes a little with the decrease of the iron content in the catalysts. From the TEM pictures of carbon nanotubes, it can be found that the LaAl 1-xFe xO 3 catalysts have a significant influence on the wall thickness of the carbon nanotubes, whereas they have little influence on the inner diameter of the carbon nanotubes.展开更多

Ang-1 expression was evident under doxycycline induction, but undetectable without doxycycline induction (P 0.001). Immunofluorescence staining showed that positively stained hVEGF165 and Ang-1 protein appeared only under both hypoxia and doxycycline induction. We demonstrate here that HRE and the recombinant Tet-On advanced double gene-controlled systems sensitively regulate the expression of hVEGF165 and Ang-1 genes in an altered oxygen environment and under pharmacological induction in vitro.

文摘In this paper a controlled quantum teleportation scheme of an N-particle unknown state is proposed when N groups of three-particle W1 states are utilized as quantum channels. In addition, the fidelity and security of the scheme are discussed.

文摘A series of LaAl 1-xFe xO 3 catalysts prepared with lanthanum nitrate, aluminium nitrate and iron nitrate was investigated in catalytical syntheses of carbon nanotubes with high yields and purity. From the TEM pictures of carbon nanotubes, it can be found that the LaAl 1-xFe xO 3 catalysts have a significant influence on the wall thickness of the carbon nanotubes, whereas they have little influence on the inner diameter of the carbon nanotubes.
文摘Objective: Octreotide three times daily is re-ported to reduce daily insulin by 50% in patients with Type 1 DM. Therefore, we assessed the impact of long acting Octreotide (Sandostatin LAR) monthly Intramuscular administration in a subject with Type 1 DM. Methods: A 32-year-old man with Type 1 DM of 16 years participated after obtaining informed consent. He had no microvascular or macrovascular complications. He continued the present insulin regimen for four weeks. IM Sandostatin LAR 20 mg was initiated and increased at four weeks to 30 mg. He was followed every four weeks for six months. Insulin regimen was adjusted every two weeks based on blood glucose before meals, bedtime and on onset of hypoglycemic symptoms. He continued other medications, previous diet and activity Assessment of HbA1c, serum electrolytes, urea nitrogen, creatinine, TSH, free T4, liver enzymes, complete blood cell counts, vitamin B12, lipids and insulin regimen were performed at the initiation and end of the study. Results: HbA1c declined from 9 to 8% with reduction in daily insulin dose from 55 to 43 units, with a major reduction in insulin Glargine, 50 to 40 units. Body weight remained unaltered. Other laboratory tests including gallbladder examina-tion remained unchanged Conclusion: Monthly Sandostatin LAR administration may improve glycemic control with less insulin in Type 1 DM.

文摘The main task of this work is to design a control system for a small tail-sitter Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)during the transition process.Although reasonable control performance can be obtained through a well-tuned single PID or cascade PID control architecture under nominal conditions, large or fast time-varying disturbances and a wide range of changes in the equilibrium point bring nonlinear characteristics to the transition control during the transition process, which leads to control precision degradation.Meanwhile, the PID controller’s tuning method relies on engineering experiences to a certain extent and the controller parameters need to be retuned under different working conditions, which limits the rapid deployment and preliminary validation.Based on the above issues,a novel control architecture of L1 neural network adaptive control associated with PID control is proposed to improve the compensation ability during the transition process and guarantee the security transition. The L1 neural network adaptive control is revised to solve the multi-input and multi-output problem of the tail-sitter UAV system in this study. Finally, the transition characteristics of the time setting difference between the desired transition speed and the desired transition pitch angle are analyzed.
