文摘The real-time path optimization for heterogeneous vehicle fleets in large-scale road networks presents significant challenges due to conflicting traffic demands and imbalanced resource allocation. While existing vehicleto-infrastructure coordination frameworks partially address congestion mitigation, they often neglect priority-aware optimization and exhibit algorithmic bias toward dominant vehicle classes—critical limitations in mixed-priority scenarios involving emergency vehicles. To bridge this gap, this study proposes a preference game-theoretic coordination framework with adaptive strategy transfer protocol, explicitly balancing system-wide efficiency(measured by network throughput)with priority vehicle rights protection(quantified via time-sensitive utility functions). The approach innovatively combines(1)a multi-vehicle dynamic routing model with quantifiable preference weights,and(2)a distributed Nash equilibrium solver updated using replicator sub-dynamic models. The framework was evaluated on an urban road network containing 25 intersections with mixed priority ratios(10%–30%of vehicles with priority access demand),and the framework showed consistent benefits on four benchmarks(Social routing algorithm,Shortest path algorithm,The comprehensive path optimisation model,The emergency vehicle timing collaborative evolution path optimization method)showed consistent benefits. Results showthat across different traffic demand configurations, the proposed method reduces the average vehicle traveling time by at least 365 s,increases the road network throughput by 48.61%,and effectively balances the road loads. This approach successfully meets the diverse traffic demands of various vehicle types while optimizing road resource allocations. The proposed coordination paradigm advances theoretical foundations for fairness-aware traffic optimization while offering implementable strategies for next-generation cooperative vehicle-road systems, particularly in smart city deployments requiring mixed-priority mobility guarantees.

文摘In repeated zero-sum games, instead of constantly playing an equilibrium strategy of the stage game, learning to exploit the opponent given historical interactions could typically obtain a higher utility. However, when playing against a fully adaptive opponent, one would have dificulty identifying the opponent's adaptive dynamics and further exploiting its potential weakness. In this paper,we study the problem of optimizing against the adaptive opponent who uses no-regret learning.No-regret learning is a classic and widely-used branch of adaptive learning algorithms. We propose a general framework for online modeling no-regret opponents and exploiting their weakness. With this framework, one could approximate the opponent's no-regret learning dynamics and then develop a response plan to obtain a significant profit based on the inferences of the opponent's strategies. We employ two system identification architectures, including the recurrent neural network(RNN)and the nonlinear autoregressive exogenous model, and adopt an efficient greedy response plan within the framework.Theoretically,we prove the approximation capability of our RNN architecture at approximating specific no-regret dynamics.Empirically,we demonstrate that during interactions at a low level of non-stationarity,our architectures could approximate the dynamics with a low error, and the derived policies could exploit the no-regret opponent to obtain a decent utility.

文摘This paper investigates impulsive orbital attack-defense(AD)games under multiple constraints and victory conditions, involving three spacecraft:attacker, target, and defender. In the AD scenario, the attacker aims to breach the defender's interception to rendezvous with the target, while the defender seeks to protect the target by blocking or actively pursuing the attacker.Four different maneuvering constraints and five potential game outcomes are incorporated to more accurately model AD game problems and increase complexity, thereby reducing the effectiveness of traditional methods such as differential games and game-tree searches. To address these challenges, this study proposes a multiagent deep reinforcement learning solution with variable reward functions. Two attack strategies,Direct attack(DA)and Bypass attack(BA),are developed for the attacker, each focusing on different mission priorities.Similarly, two defense strategies,Direct interdiction(DI)and Collinear interdiction(CI),are designed for the defender, each optimizing specific defensive actions through tailored reward functions. Each reward function incorporates both process rewards(e.g.,distance and angle)and outcome rewards, derived from physical principles and validated via geometric analysis.Extensive simulations of four strategy confrontations demonstrate average defensive success rates of 75%for DI vs.DA,40%for DI vs.BA,80%for CI vs.DA,and 70%for CI vs.BA.Results indicate that CI outperforms DI for defenders, while BA outperforms DA for attackers. Moreover, defenders achieve their objectives more effectively under identical maneuvering capabilities.Trajectory evolution analyses further illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed variable reward function-driven strategies. These strategies and analyses offer valuable guidance for practical orbital defense scenarios and lay a foundation for future multi-agent game research.

文摘To guarantee the blue skies for the 2022 Winter Olympics held in Beijing and Zhangjiakou from February 4 to 20,Beijing and its surrounding areas adopted a series of emission control measures. This provides an opportunity to determine the impacts of large-scale temporary control measures on the air quality in Beijing during this special period. Here,we applied the WRF-CMAQ model to quantify the contributions of emission reduction measures and meteorological conditions. Results show that meteorological conditions in 2022 decreased PM_(2.5)in Beijing by 6.9 and 11.8μg/m^(3)relative to 2021 under the scenarios with and without emission reductions, respectively.Strict emission reduction measures implemented in Beijing and seven neighboring provinces resulted in an average decrease of 13.0μg/m^(3)(-41.2%)in PM_(2.5)in Beijing.Over the entire period, local emission reductions contributed more to good air quality in Beijing than nonlocal emission reductions.Under the emission reduction scenario, local, controlled regions, other regions, and boundary conditions contributed 47.7%,42.0%,5.3%,and 5.0%to the PM_(2.5)concentrations in Beijing, respectively. The results indicate that during the cleaning period with the air masses from the northwest, the abatements of PM_(2.5)were mainly caused by local emission reductions. However, during the potential pollution period with the air masses from the east-northeast and west-southwest,the abatements of PM_(2.5)were caused by both local and nonlocal emission reductions almost equally. This implies that regional coordinated prevention and control strategies need to be arranged scientifically and rationally when heavy pollution events are forecasted.
