Purpose–This study summarizes the overall situation of the resources of the national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry,including the distribution of platform types,supporting institutions,construction sites,professional fields,etc.,to provide a reference for the further improvement and optimization of the national science and technology innovation platform system in the railway industry.Design/methodology/approach–Through literature review,field investigation,expert consultation and other methods,this paper systematically investigates and analyzes the development status of the national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry.Findings–Taking the national science and technology innovation platform of the railway industry as the research object,this paper investigates and analyzes the construction,development and distribution of the national science and technology innovation platform of railway industry over the years.And the National Engineering Research Center of High-speed Railway and Urban Rail Transit System Technology was taken as an example to introduce its operation effect.Originality/value–China Railway has made great development achievements,with the construction and development of national science and technology innovation platform in the railway industry.In recent years,a large number of national science and technology innovation platforms have been built in the railway industry,which play an important role in railway technological innovation,standard setting and commodification,and Railway Sciences provide strong support for railway technology development. 展开更多

Marine environmental monitoring and data platform technology plays a pivotal role in advancing marine scientific research,sustainable resource development,ecological conservation,and the effective utilization of ocean resources.Despite its growing importance in addressing global environmental and economic challenges,a comprehensive and systematic review of recent advancements in this field remains lacking.To address this gap,this paper synthesizes and analyzes academic literature published between 2021 and 2025,sourced from reputable databases including Scopus and Web of Science,while adhering to the PRISMA systematic review standards.It delineates core technologies employed in marine environmental monitoring,such as advanced sensor systems,robust data acquisition and transmission methods,and innovative data processing and analysis techniques.Furthermore,the study examines the architectural functionalities,data sharing mechanisms,and interoperability standards that underpin modern marine data platforms.The paper also addresses critical technical challenges encountered in deep-water monitoring operations,including equipment durability under extreme conditions,significant economic constraints,data management complexities,and emerging privacy and security concerns.Finally,future development trajectories are outlined,emphasizing the transformative potential of novel materials and artificial intelligence(AI)in enhancing deep-water monitoring capabilities,alongside the urgent need for strengthened global collaboration to improve data sharing protocols and management frameworks.Collectively,the continuous evolution of marine monitoring technologies promises to provide increasingly intelligent,integrated,and systematic support for global marine protection efforts and sustainable resource stewardship. 展开更多

目的:研究5G+智慧医疗急救平台应用的伦理风险和治理路径,促进智慧急救高质量健康发展。方法:2024年11月选取浙江杭州、衢州、温州221名急救人员,采用自编问卷调查分析5G+智慧医疗急救的平台载体与使用频次、平台衔接与硬件兼容、数据... 目的:研究5G+智慧医疗急救平台应用的伦理风险和治理路径,促进智慧急救高质量健康发展。方法:2024年11月选取浙江杭州、衢州、温州221名急救人员,采用自编问卷调查分析5G+智慧医疗急救的平台载体与使用频次、平台衔接与硬件兼容、数据共享与隐私保护、责任划分与归属界定等情况。结果:浙江省智慧急救建设走在全国前列,5G移动复苏单元、送血无人机、空中医疗救援体系等开创性做法让患者呼救更便捷、救护车到达更快速、院前院内救治衔接更紧密。浙江省5G+智慧医疗急救平台存在多平台分立问题导致平台衔接与区域协同救治的数字壁垒,面临黑客攻击、恶意软件或内部数据泄露等安全威胁,责任认定具有模糊性,容易发生争议性风险。结论:5G+智慧医疗急救平台的伦理风险包括公平可及风险、数据安全风险、责任归属风险。为此,亟待各级政府协同医院、第三方机构全力构建数字信息中控台,打通公安、交通等多部门数据,形成统一接入、智能的硬件生态体系。要构建院间标准体系与硬件标准规范,设置专项支持基金。构建数据透明化与安全防护双机制,明确急救数据收集、存储、使用各环节责任主体,实现责任主体明确化与全流程追溯。 展开更多

跨区域风险治理是京津冀协同发展面临的关键挑战。基于GBIM云平台的京津冀地区联动风险治理探究,旨在应对京津冀地区复杂多元的区域性风险挑战。传统分散式治理模式存在信息共享不畅、协同滞后等问题,难以满足区域一体化风险防控需求。... 跨区域风险治理是京津冀协同发展面临的关键挑战。基于GBIM云平台的京津冀地区联动风险治理探究,旨在应对京津冀地区复杂多元的区域性风险挑战。传统分散式治理模式存在信息共享不畅、协同滞后等问题,难以满足区域一体化风险防控需求。为此,笔者融合社会科学中的应急管理与自然科学中的信息技术,构建了京津冀区域联动风险治理框架,并以“GIS+BIM+云平台”为载体,提出了覆盖数据层-服务层-应用层-展示层的GBIM云平台技术。该平台集成地理信息与建筑信息模型,支持多源数据融合与智能分析,实现了从风险监测到应急处置的全流程管理。以城市地下管廊GBIM智慧应急平台为例,验证了该平台在实时监测、风险预警与应急处置方面的有效性与实用性。研究结果表明,GBIM云平台能够提升区域风险治理的协同效率与决策科学性,为京津冀乃至全国跨区域风险共治提供了可借鉴的技术路径与管理范式。 展开更多

A consensus has been reached that 5G network slicing technology is becoming increasingly important in EMBB,MMTC and URLLC.However,this technology still has a long way to go in education industry.By selecting four types of demands in campus MMTC scenarios as specific application references,this research explores the architectural relationship between network slicing layer,intelligent terminal layer and application capability layer.Besides,emphasis has been put on the influences that virtual logic network design technology,isolation technology and standard technology has on application experiences.Under such goal,a two-dimensional route has been proposed to deploy network slicing technology based on the concept of full life cycle and the synergistic effect that AI algorithms has on slicing technology.This research is expected to nurture slicing technology,not only its technology chain,but more importantly,facilitate its value chain and large-scale vertical industry applications. 展开更多

This paper presents an overview of the recent developments in hybrid wind-wave energy.With the focus on floating concepts,the possible configurations introduced in the literature are categorized and depicted,and the main conclusions obtained from the references are summarized.Moreover,offshore wind and wave resources are discussed in terms of complementarity and supplementarity,offering a new perspective to developing hybrid wind-wave energy systems that look for synergies not limited to maximizing power output.Then,the feasibility of the concepts under development is discussed in detail,with focus on technical feasibility,dynamic feasibility and limitations of the methods employed.The hybrid configurations that surpassed the experimental validation phase are highlighted,and the experimental results are summarized.By compiling more than 40 floating wind turbine concepts,new relations are drawn between power,wind turbine dimensions,platforms’draft and displacement,which are further related to the payload allowance of the units to accommodate wave devices and onboard power take-off systems.Bearing in mind that it is a challenge to model the exact dynamics of hybrid floating wind-wave platforms,this paper elucidates the current research gaps,limitations and future trends in the field.Lastly,based on the overview and topics discussed,several major conclusions are drawn concerning hybrid synergies,dynamics and hydrodynamics of hybrid platforms,feasibility of concepts,among other regards. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of the security problems existing in the cloud platform of the data center, this paper proposes a set of cloud platform security protection scheme being with virtualization technology. This paper focuses on the overall architecture of cloud platform as well as the design of virtualization security architecture. Meantime, it introduces the key technologies of VXLAN in detail. The scheme realizes flexible scheduling of security resources through virtual pooling of independent security gateway and virtual machine isolation through VXLAN technology. Moreover, it guides all horizontal traffic to independent security gateway for processing, unified management of security gateway through cloud platform by using Huawei NSH business chain technology. This scheme effectively solves the horizontal transmission of security threat among virtual machines, and realizes the fine security control and protection for the campus data center. 展开更多
