In the interim, it pointed out problems of environment, administration, operation, information delay and distribution of interests. Furthermore, it discussed the sustainable development strategy of Yangshuo rural tourism, emphasized the importance of environmental protection and eco-effects in further development, as well as sorting out the relationship among different governmental departments, perfecting tourism mechanism, improving the training system for practitioners, enhancing service quality, strengthening advertising, promotion, image of tourism brand and research on more diverse tourist projects.展开更多
Objective:Anlotinib hydrochloride is a multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor,platelet-derived growth factor receptor,c-Kit,and...Objective:Anlotinib hydrochloride is a multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptor,fibroblast growth factor receptor,platelet-derived growth factor receptor,c-Kit,and c-MET;therefore,it exhibits both antitumor and anti-angiogenetic activities.A phase III trial has shown that anlotinib improved progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),who presented with progressive disease or intolerance after standard chemotherapy.This study aimed to analyze the characteristics of patients receiving anlotinib treatment to determine the dominant populations who are fit for the treatment.Methods:Data were collected from March 2015 to January 2017 from a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,multicenter,phase III trial of anlotinib(ALTER0303).A total of 437 patients were enrolled and randomly allocated(2:1)to the anlotinib and placebo groups.Kaplan–Meier analysis and log-rank test were performed to compare PFS and OS.Cox proportional hazards model was adopted for multivariate prognostic analysis.Results:Multivariate analysis indicated that high post-therapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio and elevated alkaline phosphatase levels were independent risk factors for PFS.Meanwhile,elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone,blood glucose,and triglyceride levels;hypertension;and hand–foot syndrome were independent protective factors of PFS.High posttherapeutic peripheral blood granulocyte/lymphocyte ratio,an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group(ECOG)score≥2,and the sum of the maximal target lesion length at baseline were independent risk factors of OS,and hypertriglyceridemia was an independent protective factor of OS.Conclusions:This study preliminarily explored the possible factors that affected PFS and OS after anlotinib treatment in patients with advanced refractory NSCLC,and the baseline characteristics of the therapeutically dominant populations were then identified.展开更多

Further education in England is a diverse sector which typically provides education for the 16 - 19 age group. This study investigates efficiency levels by subject of study within further education (FE) colleges. Mean...Further education in England is a diverse sector which typically provides education for the 16 - 19 age group. This study investigates efficiency levels by subject of study within further education (FE) colleges. Mean overall technical efficiency is found to vary from 75% to 86% in the worst- and best-performing subject areas, respectively. Statistical analysis of efficiency reveals that, while student and teacher composition and regional characteristics affect efficiency in each subject, the strength of these effects can vary by subject. This has the clear policy implication that strategies to improve efficiency in English FE must be devised and operated at subject rather than provider level.展开更多

The sources lie in that: (1) ideal Fe Mg mixin...This paper briefly introduces twenty one versions of garnet biotite Fe Mg exchange geothermometry, points out the sources of systematic errors inherent in geothermometry. The sources lie in that: (1) ideal Fe Mg mixing in garnet and biotite is assumed; (2) non ideal properties of both garnet and biotite are not considered completely; (3) minor elements—Mn, Ca in garnet, and Al Ⅵ, Ti, Mn in biotite are almost neglected; (4) effects of pressure on equilibrium, although little, are almost not taken into consideration, and experiments were conducted at one fixed pressure; (5) the data used for regression analysis is too scarce in quantity; (6) internal consistency of the data used for empirical calibration is not fully guaranteed; (7) the authors take energy parameters W’s (Margule’s parameters) independent of pressure and temperature, though the former are actually the functions of the latter items; and (8) the most important composition activity relationship is not consistent with the mineral compositions used for calibration. Furthermore, it is believed that empirical calibrations cannot avoid the following problems: (1) effect of retrograde metamorphism; (2) inconsistent data set; (3) effect of pressure on temperature estimation; and (4) effect of Fe 3+ calculation. Exact experimental work should be done in order to accurately calibrate the geothermometer in which the Margule’s parameters should be treated as the functions of pressure, temperature, and mineral compositions.展开更多
