Agricultural sightseeing in a new tourism pattern integrates ecological tourism functions into ecological agriculture and rural cultures. Handan City is located in southern Henan Province with excellent geographical conditions. In 2006-2008, agricultural sightseeing has achieved primary development in Handan City, and gradually become an indispensable component of the tourism market in this city. Promoting agricultural sightseeing in Handan City as well as the upgrading of its agriculture will be enhanced, which can be transformed from traditional and unitary function into the comprehensive functions of production, ecology, tourism, culture and education, thus is favorable for promoting the further development of tourism industry, enriching tourism products, realizing the sustainable development of agricultural tourism. Besides, surplus rural labors will be offered more opportunities, and industrial structure in rural areas will also be adjusted properly. Through dividing agricultural sightseeing in Handan City into the eco-agricultural sightseeing zone in the west, metropolis agricultural sightseeing zone in the middle, and economic agricultural sightseeing in the east, the authors clearly defined their ranges, orientation of typical functions, dominant development modes as well as projects, so as to figure out the reasonable development pattern for agricultural sightseeing in Handan City, specify its development context, and provide theoretical basis for the future development of agricultural sightseeing in this city. 展开更多

在中国1km×1km栅格尺度人居环境自然适宜性分类评价和分县尺度人口空间集聚程度分级评价的基础上,结合中国分县资源环境承载力和区域经济发展水平和发展潜力,确立了中国可持续的人居功能分区评价模型,提出了中国可持续发展的人居... 在中国1km×1km栅格尺度人居环境自然适宜性分类评价和分县尺度人口空间集聚程度分级评价的基础上,结合中国分县资源环境承载力和区域经济发展水平和发展潜力,确立了中国可持续的人居功能分区评价模型,提出了中国可持续发展的人居功能分区方案。研究表明:中国可持续的人居功能分区空间分布呈现东南半壁优于西北半壁的格局;人居功能强可持续地区面积约139.75×104km2,占国土面积的14.66%,相应人口4.3亿,接近总人口的1/3,主要分布在东南沿海、长江中下游地区、四川盆地、黄淮海平原以及东北平原的部分地区;人居功能较强可持续地区面积约193.61×104km2,占国土面积的1/5,相应人口3.2亿,接近总人口的1/4,主要分布在三江平原、辽河平原、山东半岛等地;可持续地区面积210.19×104km2,约占国土面积的22%,相应人口3.7亿,占总人口的28.24%,主要分布在呼伦贝尔高原、黄土高原和云贵高原等地,零星见于藏东南谷地和柴达木盆地等地区;较弱可持续地区,面积约145.85×104km2,占国土面积的15.30%,人口1.4亿,约占总人口的11%,零散分布于黄土高原、川滇高原和云贵高原的部分地区;弱可持续地区面积约263.86×104km2,约占国土面积的27.68%,相应人口0.4亿,接近总人口的3%,主要分布在青藏高原、西北荒漠以及川滇高原北部地区。 展开更多

In this work,an H_(∞)/passive-based secure synchronization control problem is investigated for continuous-time semi-Markov neural networks subject to hybrid attacks,in which hybrid attacks are the combinations of denial-of-service attacks and deception attacks,and they are described by two groups of independent Bernoulli distributions.On this foundation,via the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality technology,the H_(∞)/passive-based performance criteria for semi-Markov jump neural networks are obtained.Additionally,an activation function division approach for neural networks is adopted to further reduce the conservatism of the criteria.Finally,a simulation example is provided to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method. 展开更多

This paper presents a fully customised integrated gate commutated thyristor(IGCT)gate driver monolithic integrated circuit(GDMIC),aiming to address the many shortcomings of traditional IGCT gate driver units composed of discrete components,such as the excessive number of components,low reliability,and complex development processes.The current-source driving characteristics of IGCTs pose significant technical challenges for developing fully customised integrated circuits(IC).The customised requirements of IGCT gate driver chips under various operating conditions are explored regarding functional module division,power sequencing,and chip parameter specifications.However,existing high-side(HS)driver methods exhibit limitations in functional monolithic integration and bipolar complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor compat-ibility.To address these challenges,a novel HS driving topology based on floating linear regulators is proposed.It can achieve synchronised control of multi-channel floating power transistors while supporting 100%duty cycle continuous conduction.The pro-posed GDMIC reduces the three independent HS power supplies to a single multiplexed topology,significantly decreasing circuit complexity.Experimental results validate the feasibility and performance of a 4-inch gate driver prototype based on IGCT current-source management IC,demonstrating significant advantages in reducing the number of components,enhancing device reliability,and simplifying development.The proposed GDMIC offers an innovative development path for future high-power IGCT drivers. 展开更多
