羟基红花黄色素A抑制食管鳞癌耐药细胞KYSE150/5-FU生长的作用及机制

目的探究羟基红花黄色素A(hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)对食管鳞癌耐药细胞KYSE150/5-FU生长、迁移和侵袭的影响及分子机制。方法采用CCK-8实验和克隆形成实验考察HSYA对细胞生长的影响;采用Transwell迁移和侵袭实验检测HSYA对细胞迁... 目的探究羟基红花黄色素A(hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)对食管鳞癌耐药细胞KYSE150/5-FU生长、迁移和侵袭的影响及分子机制。方法采用CCK-8实验和克隆形成实验考察HSYA对细胞生长的影响;采用Transwell迁移和侵袭实验检测HSYA对细胞迁移和侵袭的影响;采用RTqPCR实验检测细胞中耐药基因ID1和ABCB1的mRNA表达水平;采用Western blot实验检测细胞中PAK1(p21-activated kinase 1)、ERK1/2(extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2)和p-ERK1/2(T202/Y204)的蛋白表达水平;采用裸鼠皮下移植瘤模型检测HSYA在体内对KYSE150/5-FU细胞生长的影响;采用分子对接实验预测HSYA与PAK1的作用模式。结果HSYA呈浓度和时间依赖性抑制KYSE150/5-FU细胞的生长,并降低KYSE150/5-FU细胞的克隆形成能力;此外,HSYA浓度依赖性抑制KYSE150/5-FU细胞的迁移和侵袭。与KYSE150细胞相比较,KYSE150/5-FU细胞中耐药基因ID1和ABCB1的mRNA表达水平,以及PAK1和p-ERK1/2(T202/Y204)的蛋白表达水平均明显地上调;HSYA浓度依赖性下调KYSE150/5-FU细胞中ID1、ABCB1、PAK1和p-ERK1/2(T202/Y204)的表达水平。动物实验显示,HSYA能够明显地抑制KYSE150/5-FU细胞在裸鼠体内的生长,并下调肿瘤组织中ID1、ABCB1、PAK1和p-ERK1/2(T202/Y204)的表达水平。分子对接实验表明,HSYA通过与PAK1蛋白的活性位点结合发挥其抑制作用。结论HSYA可能通过下调PAK1/ERK信号通路抑制食管鳞癌耐药细胞KYSE150/5-FU生长、迁移和侵袭。 展开更多

探讨伴t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS::ERG融合基因急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床特征、治疗挑战及预后。方法:报道1例58岁FUS::ERG阳性AML患者的诊疗经过,并结合文献进行复习。结果:患者初诊呈高白细胞血症(WBC 142.2 × 109/L),免疫表型特... 探讨伴t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS::ERG融合基因急性髓系白血病(AML)的临床特征、治疗挑战及预后。方法:报道1例58岁FUS::ERG阳性AML患者的诊疗经过,并结合文献进行复习。结果:患者初诊呈高白细胞血症(WBC 142.2 × 109/L),免疫表型特征性表达CD56、CD123,伴+10、del(5q)及WT1突变。经维奈克拉 + 地西他滨 + 高三尖杉酯碱(VHD)方案诱导达完全缓解(CR),缓解持续约7个月后出现分子学复发(FUS::ERG 13.63%)及胆道梗阻性黄疸,疑似胆系髓外浸润(EMD)。后续对多种强化挽救治疗方案均耐药。结论:FUS::ERG AML是一种罕见高危亚型,维奈克拉为基础方案可诱导缓解,但极易发生获得性耐药及EMD。首次缓解后应尽早行异基因造血干细胞移植,其胆道EMD表现及耐药机制需引起高度重视。 展开更多

miR-370通过靶向FUS调控肝癌细胞增殖和迁移的作用机制

目的探讨miR-370通过靶向FUS调控肝癌细胞的增殖和迁移的作用机制。方法合成并构建miR-370的过表达载体pcDNA3/pri-miR-370,制备相应的反义寡聚核苷酸ASO-370。使用细菌转化法对miRNA进行扩增,并将其介导进入肝癌细胞系,以研究其对细胞... 目的探讨miR-370通过靶向FUS调控肝癌细胞的增殖和迁移的作用机制。方法合成并构建miR-370的过表达载体pcDNA3/pri-miR-370,制备相应的反义寡聚核苷酸ASO-370。使用细菌转化法对miRNA进行扩增,并将其介导进入肝癌细胞系,以研究其对细胞功能的影响。将实验分为4组,pcDNA3空载质粒组(pcDNA3组)、pcDNA3/primiR-370质粒组(miR-370组)、乱序寡聚核苷酸组(ASO-ctrl组)和miR-370 ASO组(ASO-370组)。CCK-8试验观察miRNA对肝癌细胞HepG2增殖能力的影响;Transwell试验观察miRNA对肝癌细胞系迁移能力和侵袭能力的影响;通过生物信息学筛选预测出miR-370的候选靶基因RNA结合蛋白FUS,实时荧光定量PCR及蛋白质印迹检测过表达miRNA的肝癌细胞系中靶基因FUS在mRNA和/或蛋白水平的表达。结果过表达miR-370后,HepG2肝癌细胞的增殖能力表现出明显的抑制效果,而抑制细胞中miR-370的表达则增强了细胞增殖能力;pcDNA3组、miR-370组、ASO-ctrl组、ASO-370组的迁移数相对值分别为(1.13±0.24)、(0.49±0.13)、(1.37±0.31)、(1.58±0.39),pcDNA3组、miR-370组、ASOctrl组、ASO-370组的FUS mRNA表达水平分别为1、(0.56±0.08)、1、(3.62±1.51),miR-370组FUS mRNA表达水平低于pcDNA3组,而ASO--370组FUS mRNA表达水平高于ASO-ctrl组;pcDNA3组、miR-370组、ASO-ctrl组、ASO-370组的FUS蛋白相对表达量分别为1、(0.59±0.12)、1、(1.38±0.29),miR-370组FUS蛋白表达水平低于pcDNA3组,而ASO--370组蛋白表达水平高于ASO-ctrl组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论miR-370通过抑制RNA结合蛋白FUS的表达,降低肝癌细胞HepG2的增殖和迁移能力,表明miR-370可能作为抑制肝癌的潜在治疗靶点。 展开更多

目的分析7例t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患儿的临床特点及治疗和预后的情况。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2024年11月河南省儿童医院收治的7例t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性AML患儿的临床资料... 目的分析7例t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患儿的临床特点及治疗和预后的情况。方法回顾性分析2015年6月至2024年11月河南省儿童医院收治的7例t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性AML患儿的临床资料及治疗和预后情况,并对相关文献进行回顾。本研究通过了本院医学伦理委员会的审查(批准号:2024-102-001)。结果在297例AML患儿中,共发现t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性7例(2.36%),其中男3例,女4例,中位年龄11岁(3~12岁)。FAB分型的结果为M2型1例,M5型3例,AML未分型(非M3)3例。7例患儿均检出t(16;21)(p11;q22)易位,其中3例合并其他染色体异常。7例患儿免疫分型均表达CD13、CD33、CD34、CD117,部分表达CD56、CD4、CD64、CD123、CD15、CD38、CD11b、HLA-DR、cMPO、CD16。1例患儿第一疗程应用DAE(阿糖胞苷+柔红霉素+依托泊苷)诱导化疗获得完全缓解(CR)后复发放弃治疗,6例患儿应用DAH(阿糖胞苷+柔红霉素+高三尖杉酯碱)诱导治疗,其中2例患儿2个疗程获得CR后接受异基因造血干细胞移植,总CR率为42.86%。5例未接受allo-HSCT的中位生存期为9个月(6~18个月),2例患儿于移植后6个月、9个月分别发生骨髓形态学及分子生物学复发,给予联合化疗及供者淋巴细胞回输后,1例未缓解,于移植后22个月死亡,1例融合基因持续阳性,随访至今,总生存期分别为25个月和30个月。结论t(16;21)(p11;q22)FUS∷ERG融合基因阳性在AML中发生率低,预后差,allo-HSCT可能克服FUS∷ERG融合基因对预后的不良影响,延长患儿的生存期。 展开更多

目的:旨在探讨携带t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG融合基因的急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)患者的临床生物学及预后特征。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月—2023年8月在河南省人民医院收治的12例t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG阳性AM... 目的:旨在探讨携带t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG融合基因的急性髓系白血病(acute myeloid leukemia,AML)患者的临床生物学及预后特征。方法:回顾性分析2015年12月—2023年8月在河南省人民医院收治的12例t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG阳性AML患者的临床和实验室数据,并进行文献复习。结果:t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG阳性AML占同期初诊AML患者的1.28%(12/935)。患者中男9例,女3例;FAB分型为M2型9例,M4/5型3例。7例患者在诊断时骨髓原始细胞可见空泡形成。所有患者的免疫表型均表达CD56和CD123。染色体核型分析均显示t(16;21)易位,其中7例伴有附加染色体异常。FUS∷ERG融合基因均检测阳性,基因突变情况:PTPN1150.0%(3/6)、NRAS 36.4%(4/11)、BCOR 22.2%(2/9)、RUNX118.2%(2/11)、TET218.2%(2/11)、WT111.1%(1/9)。汇总国内外文献中基因突变信息,突变率最高为PTPN11,占26.7%(12/45),其次为NRAS,占23.5%(8/34),其他常见突变基因为TET2、RUNX1、ASXL1、DNMTA、BCOR等。研究中11例患者诱导化疗后完全缓解率为72.7%,复发率为37.5%;3例患者接受了造血干细胞移植(hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,HSCT),其中2例移植后复发/死亡。11例患者的中位生存期为15个月(95%CI 9.092~20.908)。结论:t(16;21)(p11;q22)/FUS∷ERG阳性AML是一类罕见的具有特定遗传学特征的AML亚型,具有独特的临床生物学和基因表达谱特征,总体预后较差。HSCT效果可能有限,亟需探索新的靶向治疗方法。 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of the modified Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)of the spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type.Methods:A total of 100 DN patients admitted to Changyi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital between August 2023 and March 2024 were included in the study.Patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,each comprising 50 cases,using a computerized random number generator.The control group received kallikrein treatment,while the study group received a combination of kallikrein and the modified Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction.Blood glucose control,renal function,and inflammatory markers were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in blood glucose and renal function indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,24-hour urinary protein,urinary microalbumin,serum creatinine,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),and interleukin-6 levels significantly decreased in both groups,with the study group showing superior results compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Gui Fu Ling Wu Decoction and kallikrein for treating spleen-kidney Yang deficiency type DN significantly improves blood glucose control,enhances renal function,and reduces inflammatory responses. 展开更多

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by the degeneration of motor neurons in the brain and spinal cord,leading to muscle weakness,paralysis,and ultimately death(Cleveland and Rothstein,2001).Frontotemporal lobar degeneration(FTLD)is a neurodegenerative disease affecting the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain,leading to changes in behavior,personality,and language(Van Langenhove et al.,2012).Both ALS and FTLD are classified as proteinopathies in which abnormal protein aggregation and accumulation in neurons contribute to the disease pathogenesis.Fused in sarcoma(FUS)is a DNA/RNA-binding protein involved in various cellular processes,including transcriptional regulation,RNA splicing,and DNA repair.Mutations in the FUS gene have been linked to familial ALS,highlighting the importance of FUS in the disease pathogenesis(Vance et al.,2009).In ALS and FTLD,aberrant post-translational modifications(PTMs)of FUS,such as phosphorylation,acetylation,and methylation,have been implicated in the promotion of FUS aggregation and neurotoxicity(Choi et al.,2023).Therefore,understanding the regulatory mechanisms of FUS PTMs is crucial for developing targeted therapies against these diseases. 展开更多

目的 研究毛蕊异黄酮(calycosin, CA)调控糖原合成酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β,GSK-3β)/核因子-E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-like 2,Nrf2)/谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(glutathione peroxidase 4,GPX4)铁死... 目的 研究毛蕊异黄酮(calycosin, CA)调控糖原合成酶激酶-3β(glycogen synthase kinase-3β,GSK-3β)/核因子-E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid-derived 2-like 2,Nrf2)/谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4(glutathione peroxidase 4,GPX4)铁死亡通路逆转结直肠癌5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil, 5-FU)耐药。方法 选择5-FU耐药的结直肠癌细胞株HT-29/5-FU为实验对象,采用CCK8法检测5-FU、CA、5-FU+CA对细胞增殖的影响,计算逆转耐药倍数。采用克隆形成实验检测克隆形成数目,采用试剂盒检测结直肠癌细胞中ROS和MDA水平,采用Western blotting方法检测细胞中GSK-3β、Nrf2、GPX4的表达水平。结果 100μmol/L CA逆转HT-29/5-FU细胞对5-FU耐药,逆转倍数为2.65倍;CA、5-FU单用或联合作用于HT-29/5-FU细胞均能显著减少克隆形成以及Nrf2、GPX4表达,增加ROS、MDA水平及GSK-3β表达;与CA、5-FU单用比较,CA和5-FU联用进一步减少克隆形成以及Nrf2、GPX4表达,增加ROS、MDA水平及GSK-3β表达。结论 CA逆转结直肠癌细胞株5-FU耐药,其涉及的机制可能与调控GSK-3β/Nrf2/GPX4通路、激活铁死亡相关。 展开更多

为探讨几何孔板空化对壳聚糖纳米粒包封药物效果的影响,以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)为模型药物,考察孔板结构、入口压力、油水比、复配乳化剂HLB值、交联时间对壳聚糖纳米粒包封率的影响,并对5-Fu壳聚糖纳米粒进行表征。结果表明... 为探讨几何孔板空化对壳聚糖纳米粒包封药物效果的影响,以5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fluorouracil,5-Fu)为模型药物,考察孔板结构、入口压力、油水比、复配乳化剂HLB值、交联时间对壳聚糖纳米粒包封率的影响,并对5-Fu壳聚糖纳米粒进行表征。结果表明:单孔且孔径为3.0 mm的孔板更有利于制备包封性能好的纳米粒,即采用开孔率小、比周长大的孔板制备的纳米粒包封率更大,且开孔率相同、比周长越大的孔板得到纳米粒的包封率也越大;入口压力、油水比、复配乳化剂HLB值和交联时间随着条件参数的增大,包封率均表现出先增大后减小的趋势。FTIR研究表明,孔板射流空化后的5-Fu成功负载于壳聚糖纳米粒中且官能团没有变化,说明5-Fu和壳聚糖纳米粒聚合物之间没有药物相互作用。 展开更多

得力平口服液对肝癌抑瘤作用及与5-FU联用的增效减毒研究

目的 初步探索得力平口服液对人肝癌Bel-7402细胞株的抑瘤效果以及与5-FU联用时治疗H22肝癌细胞移植瘤小鼠肿瘤的增效减毒作用。方法 抑瘤作用实验方法:在BALB/C系裸鼠右腋皮下接种已在裸鼠体内传代生长良好的人肝癌Bel-7402肿瘤组织块... 目的 初步探索得力平口服液对人肝癌Bel-7402细胞株的抑瘤效果以及与5-FU联用时治疗H22肝癌细胞移植瘤小鼠肿瘤的增效减毒作用。方法 抑瘤作用实验方法:在BALB/C系裸鼠右腋皮下接种已在裸鼠体内传代生长良好的人肝癌Bel-7402肿瘤组织块,待肿瘤生长至可视并可确切触及时,将动物随机分为6组,每组10只。分别为口服液空白对照组、注射液生理盐水空白对照组、得力生注射液阳性对照组(2.14 g/kg),得力平口服液低、中、高剂量组(2.5 g/kg、4.0 g/kg、8.0 g/kg),给药24天。测量皮下肿瘤体积,绘制肿瘤生长曲线。瘤体称重,计算肿瘤生长抑瘤率。与5-FU联用增效减毒实验方法:在KM小鼠右腋皮下接种已传代或液氮保存的小鼠移植性肿瘤瘤株肝癌22(H22)肿瘤组织。接种后随机分为7组,每组10只,分组为A:空白对照组,水,20 mL/kg,i.g.(intragastric gavage,i.g.,灌胃);B:5-FU 12.5 mg/kg,i.p.(intraperitoneal injection,i.p.,腹腔注射);C:5-FU 25.0mg/kg,i.p.;D:5-FU 50.0mg/kg,i.p.;E:得力平口服液2.5 g i.g.+5-FU 12.5mg i.p.;F:得力平口服液4.0 g i.g.+5-FU 25.0 mg i.p.;G:得力平口服液8.0 g i.g.+5-FU 50 mg i.p.。荷瘤小鼠每天给药1次,连续10天。测量指标为体重、瘤重和肿瘤抑制率、白细胞计数,试验重复2次。结果 得力平口服液对人肝癌Bel-7402具有抑瘤活性,得力生注射液组(2.14 g/kg)抑瘤率为49.51%,与对照组比较差异非常显著(P<0.01),得力平口服液中、高剂量组(4.0 g/kg、8.0 g/kg)抑瘤率分别为45.63%和46.6%,抑瘤作用显著(P<0.01)。得力平口服液中、高剂量组抑瘤率与得力生注射液组比较无明显差异。得力平口服液中高剂量组与5-FU中高剂量组合用,对小鼠H22的抑制率两组平均值达到55.38%、78.98%,并且分别与单用5-FU中、高剂量相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05、P<0.001)。单纯化疗药5-FU高剂量组(50.0 mg/kg)体重增长明显低于5-FU(50 mg/kg)联用得力平口服液(8.0 g/kg)高剂量组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。白细胞总数5-FU(50 mg/kg)联用得力平口服液(8.0g/kg)高剂量组也明显高于单纯化疗药5-FU组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 得力平口服液对肝癌Bel-7402具有明显的抑瘤作用,抑瘤效应与剂量间呈现出一定的量效关系,与化疗药5-FU联用对小鼠移植性肿瘤H22有明显增效减毒作用。 展开更多

Objective Brown and beige adipocytes dissipate energy through thermogenesis,and the impaired thermogenic function of these adipocytes is a key driver of obesity and related metabolic disorders.However,the molecular mechanisms governing adipocyte thermogenesis are not fully understood.This study investigated the role of inorganic pyrophosphatase 1(PPA1)in regulating adipocyte thermogenesis and assessed its potential as a therapeutic target for obesity and metabolic disorders.Methods To investigate the function of PPA1 in adipose tissue thermogenesis,we generated adipose-specific heterozygous PPA1 knockout mice via the Cre-loxP system and established cold exposure models.PPA1 deletion effects were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin(H&E)staining,immunofluorescence,quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qPCR),and immunoblotting.Mitochondrial changes during browning were further characterized via transmission electron microscopy(TEM),mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)quantification,qPCR,and Western blotting.The molecular mechanisms involved were subsequently dissected via mass spectrometry,coimmunoprecipitation(Co-IP),and immunofluorescence colocalization.Results Adi-PPA1^(fl/+)mice presented impaired adipose tissue thermogenesis upon cold exposure.Mechanistically,PPA1 deficiency impaired adipose browning in an enzyme activity-independent manner.PPA1 knockdown promoted the aberrant translocation and accumulation of fused in sarcoma(FUS)to mitochondria,which triggered mitochondrial dysfunction and suppressed browning.Crucially,silencing FUS effectively rescued the mitochondrial defects caused by PPA1 depletion.Conclusion PPA1 functions as a nonenzymatic positive regulator of adipocyte thermogenesis by interacting with FUS to prevent its mitochondrial mislocalization,thereby maintaining mitochondrial function and promoting adipose browning.These findings highlight PPA1 as a potential therapeutic avenue for obesity and metabolic disorders. 展开更多

This study investigated the therapeutic effects on metabolic syndrome(MetS)and the impact on the intestinal barrier and gut microbiota of Fu brick tea aqueous extracts(FTE)on MetS in rats fed with a high-fat diet(HFD).Here,the results showed that FTE supplement significantly reduced HFD-induced weight gain,adiposity,dyslipidemia,fasting blood glucose(FBG)increment,and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Moreover,FTE supplement resulted in a decline in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)level and attenuation of colonic inflammation and oxidative stress to protect the intestinal barrier function.FTE supplement also maintained the intestinal barrier integrity by improving histological appearance and promoting ZO-1,Occludin,and Claudin-1 protein expression levels.Meanwhile,FTE supplement alleviated the gut microbiota dysbiosis by enhancing the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)ratio and stimulating the colonization of probiotic bacteria such as Akkermansia,Lactobacillus,Adlercreutzia,and Bacteroides.These findings collectively suggest that Fu brick tea could alleviate MetS and MetS-associated traits with the mechanism relevant to the protection of intestinal barrier and gut microbiota regulation. 展开更多

The high incidence of hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD)in children,coupled with improper management,can lead to complications,causing significant distress to both patients and their parents.This article reports on the successful treatment of a case of HFMD with dampness-heat accumulation in the spleen type using a therapeutic approach of applying herbal patches to acupoints to disperse dampness,promote heat dissipation,and unblock the fu organs.The herbs selected primarily include honeysuckle,Forsythia,and mint to relieve the exterior and promote heat dissipation;Agastache and magnolia bark to transform and dry dampness;Scutellaria,blackberry lily,and licorice to clear heat,detoxify,and benefit the throat;and magnolia bark and bitter orange to unblock the fu organs and purge heat.The flexible combination of these herbs with acupoints such as Shenque,Zhongwan,Tiantu,and Feishu fully leverages the synergistic effects of both the herbs and acupoints,resulting in a significant therapeutic effect.This approach provides valuable insights and methodologies for the prevention and treatment of HFMD in children. 展开更多

This paper describes a multi-sensor fusion system, which is model-based and used for rotating mechanical failure diagnosis. In the data fusion process, the fuzzy neural network is selected and used for the data fusion at report level. By comparing the experimental results of fault diagnoses based on fusion data wi th that on original separate data,it is shown that the former is more accurate than the latter. 展开更多

Xin Xiu Ben Cao(《新修本草》Newly Revised Materia Medica)is China’s first national pharmacopoeia and holds significant importance in the history of Chinese herbal medicine.However,it was lost by the time of the Northern Song dynasty.Japanese envoys to the Tang dynasty brought this text back to Japan,where it was preserved in manuscript form at Ninna-ji Temple(仁和寺)in Kyoto,although it gradually fell into obscurity.In the 19th century,Japanese physicians and scholars such as the Fukui family(福井家),the Asai family(浅井家),the Kojima family(小岛家),and Kariya Ekisai(狩谷棭斋)discovered fragments of Xin Xiu Ben Cao,transcribed them,and gradually disseminated them.During his travels to Japan from 1888 to 1889,the Chinese envoy Fu Yunlong(傅云龙),along with Chen Ju(陈榘),acquired and published this text.The reproduced edition shows that the text consists of eleven volumes,eight of which were originally from the Kojima family’s collection.Volume 3 was transcribed by Kojima Naozane(小岛尚真)based on his father’s compiled edition.The Kojima family’s manuscripts were later acquired by Arai Masatake(新井政毅),the owner of the Arai Bunko(新井文库),and after his passing,they were dispersed among booksellers.The seals printed in the book reveal that the Qing Legation in Japan and Chinese literati who traveled to Japan jointly appreciated and studied this text.By comparing it with other scroll and album-format manuscripts,it becomes evident that the layout of this fragment differs from the scroll format but is closer to the album format. 展开更多

Objective To observe the efficacy of combining therapy in treatment of 90 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis in different phases. Method Ninety patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were treated with Fu's subcutaneous needling(FSN) combined with physiotherapy in painful phase, acupotomology and massage in adhesion phase, and appropriate functional exercise in rehabilitation phase. Seven days were considered as one course of treatment, and efficacy evaluation was performed after three courses. Function evaluation of shoulder joint was made. Result The total effective rate was 100%(38/38) in acute phase, 93.5%(29/31) in adhesion phase, and 100%(21/21) in rehabilitation phase. After treatment, the range of motion(ROM) of shoulder joint, pain, muscle force, activities of daily living(ADL) and joint local morphology of the patient have been improved obviously. Conclusion Better clinical efficacy is achieved in treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in different phases by combining therapy centering on FSN. 展开更多
