Lysozyme Anodonta cygnea was more active than Lysozyme Uniopictorum, especially against Gram-negative bacterias. Combination of Macropen and Lysozyme Unio pictorum has a synergistic effect, while a separation of these antibacterial agents was not active against some of the strains of microorganisms.展开更多
为了解凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)淡水养殖池塘浮游植物的固碳量,探明水质、浮游植物与固碳量之间的关系,采用黑白瓶法对上海市奉贤区某水产养殖场的凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘水体初级生产力进行了检测,并对浮游植物固碳量进行估算。...为了解凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)淡水养殖池塘浮游植物的固碳量,探明水质、浮游植物与固碳量之间的关系,采用黑白瓶法对上海市奉贤区某水产养殖场的凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘水体初级生产力进行了检测,并对浮游植物固碳量进行估算。结果显示,3口池塘共观察到浮游植物7门45属,其中绿藻门、蓝藻门、硅藻门、裸藻门、金藻门、甲藻门和隐藻门分别有19、8、11、3、2、1和1个属。Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ号塘内浮游植物密度分别为(7.99±7.84)×10^(5)、(1.86±1.55)×10^(6)和(2.57±1.66)×10^(6) ind./L,随着养殖时间的延长,各池塘浮游植物密度基本呈现先增大后减小的趋势。3口池塘的共同优势属有4种,分别为栅藻、颤藻、舟形藻和小环藻。养殖期间浮游植物当日单位面积固碳量(D_(CS))变化范围为0.27~4.92 g C/(m^(2)·d),均值为(1.62±1.12)g C/(m^(2)·d),浮游植物的累积固碳量随养殖时间的延长而缓慢增长,养殖结束时,3口试验塘的累积固碳量分别为0.80、1.11和1.31 t C。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,叶绿素a(Chl.a)、总氮(TN)、温度(T)、pH、裸藻门和蓝藻门是影响D_(CS)的主要环境因子;Pearson相关性分析与冗余分析表明:Chl.a、TN、T、裸藻门和蓝藻门是影响浮游植物固碳量的关键因子。这些结果有助于深入理解凡纳滨对虾养殖池塘中水质和浮游植物群落对浮游植物固碳量的影响。展开更多
