Methods: according to a total of 100 pregnant and lying-in women admitted to our hospital in recent years, they were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the observation group. The control group used conventional midwifery care, while the observation group used delivery ball combined with free body position midwifery care in addition to conventional care during childbirth. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis were made on the delivery time, delivery bleeding and pain indicators of the two groups of lying-in women, and relevant conclusions were drawn. Results: the delivery time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of hemorrhage during delivery was less. The pain index is obviously lower, which reduces the pain of the parturient, P < 0.05, and is relatively safer and more effective for the overall delivery process. The labor pain scores (VAS, VRS, PPI) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the delivery method of delivery ball combined with free body position midwifery nursing has a very wide range of significance for reducing the pain of the parturient, reducing the amount of bleeding and shortening the delivery time of the parturient, greatly improving the success rate of delivery, and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical aspects.展开更多

Methods: 100 cases of expectant mothers in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The observation group was given free position midwifery, while the control group was given conventional midwifery. The physiological stress index and natural delivery outcome and situation of the two groups were observed. Results: the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the cesarean section rate and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of free position midwifery on the course of labor can promote the natural childbirth of puerpera, reduce the rate of cesarean section, and also has a good effect on relieving maternal stress level.展开更多

Methods: observe Sichuan Science City Hospital cervix in February 2021 to January 2022 successful vaginal delivery with cervical edema in 64 cases, randomly divided into control group: traditional supine combination between phenol and observation group: free position combination between phenol. Observe two groups of maternal cervical edema treatment effect, labor outcome. Results: the time of cervical edema regression and the whole time to uterine mouth opening were significantly shorter than the control group (P 0.05);the successful vaginal delivery rate (84.3%) was higher than the control group (59.4%) (P0.05). Conclusion: free position combined with hydrophenol effectively eliminates or alleviates cervical edema, promotes uterine mouth expansion, and facilitates the improvement of vaginal delivery rate.展开更多
