Korla fragrant pears are one of the“famous,excellent,and special”fruits in Xinjiang.They belong to the white pear variety in the genus Pyrus of the Rosaceae family.With a long-standing planting history and strong regional characteristics,they are mainly produced in southern Xinjiang.Due to unique natural conditions such as large temperature differences between day and night and sufficient sunlight,Korla fragrant pears have a crispy texture,a sweet but not cloying taste,and their flesh is delicate and juicy,with excellent quality.Korla fragrant pears contain a variety of bioactive substances,mainly including polysaccharides,polyphenolic compounds,flavonoid compounds,triterpenoids,and sterols.They have medical effects such as“moistening the lungs,calming the heart,reducing phlegm,anti-inflammation,relieving cough,and resolving carbuncle toxins”.Uyghur and Mongolian medicine often use them as a good dietary therapy product.Based on recent literature reports,this paper reviews the main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Korla fragrant pears,aiming to provide references for the research and utilization of the deep processing of Korla fragrant pears. 展开更多

ObjectiveThe thesis aims at investigating the distribution and structural characteristics of various branches in canopy of Korla fragrant pear. MethodStatistic work and analysis were conducted on the numbers and distribution characteristics of various branches in each cubic lattice by using the canopy cellular method. ResultThe results showed that: The total number of scaffold branches of evacuation layered tree shape was 97, which mainly distributed in the lower layer and middle part of the canopy; the total number of scaffold branches of open-center tree shape was 94, which mainly distributed in the lower layer and middle part of the canopy. The total number of annual branches of evacuation layered tree shape was 3 920, which mainly distributed in the middle layer and outer part of the canopy; and the total number of annual branches of the open-center tree shape was 3 183, which mainly distributed in middle layer and outer part of the canopy. The total number of perennial branches of evacuation layered tree shape was 2 184, which mainly distributed in lower layer and outer part of the canopy; the total number of perennial branches of open-center tree shape was 1 444, which mainly distributed in middle layer and outer part of the canopy. ConclusionThe total number and the distribution positions of scaffold branches in the canopy of each tree shape were basically the same. The total numbers of annual branches of the two kinds of tree shapes were different, but the distribution positions were basically the same. [Objective] The aim of this study was to explore the differences in photosynthetic characteristics of Korla fragrant pear among different planting densities,providing a basis for the improvement of fruit yield and quality of Korla fragrant pear in production. [Method] The net photosynthetic rates, photoresponse curves and CO2 response curves of Korla fragrant pear under six different planting densities were determined using Li-6400 XT portable photosynthesis system. [Result] There were significant differences in photosynthetic parameters of Korla fragrant pear among six different planting densities. The net photosynthetic rate of Korla fragrant pear was highest under the planting density of 4.0 m × 6.0 m. At the planting density of4.0 m×6.0 m, when the light intensity reached 1 800 μmol/(m^2·s), the net photosynthetic rate of Korla fragrant pear reached the peak [19.326 μmol/(m^2·s)], and the apparent quantum yield, carboxylation efficiency and dark respiration rate all reached the maximum values; at the planting density of 6.0 m ×7.0 m, Korla fragrant pear showed lower light compensation point and CO2 compensation point, but higher light saturation point. At the planting density of 3.0 m ×5.0 m, Korla fragrant pear had higher light saturation point. [Conclusion] Among the six different planting densities,Korla fragrant pear with planting density of 4.0 m ×6.0 m showed the highest net photosynthetic rate. It suggested that Korla fragrant pear, at the planting density of4.0 m ×6.0 m, had stronger utilization capacity for low light and low-concentration CO2. Therefore, the Korla fragrant pear with the planting density of 4.0 m ×6.0 m has the highest photosynthesis efficiency, and the planting density of 4.0 m ×6.0 m is the most ideal planting density for Korla fragrant pear. 展开更多

Effects of Regulated Deficit Irrigation on Twig Water Potential of Korla Fragrant Pear

With 7-year-old Korla fragrant pear trees as the experimental material, different root-zone irrigation patterns were arranged to study the effects of soil moisture on twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees at different growth stages. The results showed that under the condition of regulated deficit irrigation, the diurnal dynamics of twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees was V shaped at different growth stages, and the twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees reached the minimum during 14:00-16:00. At different growth stages, the twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees under drought stress was significantly lower than that of pear trees irrigated normally. Under both drought stress and normal irrigation, the diurnal variation of twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees during the flowering period was most gentle, that during the fruit-setting and mature periods showed some ups and downs, and that during the fruit enlargement period was greater. Under the experimental conditions, the twig water potential of Korla fragrant pear trees was positively correlated with soil moisture content, and the functional relationships between them at different growth stages were studied by regression analysis. In addition, the limits of twig water potential and soil moisture content for normal growth of Korla fragrant pear trees at different growth stages were determined. 展开更多

Differences in Light Response Curve and CO_2 Response Curve of Korla Fragrant Pear Trees in Different Training Systems 被引量:2

[Objective] This study was conducted to evaluate three training systems for Korla fragrant pear trees by comparing the characteristic parameters of light response curve and CO2 response curve, and to provide some theoretical basis for improving the pruning techniques of Korla fragrant pear trees. [Method] The light response curve and CO2 response curve of the trees trained to three systems were measured by LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system. The SPAD value was measured using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter, and specific leaf weight was calculated, to evaluate the effects of the three training systems. [Result] The CO2 response curves of the three training systems were basically in agreement with their light response curves, but there were some differences in their characteristic parameters. Among the three training systems, the maximum net photosynthetic rate, apparent quantum yield and light compensation point of espalier trained trees were the highest, while their light saturation point was the lowest. The CO2 saturation point of delayed-open central leader trained trees and open center trained trees were 1 752 and 1 665 μmol/mol, both of which were much higher than that of espalier trained trees. In addition, the carboxylation efficiency and photorespiration rate of espalier trained trees were both higher than those of delayed-open central leader trained trees and open center trained trees, while the CO2 compensation point of espalier trained trees was the lowest. The leaf SPAD value of espalier trained trees was the largest, followed by that of open center trained trees, and the leaf SPAD value of delayed-open central leader trained trees was the smallest. In addition, the leaf area and specific leaf weight of espalier trained trees were both the highest, followed by those of open center trained trees. [Conclusion] Among the training systems for Korla fragrant pear trees, the espalier training system had better ability to capture light, higher photosynthetic productivity and strongest adaptability to light environment, and open center training system takes the second place. On the contrary, delayed-open central leader training system has the weakest adaptability to light environment, but it can adapt to a higher CO2 concentration. In summary, for the training of Korla fragrant pear trees, espalier training system, which has the highest theoretical yield, is the best among the three training systems, and delayed-open central leader training system is the worst. 展开更多

Korla fragrant pear(KFP)with special fragrance is a unique cultivar in Xinjiang,China.In order to explore the biosynthesis molecular mechanism of chlorogenic acid(CGA)in KFP,the samples at different development periods were collected for transcriptome analysis.High performance liquid chromatography analysis showed that CGA contents of KFP at 88,118 and 163 days after full bloom were(20.96±1.84),(12.01±0.91)and(7.16±0.41)mg/100 g,respectively,and decreased with the fruit development.Pears from these typical 3 periods were selected for de novo transcriptome assemble and 68059 unigenes were assembled from 444037960 clean reads.One‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis’pathway including 57 unigenes,11 PALs,1 PTAL,64CLs,9 C4Hs,25 HCTs and 5 C3’Hs related to CGA biosynthesis was determined.It was found that the expression levels of 11 differentially expressed genes including 1 PAL,2 C4Hs,34CLs and 5 HCTs were consistent with the change of CGA content.Quantitative polymerase chain reaction analysis further showed that 8 unigenes involved in CGA biosynthesis were consistent with the RNA-seq data.These findings will provide a comprehensive understanding and valuable information on the genetic engineering and molecular breeding in KFP. 展开更多

[Objective] This study was performed to explore the effect of different concentrations of PP333 on leaf tissue structure of Korla fragrant pear and to lay the foundation for the cultivation and regulation of Korla fragrant pear. [Method] The leaf tissues treated with different concentrations of PP333 were dehydrated with al- cohol, embedded in paraffin and sliced into 10-μm slices. The thicknesses of leaf blade, upper epidermis, lower epidermis, palisade tissue and sponge tissue were measured, and the ratio of palisade to spongy layer thickness, cell tightness (CT) and cell looseness (CL) were calculated. [Result] The thickness of leaf blade, the ratio of palisade to sponge layer thickness and the thickness of palisade layer were all significantly increased after treatment with PP333. Treatment with 2 500 mg/L PP333 showed no obvious effect on the thickness of leaf epidermis, but increased the thicknesses of leaf blade and palisade tissue. Leaf CL was the highest in the treatment of 1 500 mg/L PP333. [Conclusion] PP333 can increase the leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness and CT, reduce spongy tissue thickness and CL of Korla fragrant pear. Additionally, 1 500 mg/L was the optimal concentration for the application of PP333 to improve the cold resistance of Koda fragrant pear. 展开更多

To study the effects of different concentrations of Abscisic Acid(ABA) on leaf tissue structure of Korla fragrant pear and lay the foundation for the cultivation and regulation of Korla fragrant pear. Using the paraffin section method, the leaf thickness, the epidermis thickness, the palisade tissue thickness and the sponge tissue thickness were measured; palisade spongy ratio, Cell Tightness(CT) and Cell Looseness(CL) were examined after treatments with exogenous ABA. Leaf thickness, leaf palisade spongy ratio and palisade tissue thickness increased significantly after exogenous ABA treatment compared with CK, while the effect on leaf epidermis was not obvious. The leaf thickness and palisade tissue thickness increased evidently after 70 mg · LABA treatment by 24.89% and 41.10%, respectively. The tissue structures of leaves were more compact, while CL was lower after 70 and 90 mg · LABA treatments. The effects of different concentrations of exogenous ABA could increase the leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness of Korla fragrant pear and CT, reduced the thickness of spongy tissue and CL. Among those concentrations of exogenous ABA, the effect of spraying 70 mg · Lexogenous ABA was suitable for improving cold resistance of Korla fragrant pear. 展开更多

Detection method for the degree of damage to Korla fragrant pears based on electrical properties

To solve challenges in the automated and rapid,non-destructive detection of damage to Korla fragrant pears,this study explored the laws influencing the impact of load on damage to fragrant pears during ripening.A comparative analysis of the external features and microscopic structural changes before and after fragrant pear damage was performed.The electrical parameters of fragrant pears were collected using the fruit electrical parameter detection system,including parallel equivalent capacitance(Cp),parallel equivalent resistance(Rp),and complex impedance(Z).The correlations between the electrical parameters of fragrant pears and the degree of damage were analyzed.A detection model for the degree of damage to Korla fragrant pears was constructed using partial least squares regression(PLSR),support vector regression(SVR),and particle swarm optimization-least squares support vector regression(PSO-LSSVR),and the optimal model was determined and screened.The results showed that,in the same ripening,the damaged area of fragrant pears increased as the falling height increased.Given equal impact loads,the damage area of fragrant pears increased as the picking time increased.Cp,Rp,and Z were strongly correlated with the damaged area of fragrant pears.When the test frequency was 1 kHz,the PSO-LSSVR model showed the optimal detection performance(R2=0.9172,RMSE=117.56)for the damaged area of fragrant pears.These research results provide a theoretical reference for the quality assessment and storage regulation of fragrant pears. 展开更多

To optimize the harvest of Korla fragrant pears and to provide a theoretical basis for post-harvest processing,a total of 26 basic indices of Korla fragrant pears,including their morphology,quality,and softening age,were investigated.The harvest period ranged from August 22nd to October 6th,samples were collected every 5 d(totally 10 plucking days,indicated as H1-H10).The results indicated that changes in pectin content were the main causes of softening in fragrant pears.The scavenging of free radicals mainly occurred because of the collaborative effects of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT).In the harvest periods H1-H3,the hardness,titratable acid(TA),chlorophyll content,density,and diameter of the stone cells,as well as the cellulose and hemicellulose content of the Korla fragrant pears were at their highest.During the periods H7-H10,the single-fruit weight,fruit horizontal and vertical diameter,color coordinates L,a*,b*,soluble-solids content(SSC),SOD activity,CAT activity,and water-soluble pectin were higher than in the other plucking periods.The highest vitamin C(VC)content and moderate values for a variety of indicators were observed during H3-H7.Variations in the Korla fragrant pears during H1-H3 mainly manifested through changes in softening-related parameters.During H3-H10,changes in the softening-related,aging-related,color-related,and quality indices had a dominant role.On this basis,some suggestions for the post-harvest processing of fragrant pears have been proposed.Fruit,during H1-H3,are suitable for transportation and storage;during H7-H10 are suitable for fresh-eating and further processing;and during H3-H7,exhibited moderate values for a variety of indicators and had the highest commercial value.This research provides a systematic evaluation of the characteristics of mature Korla fragrant pears during the harvest period and can form the basis for fruit quality control and processing of Korla fragrant pears. 展开更多

In order to achieve the non-destructive detection of the firmness of Korla fragrant pear during the ripening period,the characteristic variables integrating the parallel equivalent inductance(Lp),quality factor(Q),parallel equivalent capacitance(Cp),dissipation factor(D),parallel equivalent resistance(Rp)and impedance(Z)were formulated through principal component analysis(PCA).Further,based on the characteristic variables,the models were established for predicting the firmness of Korla fragrant pear by using the generalized regression neural network(GRNN)and back-propagation neural network(BPNN).The results showed that firmness has significant correlations with the six electrical parameters.The first two principal components(PCs)were selected as the characteristic variables of the electrical parameters.GRNN exhibited the best performance in predicting firmness(R2=0.9628,RMSE=0.383).The results could provide important references for non-destructive detection of the quality of Korla fragrant pear. 展开更多

The maturity variation laws of Korla fragrant pears were explored for a quantitative evaluation of harvest maturity to solve the reasonable matching between harvest maturity of Korla fragrant pears and market quality demands.Korla fragrant pears from different harvesting periods were chosen as the research objects.Some quality indexes were chosen as the evaluation indexes per industry standards,including hardness,soluble solid content(SSC),single-fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit equatorial diameter,pericarp color parameters(L*,a*,and b*),and titratable acid.Variation data of these quality indexes with accumulated temperature were collected.Scores of several quality indexes were gained through principal component analysis.A mathematical model of scores and accumulated temperatures was constructed.On this basis,a quantitative maturity model of Korla fragrant pears was constructed.Results demonstrate that SSC,single-fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit equatorial diameter,L*,a*,and b*are significantly and positively correlated with the accumulated temperature.Meanwhile,hardness and titratable acid showed significant negative correlations with the accumulated temperature.Relations between scores of principal components and accumulated temperature conform to the Sigmoidal model.The constructed quantitative maturity model of Korla fragrant pears can quantify the maturity of pears.Research conclusions can provide insight into the harvest periods,evaluate Korla fragrant pears’maturity,and lay a theoretical foundation for quantitative research on fruit maturity. 展开更多

To predict the weight-loss ratio of Korla fragrant pears effectively,improve commodity value and study the variation laws of the weight-loss ratio of damaged fragrant pears during storage,this study predicted the weight-loss ratio of fragrant pears by utilizing the generalized regression neural network(GRNN),support vector regression(SVR),partial least squares regression(PLSR)and error back propagation neural network(BPNN).The prediction performances of GRNN,SVR,PLSR and BPNN models were compared comprehensively,and the optimal model was determined.In addition,the optimal prediction model was verified.The results show that weight-loss ratio of fragrant pears increases gradually with the extension of storage time.During storage,the weight-loss ratio of fragrant pears is positively related to the degree of damage.The trained GRNN,SVR,PLSR and BPNN models can be used to predict the weight-loss ratio of fragrant pears.The BPNN model is the most accurate in predicting the weight-loss ratio of damaged fragrant pears(R^(2)=0.9929;RMSE=0.2138).It has also been proved to have good predictive effect in production practice(R^(2)=0.9377,RMSE=0.7138).The research findings can provide references to predict the delivery quality and time of delivery of Korla fragrant pears. 展开更多

【目的】探讨不同条状位置施肥对密植库尔勒香梨根系、土壤养分空间分布和细菌群落的影响,为密植梨园科学水肥管理提供理论依据。【方法】在南疆选择11年生密植库尔勒香梨园,分别距主干60、90、120 cm(分别表示为F60、F90、F120)行间开... 【目的】探讨不同条状位置施肥对密植库尔勒香梨根系、土壤养分空间分布和细菌群落的影响,为密植梨园科学水肥管理提供理论依据。【方法】在南疆选择11年生密植库尔勒香梨园,分别距主干60、90、120 cm(分别表示为F60、F90、F120)行间开条状沟施肥,通过剖面挖掘法,使用WinRHIZO根系分析系统调查距主干45~135 cm水平距离,30~70 cm深剖面根系形态指标,测定土壤有机质、速效养分和细菌群落组成。【结果】F60处理显著促进根系生长,细根长分别是F90、F120处理的1.96、1.95倍,输导根长分别是F90、F120的2.13、2.18倍;在30-50 cm深度土层,F60处理总根长、总根表面积密度显著高于F90、F120处理,细根根长密度、根表面积密度显著高于F90处理。土壤速效养分水平方向分布与施肥位置密切相关,土壤碱解氮、速效钾、速效磷均表现在施肥沟处富集,并向侧向递减,土壤速效磷空间异质性最高,施肥区与邻近区域磷含量差异显著;垂直方向,不同处理有机质和速效养分分布均表现“上高下低”特征。梨根际土壤细菌优势群落依次为变形菌门(41.2%)、放线菌门(15.7%)、厚壁菌门(10.0%)、拟杆菌门(8.3%)、绿弯菌门(6.8%),累计占比达82.0%;施肥位置影响土壤细菌群落结构,各处理施肥区30-50 cm深度土壤变形菌门、拟杆菌门相对丰度均高于非施肥区,F60处理显著增加了变形菌门、厚壁菌门相对丰度,降低了放线菌门相对丰度。细根和输导根根长密度与碱解氮、速效钾、厚壁菌门呈显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.49~0.63,与放线菌门呈极显著负相关关系,相关系数分别为-0.77、-0.83;根系密度、土壤养分和细菌群落组成与土壤深度密切相关,与水平距离相关性不显著。【结论】施肥位置显著影响梨园根系及养分空间分布,影响区域微生物群落结构。距主干60 cm条状施肥,可显著促进30-50 cm深土层细根和输导根的生长,提升该层次距主干45~75 cm水平距离区域的土壤速效养分含量,有利于根系的养分吸收利用。施肥距离虽然没有改变土壤微生物多样性,但距梨树60 cm处条施较更远处施显著提高了土壤优势菌群中的变形菌门、厚壁菌门的相对丰度,降低了放线菌门相对丰度。因此,施肥距离对微生物多样性的影响还需要长期监测。 展开更多

【背景】火疫病严重威胁新疆库尔勒香梨产业发展,其病原菌解淀粉欧文氏菌(Erwinia amylovora)常携带多样化的质粒,是导致菌株表型(如致病力、抗生素抗性)差异的关键。近期,从解淀粉欧文氏菌的新疆库尔勒香梨分离株Ea102中鉴定出一个新质... 【背景】火疫病严重威胁新疆库尔勒香梨产业发展,其病原菌解淀粉欧文氏菌(Erwinia amylovora)常携带多样化的质粒,是导致菌株表型(如致病力、抗生素抗性)差异的关键。近期,从解淀粉欧文氏菌的新疆库尔勒香梨分离株Ea102中鉴定出一个新质粒pEA60。【目的】探究解淀粉欧文氏菌pEA60质粒的起源、功能及其对病原菌致病力的影响。【方法】采用PacBio和Illumina进行解淀粉欧文氏菌Ea102基因组测序,利用SPAdes进行基因组组装,通过PAGP等工具进行功能注释,使用BLASTN比较基因组,MLST分类质粒;利用质粒不相容性鉴定其复制区,并构建pEA60质粒消除突变体;利用接合转移试验评估其自主转移能力。在功能验证方面,通过胞外多糖定量测定以及香梨未成熟果实和离体枝条试验,系统评估该质粒对菌株致病力的影响。【结果】pEA60是可接合转移的质粒,大小为61 198 bp,共有65个预测的CDS,主要涉及复制与稳定、菌毛形成及接合转移三大功能模块。未鉴定到已知的抗生素耐药性基因或毒力相关基因。比较分析结果表明,pEA60的菌毛形成和接合转移功能区与解淀粉欧文氏菌质粒pEA68高度相似(平均核苷酸一致性为97.04%),而其质粒复制和稳定性的区域与蚜虫欧文氏菌(Erwinia aphidicola)质粒p1B06c相似,提示pEA60起源于某个重组事件。pEA60属IncFⅡ型质粒,其包含复制蛋白基因和复制起始点的2 610 bp片段足以维持质粒生存。pEA60质粒影响解淀粉欧文氏菌胞外多糖的合成和病原菌的致病力,消除pEA60质粒导致菌株的梨火疫病菌素含量和果聚糖蔗糖合成酶活性下降,纤维素含量增加,在香梨枝条和未成熟果实上引发的病症减轻。【结论】pEA60是一种新的解淀粉欧文氏菌质粒,属IncFII型质粒,具有接合转移能力;pEA60影响解淀粉欧文氏菌胞外多糖的合成,提高宿主菌的致病力。研究结果可为深入解析解淀粉欧文氏菌的致病机制及质粒介导的毒力进化提供新线索。 展开更多

氮肥减量对库尔勒香梨园土壤理化性质与酶活性的影响

为探明氮肥减量对库尔勒香梨园成熟期土壤理化性质和酶活性的影响,以库尔勒阿瓦提农场10~12年生梨树为试验材料,设置不施肥处理(CK)、不施氮肥处理(N0)、常规施肥处理(N)以及分别较常规施肥用氮量减少10%(N_(1))、20%(N_(2))、30%(N3)3... 为探明氮肥减量对库尔勒香梨园成熟期土壤理化性质和酶活性的影响,以库尔勒阿瓦提农场10~12年生梨树为试验材料,设置不施肥处理(CK)、不施氮肥处理(N0)、常规施肥处理(N)以及分别较常规施肥用氮量减少10%(N_(1))、20%(N_(2))、30%(N3)3个氮肥减量梯度,对香梨成熟期土壤理化性质、养分含量、酶活性及香梨产量进行分析,并探究其相互关系。结果表明,与N处理相比,氮肥减量对土壤理化性质、养分含量与酶活性存在一定的抑制作用,但N_(2)处理对土壤有机质、速效钾含量无显著影响;N_(1)、N_(2)处理下土壤全氮含量无显著变化;0—40 cm土层中,土壤pH和电导率在N_(1)、N_(2)处理下均无显著变化。与N处理相比,土壤碱解氮含量除40—60 cm土层中的N_(1)处理无显著变化外,其他不同土层的各减氮处理下碱解氮含量均呈显著降低趋势(P<0.05)。减氮处理对土壤酶活性的降低作用十分显著。香梨产量随氮肥减量表现出逐渐降低趋势,但N_(1)处理对香梨产量无显著影响。土壤酶活性、养分含量与香梨产量间呈线性正相关,并在N处理下表现最佳,同时与N_(1)、N_(2)处理间呈正相关。因此,在确保香梨产量稳定与较高土壤质量水平的同时,降低果园化学氮肥的施用可实现农业的高产、高效与可持续发展,本研究条件下在完全施氮(300 kg·hm^(-2))的基础上氮肥减量10%(270kg·hm^(-2))可作为库尔勒香梨园氮肥减施量的参考依据。 展开更多

【目的】为库尔勒香梨的优质栽培与推广提供参考依据。【方法】以库尔勒香梨幼龄苗以及成龄苗为试材,通过灌根的方法处理香梨苗木,探讨不同植物生长调节剂处理对香梨枝条生长及果实外观品质和内在品质的影响。【结果】C1、C3、C6、C9、... 【目的】为库尔勒香梨的优质栽培与推广提供参考依据。【方法】以库尔勒香梨幼龄苗以及成龄苗为试材,通过灌根的方法处理香梨苗木,探讨不同植物生长调节剂处理对香梨枝条生长及果实外观品质和内在品质的影响。【结果】C1、C3、C6、C9、C14可以显著提升幼龄树枝条生长发育,其中,C1处理提升香梨幼龄树主枝粗度最为显著,为0.54 mm;C3、C6处理提升主枝长度效果最为明显,都为3.40 cm;C4、C6处理可全方位显著促进幼树根系发育,其中C6综合表现最优。C9处理提升主干粗度效果最为明显,为0.26 cm。C11处理抑制幼龄主枝生长。C5、C10、C14可以显著提升成龄树枝条生长发育,C5处理显著增加成龄树短、中枝条数量,为3964条;C14处理显著增加成龄树长枝条数量,为4863条。各处理组对于香梨横径、纵径、可食率以及果形指数并无显著影响。C9处理导致果皮厚度发生显著增加,为0.06 cm。各处理组对于香梨2023年—2024年果实硬度并无显著影响。与其他处理相比,C14处理显著增加2023年香梨可溶性固形物含量,为各处理组最大值。2023年果实阳面可溶性固形物为14.86°,2023年果实阴面可溶性固形物14.20°,2024年阳面可溶性固形物14.39°,2024年阴面可溶性固形物14.17°;C2处理显著增加2024年香梨可溶性固形物,为各处理组最大值。C14处理对2023年和2024年单果质量影响效果最好,分别为158.35 g和245.03 g。【结论】通过主成分分析的结果,经C13处理的幼龄树生长发育效果最好;经C14处理的成龄树果实品质最好。 展开更多

为系统分析‘库尔勒香梨’杂交授粉过程中的生物学特征,重点探讨不同授粉品种对‘库尔勒香梨’果实品质的具体影响,筛选适宜的授粉品种,以10年生‘库尔勒香梨’为试材,比较了5个授粉品种(以自交授粉和自然授粉为对照)花粉生物学特性及... 为系统分析‘库尔勒香梨’杂交授粉过程中的生物学特征,重点探讨不同授粉品种对‘库尔勒香梨’果实品质的具体影响,筛选适宜的授粉品种,以10年生‘库尔勒香梨’为试材,比较了5个授粉品种(以自交授粉和自然授粉为对照)花粉生物学特性及果实品质的影响,并基于品质指标进行了相关性分析与综合评价。结果表明:花粉特性方面,‘砀山酥梨’单花花药数量最多,达到28个。‘绿梨’花粉萌发率在培养6 h时达91.35%,坐果率28.40%,显著高于其他组合(P<0.05)。外在品质方面,自然授粉果实纵横径及单果重显著增加(P<0.05),‘绿梨’授粉果实单果重及横径次之;‘鸭梨’授粉果实硬度显著增加,达到6.92 kg/cm^(2)(P<0.05);‘绿梨’授粉后果实硬度显著降低,为5.3 kg/cm^(2)(P<0.05)。内在品质方面,‘库车阿木特’授粉果实可溶性固形物及总糖含量显著增加,分别为14.82%及7.84%(P<0.05);‘绿梨’授粉果实可滴定酸含量显著降低,为0.24%(P<0.05);‘阿克苏句句梨’授粉果实维生素C含量显著增加,达到565.15 mg/100 g(P<0.05);‘砀山酥梨’授粉可显著提高果实着色度(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,果皮L^(*)与果皮b^(*)、果皮c^(*)呈极显著正相关,与果皮a^(*)呈极显著负相关;果皮a^(*)与果肉a^(*)、果肉b^(*)及果肉c^(*)呈显著正相关。果实横径与可溶性糖、果实硬度呈显著负相关,可滴定酸含量与维生素C含量呈显著负相关。综合评价表明,‘绿梨’授粉处理综合得分最高,适宜作为‘库尔勒香梨’的授粉树。研究结果为‘库尔勒香梨’产量与品质的提升提供了理论依据。 展开更多

生草对库尔勒香梨园微域温湿度及果实品质的影响

揭示行间生草对库尔勒香梨园微域环境及果实品质的影响,为西北干旱荒漠区果园生草技术的推广及应用提供理论依据。本研究在库尔勒香梨核心产区的香梨园,设置生草与清耕对比处理,全年定点监测树冠下、中、上3层的微域环境温湿度,综合分... 揭示行间生草对库尔勒香梨园微域环境及果实品质的影响,为西北干旱荒漠区果园生草技术的推广及应用提供理论依据。本研究在库尔勒香梨核心产区的香梨园,设置生草与清耕对比处理,全年定点监测树冠下、中、上3层的微域环境温湿度,综合分析其对果园微域环境与果实品质的影响。结果表明,在微域气候方面,生草处理表现出显著的温湿度缓冲作用。与清耕相比,生草区各冠层月均温度普遍较低,且处理间温差随冠层升高而递减,反映出其对近地微气候的稳定效应。生草处理在冬、春、夏三季均能有效降低中、下层温度波动,尤以中层最为突出,温差降幅达13.36%~16.50%。同时,生草处理普遍提高了园内相对湿度,并显著增强各冠层(特别是中、下层)的湿度稳定性,其中冬季下层湿度差降幅达18.25%,夏季中层达14.81%。在果实品质方面,生草处理显著提高了库尔勒香梨的综合品质。外观指标上,单果质量显著提高19.23%,有效改善果形(偏斜指数降低18.75%)和降低果实硬度。内在指标上,生草处理可溶性糖、糖酸比、维生素C含量显著提高了4.16%、8.48%、8.75%,同时可滴定酸含量显著降低了8.70%,总多酚、总花青素分别大幅增加135.27%、40.82%。研究结果表明,行间生草技术可通过改善库尔勒香梨园近地微域环境、增强温湿度稳定性,有效促进果实品质的提升,为优化西北干旱区果园管理模式提供了新路径。 展开更多
