Callus was screened with G418. Morphogenesis of shoots and roots of Idaho locust transformed genes was car- ried out on antibiotic media. The transformed plants were verified by PCR and Southern blotting tests that the FpDREB2A gene had been inserted into the genome DNA of Idaho locust.展开更多
