Fourth party logistics(4PL)supply chain network design problem considering the behavior of customer service satisfaction becomes more important in supply chain network design problem.It is NP-hard problem.Improved differential evolution(IDE)algorithm is applied to solve this problem in this paper.In order to handle the infeasible solution efficiently,a two-stage algorithm,the minimum cost flow incorporated with macro-micro adjustment embedded improved differential evolution(MMAMFC-IDE),is designed.The results of numerical experiments show that MMAMFC-IDE can get relatively better results compared with the minimum cost flow embedded improved differential evolution(MFC-IDE). 展开更多
