The lifetimes of these clusters are calculated according to their Lindemann index δ (t) using the criteria of δ≥0.07. For both the filled and empty clusters, we find the dynamics of bulk water determines the lifetimes of cage-like water clusters, and that the lifetime of 512 62 cage-like cluster is the same as that of 512 cage-like cluster. Although the methane molecule indeed makes the filled cage-like cluster more stable than the empty one, the empty cage-like cluster still has chance to be long-lived compared with the filled clusters. These observations support the labile cluster hypothesis on the formation mechanisms of gas hydrates.展开更多

The formation of reservoir space went through the cooling and solidification stage (including blast fragmentation, crystallization differentiation and solidification) and the epidiagenesis stage (including metasomatism, filling, weathering and leaching, formation fluid dissolution and tectonism). Primary pores were formed at the solidification stage, which laid the foundation for the development and transformation of effective reservoirs. Secondary pores were formed at the epidiagenesis stage, with key factors as weathering and leaching, formation fluid dissolution and tectonism. In China, Mesozoic-Cenozoic volcanic rocks developed in the Songliao Basin and Bohai Bay Basin in the east and Late Paleozoic volcanic rocks developed in the Junggar Basin, Santanghu Basin and Ta- rim Basin in the west. There are primary volcanic reser- voirs and secondary volcanic reservoirs in these volcanic rocks, which have good accumulation conditions and great exploration potential.展开更多

The nickel coating with 20 μm thickness was applied on 6061 aluminum alloy by direct current electroplating. The samples were then heat-treated for different durations at 450, 500 and 550 °C under argon atmosphere. The intermetallic phases were identified by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed that the formation of intermetallic phases consisted of two important steps. The first step was the lateral growth of intermetallic phase from separate sites, resulting in the formation of a continuous layer. The second step was the growth of the continuous intermetallic layer in the direction perpendicular to the interface. However, excessive increase in thickness of intermetallic phases led to the detachment of reaction products, i.e., Al3 Ni and Al3Ni2, from the substrate. It was also observed that aluminum was the dominant diffusing element during Al3 Ni growth, while nickel diffusion was dominant during Al3Ni2 growth. The growth kinetics of both Al3 Ni and Al3Ni2 phases obeyed a parabolic law.展开更多

Based on a large number of thin-sections, cast thin-sections, and physical property analysis of cores, we systematically discuss the Permian-Jurassic reservoir differences between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke- Bai overthrust fault from the aspects of structural evolution, time-space distribution of the depositional system, diagenesis characteristics, and reservoir quality and analyzed the reasons for the differences in reservoir properties. The overthrusting of the Ke-Bai fault directly results in different burial histories, diagenesis evolution, and porosity evolution between the hanging wall and the foot wall. The diflbrences of reservoir characteristics are mainly embodied in buried depth, grain size, sedimentary facies, diagenetic stage, and reservoir quality. The analysis results showed that burial history and depositional characteristics controlled by overthrusting are direct influencing factors of reservoir differences. Because of shallow burial depth of the hanging wall, the reservoir compaction is weak and primary pores are preserved well. The porosity of reservoir on the hanging wall is generally 10%-25%. The strata on the foot wall are deeply buried, and there are mainly mixed pores with the average porosity of 5%-20%. The favorable reservoir on the foot wall is generally developed near faults or in the channel sand bodies, which are usually dissolution development areas.展开更多

Through seismic profile interpretation, the main sag-controlling fault and struc- tural characteristics in the XJWZ fault depression were analyzed based on folds and faults analysis. A three-dimensional geological model of the XJWZ fault depression was also set up to enable fur- ther discussion by means of structural physical modeling. According to our research, the basic structural framework of the XJWZ fault depression was the result of regional extension. Its forma- tion and evolution were mainly controlled by the Xuxi fault. The structural framework of S-N blocking was due to changes in the fracture attitude. The Xuzhong uplift and the depressions on both sides belong to a normal-fault-related fold and were formed by controlling of the ramp/flat normal fault in the same tectonic movement period.展开更多

The reactions of formation were investigated at different temperatures following the differential thermal analysis (DTA) results. Calcium ferrite compounds are CaFeO3, Ca2FeO3.5, Ca2Fe2O5, CaFe2O4, CaFe4O7, Ca7.2Fe0.8Fe30O53, Ca3Fe15O25, Ca4Fe14O25, and Ca4Fe9O17. Other reactive species of calcium nitrate are still present after firing at 450℃. Compounds were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), DTA, TG, magnetic susceptibility, infrared spectra and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is concluded that the formation mechanism of Ca-ferrite compounds depends mainly on the valency of iron cations which in role depends on its molar ratio and the existing atmosphere.展开更多

The geological investigation and mineralogical analysis showed that water inrush and mud burst in the migmatite was closely related to the component of the host rock. High content of soluble minerals,e.g.,calcite and dolomite, would make the migmatite rock prone to be fragmentized, isintegrated and eventually form different sorts of connected or semi-connected veins. The field exploration revealed most cavities in the magmatite tunnel were eroded by groundwater and formed large interconnected networks. The two faults and the dike in the magmatite tunnel became the preferred paths and provided great convenience for plenty of precipitation and mud slurry. Due to high water pressure and blast disturbance, the cavities can soon connect each other as well as all sorts of veins, forming a complex ground channel for water inrush and mud burst. To estimate the potential occurrenceof water inrush and mud burst, the water bursting coefficient was employed. The results showed the water bursting coefficient of the magmatite tunnel was much bigger than the threshold values and it can be used to explain the accident of water inrush and mud burst occurring in the magmatite tunnel.展开更多

文摘As an important precursor of hydroxyl radical(OH),nitrous acid(HONO)plays a significant role in atmospheric chemistry. Here,an observation of HONO and relevant air pollutants in an urban site of Beijing from 14 to 28 April,2017 was performed. Two distinct peaks of HONO concentrations occurred during the observation. In contrast, the concentration of particulate matter in the first period(periodⅠ)was significantly higher than that in the second period(periodⅡ).Comparing to HONO sources in the two periods,we found that the direct vehicle emissionwas an essential source of the ambient HONO during both periods at night, especially in periodⅡ.The heterogeneous reaction of NO_(2)was the dominant source in periodⅠ,while the homogeneous reaction of NO with OH was more critical source at night in periodⅡ.In the daytime, the heterogeneous reaction of NO_(2)was a significant source andwas confirmed by the good correlation coefficients(R^(2))between the unknown sources(P_(unknown))with NO_(2),PM_(2.5),NO_(2)×PM_(2.5)in periodⅠ.Moreover, when solar radiation and OH radicals were considered to explore unknown sources in the daytime, the enhanced correlation of P_(unknown)with photolysis rate of NO_(2)and OH(J_(NO_(2))×OH)were 0.93 in periodⅠ,0.95 in periodⅡ.These excellent correlation coefficients suggested that the unknown sources released HONO highly related to the solar radiation and the variation of OH radicals.

文摘In addition to the three well-known Ag-related precipitates(Ω,X′and Z)in the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys,Ag can also be involved in the formation of the as-cast second phases. However, the effect of Ag ad-dition in Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys has not been completely studied and even the structure of the as-cast Ag-containing phases is still controversial.By employing the focused ion beam(FIB)combined with transmis-sion electron microscopy(TEM)techniques and density functional theory(DFT)calculations, the forma-tion mechanisms of the Ag-containing phases in the as-cast Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys have been investigated. The Ag-containing phases are a series of hexagonal C14-type Laves phases with continuously varying Ag concentrations, described as(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg.Moreover,the specific occupancy sites of the atoms in(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg were determined. The formation of the(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg can be attributed to the stronger Ag-induced aggregation of solute atoms in the initial stage and the establishment of strong Ag-X(X=Al,Mg and Ag)bonding in the Ag-containing phases.Furthermore, our experiments have revealed the solidification sequence of Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys, and pointed out that(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg is formed at a lower temperature(493.9℃)through the reaction L■Al_(2)CuMg+(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg.The study could have positive implications for refinement of the Al-Cu-Mg-Ag quaternary phase diagram and promote the composition-property design of novel aluminum alloys based on(Al_(x)Cuy Ag_(1-x-y))_(2)Mg in the future.

文摘Molecular dynamics simulations are performed to observe the evolutions of 512 and 51262 cage-like water clusters filled with or without a methane molecule immersed in bulk liquid water at 250 K and 230 K. These observations support the labile cluster hypothesis on the formation mechanisms of gas hydrates.

文摘Characterized by complex lithology and strong heterogeneity, volcanic reservoirs in China developed three reservoir space types: primary pores, secondary pores and fractures. There are primary volcanic reser- voirs and secondary volcanic reservoirs in these volcanic rocks, which have good accumulation conditions and great exploration potential.
文摘The formation mechanisms and growth kinetics of Al3 Ni and Al3Ni2 in Ni-Al diffusion couple prepared by electrodeposition of Ni on Al substrate were investigated. The growth kinetics of both Al3 Ni and Al3Ni2 phases obeyed a parabolic law.

文摘There are some differences in reservoir quality of clastic rock between the hanging wall and the foot wall of the Ke-Bai overthrust belt, northwestern margin of the Junggar Basin, western China, which affect the efficient petroleum exploration in this highly mature exploration area. The favorable reservoir on the foot wall is generally developed near faults or in the channel sand bodies, which are usually dissolution development areas.

文摘The Xujiaweizi (XJWZ) fault depression is a primary area for deep-seated gas explo- ration in Daqing. The Xuzhong uplift and the depressions on both sides belong to a normal-fault-related fold and were formed by controlling of the ramp/flat normal fault in the same tectonic movement period.

文摘The lower Ordovician mid-assemblage Formations in the central Ordos Basin of China host prolific gas resources, and most hydrocarbon reserves are stored in naturally-fractured reservoirs. Thus, fracture pathway systems may have a significant impact on reservoir performance. This article focuses on the core-and laboratory-based characterization of fractures.Through the developmental degrees, extended scale, output state and filling characteristics of various types of fractures, the results show that there are three distinct fracture types:1)nearly vertical fractures,2)oblique fractures, and 3)horizontal fractures.Based on a systematic study of the characterization of reservoir space, the main geologic setting of natural gas accumulation and the regional tectonic background, type 1 is mainly driven by the tectonic formation mechanism, and type 3 and parts of low-angle fractures in type 2 are induced by the diagenetic formation mechanism. While recovered paleopressure for methane-rich aqueous inclusions trapped in fracture-filling cement indicates that the fracture opening and growth are consistent with gas maturation and charge and such high-angle fractures in type 2 are caused by the compound formation mechanism. The fractures to hydrocarbon accumulation may play a more significant role in improving the quality of reservoir porosity.Furthermore, connected fractures, dissolved pores and cavities together constitute the three-dimensional pore-cave-fracture network pathway systems, with faults serving as the dominant charge pathways of highly pressurized gas in the study area. Our results demonstrate that protracted growth of a pervasive fracture system is not only the consequence of various formation mechanisms but also intrinsic to quasi-continuous accumulation reservoirs.

文摘This study aims to explore the formation mechanism of ethyl acetate and organic acids in acid rice soup(rice-acid soup)inoculated with Kluyveromyces marxianus L1-1 through the complementary analysis of transcriptome and proteome. The quantity of K.marxianus L1-1 varied significantly in the fermentation process of rice-acid soup and the first and third days were the two key turning points in the growth phase of K.marxianus L1-1.Importantly,the concentrations of ethyl acetate, ethanol, acetic acid, and L-lactic acid increased from day 1 to day 3.At least 4231 genes and 2937 proteins were identified and 610 differentially expressed proteins were annotated to 30 Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathways based on the analysis results of transcriptome and proteome. The key genes and proteins including up-regulated alcohol dehydrogenase family, alcohol O-acetyltransferase,acetyl-CoA C-acetyltransferase,acyl-coenzyme A thioester hydrolase, and down-regulated aldehyde dehydrogenase family were involved in glycolysis/gluconeogenesis pathways, starch and sucrose metabolism pathways, amino sugar and nucleotide sugar metabolism pathways, tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle, and pyruvate metabolism pathways, thus promoting the formation of ethyl acetate, organic acids, alcohols, and other esters. Our results revealed the formation mechanisms of ethyl acetate and organic acids in rice-acid soup inoculated with K.marxianus L1-1.
文摘Calcium ferrite compounds were prepared using calcium nitrate and iron nitrate with different molar ratios, 1:1, 0.5:1, and 1:0.5, respectively. The reactions of formation were investigated at different temperatures following the differential thermal analysis (DTA) results. Calcium ferrite compounds are CaFeO3, Ca2FeO3.5, Ca2Fe2O5, CaFe2O4, CaFe4O7, Ca7.2Fe0.8Fe30O53, Ca3Fe15O25, Ca4Fe14O25, and Ca4Fe9O17. Other reactive species of calcium nitrate are still present after firing at 450℃. Compounds were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), DTA, TG, magnetic susceptibility, infrared spectra and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is concluded that the formation mechanism of Ca-ferrite compounds depends mainly on the valency of iron cations which in role depends on its molar ratio and the existing atmosphere.

文摘This paper presents a case study of water inrush and mud burst occurring in a migmatite tunnel to study its formation mechanisms. The results showed the water bursting coefficient of the magmatite tunnel was much bigger than the threshold values and it can be used to explain the accident of water inrush and mud burst occurring in the magmatite tunnel.
