Cultivating new agricultural productive forces is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality agricultural development and building a strong agricultural country.Based on panel data from 30 prov...Cultivating new agricultural productive forces is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality agricultural development and building a strong agricultural country.Based on panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China's mainland from 2012 to 2022,the entropy method,Dagum Gini coefficient,and Moran's I were used to study the development level of new agricultural productive forces.The results show that:first,the development level of China's new agricultural productive forces has steadily improved,and at the regional level,it shows a decreasing trend in the order of the eastern,central,western,and northeastern regions;second,the degree of inequality in the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has continued to expand,and the inter-regional gap is the main reason for the unbalanced development;third,the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has a positive spatial autocorrelation in space,with a concentrated distribution.Accordingly,policy recommendations are put forward from the perspective of the overall development level and regional difference characteristics of new agricultural productive forces.展开更多

In accordance with the directives of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is essential to enhance policies for strategic emerging industries like photovoltaic ener...In accordance with the directives of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is essential to enhance policies for strategic emerging industries like photovoltaic energy and to establish localized mechanisms for developing new quality productive forces.Using a difference-in-differences(DID)approach on a panel data between 2010 and 2020,this study assesses the impact of China’s photovoltaic(PV)poverty alleviation policies on county-level economic growth.The results show that the PV poverty alleviation policy leads to increases of 3.2%in GDP and 5.3%in GDP per capita,respectively,in targeted poverty counties.These findings are robust across multiple tests.The positive effects are particularly salient in regions with stronger central government support and higher solar radiation.Further analysis reveals that the beneficial effect of this policy is stronger in counties with higher share of poor villages and households,as well as larger coverage of PV station development.In terms of its impact mechanisms,the policy has provided new income sources,expanded employment opportunities,and enhanced market vitality through improvements in the electricity supply.This study offers theoretical insights for optimizing China’s PV industry policy under its rural revitalization strategy,and contributes to building long-term sustainable development mechanisms in rural areas.It also advances our understanding of the poverty-reducing potential of new quality productive forces.展开更多

文摘Cultivating new agricultural productive forces is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality agricultural development and building a strong agricultural country.Based on panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China's mainland from 2012 to 2022,the entropy method,Dagum Gini coefficient,and Moran's I were used to study the development level of new agricultural productive forces.The results show that:first,the development level of China's new agricultural productive forces has steadily improved,and at the regional level,it shows a decreasing trend in the order of the eastern,central,western,and northeastern regions;second,the degree of inequality in the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has continued to expand,and the inter-regional gap is the main reason for the unbalanced development;third,the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has a positive spatial autocorrelation in space,with a concentrated distribution.Accordingly,policy recommendations are put forward from the perspective of the overall development level and regional difference characteristics of new agricultural productive forces.
文摘From the perspective of new productive forces,the general technology curriculum in senior high schools should not only cultivate students’technical knowledge and practical abilities but also focus on the development of innovative thinking to meet the demand for interdisciplinary talents in the future society.Based on the chapter“Common Conception Methods”in the Jiangsu Education Edition of Technology and Design 1,this paper explores the implementation path of the general technology curriculum,focusing on the optimization strategies in four aspects:Project-based learning(PBL),strengthening technical practice,STEAM interdisciplinary integration,and a diversified.evaluation system It also analyzes the application of divergent thinking(brainstorming)and reverse thinking in the curriculum through cases.The research shows that optimizing teaching methods and enhancing practical links can effectively stimulate students’creativity and teamwork ability,improve the effectiveness of curriculum implementation,and provide strong support for the cultivation of future technical innovation talents.

文摘Considering the demands,situations and trends in respect to global climate change,carbon neutrality and energy transition,the achievements and significance of the global green energy transition and the new energy revolution of China are summarized,and the“Energy Triangle”theory is proposed.The research indicates that the energy technology revolution is driving a dual transformation in global energy:the black“shale oil and gas revolution”in North America and the green“new energy revolution”in China.The green energy revolution of China has achieved significant milestones in wind-solar-hydrogen-energy storage technologies,leading the world in photovoltaic and wind power.The country has developed the world's largest,most comprehensive,and competitive new energy innovation,industrial and value chains,along with the largest clean power supply system globally.New quality productive forces represent the green productive forces.The green“new energy revolution”of China has accelerated the transformation of its energy structure and the global shift towards clean energy,promoting a new win-win model for the global green and low-carbon transition.Under the backdrop of a carbon-neutral goal-driven energy transition,the“Energy Triangle”theory within the framework of new quality productive forces explains the correlation and development of energy security,economic growth,and environmental sustainability throughout the evolution from fossil fuels to new energy systems,culminating in an energy revolution.Compared to the global energy resource endowment,the energy resources of China are characterized by abundant coal,limited oil and gas,and unlimited wind and photovoltaic energy.Moving forward,the energy strategies of China will focus on the advancement of technologies to clean coal for carbon emission reduction,increase gas output while stabilizing oil production,increase green energy while enhancing new energy,and achieve intelligent integration.Vigorously developing new energy is an essential step in maintaining the energy security of China,and establishing a carbon-neutral“super energy system”is a necessary choice.It is crucial to enhance the international competitiveness of China in new energy development,promote high-quality energy productive forces,support the country's transition to an“energy power”,and strive for“energy independence”.

文摘Sensors are the source of information technology and the first unit of intelligent systems,providing real-world"data"for artificial intelligence.They play a crucial role in various aspects of the national economy and the people's livelihood,such as national defense security and the development of new quality productive forces.This paper provides a comprehensive survey of how sensors should adapt to the current upsurge of artificial intelligence,analyzing their technical connotations,application characteristics,and inherent limitations.Furthermore,with a sensor-oriented mindset,it is proposed that sensors will dominate information technology,upgrade connotations,advance ubiquitous bionic intelligence and engage in a"symbiotic dance"with artificial intelligence.This overview provides a promising direction for the higher-level development of sensors and artificial intelligence.

文摘In accordance with the directives of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it is essential to enhance policies for strategic emerging industries like photovoltaic energy and to establish localized mechanisms for developing new quality productive forces.Using a difference-in-differences(DID)approach on a panel data between 2010 and 2020,this study assesses the impact of China’s photovoltaic(PV)poverty alleviation policies on county-level economic growth.The results show that the PV poverty alleviation policy leads to increases of 3.2%in GDP and 5.3%in GDP per capita,respectively,in targeted poverty counties.These findings are robust across multiple tests.The positive effects are particularly salient in regions with stronger central government support and higher solar radiation.Further analysis reveals that the beneficial effect of this policy is stronger in counties with higher share of poor villages and households,as well as larger coverage of PV station development.In terms of its impact mechanisms,the policy has provided new income sources,expanded employment opportunities,and enhanced market vitality through improvements in the electricity supply.This study offers theoretical insights for optimizing China’s PV industry policy under its rural revitalization strategy,and contributes to building long-term sustainable development mechanisms in rural areas.It also advances our understanding of the poverty-reducing potential of new quality productive forces.
