It plays an important role in reducing the impact of strip steel head on roll and preventing quality defects such as strip steel head folding.This paper focuses on the structural characteristics of drum flying shear, the control and adjustment of shear blade clearance, the replacement and grinding of shear blade and other core knowledge points from the aspect of equipment.This paper also makes an in-depth analysis on the falling failure of the cutting edge of the rotary drum flying shear, and formulates the control measures.展开更多
