Methods: 100 patients with hypertension treated in our hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 were taken as the research objects, and randomly divided into two equal groups, namely, the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases), in which the control group took routine nursing intervention and the observation group took refined nursing intervention. The changes of prognosis, compliance and other indicators of patients in the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the NIHSS score of the observation group decreased significantly after receiving nursing care (P < 0.05), and the difference was significant. After different nursing measures, the blood pressure index of the two groups was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was significant. Compared with the cooperation degree of the two groups, the cooperation rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was significant. The recovery rate of prognosis in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: fine nursing intervention for patients with hypertension can alleviate their resistance psychology during long-term medication, treat them with a positive and healthy attitude, and help to improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of application and popularization.展开更多
