An approach based on film buckling under simple uniaxial tensile testing was utilized in this paper to quan- titatively estimate the interfacial energy of the nanostructured multilayer films (NMFs) adherent to flexible substrates. The interfacial energies of polyimide-supported NMFs are determined to be ~ 5.0 J/m2 for Cu/Cr, ~4.1 J/m2 for Cu/Ta, ~ 2.8 J/m2 for Cu/Mo, ~ 1.1 J/m2 for Cu/Nb, and ~ 1.2 J/m2 for Cu/Zr NMFs. Furthermore, a linear relationship between the adhesion energy and the interfacial shear strength is clearly demonstrated for the Cu-based NMFs, which is highly indicative of the applicability and reliability of the modified models. 展开更多

Premature failure of coated tool often results from a poor adhesion of coating-substrate and shortens the lifetime of the tool. The results of increasing the adhesion strength of thin film coatings on cutting tool inserts by pretreating the inserts with sandblasting technique to obtain a desirable surface morphology of the inserts are presented. A geometric model representing the ideal surface morphology is established to enhance the nucleation density and adhesion strength of coating-substrate. Thin film coating experiment is conducted on the substrates of four different sample groups. Indentation and wear tests are performed on coated inserts to evaluate the effect of sandblasting on the adhesion strength of the coatings. A theoretical analysis is provided on the formation and growth of atom clusters in terms of the contact angle and the thermodynamic barrier of a substrate to predict thin film nucleation. 展开更多

The fraction of TiN/Si3N4 in the cross section was observed with scanning electric microscope (SEM), and residual stresses of TiN coated on the surface of Si3N4 ceramic were measured with X-ray diffraction (XRD).The hardness of TiN film was measured, and bonding strength of TiN film coated on Si3N4 substrate was measured by scratching method. The formed mechanism of residual stress and the failure mechanism of the bonding interface in the film were analyzed, and the adhesion mechanism of TiN film was investigated preliminarily. The results show that residual stresses of TiN film are all behaved as compressive stress, and TiN film is represented smoothly with brittle fracture, which is closely bonded with Si3N4 substrate. TiN film has high hardness and bonding strength of about 500 MPa, which could satisfy usage requests of the surface of cutting Si3N4 ceramic. 展开更多

Indentation and scratching test show that,the critical load is doubled over than the sample only sputter-cleaned by ion beam.The enhancing mechanism of ion beam assisting bombardment implanting of Cu-W thin films was analyzed.With the help of mid-energy Ar+ion beam,W atoms can diffuse into the Fe-substrate surface layer;Fe atoms in the substrate surface layer and W atoms interlace with one another;and microcosmic mechanical meshing and diffusing combination on atom-scale among the Fe and W atoms through the film/substrate interface can be formed.The wettability and thermal expansion properties of the W atoms diffusion zone containing plentiful W atoms are close to those of pure W or W-based Cu-W film. 展开更多

A novel co-sputtering method that combined magnetron sputtering (MS) with ion beam sputtering (IBS) was used to fabricate CuCr alloy films without breaking vacuum after depositing diffusion barrier with IBS. Different bombardment energies were used to improve the comprehensive properties of Cu alloy film. The results indicated that the effects of diffusion barriers and bombardment energy on adhesive strength could be evaluated by a rolling contact fatigue adhesion test. Diffusion barrier can enhance the adhesive strength, and the adhesion of CuCr/CrN was higher than that of CuCr/TiN. When bombarding energy was higher, the adhesive strength of CuCr/TiN films was higher due to the broader transition zone. 展开更多

Large advancement has been made in understanding the nucleation and growth of chemical vapor deposition (CVD) diamond, but the adhesion of CVD diamond to substrates is poor and there is no good method for quantitative evaluation of the adhesive strength. The blister test is a potentially powerful tool for characterizing the mechanical properties of diamond films. In this test, pressure was applied on a thin membrane and the out-of-plane deflection of the membrane center was measured. The Young's modulus, residual stress, and adhesive strength were simultaneously determined using the load-deflection behavior of a membrane. The free-standing window sample of diamond thin films was fabricated by means of photolithography and anisotropic wet etching. The research indicates that the adhesive strength of diamond thin films is 4.28±0.37 J/m^2. This method uses a simple apparatus, and the fabrication of samples is very easy. 展开更多

An excellent interfacial bonding strength is the premise for the well use of film. The laser detecting technique of discrete scratches based on laser shockwave effect is a new method, which can measure interfacial bonding strength. With this technique, film-substrate system is of transient load of different laser energy, the relation between the dynamic response characteristics of such film-substrate system and film-substrate’s interfacial bonding strength is a core problem to be solved urgently. On this basis, this paper conducted research on the dynamic response characteristics of film-substrate system during laser loading process using detecting technique of PVDF patch sensor. Results show that under the irradiation of different laser energy, it can detect dynamic responses of theory models of different film-substrate system using PVDF patch sensor, wherein shockwave dynamic response and dynamic strain response are included. Laser energy and interfacial bonding strength are of a regular influence to the dynamic response of film-substrate system theory model. 展开更多

A kind of W/DLC/W-S-C composite film was fabricated by magnetron sputtering method.Effects of WSx content on the structure and the adhesion of the composite films were investigated.In addition,tribological behavior of the composite films was studied in the conditions of the ambient air and N2 gas atmosphere by ball-on-disk tester.The results indicate that the composite films show dense and amorphous microstructure.The WCx and WSx compounds are found in amorphous diamond like carbon matrix in the top layers of W-S-C.A proper WSx content is beneficial for improving the adhesion of the composite films.In air atmosphere,the composite films with high C content have better wear resistance and the friction coefficients range from 0.15 to 0.25.In N2 condition,high WSx content is benefit for the wear resistance and the friction coefficients of the composite films range from 0.03 to 0.1. 展开更多

Amorphous Si O2(a-Si O2) films were synthesized on WC-Co substrates with H2 and tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) via pyrolysis of molecular precursor.X-ray diffraction(XRD) pattern shows that silicon-cobalt compounds form at the interface between a-Si O2 films and WC-Co substrates.Moreover,it is observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM) that the a-Si O2 films are composed of hollow mirco-spheroid a-Si O2 particles.Subsequently,the a-Si O2 films are used as intermediate films and chemical vapor deposition(CVD) diamond films are deposited on them.Indentation tests were performed to evaluate the adhesion of bi-layer(a-Si O2 + diamond) films on cemented carbide substrates.And the cutting performance of bi-layer(a-Si O2 + diamond) coated inserts was evaluated by machining the glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP).The results show that a-Si O2 interlayers can greatly improve the adhesive strength of diamond films on cemented carbide inserts;furthermore,thickness of the a-Si O2 interlayers plays a significant role in their effectiveness on adhesion enhancement of diamond films. 展开更多

Flexible electrode films play critical and fundamental roles in the successful development of flexible electronic devices. In this study, carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were implanted into silver(Ag) ink to enhance the electrical conductivity and the reliability of the printed Ag electrode films. The fabricated carbon nanotubes-enriched silver(Ag-CNTs) electrode films were printed on the polyimide substrates by a facile screen printing method and sintered at a relatively low temperature. The resistivity of Ag-CNTs films was decreased by 62.27% compared with the pure Ag film. Additionally, the Ag-CNTs films exhibited excellent flexibility under a bending radius of 4 mm(strain ε = 2.09%) over 1000 cycles. Furthermore, the Ag-CNTs film displayed unchangeable electrical conductivity together with a strong adhesion after an accelerated aging test with 500 thermal shock cycles. These improvements were attributed to the AgCNTs interconnected network structure, which can provide electronic transmission channels and prevent cracks from initiating and propagating. 展开更多

本文采用环氧树脂、界面改性剂、增韧剂和固化剂为原料,采用熔融与机械共混的方法,制备了一种新型环氧胶膜,并对其固化工艺、耐热性能、微观形貌及力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)通过DSC法对改性树脂的固化反应动力学进行了研究... 本文采用环氧树脂、界面改性剂、增韧剂和固化剂为原料,采用熔融与机械共混的方法,制备了一种新型环氧胶膜,并对其固化工艺、耐热性能、微观形貌及力学性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:(1)通过DSC法对改性树脂的固化反应动力学进行了研究,通过线性拟合求得反应活化能E_(a)=68.17 kJ/mol和反应级数n=0.92,说明基体树脂固化反应为一个复杂的固化反应过程。(2)通过tanδ法测试该胶膜的玻璃化转变温度分别为194℃和223℃,胶膜具有良好的热机械性能。TG曲线表明固化后的胶膜质量损失5%的温度约为351℃,说明胶膜具有优异的耐高温特性。(3)23℃下,钛合金与复材及铝合金与铝合金的剪切强度均在40 MPa以上,相差较小;在121℃和177℃下,钛合金与复材的剪切强度明显低于铝合金与铝合金,因此高温条件下(121℃及177℃)钛合金与复材的胶接强度取决于复材的本体强度。(4)常温(23℃)及高温(177℃)测试条件下,两种固化工艺(150℃/3 h及180℃/3 h)下胶膜对钛合金与复材试片的剪切强度都很接近,破坏模式基本一致,表明胶膜在两种固化条件下实现了完全固化,达到同样的粘接效果。(5)该胶膜在航空发动机复合材料叶片领域具有一定的应用前景。 展开更多

针对新型多元共挤出复合材料存在的次表层木塑复合材料(WPCs)与核层实木界面结合强度低,使用过程中易发生界面剥离导致复合材料力学性能和使用寿命降低的问题,本文采用聚氨酯热熔胶胶膜(TPU)和乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物胶膜(EAA)包覆单板层积材... 针对新型多元共挤出复合材料存在的次表层木塑复合材料(WPCs)与核层实木界面结合强度低,使用过程中易发生界面剥离导致复合材料力学性能和使用寿命降低的问题,本文采用聚氨酯热熔胶胶膜(TPU)和乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物胶膜(EAA)包覆单板层积材(LVL)与塑料/木塑制备了高界面结合强度的多元共挤出复合材料(Co-WPCs-LVL)。研究结果表明:TPU和EAA均能有效提高WPCs层与核层LVL的界面结合强度,界面结合强度随着胶膜熔点的增加而逐渐降低,其中引入TPU(熔点80℃)和EAA(熔点95℃)的WPCs与LVL界面结合强度相对于未处理组分别提高了27倍、56倍。EAA可以显著提升WPCs与LVL的界面耐水性能,Ⅱ类浸渍实验后界面未发生剥离。证明胶膜在高温的挤出作用下能够渗入LVL表面与羟基(-OH)发生反应,同时能与聚乙烯分子链混合扩散形成牢固的界面结合。经过人工加速老化后,胶膜处理组的WPCs与LVL仍具有较高的界面结合强度,界面结合强度剩余率随着熔点的增大而增大,其中EAA(熔点135℃)实验组表现出最好的界面耐久性,界面结合强度剩余率达到97.25%。 展开更多

采用高功率脉冲磁控溅射(HiPIMS)技术在9Cr18钢等基材上沉积了TiN涂层,系统研究了不同偏压对涂层微观结构、化学成分以及机械性能的影响.结果表明,随着偏压的增加,TiN涂层的组织结构逐渐致密,晶粒细化为不规则的三棱锥状,涂层表面的致... 采用高功率脉冲磁控溅射(HiPIMS)技术在9Cr18钢等基材上沉积了TiN涂层,系统研究了不同偏压对涂层微观结构、化学成分以及机械性能的影响.结果表明,随着偏压的增加,TiN涂层的组织结构逐渐致密,晶粒细化为不规则的三棱锥状,涂层表面的致密度先增加后减少,而截面形貌始终保持致密结构.TiN涂层的择优取向为(200)面.涂层中Ti元素的含量在51 at%~56 at%(原子百分比)之间变化,外观颜色稳定为紫色.当偏压为-150 V时,涂层的硬度最高,约为21.2 GPa,弹性模量约为221 GPa.同时,涂层还具有最大压缩残余应力,约为2.79 GPa.在不同偏压下,涂层与基体之间存在较高的结合强度,范围为49~74 N.施加适当的负偏压可以增加基体表面受到的离子轰击能量,促进涂层的致密化,减少孔隙和缺陷,提高涂层的机械性能以及涂层与基材之间的结合强度. 展开更多

为解决氮化硅陶瓷轴承在极端工况下表面易受磨损的问题,采用磁控溅射法在氮化硅基底上制备梯度、多层和单层TiN薄膜。选用3种氮气供给模式:以15 mL/min为初始流量,每5 min N_(2)流量递增0.8 mL/min、交替开关N_(2)流量0+30 mL/min、N_(2... 为解决氮化硅陶瓷轴承在极端工况下表面易受磨损的问题,采用磁控溅射法在氮化硅基底上制备梯度、多层和单层TiN薄膜。选用3种氮气供给模式:以15 mL/min为初始流量,每5 min N_(2)流量递增0.8 mL/min、交替开关N_(2)流量0+30 mL/min、N_(2)恒流30 mL/min。采用XRD衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜研究薄膜结构对薄膜表面、截面形貌和微观结构的影响,通过划痕和摩擦磨损试验检测薄膜的膜基结合力和摩擦磨损性能。结果显示:在相同试验条件下,梯度TiN薄膜拥有最高的膜基结合力(L_(C2)为19.12 N),比单层TiN薄膜提高约0.3倍,与氮化硅的摩擦系数(0.78)和磨损率[1.51×10^(-5)mm^(3)/(m·N)]相比,不同膜结构的TiN薄膜的摩擦系数和磨损率均有明显下降,梯度TiN薄膜拥有最低的摩擦系数(0.10)和最低的磨损率[3.33×10^(-6)mm^(3)/(m·N)]。不同膜结构设计显著影响TiN薄膜的微观结构、膜基结合力和摩擦学性能,摩擦学性能最好的膜结构为梯度TiN薄膜结构。 展开更多

氰酸酯存在加工性较差以及质脆等问题,不利于载体胶膜的制备且影响最终的黏结性能。为此,采用苯氧基树脂与蒙脱土增韧改性双酚A型氰酸酯树脂,并将其与玄武岩纤维复合,制备改性氰酸酯树脂载体胶膜。对改性树脂的工艺性和固化行为进行测... 氰酸酯存在加工性较差以及质脆等问题,不利于载体胶膜的制备且影响最终的黏结性能。为此,采用苯氧基树脂与蒙脱土增韧改性双酚A型氰酸酯树脂,并将其与玄武岩纤维复合,制备改性氰酸酯树脂载体胶膜。对改性树脂的工艺性和固化行为进行测试分析,苯氧基树脂改性后的氰酸酯具备良好的成膜性以及低的固化温度,适用于载体胶膜的制备。纯氰酸酯树脂载体胶膜的黏结强度为11.1 MPa,单独使用蒙脱土与苯氧基树脂增韧的氰酸酯载体胶膜的黏结强度分别为12.7 MPa和13.0 MPa,分别提升14.4%和17.1%。质量分数10%的苯氧基树脂和质量分数2%的蒙脱土协同增韧的树脂载体胶膜黏结效果最佳,黏结强度达到13.7 MPa,提升23.4%。此外,热性能与介电性能表征显示,复合材料的热失重5%温度为396.0℃,玻璃化转变温度为240.7℃,介电常数和介电损耗分别为3.2和0.04。制备的载体胶膜具有优异的黏结强度、热稳定性和介电性能,可作为雷达罩的耐高温透波黏接材料。 展开更多

酞菁蓝溶剂染料在纺织用镀铝转移膜中应用广泛。使用溶剂蓝44、48、70制备了镀铝转移膜及烫金面料,探究了染料结构对镀铝转移膜及其烫金面料性能的影响。结果表明,三种染料的转移膜耐溶剂性均达到10次以上,镀铝前剥离强度在4.0~4.5 N/m... 酞菁蓝溶剂染料在纺织用镀铝转移膜中应用广泛。使用溶剂蓝44、48、70制备了镀铝转移膜及烫金面料,探究了染料结构对镀铝转移膜及其烫金面料性能的影响。结果表明,三种染料的转移膜耐溶剂性均达到10次以上,镀铝前剥离强度在4.0~4.5 N/m,镀铝后溶剂蓝70的转移膜剥离强度显著下降至1.3 N/m,其他两种降至约3.5 N/m。溶剂蓝44或溶剂蓝48着色转移膜的色层和镀铝层复合牢度(色铝牢度)合格,制备的烫金面料耐水洗和耐摩擦色牢度均在3级以上。溶剂蓝70着色转移膜色铝牢度不合格,复合牢度差(色铝分离),无法制备烫金面料。通过对转移膜色层的表面形貌和表面张力进行测试,结果表明染料在转移膜表面的分布状态及染料极性可能是影响转移膜色铝牢度的关键因素。 展开更多

开发高性能、低成本的铁氧体基板金属化技术对于推进射频微波系统(如相控阵雷达和5G网络)至关重要,尽管磁控溅射技术已广泛用于金属薄膜沉积,但其在大面积基板处理、复杂几何形貌适应性及生产成本控制方面仍面临挑战。为解决上述挑战,... 开发高性能、低成本的铁氧体基板金属化技术对于推进射频微波系统(如相控阵雷达和5G网络)至关重要,尽管磁控溅射技术已广泛用于金属薄膜沉积,但其在大面积基板处理、复杂几何形貌适应性及生产成本控制方面仍面临挑战。为解决上述挑战,提出一种基于支化聚乙烯亚胺-戊二醛-银(bPEI-GA-Ag)纳米复合材料的化学镀铜新工艺。通过优化基板表面亲水性调控与催化活化步骤,构建兼具胺基功能性与空间位阻效应的复合催化剂体系,替代传统钯基工艺以实现低成本高效沉积。实验表明,bPEI-GA-Ag纳米颗粒在基底表面均匀分散,催化活性稳定,所得铜层结晶度优异,晶粒尺寸分布均匀,化学镀铜10 min平均厚度为4μm。X射线衍射与能谱分析证实镀层为单一立方晶系铜相,纯度达100%。经ASTM D3359标准测试,铜层附着力等级为5B,界面结合致密无缺陷。将镀铜基板应用于X波段微带隔离器制备,实测器件在8.5~10.5 GHz频段内插入损耗≤0.55 dB,隔离度≥23 dB,电压驻波比≤1.25,与磁控溅射工艺性能相当。进一步将微带隔离器集成于X波段TR组件,经装配工艺验证、核心指标(输出功率、噪声)测试及可靠性考核(温冲、震动、电老练),结果表明其满足TR组件设计需求。该化学镀铜工艺显著降低生产成本,为微带铁氧体器件的金属化提供了经济高效的解决方案。 展开更多
