The process of 180°domain switching in PbTiO_3 single crystal under an antiparallel electric field was investigated by the three-dimensional phase field simulation,especially the effect of electric field on the type and duration of domain switching.It is found that the polarization reversal of domains takes place under an antiparallel electric field in PbTiO_3 single crystal.The results of the phase field simulation indicate that there is only 90°domain switching under a weak electric field.With the rise of the electric field,180°domain switching appears.If the electric field is strengthened further,90°domain switching disappears and the duration of domain switching is shortened. 展开更多

Ordered domain interfaces formed between DO22 (Ni3V) phases along [100] direction during the precipitation process of Ni75AlxV25-x alloys were simulated by using the microscopic phase-field model. The atomic structure, migration process, and compositions of interfaces were investigated. It is found that there are four kinds of stable ordered domain interfaces formed between DO22 phases along [100] direction and all of them can migrate. During the migration of interfaces, the jump of atoms shows site selectivity behaviors and each stable interface forms a distinctive transition interface. The atom jump selects the optimist way to induce the migration of interface, and the atomic structures of interfaces retain the same before and after the migration. The alloy elements have different preferences of segregation or depletion at different interfaces. At all the four kinds of interfaces, Ni and Al segregate but V depletes. The degrees of segregation and depletion are also different at different interfaces. 展开更多

We find that the distortion is maximum as the time becomes infinite and the exact rigid-body solutions are obtained analytically. We also find that the velocity increases with increasing the ratio of inner radius and outer radius. That is to say, we can accelerate domain wall motion not only by increasing the magnetic field, but also by reducing the thickness of the nanotubes. 展开更多

Domain switching around electrically permeable and impermeable cracks in ferro-electric single crystals subjected to a mechanical load is investigated by using a phase field model.It is found that the electrical boundary conditions have little effect on the polarization distribution without any external load when the initial polarization is parallel to the crack,which is totally different from previous studies where the initial polarization is perpendicular to the crack.How-ever,the simulation results show that the electrical boundary conditions have great influence on the polarization distribution as well as the domain switching behavior when a mechanical load is applied.The critical mechanical load of domain switching with a permeable crack is much smaller than that in the case of an impermeable crack. 展开更多

In this paper an efficient compressed domain moving object segmentation algorithm is proposed, in which the motion vector (MV) field parsed from the compressed video is the only cue used for moving object segmentation. First the MV field is temporally and spatially normalized, and then accumulated by an iterative backward projection to enhance salient motions and alleviate noisy MVs. The accumulated MV field is then segmented into motion-homogenous regions using a modified statistical region growing approach. Finally, moving object regions are extracted in turn based on minimization of the joint prediction error using the estimated motion models of two region sets containing the candidate object region and other remaining regions, respectively. Experimental results on several H.264 compressed video sequences demonstrate good segmentation performance. 展开更多

A numerical simulation scheme is proposed to analyze domain tessellation and pattern formation on a spherical surface using the phase-field method. A multi-phase-field model is adopted to represent domain growth, and the finite-difference method (FDM) is used for numerical integration. The lattice points for the FDM are distributed regularly on a spherical surface so that a mostly regular triangular domain division is realized. First, a conventional diffusion process is simulated using this lattice to confirm its validity. The multi-phase-field equation is then applied, and pattern formation processes under various initial conditions are simulated. Unlike pattern formation on a flat plane, where the regular hexagonal domains are always stable, certain different patterns are generated. Specifically, characteristic stable patterns are obtained when the number of domains, n, is 6, 8, or 12;for instance, a regular pentagonal domain division pattern is generated for n = 12, which corresponds to a regular dodecahedron. 展开更多

Such estimations allow studying issues of correctness for problems with non-smooth coefficients. 深度域地震-地质导向技术在古龙页岩油水平井导向中的应用

水平井钻井已经成为页岩油经济有效开采的主要手段,水平井导向技术是水平井钻井成功的关键技术。以往地质导向技术利用水平井实钻曲线与导眼井曲线拟合预测井底位置,结合地震预测钻井前方构造趋势变化,时间域地震无法直接预测出钻井前... 水平井钻井已经成为页岩油经济有效开采的主要手段,水平井导向技术是水平井钻井成功的关键技术。以往地质导向技术利用水平井实钻曲线与导眼井曲线拟合预测井底位置,结合地震预测钻井前方构造趋势变化,时间域地震无法直接预测出钻井前方构造倾角等参数,而深度域地震受速度的影响,常会出现地震预测井底所在层位与实钻层位不符的问题,无法及时更新深度域地震,影响水平井有效箱体钻遇率。为开展深度域地震-地质导向技术研究,满足页岩油大规模水平井勘探开发的需求,充分利用地震、测井以及现场实时钻井数据,建立地震地质导向模型,通过实钻曲线与导眼井曲线拟合调整导向模型,确定井底在地下准确位置,利用导向模型层位与地震解释层位匹配构建实时更新的速度场,自动更新深度域地震剖面。该技术解决了深度域地震导向,地震剖面无法及时更新问题,确保导向模型标志层位与深度域地震标志层位完全一致,提高了地震导向钻井前方构造倾角预测的准确性,在古龙页岩油导向中具有了较好的效果,已经完钻的55口水平井,一类箱体钻遇率达到97%。研究成果可推广到其他领域水平井导向过程中。 展开更多

重力场频率域延拓方法分析及误差因素研究

基于重力场各向下延拓方法采用频率域延拓对数据噪声和延拓距离有不同的要求,且尚未有较明确的结论,分析了Milne法、泰勒级数展开法、积分迭代法、Tikhonov正则化法、CGNR法、迭代最小二乘法、Landweber迭代法共7种的频率域向下延拓方法... 基于重力场各向下延拓方法采用频率域延拓对数据噪声和延拓距离有不同的要求,且尚未有较明确的结论,分析了Milne法、泰勒级数展开法、积分迭代法、Tikhonov正则化法、CGNR法、迭代最小二乘法、Landweber迭代法共7种的频率域向下延拓方法,利用仿真数据和航空实测数据进行模型检验,并对结果进行对比研究。结果表明,Milne法及泰勒级数展开法可用于无噪声条件下小于14倍点距的延拓;积分迭代法在无噪声1~20倍点距延拓时稳定性较好,但对噪声较为敏感;Tikhonov正则化法在含噪声且大于5倍点距的情况下优势显著,可获得较高精度的下延结果;CGNR法、迭代最小二乘法和Landweber迭代法具有较广的适用性,在不同噪声条件下进行1~20倍点距延拓时均能保持较高精度,其中Landweber迭代法的抗噪性能最为突出,且后4种方法在实测数据实验中表现出一定的优势,能得到稳定的下延结果。 展开更多

基于全域火力场的超视距空战威胁预测及动态逃逸方法

针对空中态势认知中的超视距空战威胁预测问题,提出了一种基于全域火力场的超视距空战威胁预测及动态逃逸方法。首先提出了基于矢量场理论的全域火力场建模方法,定义了单机全域火力场、联合全域火力场及其逃逸场的概念和模型;然后提出... 针对空中态势认知中的超视距空战威胁预测问题,提出了一种基于全域火力场的超视距空战威胁预测及动态逃逸方法。首先提出了基于矢量场理论的全域火力场建模方法,定义了单机全域火力场、联合全域火力场及其逃逸场的概念和模型;然后提出了基于多模态残差融合网络(MRFNet)的火力场实时解算方法,使用“离线训练-在线推理”的深度学习范式解决了传统蒙特卡洛解算方法的计算瓶颈和离散采样畸变问题;同时引入基于向量自回归模型(VAR)的短时航迹预测算法,实时预测敌我多变量飞行状态。所提出的超视距空战威胁预测及动态逃逸方法能够实时解算复杂分布式作战场景下的全局及局部威胁情况,为我机提供针对性威胁预警及逃逸建议。实验结果表明,基于MRFNet的火力场实时解算方法将单次火力场解算时间由分钟级缩短至毫秒级,拟合误差小于5×10^(-4),具备良好的数据平滑和外推泛化能力;基于VAR的短时航迹预测算法的经纬度预测误差小于8.73×10^(-4),优于多种基于深度学习的最先进时序预测方法的结果,在雷情探测具有强位置偏差干扰的情况下相对误差损失小于22%。综合仿真分析结果,提出的方法符合实际空战场景中飞行员的认知逻辑,能够适应复杂分布式作战场景,具有高容错度、强鲁棒性、低时延的特点,有较好的实用价值和现实意义。 展开更多

Dependence of electron dynamics on magnetic fields in semiconductor superlattices

Numerical simulation results are presented for a drift-diffusion rate equation model which describes electronic transport due to sequential tunneling between adjacent quantum wells in weakly coupled semiconductor superlattices (SLs). The electron dynamics is dependent on the external magnetic field perpendicular to the electron motion direction, and a detailed explanation is given. Using different parameters, the system shows different dynamic behaviors, and three distinct phenomena are observed and controlled by increasing magnetic field. (i) For a lower doping density, the system state transfers from stable state to oscillationary state. (ii) An opposite result is obtained to that in the case (i) for an intermediate value of the doping density, and the state changes from oscillationary to stationary. (iii) The state varies between oscillationary and stationary when doping density is large. Then, a detailed theoretical analysis is given to explain these surprise phenomena. The distribution of the electric-field domain along the SLs is plotted. We find the structure of the domain is almost uniform for a lower doping density, and no domain occurs in the SLs. By adding an external ac signal, complex nonlinear behaviors are observed from the Poincaré map and the corresponding phase diagrams when the driving frequency changes. 展开更多

为有效解决超高压输电线路中的电晕放电识别难题,确保电网的安全稳定运行,研究了基于脉冲电流法的电晕放电识别技术。以某800 kV超高压直流输电线路为实例,采用多物理场耦合算法精确计算了输电线路的表面电荷,利用高频电流互感器或罗氏... 为有效解决超高压输电线路中的电晕放电识别难题,确保电网的安全稳定运行,研究了基于脉冲电流法的电晕放电识别技术。以某800 kV超高压直流输电线路为实例,采用多物理场耦合算法精确计算了输电线路的表面电荷,利用高频电流互感器或罗氏线圈传感器非侵入式捕捉电晕放电产生的脉冲电流信号,通过动态校准技术确保了数据采集的准确性,并提取了包括峰值、脉冲重复率、脉冲持续时间在内的传统时域特征,以及波形畸变系数和瞬时频率变化率等创新时域特征。利用支持向量机模型对综合特征向量进行训练与分类,实现了对电晕放电事件的高精度识别。实验结果表明,所提方法在识别准确率、可靠性及滤波效果上均显著优于传统方法,为超高压输电线路的运维提供了强有力的技术支持。 展开更多

针对超视距(BVR)空战态势威胁评估问题,提出一种基于全域火力场的空战态势威胁评估方法,基于超视距空战载机、设备特征,开展离线单机全域火力场数值计算和在线多机聚合全域火力场计算,克服了传统态势威胁评估方法主观性强、不满足实时... 针对超视距(BVR)空战态势威胁评估问题,提出一种基于全域火力场的空战态势威胁评估方法,基于超视距空战载机、设备特征,开展离线单机全域火力场数值计算和在线多机聚合全域火力场计算,克服了传统态势威胁评估方法主观性强、不满足实时计算需求等缺陷。考虑导弹导引头探测误差及导弹舵机响应时延,建立超视距空战仿真环境;考虑飞行员操纵行为偏差,划分机动动作关键决策点并引入正态分布的关键决策点控制量散布,基于蒙特卡罗法,统计载机空战胜率,离线计算单机全域火力场;基于独立概率事件假设在线计算多机聚合全域火力场;计算全域火力场的梯度特征表征模型,并针对一对一超视距空战场景,设计辅助决策系统。实验计算结果有效验证了全域火力场的概念设计和计算方法,为基于全域火力场的超视距空战态势威胁评估和辅助决策系统设计提供了支撑。 展开更多

[目的]针对船舶消磁技术研究需要高度依赖物理模型,并且没有消磁过程磁性演变规律数值模拟方法等问题,提出一种基于等效磁畴模型的船舶消磁磁性演变规律的数值模拟方法。[方法]首先,在分析磁畴理论形态的基础上,基于磁偶极子模型建立等效磁畴数学模型;然后,从静磁能的角度分析磁畴基础运动理论并建立数学运动模型;最后,依托MATLAB数值模拟平台开展船舶消磁磁性演变规律的数值模拟及船模实验验证。[结果]结果表明:船舶磁畴数值模型实现了船模磁性等效,相对误差控制在17.04%以内;消磁磁性演变过程的数值模拟符合船模消磁物理过程的磁性变化规律,交流退磁后剩余固定磁场峰值占原始固定磁性磁场的15%,无磁滞磁化后固定磁场峰值相对误差为2.58%,验证了数值模拟方法的有效性。[结论]该数值模拟方法能够实现船舶消磁工作中磁性演变规律从物理空间到数字空间的镜像,可直观、动态呈现消磁过程中的磁性演变规律,为船舶消磁全流程的数字镜像奠定了一定的理论基础。 展开更多
