This study presents a direct-writing structure color patterns on electrospun colloidal fibers by inkjet printing. The colloidal fiber was obtained by electrospinning the aqueous mixture of colloidal particles of poly(styrene-methyl methacrylate-acrylic acid) and poly(vinyl alcohol). The pattern was obtained by directly inkjet printing water onto the electrospun colloidal fiber. The pattern formation was attributed to the morphological transition of the colloidal fiber from the fiber aggregation to latex aggregation and the corresponding color change due to the dissolution of poly(vinyl alcohol) by water. Interestingly, a clear and clean image was successfully obtained on the ethanol-treated colloidal fibers film in comparison to a confused and blur image onto the freshly-made film. It is because the treatment process can compact the fiber structure and lower the spreading/wetting behavior of ink on the fiber structure, contributing to the formation of high-quality pattern. Various letters or quick response code were flexibly designed and printed on to colloidal fibers.Furthermore, the pattern can be easily transferred onto flexible substrate, i.e., a flexible printed bracelet. 目的 探讨前纵隔胸腺上皮性肿瘤与淋巴瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)影像特点,分析其在两者鉴别诊断中可能的价值。方法 选择复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院2018年1月~2023年4月期间收治的初步诊断为前纵隔胸腺瘤或淋巴瘤患者50例为受试对象,入院... 目的 探讨前纵隔胸腺上皮性肿瘤与淋巴瘤的磁共振成像(MRI)影像特点,分析其在两者鉴别诊断中可能的价值。方法 选择复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院2018年1月~2023年4月期间收治的初步诊断为前纵隔胸腺瘤或淋巴瘤患者50例为受试对象,入院后均接受MRI检查,对50例患者病理结果、MRI检查诊断效能、MRI检查定性结果、胸腺瘤与淋巴瘤胶原纤维影像特征(CFP)发生率等多项指标进行评价分析。结果 本组50例患者病理组织学检查提示胸腺瘤38例,淋巴瘤12例,在前纵隔胸腺瘤与淋巴瘤诊断中的符合率为86.00%,在胸腺瘤诊断方面的特异性为58.33%,灵敏性为94.73%。胸腺瘤与淋巴瘤患者分隔、瘢痕及肿大淋巴结占比存在显著差异,胸腺瘤分隔、瘢痕占比高于淋巴瘤,肿大淋巴结占比低于淋巴瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余钙化、囊变坏死、脏器侵犯及胸腔积液等特征对比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。胸腺瘤患者分隔征、斑片状、混合型等CFP发生率高于淋巴瘤,无分隔征的CFP发生率低于淋巴瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前纵隔胸腺瘤与淋巴瘤的MRI检查中分隔、瘢痕、肿大淋巴结、CFP发生率等差异显著,可以为疾病鉴别提供有力依据,MRI在这两种病变鉴别诊断方面的诊断符合率、特异性、灵敏性等均较高。 展开更多

目的:分析不同中医证型青壮年近视患者视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度的差异,探讨中医证型与近视眼视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度变化之间的关联。方法:对临床268例(268眼)青壮年近视患者进行中医辨证分型,比较不同中医证型... 目的:分析不同中医证型青壮年近视患者视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度的差异,探讨中医证型与近视眼视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度变化之间的关联。方法:对临床268例(268眼)青壮年近视患者进行中医辨证分型,比较不同中医证型间视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度的差异,并分析其相关因素。结果:(1)中医辨证分型:268例近视患者中:心阳不足66例(24.63%),气血不足102例(38.06%),肝肾两虚100例(37.31%)。三组证型在性别和年龄上的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在屈光度和眼轴长度上的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001),屈光度呈降低趋势,眼轴长度呈升高趋势。(2)视神经纤维层厚度的比较:三组证型间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。除颞侧外,视神经纤维层厚度呈变薄趋势(心阳不足>气血不足>肝肾两虚)。(3)黄斑区视网膜厚度的比较:在中央区,三组证型的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在内环区和外环区,除外环颞侧外,三组证型间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),视网膜厚度呈变薄趋势(心阳不足>气血不足>肝肾两虚)。(4)视神经纤维层厚度的相关性分析:与性别无相关(P>0.05),与年龄负相关(P<0.05),除颞侧外,与屈光度正相关(P<0.05),与眼轴长度负相关(P<0.05)。(5)黄斑区视网膜厚度的相关性分析:与性别负相关(P<0.05),与年龄无相关(P>0.05);在中心凹区:视网膜厚度与屈光度无相关(P>0.05),与眼轴长度正相关(P<0.05);在其他区域:视网膜厚度与屈光度正相关(P<0.05),与眼轴长度负相关(P<0.05)。结论:青壮年近视患者证型以气血不足和肝肾两虚为多见。不同中医证型间的屈光度、眼轴长度、视神经纤维层厚度、黄斑区视网膜厚度均存在一定差异,肝肾两虚型屈光度更高、眼轴更长、视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度更薄。视神经纤维层厚度和黄斑区视网膜厚度的变化与屈光度、眼轴长度密切相关,与性别、年龄部分相关。该研究结果可为中医辨证施治提供参考依据。 展开更多

Wearable supercapacitors(SCs)are gaining prominence as portable energy storage devices.To develop high-performance wearable SCs,the significant relationship among material,structure,and performance inspired us with a delicate design of the highly wearable embroidered supercapacitors made from the conductive fibers composited.By rendering the conductive interdigitally patterned embroidery as both the current collector and skeleton for the SCs,the novel pseudocapacitive material cobalt phosphides were then successfully electrodeposited,forming the first flexible and wearable in-plane embroidery SCs.The electrochemical measurements manifested that the highest specific capacitance was nearly 156.6 mF cm?2(65.72 F g?1)at the current density of 0.6 mA cm?2(0.25 A g?1),with a high energy density of 0.013 mWh cm?2(5.55 Wh kg?1)at a power density of 0.24 mW cm?2(100 W kg?1).As a demonstration,a monogrammed pattern was ingeniously designed and embroidered on the laboratory gown as the wearable in-plane SCs,which showed both decent electrochemical performance and excellent flexibility. 展开更多

目的建立超高效液相色谱法测定食品接触用植物纤维/可降解塑料中2,6-二异丙基苯胺(2,6-diisopropylaniline,2,6-DIPA)和2,6-二异丙基苯酚(2,6-diisopropylphenol,2,6-DIPP)迁移量的方法,并对阳性植物纤维/聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)... 目的建立超高效液相色谱法测定食品接触用植物纤维/可降解塑料中2,6-二异丙基苯胺(2,6-diisopropylaniline,2,6-DIPA)和2,6-二异丙基苯酚(2,6-diisopropylphenol,2,6-DIPP)迁移量的方法,并对阳性植物纤维/聚乳酸(polylactic acid,PLA)样品中2,6-DIPA的迁移规律进行全面研究。方法在优化液相色谱条件的基础上,验证2,6-DIPA和2,6-DIPP在4%乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇、50%乙醇、95%乙醇(V:V)浸泡液中的线性关系和回收率,从4个试验维度研究2,6-DIPA的迁移规律。结果2,6-DIPA和2,6-DIPP呈现出良好的线性关系,检出限分别可达0.010 mg/L和0.003 mg/L,综合回收率在72.0%~109.0%之间;2,6-DIPA的迁移量与乙醇浓度、迁移温度、迁移时间呈现正相关,与迁移次数呈现负相关,高温筛查试验可以替代部分试验条件。结论综合迁移研究数据表明,植物纤维/PLA材质中2,6-DIPA的迁移量存在一定健康风险,亟需从多环节关注。 展开更多

Optical fiber coil winding model is used to guide proper and high precision coil winding for fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) application. Based on the large-deformation theory of elasticity, stress analysis of optical fiber free end has been made and balance equation of infinitesimal fiber is deduced, then deformation equation is derived by substituting terminal conditions. On condition that only axial tensile force exists, approximate curve equation has been built in small angle deformation scope. The comparison of tangent point longitudinal coordinate result between theory and approximation gives constant of integration, and expression with tangent point as origin of coordinate is readjusted. Analyzing the winding parameters of an example, it is clear that the horizontal distance from the highest point of wheel to fiber tangent point has millimeter order of magnitude and significant difference with fiber tension variation, and maintains invariant when wheel radius changes. The height of tension and accurate position of tangent point are defined for proper fiber guide. For application to fiber optic gyroscope, spiral-disc winding method and nonideal deformation of straddle section are analyzed, and then spiral-disc quadrupole pattern winding method has been introduced and realized by winding system. Allene oxide cyclase (AOC) is one of the most important enzymes in the biosynthetic pathway of the plant hormone jasmonic acid (JA). AOC catalyzes the conversion ofallene oxide into 12-oxo-phytodienoic acid (OPDA), a precursor of JA. Using 28K cotton genome array hybridization, an expressed sequence tag (EST; GenBank accession no. ES792958) was investigated that exhibited significant expression differences between lintless-fuzzless XinWX and linted-fuzzless XinFLM isogenic lines during fiber initiation stages. The EST was used to search the Gossypium EST database (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/) for corresponding cDNA sequences encoding full-length open reading frames (ORFs). Identified ORFs were confirmed using transcriptional and genomic data. As a result, a novel gene encoding AOC in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum AOC; GenBank accession no. KF383427) was cloned and characterized. The 741-bp GhAOC gene comprises three exons and two introns and encodes a polypeptide of 246 amino acids. Two homologous copies were identified in the tetraploid cotton species G. hirsutum acc. TM-1 and G. barbadense cv. Hai7124, and one copy in the diploid cotton species G. herbaceum and G. raimondii, qRT-PCR showed that the GhAOC transcript was abundant in cotton fiber tissues from 8 to 23 days post anthesis (DPA), and the expression profiles were similar in the two cultivated tetraploid cotton species G. hirsutum acc. TM- 1 and G. barbadense cv. Hai7124, with a higher level of transcription in the former. One copy of GhAOC in tetraploid cotton was localized to chromosome 24 (Chr. D8) using the subgenome-specific single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker analysis, which co-localized GhAOC to within 10 cM of a fiber strength quantitative trait locus (QTL) reported previously. GhAOC was highly correlated with fiber quality and strength (P=0.014) in an association analysis, suggesting a possible role in cotton fiber development, especially in secondary cell wall thickening. 展开更多

The grip performance of radial tires on dry roads was simulated with the software ABAQUS. A sliding-velocity.dependent friction coefficient on the contact behavior at the tire-pavement interface was selected to describe friction phenomenon for fire and road interface. Anti-lock brake system (ABS) process was achieved by controlling the tire angular velocity to obtain the relationship between friction force and slip rate, while the maximum friction forces were used to evaluate tire grip performance. Physical mechanism of tire grip performance was also analyzed through the frictional force generated from the adhesion region and sliding region by considering the contact differences between the longitudinal slip and the lateral slip, and the deformation characteristics of tire pattern were also investigated. In order to improve tire grip performance, carbon fiber material was added to the tread pattern grooves. The results show that carbon fiber has a significant influence on stiffness distribution of tread patterns and friction force vector in the contact zone. Tire grip performance can be improved by controlling the stiffness distribution and deformation direction of the tread pattern. 展开更多

As far as the (9+2) topological patterns are concerned, the following propositions are proved: The (9+2) topological patterns accurately exist, but are not unique. Their total number is 9. Among them, only two are allotropes. In other words, among the nine topological patterns, only two are independent (or fundamental). By the eye pattern of system, the transmission performances of system were studied. Results show that when polarization mode dispersion coefficient Dp is smaller than , the influence of the PMD on the transmission distance was neglectable. When the dispersion coefficient D is larger than 1.5 ps/km/nm, the transmission distance decreases rapidly. A perimeter security system based on ultra-weak fiber Bragg grating high-speed wavelength demodulation was proposed. The demodulation system for signal acquisition and high-speed wavelength calculation was designed based on field programmable gate array (FPGA) platform. The principle of ultra-weak fiber Bragg grating high-speed demodulation and signal recognition method were analyzed theoretically, and the Support Vector Machine model was introduced to optimize the event recognition accuracy of the system. A perimeter security experimental system containing 1000 ultra-weak fiber Bragg gratings, ultra-weak fiber Bragg grating sense optical cables with a diameter of 2.0 mm and a reflectivity of 0.01%, steel space frames and demodulation equipments was built to recognize four typical events such as knocking, shaking, wind blowing and rainfall. The experimental resulted show that the system has a spatial resolution of 1m and an acquisition frequency of 200 Hz. The joint time-frequency domain detection method is used to achieve 99.2% alarm accuracy, and 98% recognition accuracy of two intrusion events, which has good anti-interference performance. 展开更多

为精准检测光纤通信网络中异常信号,为网络故障诊断及信号修复提供依据,保障光纤通信网络的平稳运行,提出基于模式识别的光纤通信网络异常信号检测方法。分析光纤通信网络信号异常模式,构建包含不同异常模式的信号样本数据集;利用经验... 为精准检测光纤通信网络中异常信号,为网络故障诊断及信号修复提供依据,保障光纤通信网络的平稳运行,提出基于模式识别的光纤通信网络异常信号检测方法。分析光纤通信网络信号异常模式,构建包含不同异常模式的信号样本数据集;利用经验模态分解方法去除光纤通信网络信号中的噪声,从去噪信号中提取瞬时频率、裕度、偏斜度以及峭度4个特征向量,用于光纤通信网络信号的特征表示;建立基于最小二乘支持向量机的异常信号检测模型,利用构建的样本数据集对其实施训练,将提取的光纤通信网络信号特征信息输入至训练好的检测模型中,模型输出结果就是光纤通信网络异常信号检测结果,即光纤通信网络信号异常模式。实验表明,该方法可以精准检测出光纤通信网络信号异常模式,在低信噪比条件下检测灵敏度可达91%以上。 展开更多

针对含纤维压裂液中支撑剂沉降速度难以量化的难题,旨在建立一套纤维悬砂性能定量评价新方法,创新性地提出了一种基于图像追踪和Logistic模型的综合分析方法。首先运用图像分析技术,追踪支撑剂固液分界面,获取支撑剂时序沉降数据;随后采... 针对含纤维压裂液中支撑剂沉降速度难以量化的难题,旨在建立一套纤维悬砂性能定量评价新方法,创新性地提出了一种基于图像追踪和Logistic模型的综合分析方法。首先运用图像分析技术,追踪支撑剂固液分界面,获取支撑剂时序沉降数据;随后采用Logistic模型拟合沉降数据,得到模型参数;最后根据Logistic模型计算支撑剂沉降速度,并评价不同情况下的纤维悬砂性能。结果表明:纤维的加入能显著降低支撑剂沉降速度,其沉降过程可划分为加速沉降阶段、近似匀速沉降阶段和减速沉降阶段,数据显示,纤维加量从0增至0.5%时,沉降速度由61.42 mm/min降低至4.98 mm/min,降幅达91.9%。进一步的敏感性分析清晰揭示了各因素对沉降速度的影响权重,其主次顺序依次为:纤维加量>平板缝宽>液体黏度>纤维长度>量筒内径。本研究所提出的方法为定量评价纤维悬砂性能提供了可靠的理论工具与实验依据,其明确结论对指导矿场压裂液配方优化与施工参数设计具有重要的实践价值。 展开更多

变压器绝缘劣化导致的内部电弧放电是引起变压器燃爆的主要原因,及时检测和诊断早期电弧放电有助于缩短电弧燃弧时间、减小电弧能量、降低燃爆可能性。光纤F-P传感可内置于变压器油中,具有灵敏度高、结构尺寸小巧、免受电磁干扰等优势... 变压器绝缘劣化导致的内部电弧放电是引起变压器燃爆的主要原因,及时检测和诊断早期电弧放电有助于缩短电弧燃弧时间、减小电弧能量、降低燃爆可能性。光纤F-P传感可内置于变压器油中,具有灵敏度高、结构尺寸小巧、免受电磁干扰等优势。提出一种基于光纤F-P超声传感的变压器内部早期电弧放电诊断方法,搭建了针对早期电弧放电的实验模拟平台,研究对比了典型油纸绝缘缺陷局部放电及早期电弧放电的电流、电压、声信号特征,确定了将放电声学信号作为诊断电弧放电的重要依据。还提出了一种基于放电声信号结合平滑伪Wigner-Ville分布时频分析和ResNet-18的电弧放电识别方法,构建了包含多种放电缺陷类型的样本库,对局部放电和早期电弧放电的识别准确度达到了85.42%,为预警早期电弧提供了一种新思路。 展开更多
