The extremely limited bandwidth in underwater acoustic communication makes channel estimation using fewer pilot symbols more challenging. Iterative channel estimation( ICE) can be used to refine channel estimation with limited number of pilots,by coupling the channel estimator with channel decoder. In this paper,various feedback strategies in ICE are discussed. The performance of a decision feedback based on the cost function is improved by modifying the design and another four feedback strategies are summarized,including hard/soft decision feedback and their threshold-controlled versions. Simulation results show that ICE can achieve impressive gains over the non-iterative receiver and the gains are more significant with fewer pilots. Furthermore,soft decision feedback outperforms hard decision feedback; while the feedback based on the cost function and soft decision feedback have quite close performance. 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the performance of adaptive modulation (AM) orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system in underwater acoustic (UWA) communications. The aim is to solve the problem of large feedback overhead for channel state information (CSI) in every subcarrier. A novel CSI feedback scheme is proposed based on the theory of compressed sensing (CS). We propose a feedback from the receiver that only feedback the sparse channel parameters. Additionally, prediction of the channel state is proposed every several symbols to realize the AM in practice. We describe a linear channel prediction algorithm which is used in adaptive transmission. This system has been tested in the real underwater acoustic channel. The linear channel prediction makes the AM transmission techniques more feasible for acoustic channel communications. The simulation and experiment show that significant improvements can be obtained both in bit error rate (BER) and throughput in the AM scheme compared with the fixed Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) modulation scheme. Moreover, the performance with standard CS outperforms the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) method. 展开更多

To reduce the negative impact of channel quantization errors, a low-complexity transceiver joint design scheme for both the transmit beamformers and receive combining vectors is proposed in the two-user multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system. In the scheme, the channel nullspace quantization vector is used as the transmit beamformer of the interference user directly based on channel null-space feedback. Since the interference can be determined at the receiver, interference rejection combining (IRC) is jointly utilized to cancel the inter-user interference. In this paper, we propose a flexible and fairness-oriented packet scheduling approach for 3GPP UTRAN long term evolution (LTE) type packet radio systems, building on the ordinary proportional fair (PF) scheduling principle and channel quality indicator (CQI) feedback. Special emphasis is also put on practical feedback reporting mechanisms, including the effects of mobile measurement and estimation errors, reporting delays, and CQI quantization and compression. The performance of the overall scheduling and feedback re-porting process is investigated in details, in terms of cell throughput, coverage and resource allocation fairness, by using extensive quasistatic cellular system simulations in practical OFDMA system environment with frequency reuse of 1. The performance simulations show that by using the proposed modified PF ap-proach, significant coverage improvements in the order of 50% can be obtained at the expense of only 10-15% throughput loss, for all reduced feedback reporting schemes. This reflects highly improved fairness in the radio resource management (RRM) compared to other existing schedulers, without essentially com-promising the cell capacity. Furthermore, we demonstrate the improved functionality increase in radio re-source management for UE’s utilizing multi-antenna diversity receivers. 展开更多

In this paper, the statistical properties of parameters of each path in wireless channel models are analyzed to prove that there is the static part in channel state information(CSI) which can be extracted from huge amounts of CSI data. Based on the analysis, the concept of the Tomographic Channel Model(TCM) is presented. With cluster algorithms, the static CSI database can be built in an off-line manner. The static CSI database can provide prior information to help pilot design to reduce overhead and improve accuracy in channel estimation. A new CSI prediction method and a new channel estimation method between different frequency bands are introduced based on the static CSI database. Using measurement data, the performance of the new channel prediction method is compared with that of the Auto Regression(AR) predictor. The results indicate that the prediction range of the new method is better than that of the AR method and the new method can predict with fewer pilot symbols. Using measurement data, the new channel estimation method between different frequency bands can estimate the CSI of one frequency band based on known CSI of another frequency band without any feedback. 展开更多

Massive MIMO is one of tile enabling technologies tbr beyond 4G and 5G systems due to its ability to provide beamforming gain and reduce interference Dual-polarized antenna is widely adopted to accommodate a large number of antenna elements in limited space. However, current CSI(channel state information) feedback schemes developed in LTE for conventional MIMO systems are not efficient enough for massive MIMO systems since the overhead increases almost linearly with the number of antenna. Moreover, the codebook for massive MIMO will be huge and difficult to design with the LTE methodology. This paper proposes a novel CSI feedback scheme named layered Multi-paths Information based CSI Feedback (LMPIF), which can achieve higher spectrum efficiency for dual-polarized antenna system with low feedback overhead. The MIMO channel is decomposed into long term components (multipath directions and amplitudes) and short term components (multipath phases). The relationship between the two components and the optimal precoder is derived in closed form. To reduce the overhead, different granularities in feedback time have been applied for the long term components and short term components Link and system level simulation results prove that LMPIF can improve performance considerably with low CSI feedback overhead. 展开更多

To explore the role of mechanosensitive potassium channel TREK-1, Western blot analysis was used to investigate the expression changes of TREK-1 in left ventricle in acute mechanically stretched heart. Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 8 groups (n=5 in each group), subject to single Langendorff perfusion for 0, 30, 60, 120 min and acute mechanical stretch for 0, 30, 60, 120 min respectively. With Langendorff apparatus, an acute mechanically stretched heart model was established. There was no significant difference in the expression of TREK-1 among single Langendorff perfusion groups (P〉0.05). As compared to non-stretched Langendorff-perfused heart, only the expression of TREK-1 in acute mechanically stretched heart (120 min) was greatly increased (P〈0.05). This result suggested that some course of mechanical stretch could up-regulate the expression of TREK-1 in left ventricle. TREK-1 might play an important role in mechanoelectric feedback, so it could reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia that was induced by extra mechanical stretch. 展开更多

This work proposes an improved inertia weight update method and position update method in Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) to enhance the convergence and mean square error of channel equalizer. The search abilities of PSO are managed by the key parameter Inertia Weight (IW). A higher value leads to global search whereas a smaller value shifts the search to local which makes convergence faster. Different approaches are reported in literature to improve PSO by modifying inertia weight. This work investigates the performance of the existing PSO variants related to time varying inertia weight methods and proposes new strategies to improve the convergence and mean square error of channel equalizer. Also the position update method in PSO is modified to achieve better convergence in channel equalization. The simulation presents the enhanced performance of the proposed techniques in transversal and decision feedback models. The simulation results also analyze the superiority in linear and nonlinear channel conditions. 展开更多

The unwanted codewords are cancelled by linear operation on the received signals. Then, multi-user interference is mitigated by the orthogonal property of the Alamouti code. 针对多级串联明渠长时间滞后的控制难点以及冰期输水过渡渠道需要快速、平稳的控制需求,本文基于线性二次最优控制(LQR)和渠道线性预测模型,提出了改进的最优化前馈控制方法;并构建了前馈-反馈流量复合规则,设计了前反馈混合控制(HLQR)... 针对多级串联明渠长时间滞后的控制难点以及冰期输水过渡渠道需要快速、平稳的控制需求,本文基于线性二次最优控制(LQR)和渠道线性预测模型,提出了改进的最优化前馈控制方法;并构建了前馈-反馈流量复合规则,设计了前反馈混合控制(HLQR)算法。将此控制算法应用于南水北调中线干渠最后10个渠池进行仿真验证,与无前馈控制、流量补偿前馈控制对比分析,并检验了该控制算法对于取水流量不确定性的抗干扰能力。算例仿真结果表明:对于多个分水口同时发生流量变化的模拟条件,在取水流量完全确定工况下,相比常规控制策略,HLQR算法求取的控制策略能够在减少闸门动作量和流量调节量的同时,降低水位偏差(最大水位偏差和累积水位偏差分别减小36.51%和28.99%),并更快到达稳定状态(稳定耗时缩短8.11%);在取水流量不完全确定工况下,HLQR算法对流量扰动的不确定性具有更强的鲁棒性。 展开更多

针对大规模多输入多输出系统中信道状态信息在反馈时重构精度低、复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于注意力机制的反馈方法。首先,考虑到信道状态信息矩阵数据分布特点,采用一种高效多尺度注意力模块提取信道状态信息矩阵局部和全局的特征,... 针对大规模多输入多输出系统中信道状态信息在反馈时重构精度低、复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于注意力机制的反馈方法。首先,考虑到信道状态信息矩阵数据分布特点,采用一种高效多尺度注意力模块提取信道状态信息矩阵局部和全局的特征,并关注重要数据点的分布,提升网络模型的特征学习能力。其次,使用增强的可重参数化的卷积替代普通的卷积核,提升卷积对于局部特征的提取能力,使整个神经网络自编码器在保持轻量化的基础上达到更高的压缩重构精度。仿真结果表明,与轻量化网络CRNet和ACRNet-1x相比,所提出的网络模型在复杂度方面分别平均降低了19%和5%,重构精度分别平均提高了3%和8%,同时展现出了更好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

在频分双工大规模多输入多输出(MIMO)系统中,为解决现有的基于深度学习的信道状态信息(CSI)反馈方法复杂度高、反馈精度低以及未考虑量化损失的问题,基于传统CNN和Transformer架构,结合一种利用全局信息而设计的空间频率模块(SFB)以及... 在频分双工大规模多输入多输出(MIMO)系统中,为解决现有的基于深度学习的信道状态信息(CSI)反馈方法复杂度高、反馈精度低以及未考虑量化损失的问题,基于传统CNN和Transformer架构,结合一种利用全局信息而设计的空间频率模块(SFB)以及一种融合局部和全局特征的特征多尺度自适应空间注意力门(MASAG),提出了用于CSI反馈的深度学习算法SFNet。通过使用快速傅里叶卷积以及特征融合网络动态来激活更多的输入信息,同时调整接受野,以确保有选择地突出空间相关的特征,最大限度地减少干扰,使网络以非常低的计算复杂度实现了先进的性能。实验结果表明,所提算法在低复杂度情况下具有较好的估计性能,并且在不同环境下表现出较好的鲁棒性。 展开更多

由于传统信道调度方法受传统固定规则影响,导致出现信道资源利用率低下、数据通信不稳定等问题。为解决这一问题,提出基于Q-Learning反馈机制的短距离无线通信网络多信道调度方法。深入核心网系统架构与无线接入网系统架构的拓扑架构与... 由于传统信道调度方法受传统固定规则影响,导致出现信道资源利用率低下、数据通信不稳定等问题。为解决这一问题,提出基于Q-Learning反馈机制的短距离无线通信网络多信道调度方法。深入核心网系统架构与无线接入网系统架构的拓扑架构与底层逻辑,分析短距离无线通信网络架构;基于Dijkstra算法,结合短距离无线通信网络通信节点无向图进行网络信道节点优化部署;计算多信道状态特征参数,构建信道状态预估模型,预估短距离无线通信网络多信道状态;创新性地基于Q-Learning反馈机制,利用Q-Learning算法的强化学习能力,将强化学习过程视为马尔可夫决策过程,实现短距离无线通信网络多信道调度。实验结果表明:利用设计方法获取的平均丢包率最大值为0.03、网络吞吐量最大值为4.5 Mb/s,能够在维持较低丢包率的同时,保持较高的吞吐量,具有较高的信道资源利用效率。在低流量负载区,通信延迟均低于0.4 s、在高流量负载区通信延迟最高为0.4 s,最低值为0.26 s,可以有效实现通信数据高效、稳定传输。 展开更多

在资源受限的水声网络中,使用软频率复用技术和自适应资源分配技术可以提高网络容量和能量效率。然而,水声信道的长传播时延和时变特性导致用于自适应技术的反馈信道状态信息(Channel State Information, CSI)是时变且过时的。非理想的... 在资源受限的水声网络中,使用软频率复用技术和自适应资源分配技术可以提高网络容量和能量效率。然而,水声信道的长传播时延和时变特性导致用于自适应技术的反馈信道状态信息(Channel State Information, CSI)是时变且过时的。非理想的反馈CSI会降低自适应系统的性能。针对该问题,提出了一种基于多智能体深度Q网络的资源分配(Multi-agent Deep Q Network Based Resource Allocation, MADQN-RA)方法。该方法将水声软频率复用网络视为多智能体系统,并使用过时的反馈CSI序列作为系统状态。通过建立有效的奖励表达式,智能体可以跟踪时变时延水声信道的变化特性并做出相应的资源分配决策。为了进一步提高智能体的决策准确度,同时避免状态空间维度增大时的部分学习成本,结合动态状态长度方法改进了MADQN-RA。仿真结果表明,所提方法实现的系统性能优于基于其他学习的方法和基于信道预测的方法,且更接近理论最优值。 展开更多

在频分双工(frequency division duplex,FDD)大规模多输入多输出(multiple input multiple output,MIMO)系统中,针对目前基于深度学习的信道状态信息(channel state information,CSI)反馈方法,其压缩率固定及FDD反馈链路存在不对称问题... 在频分双工(frequency division duplex,FDD)大规模多输入多输出(multiple input multiple output,MIMO)系统中,针对目前基于深度学习的信道状态信息(channel state information,CSI)反馈方法,其压缩率固定及FDD反馈链路存在不对称问题,提出一种基于可变压缩率与去噪神经网络的CSI反馈方法。该方法采用自编码器结构,在用户端使用固定压缩率的编码器对CSI进行压缩,随后通过反馈约束来限制反馈码字长度,当基站端接收到反馈码字后通过反馈约束对码字进行零填充,使用去噪单元对其去噪,再使用解码器将去噪后的码字重建为CSI矩阵。在簇延时线(clustered delay line,CDL)信道环境中仿真。实验结果表明,所提方法较CsiNet可减少约48%的存储开销,且能有效抑制反馈误差对信道状态信息重建造成的影响。 展开更多
