With the rapid development of large-scale offshore wind farms,efficient and reliable power transmission systems are urgently needed.Hybrid high-voltage direct current(HVDC)configurations combining a diode rectifier un...With the rapid development of large-scale offshore wind farms,efficient and reliable power transmission systems are urgently needed.Hybrid high-voltage direct current(HVDC)configurations combining a diode rectifier unit(DRU)and a modular multilevel converter(MMC)have emerged as a promising solution,offering advantages in cost-effectiveness and control capability.However,the uncontrollable nature of the DRU poses significant challenges for systemstability under offshore AC fault conditions,particularly due to its inability to provide fault current or voltage support.This paper investigates the offshore AC fault characteristics and fault ride-through(FRT)strategy of a hybrid offshore wind power transmission system based on a diode rectifier unit DRU and MMC.First,the dynamic response of the hybrid system under offshore symmetrical three-phase faults is analyzed.It is demonstrated that due to the unidirectional conduction nature of the DRU,its AC current rapidly drops to zero during faults,and the fault current is solely contributed by the wind turbine generators(WTGs)and wind farm MMC(WFMMC).Based on this analysis,a coordinated FRT strategy is proposed,which combines a segmented current limiting control for the wind-turbine(WT)grid-side converters(GSCs)and a constant AC current control for the WFMMC.The strategy ensures effective voltage support during the fault and prevents MMC current saturation during fault recovery,enabling fast and stable system restoration.Electromagnetic transient simulations in PSCAD/EMTDC verify the feasibility of the proposed fault ride-through strategy.展开更多
This paper investigates the reliability of internal marine combustion engines using an integrated approach that combines Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Bayesian Networks(BN).FTA provides a structured,top-down method for ...This paper investigates the reliability of internal marine combustion engines using an integrated approach that combines Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Bayesian Networks(BN).FTA provides a structured,top-down method for identifying critical failure modes and their root causes,while BN introduces flexibility in probabilistic reasoning,enabling dynamic updates based on new evidence.This dual methodology overcomes the limitations of static FTA models,offering a comprehensive framework for system reliability analysis.Critical failures,including External Leakage(ELU),Failure to Start(FTS),and Overheating(OHE),were identified as key risks.By incorporating redundancy into high-risk components such as pumps and batteries,the likelihood of these failures was significantly reduced.For instance,redundant pumps reduced the probability of ELU by 31.88%,while additional batteries decreased the occurrence of FTS by 36.45%.The results underscore the practical benefits of combining FTA and BN for enhancing system reliability,particularly in maritime applications where operational safety and efficiency are critical.This research provides valuable insights for maintenance planning and highlights the importance of redundancy in critical systems,especially as the industry transitions toward more autonomous vessels.展开更多
AIM:To perform a bibliometric analysis of publications focusing on inflammatory mechanisms in glaucoma,thereby comprehensively understanding the current research status and identifying potential frontier directions fo...AIM:To perform a bibliometric analysis of publications focusing on inflammatory mechanisms in glaucoma,thereby comprehensively understanding the current research status and identifying potential frontier directions for future studies.METHODS:A systematic search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database to retrieve relevant literature published from January 1,2000,to August 31,2025(data accessed on September 12,2025).Multiple data visualization tools were employed to conduct in-depth analyses of the included publications,covering aspects such as publication quantity and quality,evolutionary trends of research hotspots,keyword cooccurrence networks,and collaborative patterns among countries/regions,institutions,and authors.RESULTS:A total of 3381 articles related to glaucoma inflammation were extracted from WoSCC.The analysis showed that the USA had the highest research output in this field(29.04%,n=982),followed by China(18.40%,n=622)and UK(6.01%,n=203).Based on citation frequency and burst intensity,the USA also ranked as the most influential country.Baudouin C and Sun X were identified as the most productive authors,while Journal of Glaucoma and Investigative Ophthalmology&Visual Science were the journals with the highest number of published relevant articles.Additionally,keyword analysis revealed that“neuroinflammation”,“retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)”,“pathophysiology”,and“traditional Chinese medicine”are emerging research hotspots in the field of immuneinflammatory responses in glaucoma.CONCLUSION:This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric overview of research on glaucoma-related inflammation,indicating that this field has received extensive scientific attention with a steady upward trend in research activity.Furthermore,it establishes a theoretical basis for the development of neuroinflammation-targeted therapeutic strategies for glaucoma and emphasizes the necessity of strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the clinical translation of research findings.展开更多

BACKGROUND Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is a common and serious complication of diabetes that can cause death in many patients and significantly affects the lives of individuals and society.Multiple studies investigatin...BACKGROUND Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is a common and serious complication of diabetes that can cause death in many patients and significantly affects the lives of individuals and society.Multiple studies investigating the pathogenesis of DE have been reported.However,few studies have focused on scientometric analysis of DE.AIM To analyze literature on DE using scientometrics to provide a comprehensive picture of research directions and progress in this field.METHODS We reviewed studies on DE or cognitive impairment published between 2004 and 2023.The latter were used to identify the most frequent keywords in the keyword analysis and explore the hotspots and trends of DE.RESULTS Scientometric analysis revealed 1308 research papers on DE,a number that increased annually over the past 20 years,and that the primary topics explored were domain distribution,knowledge structure,evolution,and emergence of research topics related to DE.The inducing factors,comorbidities,pathogenesis,treatment,and animal models of DE help clarify its occurrence,development,and treatment.An increasing number of studies on DE may be a result of the recent increase in patients with diabetes,unhealthy lifestyles,and unhealthy eating habits,which have aggravated the incidence of this disease.CONCLUSION We identified the main inducing factors and comorbidities of DE,though other complex factors undoubtedly increase social and economic burdens.These findings provide vital references for future studies.展开更多

Background:Three-dimensional(3D)printing has revolutionized craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications,leading to substantial advancements in patient-specific treatments.In this study,a bibliometric analysis wa...Background:Three-dimensional(3D)printing has revolutionized craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications,leading to substantial advancements in patient-specific treatments.In this study,a bibliometric analysis was performed to identify the key contributors,research trends,thematic developments,and collaboration networks in this evolving field.Methods:Two search strategies were employed to ensure a comprehensive analysis:(1)a broad search,in which selected keywords were searched in the title,abstract,and keyword fields to capture all relevant publications,and(2)a title-specific search,in which keywords were restricted to the title field to identify publications with a strong focus on 3D printing in craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications.The retrieved dataset was analyzed using VOSviewer and RStudio(bibliometrix package).Results:The broad search retrieved 3534 publications,whereas the title-specific search yielded 280 publications.The analysis of these 280 papers focused on identifying the top authors,universities,and countries,as well as their research dynamics and collaboration networks.A more detailed approach was adopted by examining the titles of these 280 papers.VOSviewer segmented the titles into approximately 800 words,which were then categorized into 18 distinct thematic groups to represent research trends.The focus areas of the ten most cited papers were also analyzed.Conclusion:This bibliometric study provides valuable insights into the progress in 3D printing for craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications.By highlighting the key contributors,thematic developments,and collaborative networks,this study offers a foundation for future research in this rapidly advancing field.展开更多
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a major cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide,and the research landscape has rapidly evolved over the past two decades.Despite significant progress,an in-depth analysis...BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a major cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide,and the research landscape has rapidly evolved over the past two decades.Despite significant progress,an in-depth analysis of global research trends,collaborative networks,and emerging themes in HCC remains limited.This study aimed to fill this gap by conducting a bibliometric analysis to map the research output,identify key contributors,and highlight future directions in HCC research.We hypothesized that the analysis would reveal a growing focus on molecular mechanisms and immunotherapy,with increasing contributions from specific countries and institutions.AIM To investigate global research trends,collaborative networks,and emerging themes in HCC from 2004 to 2023.METHODS A bibliometric analysis was performed using 93987 publications from the Science Citation Index Expanded Database of the Web of Science Core Collection.Data were analyzed using the VOSviewer software to identify publication trends,leading contributors,and research themes.Key metrics included annual publication output,country and institutional contributions,journal impact,and thematic clusters.Statistical analysis was carried out to quantify trends and collaborations.RESULTS The number of annual publications increased from 2341 in 2004 to 8756 in 2023,with 65583 papers(69.78%)published between 2014 and 2023.China,the United States,and Japan were the top contributors,constituting 58.3%of total publications.PLOS One published the most studies(n=2145),while Gastroenterology had the highest average number of citations(78.4 citations per paper).Fudan University was the most prolific institution(n=1872).Thematic analysis identified five main clusters,namely molecular mechanisms,therapeutic strategies,prognosis and immunology,risk factors,and diagnostic approaches.CONCLUSION This study highlights the growing focus on HCC research,particularly in immunotherapy and molecular mechanisms,underscoring the significance of international collaboration to advance diagnosis and treatment strategies.展开更多

The Palu segment,situated in the northeastern part of the East Anatolian Fault System(EAFS),is a crucial structural feature with notable seismic potential.This study examines the paleoseismic activity of the Palu segm...The Palu segment,situated in the northeastern part of the East Anatolian Fault System(EAFS),is a crucial structural feature with notable seismic potential.This study examines the paleoseismic activity of the Palu segment through trench excavations and geochronological analyses utilizing Optically Stimulated Luminescence(OSL)and radiocarbon(14C)dating methods.Two trenches,located near Karşıbahçeler,exposed evidence of multiple surface-rupturing seismic events spanning the Holocene and Pleistocene epochs.Chronological analyses identified five distinct seismic events in trench 1(P1),dated between 94.09±6.07 ka and 0.84±0.45 ka,and three events in trench 2(P2),dated between 28.83±1.61 ka and 351±21 BP.Bayesian analysis using Oxcal distribution suggested event timings between 90.52±25.99 ka and 1.25±0.55 ka.Comparative analysis with historical earthquake records correlates the most recent event with the 1789 or 1874 AD earthquakes,while the penultimate event matches the 995 AD earthquake.Earlier events reflect prehistoric tectonic activity.The recurrence intervals for these events range from 710 to 5,370 years during the Holocene,with evidence of seismic activity extending into the Pleistocene.Stress inversion analyses and geodetic data indicate a predominantly strike-slip stress regime,consistent with geometry of the fault.These findings provide critical insights into the long-term seismic behavior and recurrence patterns of the Palu segment,enhancing seismic hazard assessments for the region.展开更多
[Objectives]Based on bibliometric methods,the evolution path and knowledge structure of shampoo product research in China were systematically analyzed,with a focus on the composition,efficacy,and mechanisms of traditi...[Objectives]Based on bibliometric methods,the evolution path and knowledge structure of shampoo product research in China were systematically analyzed,with a focus on the composition,efficacy,and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine shampoos,aiming to reveal the shifting patterns of core technological focuses at different stages and identify key future research directions.[Methods]Using a sample of 515 publications from CNKI journals between 2005 and 2025,CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was employed to construct multi-dimensional networks of authors,institutions,and keywords.Burst detection,keyword and cluster analyses,and time zone mapping were applied to track disciplinary dynamics.[Results]The analysis on the annual number of publications indicated that research on shampoo products underwent multiple phases including initial development,growth,fluctuation,peak,and adjustment from 2005 to 2025,with an overall upward trend.The significant differences between the collaboration network density of core authors and the strength of institutional cooperation indicated a need for academia to enhance cross-institutional collaborative innovation mechanisms.Keyword clustering analysis and co-occurrence mapping revealed that the research on traditional Chinese medicine shampoo products,known for their natural,mild,and non-irritating characteristics,demonstrates notable advantages in dandruff removal,anti-hair loss,hair growth,and scalp health management,which have become current research hotspots,providing data-driven decision-making support for technological upgrading and industry-academia-research integration in the field.[Conclusions]The bibliometric analysis based on 515 publications indicates that the overall development direction of shampoo products will comprehensively advance toward refined efficacy and personalized customization,greener and more natural ingredients,technological innovation and industry-academia-research collaboration,market segmentation and diversified development,as well as safety and efficacy evaluation.This study provides theoretical support for the innovation of specialized traditional Chinese medicine shampoo products.展开更多
Objective:To conduct a comprehensive bibliometric and knowledge network analysis of musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSK US)research from 2005 to 2025,with a focus on publication trends,influential authors,institutions,and ...Objective:To conduct a comprehensive bibliometric and knowledge network analysis of musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSK US)research from 2005 to 2025,with a focus on publication trends,influential authors,institutions,and thematic hotspots.Methods:Articles related to MSK US were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using the search strategy TS=(“musculoskeletal ultrasound”OR“MSK ultrasound”OR“musculoskeletal ultrasonography”)AND(tendon OR ligament).Eligible studies included English-language original research and review articles published between 2005 and 2025.Bibliometric analyses were performed using VOSviewer to evaluate publication trends,co-citation networks,author collaborations,institutional and country partnerships,and keyword co-occurrence.Results:A total of 570 articles(476 original research papers and 94 reviews)were included.The annual number of publications increased exponentially,peaking in 2020.Co-citation analysis identified Wakefield(2005),Naredo,and Filippucci as foundational contributors.Author collaboration networks highlighted a strong European core centered on Italy and Spain,while institutional and country analyses revealed a“Europe–North America”dual-center pattern with growing contributions from China.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed three main research pillars:inflammatory arthropathies,sports-related injuries,and degenerative conditions,with emerging interest in advanced imaging techniques and artificial intelligence.Conclusion:T MSK US research has demonstrated sustained growth and diversification over the past two decades.Europe remains a traditional leader,but increasing output from North America and Asia reflects a shift toward global,multicenter collaboration.Future research should prioritize methodological standardization,integration of novel imaging technologies,and alignment with clinically meaningful outcomes to optimize diagnostic accuracy and clinical utility.展开更多

文摘With the rapid development of large-scale offshore wind farms,efficient and reliable power transmission systems are urgently needed.Hybrid high-voltage direct current(HVDC)configurations combining a diode rectifier unit(DRU)and a modular multilevel converter(MMC)have emerged as a promising solution,offering advantages in cost-effectiveness and control capability.However,the uncontrollable nature of the DRU poses significant challenges for systemstability under offshore AC fault conditions,particularly due to its inability to provide fault current or voltage support.This paper investigates the offshore AC fault characteristics and fault ride-through(FRT)strategy of a hybrid offshore wind power transmission system based on a diode rectifier unit DRU and MMC.First,the dynamic response of the hybrid system under offshore symmetrical three-phase faults is analyzed.It is demonstrated that due to the unidirectional conduction nature of the DRU,its AC current rapidly drops to zero during faults,and the fault current is solely contributed by the wind turbine generators(WTGs)and wind farm MMC(WFMMC).Based on this analysis,a coordinated FRT strategy is proposed,which combines a segmented current limiting control for the wind-turbine(WT)grid-side converters(GSCs)and a constant AC current control for the WFMMC.The strategy ensures effective voltage support during the fault and prevents MMC current saturation during fault recovery,enabling fast and stable system restoration.Electromagnetic transient simulations in PSCAD/EMTDC verify the feasibility of the proposed fault ride-through strategy.

文摘This paper investigates the reliability of internal marine combustion engines using an integrated approach that combines Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)and Bayesian Networks(BN).FTA provides a structured,top-down method for identifying critical failure modes and their root causes,while BN introduces flexibility in probabilistic reasoning,enabling dynamic updates based on new evidence.This dual methodology overcomes the limitations of static FTA models,offering a comprehensive framework for system reliability analysis.Critical failures,including External Leakage(ELU),Failure to Start(FTS),and Overheating(OHE),were identified as key risks.By incorporating redundancy into high-risk components such as pumps and batteries,the likelihood of these failures was significantly reduced.For instance,redundant pumps reduced the probability of ELU by 31.88%,while additional batteries decreased the occurrence of FTS by 36.45%.The results underscore the practical benefits of combining FTA and BN for enhancing system reliability,particularly in maritime applications where operational safety and efficiency are critical.This research provides valuable insights for maintenance planning and highlights the importance of redundancy in critical systems,especially as the industry transitions toward more autonomous vessels.

文摘AIM:To perform a bibliometric analysis of publications focusing on inflammatory mechanisms in glaucoma,thereby comprehensively understanding the current research status and identifying potential frontier directions for future studies.METHODS:A systematic search was conducted in the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database to retrieve relevant literature published from January 1,2000,to August 31,2025(data accessed on September 12,2025).Multiple data visualization tools were employed to conduct in-depth analyses of the included publications,covering aspects such as publication quantity and quality,evolutionary trends of research hotspots,keyword cooccurrence networks,and collaborative patterns among countries/regions,institutions,and authors.RESULTS:A total of 3381 articles related to glaucoma inflammation were extracted from WoSCC.The analysis showed that the USA had the highest research output in this field(29.04%,n=982),followed by China(18.40%,n=622)and UK(6.01%,n=203).Based on citation frequency and burst intensity,the USA also ranked as the most influential country.Baudouin C and Sun X were identified as the most productive authors,while Journal of Glaucoma and Investigative Ophthalmology&Visual Science were the journals with the highest number of published relevant articles.Additionally,keyword analysis revealed that“neuroinflammation”,“retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)”,“pathophysiology”,and“traditional Chinese medicine”are emerging research hotspots in the field of immuneinflammatory responses in glaucoma.CONCLUSION:This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric overview of research on glaucoma-related inflammation,indicating that this field has received extensive scientific attention with a steady upward trend in research activity.Furthermore,it establishes a theoretical basis for the development of neuroinflammation-targeted therapeutic strategies for glaucoma and emphasizes the necessity of strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration to promote the clinical translation of research findings.

文摘AIM:To summarize publication trends in the field of strabismus over the past 30y and predict future research hotspots.METHODS:A total of 2915 English-language articles and reviews on strabismus,published between 1993 and 2022,were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection.Bibliometric analyses were performed using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software to explore publication trends,as well as the contributions and collaborative networks of countries/regions,authors,institutions,and journals.RESULTS:The annual number of publications on strabismus showed a consistent upward trend.The United States(USA)maintained a leading position in this research field while Republic of Korea and China emerged as rapidly advancing contributors over the last decade.The University of California,Los Angeles ranked as the most productive institution,and Jonathan M.Holmes from USA was the most productive author.Journal of AAPOS was the leading journal with the most strabismus publications,whereas the two most highly cited articles were both published in Ophthalmology.Co-occurrence analysis identified pivotal keywords and burst terms,including intermittent exotropia(IXT),acute acquired comitant esotropia(AACE),functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI),and surgical treatment,which were confirmed as predominant and frontier topics.CONCLUSION:This study provides a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of strabismus research,revealing the evolution of research hotspots over the past 30y and outlining several cutting-edge directions for future investigation.

文摘BACKGROUND Diabetic encephalopathy(DE)is a common and serious complication of diabetes that can cause death in many patients and significantly affects the lives of individuals and society.Multiple studies investigating the pathogenesis of DE have been reported.However,few studies have focused on scientometric analysis of DE.AIM To analyze literature on DE using scientometrics to provide a comprehensive picture of research directions and progress in this field.METHODS We reviewed studies on DE or cognitive impairment published between 2004 and 2023.The latter were used to identify the most frequent keywords in the keyword analysis and explore the hotspots and trends of DE.RESULTS Scientometric analysis revealed 1308 research papers on DE,a number that increased annually over the past 20 years,and that the primary topics explored were domain distribution,knowledge structure,evolution,and emergence of research topics related to DE.The inducing factors,comorbidities,pathogenesis,treatment,and animal models of DE help clarify its occurrence,development,and treatment.An increasing number of studies on DE may be a result of the recent increase in patients with diabetes,unhealthy lifestyles,and unhealthy eating habits,which have aggravated the incidence of this disease.CONCLUSION We identified the main inducing factors and comorbidities of DE,though other complex factors undoubtedly increase social and economic burdens.These findings provide vital references for future studies.
文摘Purpose:This study analyzes the profiles of elite Brazilian researchers,recognized through the prestigious CNPq productivity scholarships.By identifying distinct researcher clusters,the study sheds light on different academic strategies,levels of productivity,and academic contributions within the Brazilian higher education system.Design/methodology/approach:The research analyzes a comprehensive dataset of 14,003 researchers,employing principal component analysis(PCA)followed by cluster analysis to group researchers based on their academic attributes.The clusters reflect diverse aspects of research productivity,graduate supervisions,and publication patterns.Findings:The analysis reveals the existence of three distinct researcher profiles(the Advanced Supervisors,the Book Publishers/Organizers,and the Generalists).The study also highlights the characteristics of highcaliber scientists,representing the upper echelon of Brazilian researchers in terms of productivity and impact.Research limitations:Although the study provides a robust analysis of the Brazilian system,the results reflect specific characteristics of the Brazilian academic context.Furthermore,the analysis was restricted to normalized annual data,which may overlook temporal variations in researcher productivity.Pratical implications:The findings provide valuable insights for policy makers,funding agencies(such as CNPq),and university administrators who aim to develop tailored support programs for different researcher profiles.Originality/value:The cluster-based profiling offers a novel perspective on how different academic trajectories coexist within a national science system,offering lessons for other emerging economies.
文摘Objective:This study aims to analyze research trends,co-authorship networks,and hotspots over the past decade regarding research on exercise therapy at home for stroke patients.Methods:Articles on exercise therapy at home for stroke patients were routinely searched for in the SCOPUS database from 2013 to 2023.To evaluate and predict the most popular topics and trends in this field,the data collected from the reports are processed using the VOSviewer program.Results:The final analysis covered 1943 articles.The number of publications has steadily increased over the past decade.The United States has made the most significant contributions in this field.The University of Toronto(Canada)and Cramer,S.C.were the most productive institutions and researchers.The journal Disability and Rehabilitation has the highest number of publications(Citescore 4.4;SJR 0.76).The research area in this field is predominantly dominated by medicine.The frequently occurring keywords include“stroke,”“rehabilitation,”and“telerehabilitation.”Innovations,such as telerehabilitation and virtual reality(VR),are emerging as key trends,enhancing patient engagement and accessibility in home-based therapy.Conclusions:Using bibliometric analysis and network visualization,this study summarizes the latest research on home-based exercise therapy for stroke patients,highlighting the impact of innovative technologies,such as telerehabilitation and VR.This analysis identifies research gaps,trends,and popular subjects,providing a comprehensive framework for future studies on key topics,collaborative initiatives,and developmental patterns.
文摘Objective To explore potential keywords,research clusters,collaborative pattern,and research trends in the field of medical technology management(MTM)through bibliometric analysis,providing insights for researchers,policy makers,and hospital administrators.Methods A retrieval formula was applied to the title,abstract,and keywords in the Web of Science(WoS)Core Collection,along with system-recommended terms,to identify articles on MTM.A total of 181 articles published between 1974 and 2022 were retained for quantitative analysis.The global trend of research output;total citations,average citations,and H-index;and bibliographic coupling,co-authorship,and keyword co-occurrence were analyzed using VOSviewer.Results The number of articles on MTM has been steadily increasing year by year.The focus of research has shifted from addressing basic medical needs to prioritizing emergency response and medical information security.The United States,Italy,and the United Kingdom emerged as the main contributors,with the United States leading in both volume of publications(60 articles)and academic impact(H-index=21).Authors from the United Kingdom and the United States led the way in cross-border cooperation.The top five institutions,ranked by total link strength among cross-institutional authors,were primarily located in Canada and Spain.Conclusions The field of MTM has experienced stable growth over the past three decades(1993-2022).The shift of research focus has prompted a heightened emphasis on protecting patient privacy and ensuring the security of medical data.Future research should emphasize interdisciplinary and professional collaboration,as well as international cooperation and open sharing of knowledge.
文摘Background:Facelift procedures represent a critical area of aesthetic and reconstructive surgery that addresses the physical and psychological impacts of facial aging.Advancements in techniques and technologies over time have transformed the field,making it essential to assess the evolution of research trends.This study performed a bibliometric analysis of facelift research by examining the top 50 most cited publications to evaluate their contributions,thematic evolution,and collaborative networks.Methods:The Scopus database was used to identify relevant publications.A total of 50 documents were selected,comprising 47 articles and 3 reviews published across 16 academic sources.The inclusion criteria focused on publications with substantial relevance to facelift research;this ensured comprehensive coverage of the topic.Key performance indicators(for the authors)such as the number of papers,total citations,h-index,g-index,m-index,HG composite,and Q2 index were calculated.Citation analysis and collaborative network mapping were conducted to identify the leading contributors,including authors,universities,countries,and sources.Results:The findings indicated an annual growth rate of 1.34%,with an average document age of 29.4 years and an average citation count per document of 134.9.The analysis identified the top authors and their collaborative networks,along with key contributions from various universities,countries,and sources.The thematic evolution of facelift research was examined across these 50 papers;this revealed important trends and shifts within the field.Conclusion:This bibliometric analysis offers valuable insights into the development and influence of facelift research over a 52-year span.It highlights significant contributors and outlines thematic shifts,providing directions for future research and collaboration in this field.

文摘Background:Three-dimensional(3D)printing has revolutionized craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications,leading to substantial advancements in patient-specific treatments.In this study,a bibliometric analysis was performed to identify the key contributors,research trends,thematic developments,and collaboration networks in this evolving field.Methods:Two search strategies were employed to ensure a comprehensive analysis:(1)a broad search,in which selected keywords were searched in the title,abstract,and keyword fields to capture all relevant publications,and(2)a title-specific search,in which keywords were restricted to the title field to identify publications with a strong focus on 3D printing in craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications.The retrieved dataset was analyzed using VOSviewer and RStudio(bibliometrix package).Results:The broad search retrieved 3534 publications,whereas the title-specific search yielded 280 publications.The analysis of these 280 papers focused on identifying the top authors,universities,and countries,as well as their research dynamics and collaboration networks.A more detailed approach was adopted by examining the titles of these 280 papers.VOSviewer segmented the titles into approximately 800 words,which were then categorized into 18 distinct thematic groups to represent research trends.The focus areas of the ten most cited papers were also analyzed.Conclusion:This bibliometric study provides valuable insights into the progress in 3D printing for craniofacial and craniomaxillofacial applications.By highlighting the key contributors,thematic developments,and collaborative networks,this study offers a foundation for future research in this rapidly advancing field.

文摘BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a major cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide,and the research landscape has rapidly evolved over the past two decades.Despite significant progress,an in-depth analysis of global research trends,collaborative networks,and emerging themes in HCC remains limited.This study aimed to fill this gap by conducting a bibliometric analysis to map the research output,identify key contributors,and highlight future directions in HCC research.We hypothesized that the analysis would reveal a growing focus on molecular mechanisms and immunotherapy,with increasing contributions from specific countries and institutions.AIM To investigate global research trends,collaborative networks,and emerging themes in HCC from 2004 to 2023.METHODS A bibliometric analysis was performed using 93987 publications from the Science Citation Index Expanded Database of the Web of Science Core Collection.Data were analyzed using the VOSviewer software to identify publication trends,leading contributors,and research themes.Key metrics included annual publication output,country and institutional contributions,journal impact,and thematic clusters.Statistical analysis was carried out to quantify trends and collaborations.RESULTS The number of annual publications increased from 2341 in 2004 to 8756 in 2023,with 65583 papers(69.78%)published between 2014 and 2023.China,the United States,and Japan were the top contributors,constituting 58.3%of total publications.PLOS One published the most studies(n=2145),while Gastroenterology had the highest average number of citations(78.4 citations per paper).Fudan University was the most prolific institution(n=1872).Thematic analysis identified five main clusters,namely molecular mechanisms,therapeutic strategies,prognosis and immunology,risk factors,and diagnostic approaches.CONCLUSION This study highlights the growing focus on HCC research,particularly in immunotherapy and molecular mechanisms,underscoring the significance of international collaboration to advance diagnosis and treatment strategies.
文摘Objective:To explore the current status of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)research and predict its future research directions.Methods:The bibliometric overview of publications was conducted in the field of SA-AKI based on Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2013 to August 2023.This study employed software such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer to conduct bibliometric and visualization analysis of the included literature,including publication trends,geographic distribution characteristics,author contributions,citations,funding sources characteristics,and keyword clustering.Results:A total of 6509 articles were analyzed,and the number of publications and citations increased from 2013 to 2022.The United States had the highest number of publications in SA-AKI,while France was the country with the highest number of citations per publication.Keyword clustering analysis showed that the pathophysiology and definition of SA-AKI were the research focus,and the research hotspots were"machine learning","vitamin C","kinase","hemodynamics","renal microcirculation"and"mitochondria".Literature coupling analysis indicated that exploring the management and treatment of SA-AKI was the research frontier.Conclusions:Over the past decade,SA-AKI research has shown a upward trend in terms of the number of publication.Research primarily focuses on exploring mechanisms and improving early warning systems.Mechanisms involve microcirculatory dysfunction,inflammation,and other pathophysiological factors.Future recommendations include continuing basic research,achieving clinical application of novel biomarkers,and prioritizing renal recovery mechanisms in treatment strategies.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to perform visual analysis of the research hotspots and development trends of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant based on CiteSpace,so as to explore the application and development direction of Cyperi Rhizoma in the field of antidepressant.[Methods]Highly-relevant literatures were selected from the core database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),and CiteSpace and WPS office software were employed to visually analyze relevant contents such as publishing institutions,scholars,keywords,publishing time,and citation frequency.[Results]A total of 297 domestic relevant literatures were selected.Most of the publications,institutions and authors were concentrated in universities,affiliated institutions and scientific research institutes of traditional Chinese medicine in China,and no relatively novel applied research direction has emerged.At present,the hot spots and frontiers of application were mostly concentrated in its role in treating depression,anxiety,gynecological diseases and other disorders.[Conclusions]The research on Cyperi Rhizoma for its antidepressant effects in China originated in the late 20 th century.From 2004 to 2024,studies have primarily focused on its pharmacological principles,mechanisms of action,and classification,while the exploration of its application in specific depressive disorders was limited.Overall,research progress has been relatively slow.Currently,further efforts are needed to optimize the active antidepressant components of Cyperi Rhizoma and clarify its mechanisms of action,which will facilitate its broader application in treating various stages of depressive disorders.
文摘With the improvement of people’s living standards and the demand for their own health,plant-derived cosmetics containing plant extracts or plant active ingredients are also more and more favored by consumers.In fact,the research on plant-derived cosmetics has a history of centuries and even over 1,000 years both domestically and internationally.In order to further analyze the domestic and international research hotspots and future trends in the research field of plant-derived cosmetics,the relevant literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,Wanfang database,Vip database and Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database from January 1994 to June 2024 were chosen as research objects in this paper.The authors,countries,research institutions and key words of the selected 1,415 Chinese papers and 1,927 English papers were visually analysed using the bibliometric software CiteSpace and VOSviewer.The results show that the number of publications shows an increasing trend;the communication and cooperation between core authors and between research institutions of the publicationare are both weak;the research hotspots mainly focus on natural plants,Chinese herbs,active ingredients,and whitening;and future research trends may include green synthesis,efficacy application,health and safety,etc.This study aims to grasp the hot spots and trends in the field of plant-derived cosmetics,and to provide ideas and references for the relevant research in China in the future.
文摘Objective To analyze the current research status and development trend of active surveillance of drug safety in China,and to provide reference and suggestions for future research.Methods Using bibliometric methods and with the help of the CiteSpace 6.1.R6,the literature on active surveillance of drug safety in CNKI from 2010 to 2022 was visualized and analyzed in terms of authors,institutions and keywords.Results and Conclusion The research on active surveillance of drug safety in China started late and is in a stable development period.Some Chinese scholars have done more work on active surveillance of drug safety.Additionally,a number of institutions have published some articles and surveillance objects,surveillance methods,and surveillance results are the main research content.However,the cross-institutional cooperation is not close.The traditional Chinese medicine injection,centralized surveillance,and automatic surveillance are the hot spots of research.It is the latest research frontier to use the Chinese hospital pharmacovigilance system to actively monitor drug safety.At present,the research related to active surveillance of drug safety in China is still in the early stage,and more in-depth research is needed to follow up.

文摘The Palu segment,situated in the northeastern part of the East Anatolian Fault System(EAFS),is a crucial structural feature with notable seismic potential.This study examines the paleoseismic activity of the Palu segment through trench excavations and geochronological analyses utilizing Optically Stimulated Luminescence(OSL)and radiocarbon(14C)dating methods.Two trenches,located near Karşıbahçeler,exposed evidence of multiple surface-rupturing seismic events spanning the Holocene and Pleistocene epochs.Chronological analyses identified five distinct seismic events in trench 1(P1),dated between 94.09±6.07 ka and 0.84±0.45 ka,and three events in trench 2(P2),dated between 28.83±1.61 ka and 351±21 BP.Bayesian analysis using Oxcal distribution suggested event timings between 90.52±25.99 ka and 1.25±0.55 ka.Comparative analysis with historical earthquake records correlates the most recent event with the 1789 or 1874 AD earthquakes,while the penultimate event matches the 995 AD earthquake.Earlier events reflect prehistoric tectonic activity.The recurrence intervals for these events range from 710 to 5,370 years during the Holocene,with evidence of seismic activity extending into the Pleistocene.Stress inversion analyses and geodetic data indicate a predominantly strike-slip stress regime,consistent with geometry of the fault.These findings provide critical insights into the long-term seismic behavior and recurrence patterns of the Palu segment,enhancing seismic hazard assessments for the region.

文摘[Objectives]Based on bibliometric methods,the evolution path and knowledge structure of shampoo product research in China were systematically analyzed,with a focus on the composition,efficacy,and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine shampoos,aiming to reveal the shifting patterns of core technological focuses at different stages and identify key future research directions.[Methods]Using a sample of 515 publications from CNKI journals between 2005 and 2025,CiteSpace 6.3.R1 was employed to construct multi-dimensional networks of authors,institutions,and keywords.Burst detection,keyword and cluster analyses,and time zone mapping were applied to track disciplinary dynamics.[Results]The analysis on the annual number of publications indicated that research on shampoo products underwent multiple phases including initial development,growth,fluctuation,peak,and adjustment from 2005 to 2025,with an overall upward trend.The significant differences between the collaboration network density of core authors and the strength of institutional cooperation indicated a need for academia to enhance cross-institutional collaborative innovation mechanisms.Keyword clustering analysis and co-occurrence mapping revealed that the research on traditional Chinese medicine shampoo products,known for their natural,mild,and non-irritating characteristics,demonstrates notable advantages in dandruff removal,anti-hair loss,hair growth,and scalp health management,which have become current research hotspots,providing data-driven decision-making support for technological upgrading and industry-academia-research integration in the field.[Conclusions]The bibliometric analysis based on 515 publications indicates that the overall development direction of shampoo products will comprehensively advance toward refined efficacy and personalized customization,greener and more natural ingredients,technological innovation and industry-academia-research collaboration,market segmentation and diversified development,as well as safety and efficacy evaluation.This study provides theoretical support for the innovation of specialized traditional Chinese medicine shampoo products.
文摘Objective:To conduct a comprehensive bibliometric and knowledge network analysis of musculoskeletal ultrasound(MSK US)research from 2005 to 2025,with a focus on publication trends,influential authors,institutions,and thematic hotspots.Methods:Articles related to MSK US were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using the search strategy TS=(“musculoskeletal ultrasound”OR“MSK ultrasound”OR“musculoskeletal ultrasonography”)AND(tendon OR ligament).Eligible studies included English-language original research and review articles published between 2005 and 2025.Bibliometric analyses were performed using VOSviewer to evaluate publication trends,co-citation networks,author collaborations,institutional and country partnerships,and keyword co-occurrence.Results:A total of 570 articles(476 original research papers and 94 reviews)were included.The annual number of publications increased exponentially,peaking in 2020.Co-citation analysis identified Wakefield(2005),Naredo,and Filippucci as foundational contributors.Author collaboration networks highlighted a strong European core centered on Italy and Spain,while institutional and country analyses revealed a“Europe–North America”dual-center pattern with growing contributions from China.Keyword co-occurrence analysis revealed three main research pillars:inflammatory arthropathies,sports-related injuries,and degenerative conditions,with emerging interest in advanced imaging techniques and artificial intelligence.Conclusion:T MSK US research has demonstrated sustained growth and diversification over the past two decades.Europe remains a traditional leader,but increasing output from North America and Asia reflects a shift toward global,multicenter collaboration.Future research should prioritize methodological standardization,integration of novel imaging technologies,and alignment with clinically meaningful outcomes to optimize diagnostic accuracy and clinical utility.
