A novel method based on zoom fast Fourier transform(FFT) is proposed for minimizing the burden processing of cross-ambiguity functions without affecting performance. The low-pass anti-aliasing filter in zoom FFT is realized by using the multistage filtering technique and the weighting processing is employed in the first stage filter to get rid of the redundancy of the computation. In practical systems, the input data is divided into overlapped data frames to avoid loss of detection ability which results in the rapid increase of computational complexity. A segment technique is also proposed in which CAF calculation of overlapped data frames is viewed as slide window FFT to decrease the computational complexity. The experimental results show that compared to the conventional methods, the proposed method can lower computational complexity and is consistent with the real time implementation in existing high-speed digital processors. 展开更多

Nickel-based cathodes in aqueous nickel-zinc batteries typically suffer from sluggish reaction kinetics and limited energy density.In situ introduction of metal phosphides and rational construction of heterostructures can effectively promote electron/ion transport.However,the complex evolution of phosphidation and intractable phosphidizing degree greatly affect the composition of active phase,active sites,charge transfer rate,and ion adsorption strength of cathodes.Herein,the critical bimetallic phosphide layer(CBPL)is constructed on the NiCo-layered double hydroxide(NiCo-LDH)skeleton by a controllable anion-exchange strategy,yielding a novel nanohybrid cathode(NiCo-P1.0,1.0 representing the mass ratio of Na_(2)H_(2)PO_(2)to NiCo-LDH).The high-conductivity CBPL with the inner NiCo-LDH forms extensive heterostructures,effectively regulating the electronic structure via charge transfer,thereby improving electrical conductivity.Remarkably,the CBPL exhibits unexpected electrochemical activity and synergizes with NiCo-LDH for electrode reactions,ultimately delivering extra energy.Benefiting from the bifunctional CBPL,NiCo-P1.0 delivers an optimal capacity of 286.64 mAh g^(−1)at 1C(1C=289 mAh g^(−1))and superb rate performance(a capacity retention of 72.22%at 40C).The assembled NiCo-P1.0//Zn battery achieves ultrahigh energy/power density(503.62 Wh kg^(−1)/18.62 kW kg^(−1),based on the mass loading of active material on the cathode),and the flexible quasi-solid-state pouch cell validates its practicality.This work demonstrates the superiority of bifunctional CBPL for surface modification,providing an effective and scalable compositing strategy in achieving high-performance cathodes for aqueous batteries. 展开更多

基于密度泛函理论(DFT),采用平面波与超软赝势方法,对纤锌矿Zn_(1-x)Cd_(x)O的电子结构与光学性质展开研究。研究发现,ZnO掺杂Cd后,6.87 eV处新生成的能带主要由Cd 4d态贡献。随着Cd掺杂浓度增加,带隙变窄,Zn和O的各原子轨道在价带中的... 基于密度泛函理论(DFT),采用平面波与超软赝势方法,对纤锌矿Zn_(1-x)Cd_(x)O的电子结构与光学性质展开研究。研究发现,ZnO掺杂Cd后,6.87 eV处新生成的能带主要由Cd 4d态贡献。随着Cd掺杂浓度增加,带隙变窄,Zn和O的各原子轨道在价带中的分波态密度(PDOS)向价带顶靠近,在导带中的PDOS稍向导带底移动。纯ZnO介电函数虚部存在4个主要特征峰,能量值依次为3.42、9.22、12.51、14.93 eV,源于价带顶周边O 2p态向导带底附近Zn 4s态的光学跃迁。随着Cd掺杂浓度增加,介电函数虚部红移幅度增大,沿低能方向各峰强度呈现增加趋势。纯ZnO反射谱的主要特征峰的计算值与实验值高度吻合,表明本文的模拟方法是可靠的。 展开更多

The co-adsorption behaviors of SO2 and H2 O on face-centered cubic Cu(100) ideal surface were studied using the GGA-r PBE method of density functional theory(DFT) with slab models. The optimized structures of single H2 O and SO2 on Cu(100) surface were calculated at the coverage of 0.25 ML(molecular layer) and 0.5 ML. The results show that there was no obvious chemical adsorption of them on Cu(100) surface. The adsorbed structures, adsorption energy and electronic properties including difference charge density, valence charge density, Bader charge analysis and partial density of states(PDOS) of co-adsorbed structures of H2 O and SO2 were investigated to illustrate the interaction between adsorbates and surface. H2 O and SO2 can adsorb on surface of Cu atoms chemically via molecule form at the coverage of 0.25 ML, while H2 O dissociated into OH adsorbed on surface and H bonded with SO2 which keeps away from surface at the coverage of 0.5 ML. 展开更多

为解决碳化硅金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(SiC Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor,SiC MOSFET)硬开关故障(Hard Switch Fault,HSF)、负载故障(Fault Under Load,FUL)和过载故障(OverLoad fault,OL)的问题,本文提出... 为解决碳化硅金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(SiC Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor,SiC MOSFET)硬开关故障(Hard Switch Fault,HSF)、负载故障(Fault Under Load,FUL)和过载故障(OverLoad fault,OL)的问题,本文提出了一种基于SiC MOSFET漏极电压和源极电压检测的过流保护方法(OverCurrent Protection method based on the Drain-voltage and Source-voltage Detection,DSD-OCP).该方法通过检测电路实时监控SiC MOSFET的漏极电压和源极电压来准确识别短路故障和过载故障,并利用驱动电路控制SiC MOSFET的开通和关断,从而实现快速短路保护和自适应过载保护,同时还集成软关断功能.基于0.5μm双极型-互补金属氧化物半导体-双扩散金属氧化物半导体(Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS,BCD)工艺,设计了DSD-OCP电路并进行流片,芯片面积为2.8 mm^(2).采用研制的芯片搭建1200 V/80 mΩSiC MOSFET测试平台,并验证了DSD-OCP方法的有效性.实验结果表明,SiC MOSFET在DSD-OCP芯片保护下的HSF和FUL持续时间分别为88 ns和105 ns.在不同母线电压下,DSD-OCP芯片能够为SiC MOSFET提供自适应的过载保护.因DSD-OCP芯片具有软关断功能,SiC MOSFET在过流保护时的漏极电压过冲不超过110 V. 展开更多

In this study,a multi-physics and multi-scale coupling program,Fluent/KMC-sub/NDK,was developed based on the user-defined functions(UDF)of Fluent,in which the KMC-sub-code is a sub-channel thermal-hydraulic code and the NDK code is a neutron diffusion code.The coupling program framework adopts the"master-slave"mode,in which Fluent is the master program while NDK and KMC-sub are coupled internally and compiled into the dynamic link library(DLL)as slave codes.The domain decomposition method was adopted,in which the reactor core was simulated by NDK and KMC-sub,while the rest of the primary loop was simulated using Fluent.A simulation of the reactor shutdown process of M2LFR-1000 was carried out using the coupling program,and the code-to-code verification was performed with ATHLET,demonstrating a good agreement,with absolute deviation was smaller than 0.2%.The results show an obvious thermal stratification phenomenon during the shutdown process,which occurs 10 s after shutdown,and the change in thermal stratification phenomena is also captured by the coupling program.At the same time,the change in the neutron flux density distribution of the reactor was also obtained. 展开更多

Infrared small target detection is a common task in infrared image processing.Under limited computa⁃tional resources.Traditional methods for infrared small target detection face a trade-off between the detection rate and the accuracy.A fast infrared small target detection method tailored for resource-constrained conditions is pro⁃posed for the YOLOv5s model.This method introduces an additional small target detection head and replaces the original Intersection over Union(IoU)metric with Normalized Wasserstein Distance(NWD),while considering both the detection accuracy and the detection speed of infrared small targets.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm achieves a maximum effective detection speed of 95 FPS on a 15 W TPU,while reach⁃ing a maximum effective detection accuracy of 91.9 AP@0.5,effectively improving the efficiency of infrared small target detection under resource-constrained conditions. 展开更多

Combining the advantages of partial matched filter(PMF) and fast Fourier transform(FFT),an improved fast acquisition method for GPS C/A code is proposed.According to PMF-FFT acquisition architecture,the greater the number of PMF will bring out the more slowly amplitude decreasing of the amplitude-frequency response,the smaller scale of the corresponding PMF,and the larger computation of the FFT.In order to compensate the frequency spectrum attenuation caused by spectrum leakage and fence effect,adding window function to PMF-FFT is presented.Through comparing the influences to the acquisition performance based on rectangular,Hamming,Blackman and Rife-Vincent(Ⅲ) window functions,an improved Rife-Vincent Ⅲ windowing algorithm is recommended for the fast acquisition based on PMF-FFT. 展开更多

The nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR)using new and efficient electrocatalysts is a promising al‐ternative to the traditional Haber‐Bosch process.Nevertheless,it remains a challenge to design efficient catalysts with improved catalytic performance.Herein,various O‐functional MXenes were investigated as NRR catalysts by a combination of density functional theory calculations and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)regression.Nb_(3)C_(2)O_(X) has been regarded as a promising catalyst for the NRR because of its stability,activity,and selectivity.The poten‐tial‐determining step is*NH_(2) hydrogenation to*NH3 with a limiting potential of-0.45 V.Further‐more,via LASSO regression,the descriptors and equations fitting the relationship between the properties of O‐functional MXenes and NRR activity have been proposed.This work not only pro‐vides a rational design strategy for catalysts but also provides machine learning data for further investigation. 展开更多

Moreover, this method is combined with the sound propagation algorithms to predict the sound radiated from a cylindrical shell in waveguide. Numerical simulations show the effect of how reflections can be neglected if the distance between the structure and the boundary exceeds the maximum linear dimension of the structure. It also shows that the reflection from the bottom of the waveguide can be approximated by plane wave conditionally. The proposed method is more robust and efficient in computation, which can be used to predict the acoustic radiation in waveguide. 展开更多

Titanium dioxide with CoB amorphous alloys nanoparticles deposited on the surface is known to exhibit higher catalytic activity than the CoB amorphous.A study of the structure of such system is necessary to understand this effect.A quantum chemical study of Co2B2 on the TiO2(110) surface was studied using periodic slab model within the framework of density functional theory(DFT).The results of geometry optimization indicated that the most stable model of adsorption was Co2B2 cluster adsorbed on the hollow site of TiO2 .The adsorption energy calculated for Co2B2 on the hollow site was 439.3 kJ/mol.The adsorption of CO and O2 was further studied and the results indicated that CO and O2 are preferred to adsorb on the Co2 site.Co-adsorption of CO and O2 shows that Co2B2 /TiO2 is a good catalyst for the oxidation of CO to carbon dioxide in the presence of oxygen. 展开更多

The hierarchical porous N/O co-functionalized carbon(HPNOC)was scalably prepared by using the lowcost and renewable blighted grains as the raw material coupled with mild KHCO_3 activation for electrochemical capacitors(ECs).The elemental N was in situ doped in the obtained HPNOC without any N-containing additives.Remarkably,the obtained HPNOC was endowed with a large specific surface area(about 2 624m^2·g^(-1)),high pore volume(about 1.35cm^3·g^(-1)),as well as high-content N/O functionalization(about 1.9%(in atom)N and about 10.2%(in atom)O.Furthermore,the as-resulted HPNOC electrode with a high mass loading of 5mg·cm^(-2 )exhibited competitive gravimetric capacitances of about 373.6F·g^(-1 )at 0.5A·g^(-1),and even about 260.4F·g^(-1 )at a high rate of 10A·g^(-1);superior capacitance retention of about 98.8%at 1A·g^(-1 )over 10 000consecutive cycles;and high specific energy of about 9.6W·h·kg^(-1 )at a power of 500W·kg^(-1),when evaluated as a promising electrode in 6mol KOH for advanced electrochemical supercapacitors.More encouragingly,the green synthetic strategy we developed holds a huge promise in generalizing for other biomass-derived carbon materials for versatile energy-related applications. 展开更多
