Improving the computational efficiency of multi-physics simulation and constructing a real-time online simulation method is an important way to realise the virtual-real fusion of entities and data of power equipment with digital twin.In this paper,a datadriven fast calculation method for the temperature field of resin impregnated paper(RIP)bushing used in converter transformer valve-side is proposed,which combines the data dimensionality reduction technology and the surrogate model.After applying the finite element algorithm to obtain the temperature field distribution of RIP bushing under different operation conditions as the input dataset,the proper orthogonal decomposition(POD)algorithm is adopted to reduce the order and obtain the low-dimensional projection of the temperature data.On this basis,the surrogate model is used to construct the mapping relationship between the sensor monitoring data and the low-dimensional projection,so that it can achieve the fast calculation and reconstruction of temperature field distribution.The results show that this method can effectively and quickly calculate the overall temperature field distribution of the RIP bushing.The maximum relative error and the average relative error are less than 4.5%and 0.25%,respectively.The calculation speed is at the millisecond level,meeting the needs of digitalisation of power equipment. 展开更多

First principle calculations have been performed to study the electron structures and magnetic properties of transition metal doped ruilles in order to predict room temperature diluted magnetic semiconductors. Different doping configurailons have been calculated to find the preferred doping site. The ground state energies of both FM and AFM states have been calculated to study the magnetic coupling between the dopants. The calculation results show the Co doped mutile has a Curie temperature of 1438 K. Co doped mille films have been prepared on Si substrate by magnetron sputtering. X-ray diffraction results show that the deposited film is ruille. Hysteresis loop curves measured by vibration sample magnetization show that the film is ferromagnetic at root temperature. 展开更多

The determination of carbon emission from foundation pit engineering is a tough and complex project owing to its characteristics including large material consumption,short use time,difficult recycling and no operation stage.To overcome these limitations,the calculation boundary and calculation method for carbon emission of foundation pit project are defined in this paper,which is successfully applied in the carbon emission analysis of the actual engineering project,i.e.the construction of large-scale foundation pit of Kunming comprehensive transportation international hub.All the carbon emissions coresponding to four working stages including building materials production,building materials transportation,construction and demolition were calculated and anatomized.The results revealed that the content of CO_(2) released in the stage of building materials production accounts for 89.3%of the total carbon emission,which means the amount of building materials consumed in the engineering project is the crucial factor to control the carbon emission.Besides,two kinds of carbon reduction measures,i.e.optimization design of support scheme and recycling waste materials of internal support demolition,were explored by analyzing the proportion and average value of carbon emission from different sub project of the support structure.A pronounced effect of carbon reduction was achieved.Furthermore,both a fast calculation method of carbon emission factor of unit work volume and general carbon reduction measures are proposed in this paper,which could provide a reference and new viewpoint for the engineers and designers to calculate and analyze the carbon emission and to take effective carbon reduction measures. 展开更多

In this paper,we propose,analyze,and test a new fully discrete,efficient,decoupled,stable,and practically second-order time-stepping algorithm for computing MHD ensemble flow averages under uncertainties in the initial conditions and forcing.For each viscosity and magnetic diffusivity pair,the algorithm picks the largest possible parameter q 2[0,1]to avoid the instability that arises due to the presence of some explicit viscous terms.At each time step,the algorithm shares the same system matrix with all J realizations but has different right-hand-side vectors for all J realizations.This saves assembling time and computer memory,allows the reuse of the same preconditioner,and can take the advantage of block linear solvers.For the proposed algorithm,we prove stability and convergence rigorously.To illustrate the predicted convergence rates of our analysis,numerical experiments with manufactured solutions are given on a unit square domain.Finally,we test the scheme on a benchmark channel flow over a step problem and it performs well. 展开更多
