CVD includes a variety of diseases, among which acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases that seriously harm the health of middle-aged and elderly people. Serum triglyceride-glucose index (TyG index) is a novel proxy for insulin resistance (IR), which provides a strong basis for clinical decision-making in restricted areas. Some studies have pointed out that TyG index can not only predict the occurrence and development of CVD and type 2 diabetes, but also evaluate the occurrence of metabolic diseases. The predictive value of SII for adverse cardiovascular events in patients with coronary heart disease after interventional therapy is better than that of traditional risk. FAR has higher sensitivity and specificity than FIB and Alb alone in predicting major cardiovascular adverse events, especially with DM. This paper aims to describe the relationship between TyG index, FIB/Alb ratio (FAR) and SII in the severity of coronary lesions in patients with AMI, so as to better understand the application value of TyG index, FIB/Alb ratio (FAR) and SII in AMI.展开更多
In order to contribute to a better understanding of the biodiversity of local chicken populations, this study focused on the description of the essential qualitative parameters in the phenotypic characterization of lo...In order to contribute to a better understanding of the biodiversity of local chicken populations, this study focused on the description of the essential qualitative parameters in the phenotypic characterization of local species. Conducted in 6 localities in the Far North Region of Cameroon (Doukoula, Yagoua, Guidiguis, Dziguilao, Maroua 3rd and Méri), a population of 240 local chickens, including 172 hens and 68 cocks were characterized in family farms. The choice of localities was made on the basis of their strong potential local chicken flocks in the region. To this end, each animal was the subject of a qualitative description based on the identification of the sex of the animal, the description of the colorations of the plumage and extremities, and the description of the types of format, plumage and crests. All observations were made with the naked eye and in daylight and then photographed. The main results show that the plumage colors are multiple and dominated by the White-Pied-Black (21.7%) and the Mille-fleur (20.8%);the wattles are dominated by the red (60%) and the pink (35.4%);the tarsi are dominated by the white (43.8%) and the black (32.08%);the white skin (92.5%) dominates over the pink skin (7.5%);the “Smooth-uniform” feather is dominant (97.08%), followed by the smooth-crested type (2.08%) and the fries type (0.82%);the medium size of the chickens is dominant (86.66%), followed by the dwarf size (9.58%) and the large size (3.75%). The results of this study demonstrate that there is a strong phenotypic diversity within the local chicken population. This diversity can serve as a basis for the development of selection, conservation and genetic potential improvement programs based on rational exploitation of the local chicken.展开更多
Vortex beams carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)are of great significance for high-capacity communication and super-resolution imaging.However,there is a huge gap between the free-space vortices(FVs)and plasmonic v...Vortex beams carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM)are of great significance for high-capacity communication and super-resolution imaging.However,there is a huge gap between the free-space vortices(FVs)and plasmonic vortices(PVs)on chips,and active manipulation as well as multiplexing in more channels have become a pressing demand.In this work,we demonstrate a terahertz(THz)cascaded metadevice composed of a helical plasmonic metasurface,a liquid crystal(LC)layer,and a helical dielectric metasurface.By spin-orbital angular momentum coupling and photon state superposition,PVs and FVs are generated with mode purity of over 85%on average.Due to the inversion asymmetric design of the helical metasurfaces,the parity symmetry breaking of OAM is realized(the topological charge numbers no longer occur in positive and negative pairs,but all are positive),generating 6 independent channels associated with the decoupled spin states and the near-/far-field positions.Moreover,by the LC integration,dynamic mode switching and energy distribution can be realized,finally obtaining up to 12 modes with a modulation ratio of above 70%.This active tuning and multi-channel multiplexing metadevice establishes a bridge connection between the PVs and FVs,exhibiting promising applications in THz communication,intelligent perception,and information processing.展开更多
There is a gradual increase in the proportion of renewable energy sources.Green hydrogen has the potential to become one of the major energy carriers in the future.The Russian Federation,in partnership with countries ...There is a gradual increase in the proportion of renewable energy sources.Green hydrogen has the potential to become one of the major energy carriers in the future.The Russian Federation,in partnership with countries in the Asia-Pacific region and especially China,has the potential to play a significant role in green hydrogen market.This study assessed the potential of developing green hydrogen energy based on wind power in the Far Eastern Federal District(FEFD)of the Russian Federation.Empirical wind speed data were collected from 20 meteorological stations in 4 regions(Sakhalinskaya Oblast’,Primorskiy Krai,Khabarovskiy Krai,and Amurskaya Oblast’)of the FEFD.The Weibull distribution was used to predict the potential of green hydrogen production.Five different methods(Empirical Method of Justus(EMJ),Empirical Method of Lysen(EML),Maximum Likelihood Method(MLE),Power Density Method(PDM),and Median and Quartiles Method(MQM))were used to determine the parameters(scape factor and scale factor)of the Weibull distribution.We calculated the total electricity generation potential based on the technical specifications of the three wind turbines:Senvion 6150 onshore,H165-4.0 MW,and Vestas V150-4.2 MW.The results showed that Vladivostok,Pogibi,Ilyinskiy,Yuzhno-Kuril’sk,Severo-Kuril’sk,Kholmsk,and Okha stations had the higher potential of green hydrogen production,of which Vladivostok exhibited the highest potential of green hydrogen production using the wind turbine of H165-4.0 MW,up to 2.56×10^(5) kg/a.In terms of economic analysis,the levelized cost of hydrogen(LCOH)values of lower than 4.00 USD/kg were obtained at Yuzhno-Kuril’sk,Ilyinskiy,Pogibi,and Vladivostok stations using the wind turbine of H165-4.0 MW,with the values of 3.54,3.50,3.24,and 2.55 USD/kg,respectively.This study concluded that the FEFD possesses significant potential in the production of green hydrogen and,with appropriate investment,has the potential to become a significant hub for green hydrogen trading in the Asia-Pacific region.展开更多
This study identified the relationship between tropical cyclone(TC)activity and extreme Pacific–Japan(PJ)teleconnection patterns in August and September.In the East China Sea(ECS)and Mariana Islands(MI)regions,where ...This study identified the relationship between tropical cyclone(TC)activity and extreme Pacific–Japan(PJ)teleconnection patterns in August and September.In the East China Sea(ECS)and Mariana Islands(MI)regions,where the edge of the western North Pacific subtropical high(WNPSH)is located,approximately 60%–75%of TCs migrate to Far East Asian countries.A significant positive correlation existed between the frequency of northward migration of TCs and PJ patterns,since the TC frequency in the ECS and MI regions was significantly higher in the positive compared with the negative phase.In the positive phase,the main reason for the large number of TCs occurring was the monsoon trough’s location and strength.The strong and northeastward-shifted monsoon trough in the positive phase leads to more TCs in the ECS and MI regions.Other large-scale environments associated with TC formation also favored TC genesis around the ECS and MI regions.The higher PDI(power dissipation index)during the positive PJ phase can potentially lead to significant impacts in the Far East Asian countries.These characteristics were particularly more notable in August compared with September.展开更多
BACKGROUND Far lateral lumbar disc herniation(FLLDH)is a special type of lumbar disc herniation with high rate of missed diagnosis.Selective nerve root block(SNRB)has special advantages in identifying the responsible ...BACKGROUND Far lateral lumbar disc herniation(FLLDH)is a special type of lumbar disc herniation with high rate of missed diagnosis.Selective nerve root block(SNRB)has special advantages in identifying the responsible nerve root.Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy(PTED)is a minimally invasive and effective method to treat FLLDH.However,no report has investigated PTED combined with SNRB to treat FLLDH.AIM To explore the diagnosis and treatment process,surgical technique and clinical efficacy of PTED combined with SNRB to treat FLLDH.METHODS This is a multicenter center,retrospective,observational study.Between January 2020 and January 2022,32 patients were initially diagnosed with FLLDH.All the patients were identified using SNRB to determine the responsible segment and involved nerve roots.Because of poor symptomatic control following SNRB,2 patients were excluded.30 patients diagnosed with FFLDH underwent PTED.The clinical characteristics,operative and postoperative outcomes,complication and subsequent follow-up were collected.RESULTS 30 patients who underwent SNRB combined with PTED were followed up.The average visual analogue scale(VAS)-leg score,VAS-back score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score at the Follow-up(1 day,1 month,3 months and last follow-up)were significantly different compared per-operation.According to the modified Macnab efficacy evaluation standard,the satisfaction degree at the last follow-up was excellent(28,93.33%),good(1,3.33%),medium(1,3.33%)and poor(0,0%).CONCLUSION SNRB provides an effective method for the definite diagnosis of FLDH and responsible nerve roots.Combination therapy offers several advantages including minimal invasiveness,precision,effectiveness,safety and low recurrence rates.展开更多
