文摘Objective:To summarize clinical experience of Professor QIAO Bao-zhang in treatment for pancreatic cancer,and to provide reference for clinicians.Methods:Through learning from Professor QIAO during his clinical practice and listening to his lectures,Professor QIAO Bao-zhang's clinically proved cases of treating pancreatic cancer based on syndrome differentiation were organized and summarized.From aspects like etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principles and treatment methods of pancreatic cancer,Professor QIAO's experience in diagnosis and treatment for this disease was analyzed and explored,and characteristics of medication were summarized.Two typical cases were selected as proof,and his treatment ideas and methods were explored.Results:Professor QIAO believes that the pathogenesis is mostly deficiency of vital Qi(正气),and stagnation of phlegm,heat and dampness in Zang-Fu(脏腑)and meridians.Around intermingled deficiency and excess,syndrome differentiation and treatment were performed.Due to treatment methods such as strengthening vital Qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,clearing heat,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,as well as removing toxicity and resolving hard mass,progress of malignant tumors was inhibited and recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumors were delayed.Conclusion:Professor QIAO's experience in treating pancreatic cancer is worth learning.

It is a disease mainly caused by clinical symptoms such as edema, proteinuria, creatinine rise and water electrolyte disturbance due to the decline of glomerular filtration function. At present, with the increasing incidence of chronic renal failure disease year by year, and its cost is high and cannot be cured, which brings economic and psychological pressure to more and more people. However, modern medicine has no better treatment method in the treatment of chronic renal failure, and traditional Chinese medicine embodies its unique advantages. The basic pathogenesis of chronic renal failure is deficiency and excess, and the therapeutic principle is to invigorate the spleen and kidney, promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis and reduce turbidity. Traditional Chinese medicine has good effect in delaying the progress of chronic renal failure and improving symptoms.

文摘This paper will introduce the clinical experiences of Professor Zheng-pingBai in treating gastric cancer.In his diagnosis and treatment of this disease,Professor Bai advocates the integration of disease,symptom,and syndrome differentiation,pointing out that gastric cancer is caused by the accumulation of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis in the stomach due to qi stagnation.Therefore,the basic pathogenic mechanism involves the loss of harmonious descent in the stomach.This implies that treatment should prioritize qi activity by calming the stomach and suppressing the abnormal ascent of qi,as well as emphasizing the elimination of phlegm and stasis,and this has achieved significant therapeutic efficacy.

文摘The paper systematically summarizes the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is a typical emotional disease that causes obvious changes in organ morphology and endocrine and body fluid metabolism.It belongs to the category of psychosomatic diseases,and is the embodiment of a series of pathogenesis processes of qi disease,blood disease,essence disease and deformation in TCM theory.The whole course of the disease is dominated by the dialectical relationship of mutual influence,mutual control,mutual root and mutual use among the deity disease,qi disease,blood disease,essence and spiritual disease.Therefore,the treatment emphasizes the dialectical relationship based on qi,blood,essence and spirit.At the beginning,the treatment focuses on regulating qi and clearing heat and eliminating phlegm;at the middle stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing essence and promoting yang and eliminating wind and calming the deity;at the late stage,the treatment focuses on replenishing qi and eliminating phlegm and promoting collages.Flexible use of calming the spirits,regulating qi,dispersing essence,eliminating phlegm,promoting blood and other methods of stage classification treatment,can be targeted,improve the cure rate of the disease.This article aims to clarify the experience of Director Song Fuyin in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis based on syndrome differentiation of qi,blood essence and spirit.

文摘This study summarizes Prof. Li-xing ZHUANG's experience in treating psycho-cardiological disease, which is characterized by cardiovascular somatic symptoms and emotional abnormalities. Psycho-cardiological disease is mainly caused by disorders of the brain and heart shen-mind, and related to the dysfunction of zangfu functions. In acupuncture treatment, attention should be paid to “regulation of the heart and brain, and taking zangfu organs in to account at the same time.” Sìshénzhēn (四神针) of JIN’s three-needle, Shéntíng (神庭GV 24) and Yìntáng (印堂GV29) are adopted to regulate the brain, Shénmén (神门HT7) or Nèiguān (内关PC6) are used to regulate the heart shen-mind, Hégǔ (合谷LI4), Tàichōng (太冲LR3), and Sānyīnjiāo (三阴交SP6) are used to regulate zangfu, and the Daoqi Tongjing method is applied to regulate the qi and blood, achieving good effects in the clinical setting.

文摘Professor JI O.ing-shan＇s experiences in treating geriatric enuresis were introduced, Professor JI Qing-shan emphasizes the pathogenesis, and acupoint selection was precise and appropriate, values needling sensation, and emphasize reinforcing and reducing method, combine acupuncture and moxibustion which can warm and unblock meridians. Acupuncture at Sanyinjiao （三阴交SP 6）, enuresis point, Guanyuan （关元 CV 4） and Qihai （气海 CV 6） was conducted. The needle was inserted into enuresis point for 2.5 mm, twirling for reducing was conducted to the extent that the needling sensation delivered to abdomen; twirling for reinforcing was conducted at CV 4 and CV 6 to the extent that the needling sensation radiated to pudendum. Reinforcing method was conducted at SP 6. The patient＇s family members were advised to conduct moxa stick moxibustion at CV 6, CV 4 and Shenshu （肾俞BL 23） for therapeutic effect consolidation, good efficacy was obtained.
