针对传统显微镜检法在鱼粉掺假识别中面临的肉眼辨别难度大、识别效率低的问题,提出一种改进Maskedattention Mask Transformer(Mask2Former)的鱼粉显微图像掺假识别模型,以实现高分辨条件下、复杂鱼粉背景中对异状多目标掺假特征的自... 针对传统显微镜检法在鱼粉掺假识别中面临的肉眼辨别难度大、识别效率低的问题,提出一种改进Maskedattention Mask Transformer(Mask2Former)的鱼粉显微图像掺假识别模型,以实现高分辨条件下、复杂鱼粉背景中对异状多目标掺假特征的自动化识别与分割。以鱼粉中掺杂动物源性肉粉为研究对象,构建了:Fishmeal掺假鱼粉显微图像数据集,通过形态学分析将掺假特征细分为异常肌肉、骨骼、皮肤、血液和毛发5类组织;开发基于颜色阈值相似性的交互式标注软件,实现逐像素的提示性精确标注;改进Mask2Former分割模型架构,融合ResNet50骨干网络、多头注意力机制和多尺度特征处理机制,增强了鱼粉多样化特征的融合效果;引入重复加权双向特征金字塔网络(Bidirectional feature pyramid network,BiFPN)改进像素解码器,提升了小目标分割能力;引入可学习的尺度级嵌入和掩码注意力(Masked Attention)模块,通过限制交叉注意力关注范围提高了模型细节表现力;在Multi-head Attention层后加入dropout操作防止过拟合。实验结果表明,改进后的Fishmeal-Mask2Former在样本真伪判别阶段整体分类准确率达到98.56%,在精细分割阶段对异常掺假特征定性识别平均精确率达到80.52%、召回率为76.01%、F1分数为78.86%,分割模型平均准确度提升至82.08%,较传统方法具有显著优势。此外,设计分割结果可视化界面,为鱼粉品质检测中的掺假检测环节提供了一种直观、准确与高效的显微视觉自动化识别方法。 展开更多

A study was conducted to evaluate the effects of meat and bone meal (MBM) and poultry by-product meal (PBM) as the replacement of fishmeal in the diets on the growth performance, survival and apparent digestibility coefficient (ADC) of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The experimental diets included 0%, 20%, 40%, 60% and 80% MBM or PBM replacement of total fishmeal respectively. All diets were iso-nitrogenous and isocaloric. The results showed that there are no significant differences (P 〉0.05) in growth performance among the treatments fed with 0% -60% MBM replacement of fishmeal, while the percent weight gain (WG, % ), body length gain (BLG, % ) and ADC significantly decrease when fishmeal is replaced by 80% MBM. The result showed also that there are no significant differences (P 〉0.05) in growth performance and ADC among all treatments fed with the diets with 0% -80% replacements of fishmeal with PBM. 展开更多

Background:Recent investigations highlighted that Hermetia illucens(BSF)larva meal can be a valuable alternative protein source for aquafeed production.In this study,in substitution of fishmeal,we used increasing inclusion levels of a partially defatted BSF larva meal in low fishmeal-based diets for rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum)and we evaluated the related implications in terms of growth performance,physical characteristics,proximate and fatty acid(FA)compositions of the fillets,gut and liver histology,and diet digestibility.In a 131-day trial,576 fish(100.1±9.29 g)were randomly allotted to 24 tanks(24 fish/tank,4 replicates/treatment).Six experimental diets were produced to have partial replacement of fishmeal(0,10%,20%,30%,40%and 50%)by increasing levels of BSF meal(0%[BSF0],3%[BSF3],6%[BSF6],9%[BSF9],12%[BSF12]and 15%[BSF15]on as fed basis,respectively).Results:No differences were observed among the treatments for all the considered growth performance parameters.The viscero and hepato-somatic indexes showed significant differences among the treatments,with the highest values observed in the BSF15 group.No differences were recorded in terms of fillet’s physical characteristics,dry matter(DM),crude protein(CP)and ether extract(EE)contents.Total saturated and monounsaturated FA increased,while polyunsaturated FA(particularly n-3 FA)decreased while increasing the HI meal inclusion in the diet.Histopathology of liver and gut was not affected,whereas,in posterior gut,villi were higher in BSF6 and BSF9 compared to BSF3 fish.The apparent digestibility of DM,CP,EE and gross energy did not vary among the treatments.Conclusions:These results suggest that a partially defatted BSF meal could be included up to 15%in low fishmeal-based diets for rainbow trout with no adverse effects on growth performance,fillet’s physical characteristics,gut and liver health,and diet digestibility.On the contrary,the fillet FA composition worsened while increasing the level of BSF meal in the diet. 展开更多

The present study was carried out to investigate the total and partial replacement of Jojoba meal (JM), Simmondsia chinensis, with fishmeal (FM) at different levels (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) on growth performance, feed utilization, and carcass composition of Nile tilapia, Oreochromis niloticus fingerlings. Fingerlings with an average weight of 1.65 ± 0.01 g/fish stocked at a rate of 10 fish/aquarium for 84 days experimental period. All experimental diets were isocaloric (437.69 kcal/100 g Dry Matter, DM) and isonitrogenous (30.5% crude protein) and supplemented with 0.5% L-Methionine and 0.5% L-Lysine Hcl. Results showed that there were a significant differences (P 〈 0.05) in final body weights, average daily gain (g fish^-1 dayl), specific growth rate (SGR, % day^-1), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), protein productive value (PPV%) and energy retention (ER%) among the tested groups. Nile tilapia fingerlings fed on the diet containing 25% S. chinensis protein exhibited comparable growth performance to those fed FM protein based diet. Carcass composition of crude protein decreased significantly (P 〈_ 0.05) with increasing JM replacement level above 50%, while replacement 25% JM does not affect DM and Crude Protein of fish flesh. On the other hand, increasing JM replacement level up to 75% increased Ether Extract % significantly (P 〈 0.05) and increasing JM up to 100% increased ash content significantly (P ≤ 0.05) while energy content (EC) decreased. It could be concluded the replacement of 25% Jojoba meal instead of fishmeal in Nile tilapia fingerlings diets is possible without any adverse effects on its growth performance or feed utilization. 展开更多

An 8-week feeding experiment was conducted in an indoor recirculation seawater system to investigate the effects of partial replacement of dietary fishmeal with proteins from five sources on the growth performance and feed utilization of Sebastes schlegeli. Six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets were formulated using fishmeal(FM, the control) as sole protein source, or proteins from five sources including poultry by-product meal(PBM), meat and bone meal(MBM), soybean meal(SBM), cottonseed meal(CSM) and canola meal(CNM). Fifteen percent of the crude protein provided by fish meal was replaced, respectively. The results showed that the differences in specific growth rate(SGR) and survival rate(SR) among fish fed PBM, MBM, SBM, CSM and whole FM diets were not significant. However, SGR and SR of fish fed CNM diet was significantly lower than that of other treatments. Feeding rate, feed conversion, nutrient retention showed similar patterns to that of growth. Fish fed CSM and CNM showed significantly lower apparent digestibility coefficient(ADC) of dry matter and gross energy than those fed others while fish fed CNM showed lower ADC of crude protein than those fed others(P<0.05). These results suggested that it was feasible to substitute 15% dietary protein provided by fishmeal with PBM, MBM, SBM and CSM, respectively, but not with CNM as the replacement with CNM reduced fish growth and feed utilization. 展开更多

Palatability of Water-Soluble Extracts of Protein Sources and Replacement of Fishmeal by a Selected Mixture of Protein Sources for Juvenile Turbot(Scophthalmus maximus)

Poor palatability is a limiting factor for replacing fishmeal with other protein sources in aquaculture. The water-soluble molecules with low molecular weights are the major determinants of the palatability of diets. The present study was conducted to investigate the palatability of water-soluble extracts from single protein source(single extract pellets) and the mixture of these extracts with different proportions(blended extract pellets) in juvenile turbot(Scophthalmus maximus). Then according to the palatability of blended extract pellets, an optimal mixture proportion was selected, and a new protein source made from raw protein materials with the selected proportion was formulated to replace fishmeal. Summarily, the palatability of single extract pellets for turbot was descendent from fishmeal to pet-food grade poultry by-product meal, wheat gluten meal, soybean meal, peanut meal, meat and bone meal, and corn gluten meal. Subsequently, according to the palatability of single extract pellets, 52 kinds of blended extract pellets were designed to test their palatability. The results showed that the pellets presented remarkably different palatability, and the optimal one was diet 52(wheat gluten meal: pet-food grade poultry by-product meal: meat and bone meal: corn gluten meal = 1:6:1:2). The highest ingestion ratio(the number of pellets ingested/the number of pellets fed) was 0.73 ± 0.03, which was observed in Diet 52. Then five isonitrogenous(52% crude protein) and isocaloric(20 k J g^(-1) gross energy) diets were formulated by replacing 0(control), 35%, 50%, 65% and 80% of fishmeal with No.52 blending proportion. After a 10-weeks feeding trial, a consistent feed intake was found among all replacement treatments. Replacement level of fishmeal up to 35% did not significantly influence final body weight, specific growth rate, feed efficiency ratio, and protein efficiency ratio of turbot. Therefore, the water-soluble extracts of protein sources play an important role in improving the palatability of non-fishmeal protein sources in aquafeed. 展开更多

An 8-week feeding trial was conducted to assess the effect of soybean meal (SBM), groundnut meal (GNM) and blood meal (BM) addition in diets with or without (1%) fishmeal on the performance, N-digestibility and cost of production of growing grasscutters. Fifty-four grasscutters (9-week-old) of mixed sexes were randomly assigned to six dietary treatments, using a completely randomized design (CRD) in a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement, with three grasscutters per treatment and three replicates each. Treatments 1-3 (TI-T3) contained no fishmeal, whilst treatments 4-6 (T4-T6) had 1% fishmeal added. The diets were formulated to be isocaloric and isonitrogenous. N-digestibility was significantly high for SBM diets with or without fishmeal, 83.91% and 82.19%, respectively, followed by BM diets. Average daily gain (ADG) was significantly (P 〈 0.05) high (12.95 g) for BM diet without fishmeal. Feed cost per kg diet was the lowest (US$0.195) for the same BM diet. The results indicated that the inclusion of SBM and BM in the diet of grasscutters with or without 1% fishmeal could improve performance and it may be the most economical for feeding BM in the diet without fishmeal. 展开更多

To What Extent Does the Market Price of Imported Fishmeal Affect the Market Price of Pisciculture Products in Japan? The Case of Yellowtail and Sea Bream

To date, there have been only a few insufficient researches on this topic in Japan. This paper aims to reveal the causality relationship between the market price of imported fishmeal and the market price of pisciculture products using the granger causality test, and to simulate the market price of pisciculture products using impulse response functions as the price of imported fishmeal increases. The results of the granger causality test and impulse response function analyses were as follows: (1) there is a market linkage from the price of imported fishmeal to the market price of sea bream, but no causality with the market price yellowtail; and (2) this has a positive impact on the market price of sea bream when the price of imported fishmeal changes. Moreover, spillover effects were noticed in this simple scenario (at a market price of 800 yen/kg and one unit shock of 1 yen) of about 3 yen/kg. 展开更多

To trigger compensatory growth(CG)with novel protein sources in juvenile largemouth bass(Micropterus salmoides)(initial weight:4.73±0.04 g),Chlorella(Chlorella vulgaris,ChM),cottonseed protein concentrate(CSM),Clostridium autoethanogenum(CAP)and yellow mealworm(Tenebrio molitor,TM)were applied to completely substitute fishmeal in the diet during a four-week dietary restriction phase(the first phase).After being refed with fishmeal(FM)diet for the next four weeks(the second phase),the growth performance,proximate composition,biochemical parameters and liver condition of treatment groups(denoted as ChM,CSM,CAP,TM group,respectively)were assessed and compared with the control group(denoted as FM group),which was consistently fed with fishmeal diets.All groups exhibited different responses during restriction and refeeding phases.The CSM,CAP,and TM groups experienced initial growth reduction followed by accelerated growth,whereas the ChM group maintained steady growth.Compensation coefficient results indicated that only ChM and CSM groups achieved compensatory growth,although there was still a gap in final weight compared with FM group.Regarding the liver condition,histopathological analysis and biochemical parameters revealed a gradual increase in lipid accumulation in the FM group during the second phase,accompanied by slowing growth.The CSM,CAP,TM groups showed varying degrees of liver injury,with the CAP group exhibiting elevated serum transaminase(ALT and AST)activity and a dramatically higher content of malondialdehyde(MDA)in liver.Conversely,the ChM group possessed healthier livers,characterized by active antioxidative capacity and low content of total triglyceride(TG).Meanwhile,abnormal lipid deposition and different amino acid content were observed throughout the FM group,potentially affecting the fish quality compared with the ChM group.Overall,the results demonstrated the feasibility and potential of triggering compensatory growth by completely replacing fishmeal with Chlorella,which exhibited the showed superior performance among novel protein sources. 展开更多

为探究毛虾粉和大豆浓缩蛋白替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈生长性能、免疫、抗氧化能力及肠道健康的影响。试验分别用毛虾粉(AM)、大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)替代基础饲料(FM,含泰国鱼粉215 g/kg)中40 g(18.6%)和80 g(37.2%)泰国鱼粉,使泰国鱼粉含量降至17... 为探究毛虾粉和大豆浓缩蛋白替代鱼粉对大口黑鲈生长性能、免疫、抗氧化能力及肠道健康的影响。试验分别用毛虾粉(AM)、大豆浓缩蛋白(SPC)替代基础饲料(FM,含泰国鱼粉215 g/kg)中40 g(18.6%)和80 g(37.2%)泰国鱼粉,使泰国鱼粉含量降至175 g/kg和135 g/kg,共配置成5组等氮等脂的试验饲料,记为FM(对照组)、AM18(40 g毛虾粉替代泰国鱼粉)、AM37(80 g毛虾粉替代泰国鱼粉)、SPC18(40 g大豆浓缩蛋白替代泰国鱼粉)组和SPC37(80 g大豆浓缩蛋白替代泰国鱼粉)组,投喂初始体重为(41.93±0.13)g的大口黑鲈62 d。结果显示:与FM组相比,各替代组增重率、存活率和饲料系数均无显著影响(P>0.05),但AM18组肥满度显著上升(P<0.05);各替代组在全鱼体水分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪无显著差异(P>0.05),AM37组和SPC37组粗灰分显著升高(P<0.05);各替代组血清中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均显著降低(P<0.05),AM37组和SPC18组过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增加(P<0.05),AM18组总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著降低(P<0.05);在肝脏中,AM37、SPC18组和SPC37组溶菌酶(LYS)活性显著提高(P<0.05),但SPC组的SOD活性降低(P>0.05);在肠道中,脂肪酶和淀粉酶各组间无显著差异(P>0.05);在肠道形态学方面,与FM组相比,AM组可显著提高肠道绒毛高度和肠道肌壁厚度(P<0.05),SPC37组绒毛高度显著降低(P<0.05)。以上结果表明,在鱼粉含量为14%的秘鲁超级鱼粉、12.2%的国产鱼粉和21.5%的泰国鱼粉的大口黑鲈饲料中,可以分别用毛虾粉和大豆浓缩蛋白替代大口黑鲈饲料中37.2%的泰国鱼粉不会对大口黑鲈的生长性能、免疫、抗氧化能力及肠道健康有不良的影响,其中AM的替代效果要优于SPC。研究结果为大口黑鲈饲料中新型动物蛋白源的开发提供了重要参考。 展开更多

本研究旨在探讨蝇蛆粉(Housefly maggot meal,HMM)替代鱼粉饲料中添加牛磺酸(Taurine,Tau)对翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)摄食、生长性能及肌肉品质的影响,评估蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉及牛磺酸在水产饲料产业的应用潜力。采用等蛋白替代原则,以不... 本研究旨在探讨蝇蛆粉(Housefly maggot meal,HMM)替代鱼粉饲料中添加牛磺酸(Taurine,Tau)对翘嘴鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)摄食、生长性能及肌肉品质的影响,评估蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉及牛磺酸在水产饲料产业的应用潜力。采用等蛋白替代原则,以不添加蝇蛆粉的处理组为对照(Con),另外设置18%蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉(HMM),以及18%蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉再补充1%牛磺酸的两个处理组(HMM+Tau),进行为期8周的养殖试验。实验结果显示,HMM组的摄食率显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),Con和HMM+Tau组的摄食率没有显著性差异(P>0.05);HMM+Tau组npy和ghrelin相对表达量显著上调(P<0.05),HMM和HMM+Tau组pomca相对表达量显著低于Con组(P<0.05)。各处理组生长和饲料系数没有显著差异。蝇蛆粉替代鱼粉对翘嘴鳜肌肉营养成分组成没有显著影响,但可以显著增加肌肉氨基酸含量(P<0.05);Con组C20:4(ARA)含量显著低于其他两组(P<0.05),HMM组C20:5(EPA)含量显著低于Con和HMM+Tau组(P<0.05)。HMM和HMM+Tau组苦味和鲜味−回味显著高于Con组(P<0.05),但鲜味、咸味上显著低于Con组(P<0.05),但在鲜味−回味上HMM和HMM+Tau组不显著(P>0.05)。HMM和HMM+Tau组中肌肉胶原蛋白含量显著高于Con组(P<0.05)。综上所述,蝇蛆粉作为优质蛋白源可有效替代鱼粉对翘嘴鳜生长和饲料利用没有影响,同时补充牛磺酸可以促进翘嘴鳜摄食,改善肌肉品质。 展开更多

鱼粉是动物饲料的主要膳食蛋白质来源,如何选择蛋白质含量高、品质好的鱼粉是饲料产业亟待解决的问题。近红外光谱(NIRS)技术已经发展成为备受瞩目的现代化智能分析技术,在农业、农副业中的产品品质、过程分析和质量控制等方面发挥着重... 鱼粉是动物饲料的主要膳食蛋白质来源,如何选择蛋白质含量高、品质好的鱼粉是饲料产业亟待解决的问题。近红外光谱(NIRS)技术已经发展成为备受瞩目的现代化智能分析技术,在农业、农副业中的产品品质、过程分析和质量控制等方面发挥着重要的作用,而这依赖于计量分析模型的智能化演变。在此背景下,本文构建具有3个隐藏层的神经网络(NN)深度学习模型,结合布谷鸟搜索(CS)进化计算,基于泊松迭代过程的Lévy飞行的自适应优化策略,实现对光谱定标模型进行超参数优化,以提升NIRS技术应用于饲料鱼粉蛋白质定量分析的精准度。针对194个鱼粉样本的NIRS数据实验,建立Lévy-CS-NN模型,讨论有效的参数优化模式,并使之与其他经典模型,如组合模型(NN、CS-NN、Lévy-NN)、偏最小二乘(PLS)、最小二乘支持向量机(LSSVM)、一维卷积神经网络(1D-CNN)等进行结果对比分析。实验结果表明:所提出的Lévy-CS-NN模型能获得最优的预测结果,训练偏差为1.971,训练相关系数为0.923,测试偏差为2.922,测试相关系数为0.879;该模型的预测结果明显优于其他对比模型,验证了NIRS定量分析技术在计量方法智能化的有效支持下,能够实现对饲料鱼粉的营养水平的快速评估;相关智能优化及迭代计算策略的研究有望在农副业绿色技术推广过程中发挥关键作用,有助于推动农业信息化的发展。 展开更多

本研究旨在探究黑水虻幼虫粉替代鱼粉对杂交鳜(Siniperca chuatsi♀×Siniperca scherzeri♂)生长性能、生理代谢及肌肉品质的影响。实验以初始体质量为(11.43±0.54)g的杂交鳜幼鱼为投喂对象,利用黑水虻幼虫粉分别替代饲料中0%... 本研究旨在探究黑水虻幼虫粉替代鱼粉对杂交鳜(Siniperca chuatsi♀×Siniperca scherzeri♂)生长性能、生理代谢及肌肉品质的影响。实验以初始体质量为(11.43±0.54)g的杂交鳜幼鱼为投喂对象,利用黑水虻幼虫粉分别替代饲料中0%、10%、20%、30%和40%的鱼粉,配制5组等氮等脂实验饲料。结果表明:(1)黑水虻幼虫粉替代20%鱼粉显著提高了杂交鳜增重率和特定生长率,而当替代比例升至30%及以上时,杂交鳜生长性能显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)组织质构及常规生化显示,20%~40%替代组肝胰脏中粗蛋白及粗脂肪含量显著低于对照组(0%替代组),且40%替代组肌肉胶着性、回复性和咀嚼性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)血清生化分析显示,甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量随鱼粉替代水平的增加显著降低,而白蛋白含量随鱼粉替代水平的增加显著增加(P<0.05)。(4)杂交鳜血清MDA水平在30%替代组达到最低,且血清LZM酶活在20%替代组达到最高。综上,黑水虻幼虫粉替代20%鱼粉对杂交鳜的生长性能和免疫抗氧化性能有明显的促进作用,而过高的替代比例则会对其生长性能和肌肉品质产生不利影响,故建议杂交鳜饲料中黑水虻幼虫粉替代鱼粉的最适比例为20%左右。 展开更多
