目的评价FEP与FEM两种化疗方案双途径介入治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性。方法95例肝癌,男81例,女14例。年龄32~72岁(中位年龄46岁)。其中FEP组48例、FEM组47例。全部病例均采用动脉灌注及化疗栓塞技术,FEP组选用化疗药物5氟脲嘧啶,表... 目的评价FEP与FEM两种化疗方案双途径介入治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性。方法95例肝癌,男81例,女14例。年龄32~72岁(中位年龄46岁)。其中FEP组48例、FEM组47例。全部病例均采用动脉灌注及化疗栓塞技术,FEP组选用化疗药物5氟脲嘧啶,表阿霉素、顺铂,FEM组选用5氟脲嘧啶、表阿霉素、丝裂霉素,并联合经皮穿刺无水酒精注射。结果FEP组总有效率54.2%(26/48),中位生存期21.2个月。FEM组总有效率34%(16/47),中位生存期14.6个月。FEP组及FEM组病人1、2、3年生存率分别为89.6%、43.8%、29.2%及85.1%、29.8%、14.9%。FEP组及FEM组病人总有效率、中位生存期及3年生存率经统计学检验具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论双途径介入治疗对提高肝癌疗效有重要的临床价值,FEP方案较FEM方案为优。 展开更多

Consideration of Viscoelasticity in Time Step FEM-Based Restraint Analyses of Hardening Concrete

Concrete structures may suffer considerable restraint stresses during their hardening period. This is caused by several deformation impacts, especially temperature field changings due to hydration heat and volume changes due to autogenous shrinkage. Mainly affected are massive concrete members, but also the application of new concrete types or the erection of outstanding constructions requires further investigations in this context. 3D-FEM analyses of hydration heat induced temperature development in combination with the well known shrinkage give sufficient results for the deformation impact. The according elastic restraint stresses can be determined with consideration of the concrete’s rising elastic modulus and the restraint degree of the system. But due to duration of the heat flow process, the height of restraint stresses is strongly dependent from the viscoelasticity of the concrete. The viscoelastic effects consist of many components constituted by changing material properties influencing themselves. In practice, different simplified approaches are available for considering this in calculations. Their implementation in time step analyses is not generally admitted and requires expertise. In contrast, present research develops material models needing specific input parameters for every use case. This contribution focuses on a practicable approach considering the superposition of the viscoelastic behaviour of every stress increment in time step FEM analysis. The differentiation between the pure viscoelastic material behaviour (as it is given in the codes for idealistic conditions like creep or relaxation) and the according viscoelastic system response (addicted to the systems variable restraint degree) allows the transfer of this model into practice. As one application example of this approach, the compatibility check and the FEM-based recalculation of the monitoring program of a massive power plant slab will be presented. 展开更多

FEM-DEM颗粒介质软体机械手指灵活度与刚度变化研究

本研究基于颗粒介质的阻塞相变效应,通过数值模拟探讨了软体机械手指的灵活度与变刚度特性。利用Abaqus软件构建了融合颗粒接触非线性力学与堆积状态演化的有限元-离散元(finite element-discrete element,FEM-DEM)耦合模型,系统模拟了... 本研究基于颗粒介质的阻塞相变效应,通过数值模拟探讨了软体机械手指的灵活度与变刚度特性。利用Abaqus软件构建了融合颗粒接触非线性力学与堆积状态演化的有限元-离散元(finite element-discrete element,FEM-DEM)耦合模型,系统模拟了机械手指在不同颗粒体积分数下的动力学响应。研究结果表明,颗粒体积分数是调控机械手指力学性能的关键参数:当体积分数低于50%时,系统处于超松散堆积状态,刚度增强有限(增幅低于2%);当体积分数处于不同堆积状态阈值内,软体机械手指的可观测性能有着明显差异。其中,体积分数超过临界阈值(约55%)进入随机紧密堆积状态后,机械手指指末端位移显著降低(最高达56.74%),整体刚度呈现非线性跃升,最大增幅可达151.29%,实现了从高灵活度向高刚度状态的转变。揭示了基于颗粒阻塞的变刚度机理,为软体机械手指的结构优化与性能预测提供了理论依据与有效的仿真设计工具。 展开更多

基于SPH-FEM大蒜切茎装置动力学分析及参数优化

针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物... 针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物理参数和力学特性参数,确定了大蒜茎秆的材料模型。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA构建大蒜切割过程仿真模型,通过有限元仿真结果确定最优圆盘刀结构参数,圆盘刀厚度2 mm、圆盘刀刃角15°和圆盘刀重叠量15 mm。运用仿真模型进行单因素仿真试验,确定了大蒜切茎装置的喂入速度、圆盘刀转速、圆盘刀间距的取值范围分别为1.5~2.5 km/h、400~600 r/min、1~3 mm;采用Box-Behnken设计三因素三水平正交组合试验方案,通过台架试验确定各因素水平下圆盘刀最大切割阻力,运用Design-Expert 13对试验结果进行方差和响应面分析,得到大蒜切茎装置实际最佳工作参数,喂入速度为2.1 km/h、圆盘刀转速为560 r/min、圆盘刀间距为1 mm。台架试验结果表明,在最优工作参数下最大切割阻力为7.33 N,误差为7.5%。本文所设计的双圆盘式切茎装置切割阻力小、工作性能稳定,茎秆切割面较为平整,并且在试验过程中无鳞茎损伤,满足大蒜收获茎秆切割要求,可为大蒜联合收获机械的设计提供参考。 展开更多

The accurate mechanical analysis of thick-walled pressure vessel structures composed of advanced materials,such as hyperelastic and functionally graded materials(FGMs),is critical for ensuring their safety and optimizing their design.However,conventional numerical methods can face challenges with the non-linearities inherent in hyperelasticity and the complex spatial variations in FGMs.This paper presents a novel hybrid numerical approach combining Physics-Informed Neural Networks(PINNs)with Finite Element Method(FEM)derived data for the robust analysis of thick-walled,axisymmetric,heterogeneous,hyperelastic pressure vessels with elliptical geometries.A PINN framework incorporating neo-Hookean constitutive relations is developed in MATLAB.To enhance training efficiency and accuracy,the PINN’s loss function is augmented with displacement data obtained from high-fidelity FEM simulations performed in ANSYS.The methodology is rigorously validated by comparing PINN-predicted displacement and von Mises stress fields against ANSYS benchmarks for various scenarios of FGMconfigurations(with material properties varying according to a power law)subjected to internal and external pressurization.The results demonstrate excellent agreement between the proposed hybrid PINN-FEMapproach and conventional FEMsolutions across all test cases,accurately capturing complex deformation patterns and stress concentrations.This study highlights the potential of data-augmented PINNs as an effective and accurate computational tool for tackling complex solid mechanics problems involving non-linearmaterials and significant heterogeneity,offering a promising avenue for future research in engineering design and analysis. 展开更多

Coupled FEM-DEM modeling of permeability evolution in rough fractured shale during shearing under varying confining pressures

The dynamic evolution of fracture permeability presents a critical scientific challenge in rock masses.Understanding the mechanisms of rock mass permeability evolution is vital for engineering project design and operations.By integrating the discrete element method(DEM)with the finite element method(FEM),a numerical simulation framework for shear seepage in rough fractured shale has been developed to investigate the dynamic mechanisms of permeability evolution under varying confining pressures and during the shearing process.Numerical simulations were conducted on rough fractured samples under effective confining pressures ranging from 5 MPa to 20 MPa to monitor the aperture and permeability evolution of the fracture.The results of the numerical simulation are consistent with the experimental observations,indicating that both the shearing process and confining pressure significantly influence permeability.Moreover,the magnitude of the confining pressure is a crucial factor influencing the trend in permeability changes.Under a confining pressure of 5 MPa,fracture permeability initially increases significantly but decreases post-shearing.In contrast,a continuous decrease in fracture permeability is observed when the confining pressure exceeds 10 MPa.The results of the shear numerical simulation indicate that the confining pressure restricts fracture dilation during shearing,promotes the generation of rock debris,and decreases both the permeability and transmissivity of the fracture.The wear results obtained from numerical simulations are consistent with the experimental patterns and correlate with the joint roughness coefficient(JRC).This study proposed an effective numerical simulation method to reveal the evolution mechanism of fracture flow capacity,taking into account the wear of the fracture surface in shear simulations and the initial stress state of the rock in seepage simulations.This research explains the permeability evolution mechanism of fractured shale from a microscopic perspective,and the proposed numerical simulation method for shear seepage provides a powerful means to uncover the dynamic evolution mechanisms governing fracture permeability. 展开更多

基于自主开发的GPU加速三维分域耦合有限元-离散元(FEM-DEM)多尺度计算平台GeoTaichi,模拟了砂土中闭口和开口桩的单调静压沉桩过程。该方法将求解域分为紧邻结构物的区域和远离结构物的区域,分别使用DEM模拟砂土与桩的相互作用;以及FE... 基于自主开发的GPU加速三维分域耦合有限元-离散元(FEM-DEM)多尺度计算平台GeoTaichi,模拟了砂土中闭口和开口桩的单调静压沉桩过程。该方法将求解域分为紧邻结构物的区域和远离结构物的区域,分别使用DEM模拟砂土与桩的相互作用;以及FEM模拟远离桩的区域,提高计算效率。通过模拟三轴排水压缩试验并结合试验数据,确定了DEM域的接触模型参数和FEM域的莫尔-库仑本构模型参数。闭口桩模拟获得的桩端阻力和砂土中的径向应力分布与文献中模型槽试验结果一致,验证了耦合FEM-DEM方法模拟打入桩静压沉桩过程的可靠性。随后,分析了两种不同管径的开口桩沉桩过程中桩周土体变形、土塞率(PLR)、土塞增长率(IFR)以及沉桩阻力的变化,得出IFR相对于PLR在反映土塞状态变化方面更为敏感,且土塞内壁摩阻力的发挥趋势与IFR的变化趋势一致。研究为揭示沉桩过程中的桩土作用机理及合理预测打入桩承载力提供高效的数值计算工具。 展开更多

To explore the complex thermal-mechanical-chemical behavior in the solid-liquid cast-roll bonding(SLCRB) of Cu/Al cladding strip, numerical simulations were conducted from both macro and micro scales. In macro-scale, with birth and death element method, a thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model(FEM) was set up to explore the temperature and contact pressure distribution at the Cu/Al bonding interface in the SLCRB process. Taking these macro-scale simulation results as boundary conditions, we simulated the atom diffusion law of the bonding interface by molecular dynamics(MD) in micro-scale. The results indicate that the temperature in Cu/Al bonding interface deceases from 700 to 320 ℃ from the entrance to the exit of caster, and the peak of contact pressure reaches up to 140 MPa. The interfacial diffusion thickness depends on temperature and rolling reduction, higher temperature results in larger thickness, and the rolling reduction below kiss point leads to significant elongation deformation of cladding strip which yields more newborn interface with fresh metal and make the diffusion layer thinner. The surface roughness of Cu strip was found to be benefit to atoms diffusion in the Cu/Al bonding interface. Meanwhile, combined with the SEM-EDS observation on the microstructure and composition in the bonding interface of the experimental samples acquired from the castrolling bite, it is revealed that the rolling reduction and severe elongation deformation in the solid-solid contact zone below kiss point guarantee the satisfactory metallurgical bonding with thin and smooth diffusion layer. The bonding mechanisms of reactive diffusion, mechanical interlocking and crack bonding are proved to coexist in the SLCRB process. 展开更多

针对山岭隧道电子雷管进行长进尺爆破振动大、掏槽效果不佳的问题,文中采用SPH-FEM耦合方法建立掏槽爆破三维数值模型,研究单孔0~5 ms延期时间下岩石爆破粒子的抛掷情况,分析岩石破碎效果;研究不同延期时间下掏槽成腔演化历程,揭示延期... 针对山岭隧道电子雷管进行长进尺爆破振动大、掏槽效果不佳的问题,文中采用SPH-FEM耦合方法建立掏槽爆破三维数值模型,研究单孔0~5 ms延期时间下岩石爆破粒子的抛掷情况,分析岩石破碎效果;研究不同延期时间下掏槽成腔演化历程,揭示延期时间对掏槽爆破的影响机理。研究结果表明,掏槽孔同时起爆条件下粒子抛掷数量最多、距离最远;随着单孔延时增加,岩石爆破粒子数逐渐减小;其中单孔延时为1 ms时粒子数减少并不显著,2、3 ms时粒子数迅速衰减,4、5 ms时粒子数量减少趋于平缓;单孔延时为1 ms时掏槽腔面积占比最大,达到31.68%,爆破能量利用率最高,破碎效果最优。经现场试验验证,斜眼掏槽孔采用1 ms单孔延时方案,可同时实现高效破岩与爆破振动控制。研究为山岭隧道电子雷管爆破的合理延期时间的设定提供理论依据。 展开更多

We have recently developed a general, local concentrations-based multiphysics computational model of insulin secretion in avascular pancreatic islets that can be used to calculate insulin secretion for arbitrary geometries of cultured, perifused, transplanted, or encapsulated islets in response to various glucose profiles. Here, experimental results obtained from two different dynamic glucose-stimulated insulin release (GSIR) perifusion studies performed by us following standard procedures are compared to those calculated by the model. Such perifusion studies allow the quantitative assessment of insulin release kinetics under fully controllable experimental conditions of varying external concentrations of glucose, oxygen, or other compounds of interest, and can provide an informative assessment of islet quality and function. The time-profile of the insulin secretion calculated by the model was in good agree- ment with the experimental results obtained with isolated human islets. Detailed spatial distributions of glucose, oxygen, and insulin were calculated and are presented to provide a quantitative visualization of various important aspects of the insulin secretion dynamics in perifused islets. 展开更多

The study of plate behavior is a very sensitive subject because it is part of the structural elements. The study of the dynamic behavior of free vibration structures is done by modal analysis in order to calculate natural frequencies and modal deformations. In this paper, we present the modal analysis of a thin rectangular plate simply supported. The analytical solution of the differential equation is obtained by applying the method of separating the variables. We are talking about the exact solution of the problem to the limit values. However, numerical methods such as the finite element method allow us to approximate these functions with greater accuracy. It is one of the most powerful computational methods for predicting dynamic response in a complex structure subject to arbitrary boundary conditions. The results obtained by MEF through Ansys 15.0 are then compared with those obtained by the analytical method. 展开更多

The aim of this paper is to conduct experimental modal analysis and numerical simulation to verify the structural characteristics of a deployable-retractable wing for aircraft and spacecraft. A modal impact test was conducted in order to determine the free vibration characteristics. Natural frequencies and vibration mode shapes were obtained via measurement in LMS Test. Lab. The frequency response functions were identified and computed by force and acceleration signals, and then mode shapes of this morphing wing structure were subsequently identified by PolyMAX modal parameter estimation method. FEM modal analysis was also implemented and its numerical results convincingly presented the mode shape and natural frequency characteristics were in good agreement with those obtained from experimental modal analysis. Experimental study in this paper focuses on the transverse response of morphing wing as its moveable part is deploying or retreating. Vibration response to different rotation speeds have been collected, managed and analyzed through the use of comparison methodology with each other. Evident phenomena have been discovered including the resonance on which most analysis is focused because of its potential use to generate large amplitude vibration of specific frequency or to avoid such resonant frequencies from a wide spectrum of response. Manufactured deployable-retractable wings are studied in stage of experimental modal analysis, in which some nonlinear vibration resulted should be particularly noted because such wing structure displays a low resonant frequency which is always optimal to be avoided for structural safety and stability. 展开更多

SPH-DEM-FEM流固耦合模型下泥石流冲击框架损伤评估

泥石流作为高破坏性混合流体,其携带的块石对框架结构的冲击机制尚未得到充分研究。为揭示含块石泥石流冲击框架结构的动力响应与损伤机制,基于光滑粒子流体动力学-离散元法-有限元法(smoothed particle hydrodynamics-discrete element... 泥石流作为高破坏性混合流体,其携带的块石对框架结构的冲击机制尚未得到充分研究。为揭示含块石泥石流冲击框架结构的动力响应与损伤机制,基于光滑粒子流体动力学-离散元法-有限元法(smoothed particle hydrodynamics-discrete element method-finite element method,SPH-DEM-FEM)耦合数值方法,构建流体-块石-结构的多耦合数值模型,模拟不同冲击速度和角度下框架结构的损伤过程,并结合两相溃坝试验来验证模型有效性。研究表明:泥石流冲击导致结构损伤经历“接触-扩散-反弹-堆积/冲击”四个阶段,当冲击速度超过6.00 m/s时,结构产生不可恢复损伤,且块石阻隔作用使流体上部冲击力大于下部,引发结构中部最先发生集中损伤;此外,冲击力峰值随速度和角度增大呈非线性增长,10.00 m/s与90°工况下框架柱底冲击力达497.17 kN,超过结构抗冲击承载力;最后,数值模拟与经验公式所得冲击力结果误差在13.95%~29.00%,数量级一致,验证了模型可靠性。研究结果可为泥石流高发区框架结构的抗冲击设计提供参考。 展开更多
