Morphology of the alloy layer was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), and many cavities of the alloy layer were found out in the gray point. After analyzing the composition of the alloy layer, we found that content of Fe in the gray points was more than that in the normal alloy layer. Moreover, corrosion resistance of the alloy layer declines with increase of amount of gray points. In addition, the hot-humidity testing was carried out for some plates whose surface has many gray points. After 14 days, there were many rust points occurring in the edge of gray points and in the small gray points. The morphology of rust points was observed by atomic force microscope (AFM). The reason why rust points generated in the edge of gray points and in the small gray points was discussed.展开更多

Ag doping level was kept as 2 at.%, and Fe doping level was varied from 3 to 6 at,%, and the structural, optical, surface morphological, and antibacterial properties have been investigated. The structural studies show that ZnO/(Ag 4-Fe) nanopowders have hexagonal wurtzite structure with a preferential orientation along the (101) plane. The FE-SEM images indicate that there is a gradual decrease in the grain size with the increase in the doping level of Fe, and the TEM images are correlated well with FE-SEM images. The XPS profile clearly confirms the presence of expected elemental composition. Photolumi- nescence studies reveal the presence of extrinsic defects in the material. Antibacterial activity of Ag- and Fe-doped ZnO nanopowders against Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio Cholerae, and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was also investigated.展开更多

Poly melamine and L-aspartic acid(L-Asp) resin functional coconut shell activated carbon composite(PMA/AC) was prepared by a pressure relief-dipping-microwave assisted polymerization method for the simultaneous removals. The adsorption capacities of Pb(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ) and L-Glu could reach to 82.34 mg·g^(-1), 57.82 mg·g^(-1) and 102.58 mg·g^(-1) at conditions of pH 5.0, 45 °C and 4 h with an initial concentration of 0.01 mol·L^(-1), respectively. The present PMA/AC was successfully used to the simultaneous removals of vestigial Pb(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅱ) and L-Glu from the fermented crude product solution of L-Thr. Moreover, the PMA/AC was carefully characterized by FE-SEM, IR et al. analysis techniques, the results show that abundant PMA particles evenly distributed at the inner and outside surface of AC with a size of(50 ± 20) nm.展开更多

The volume fraction ofα' martensite forming in the quenched alloy is much more than that of theεmartensite.展开更多
