It uses the available information about mobile node(MN) such as user mobility patterns and MN's velocity to reduce handoff latency. In the proposed scheme, the movement pattern of users plays an important role in the performance analysis. The proposed scheme develops LBS that records a number of mobility patterns based on user daily behavior, and exploits these information to reduce the handoff latency. The proposed scheme is analyzed and compared with F-HMIPv6 protocol. The results show that it improves the performance in terms of handoff latency, packet delivery cost, and location update cost. Specifically, the proposed scheme achieves the tradeoff between realizing a smooth handoff and minimizing the cost that is the demand for all customers of mobile services.展开更多

A client, server codes were developed using FreeBSD. This is a step before analyzing the Architectures of VoIPv6 in the current internet in order for it to cope with IPv6 traffic transmission requirements in general and specifically voice traffic, which is being attracting the efforts of research, bodes currently. These tests were conducted in the application level without looking into the network level of the network. VoIPv6 performance tests were conducted in the current tunneled and native IPv6 aiming for better end-to-end VoIPv6 performance. The results obtained in this study were shown in deferent codec's for different bit rates in Kilo bits per second, which act as an indicator for the better performance of G.711 compared with the rest of the tested codes.展开更多

In this paper, the handover procedures of 802.16e and Fast Handover for Hierarchical MIPv6 (F-HMIPv6) are reconstructed to achieve a better transmission performance. The concept of cross layer design is adopted to refine the existing handover procedure specified in 802.16e MAC layer and F-HMIPv6. More specifically, layer2 and layer3 signaling messages for handover are analyzed and combined/interleaved to optimize the handover performance. Extensive simulations show that the proposed scheme in this paper is superior to the other scheme proposed by IETF.展开更多

文摘细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶4/6(Cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6,CDK4/6)抑制剂联合传统内分泌治疗可显著改善激素受体阳性、人表皮生长因子受体2阴性乳腺癌患者的无进展生存期和总生存期,该法应用广泛。CDK4/6抑制剂均经过细胞色素P450酶代谢及部分药物转运体的转运,易与其他药物之间存在药物代谢酶及药物转运体所介导的药物相互作用。为保障CDK4/6抑制剂在临床使用的有效性及安全性,该工作组遵循美国医学科学院(Institution of Medicine,IOM)临床实践指南的定义,参考《世界卫生组织指南制定手册》和《中国制订/修订临床诊疗指南的指导原则(2022版)》等要求,注册并撰写《乳腺癌CDK4/6抑制剂药物相互作用管理中国专家共识(2024版)》,并遵循共识制订流程,拟制订和发布共识文件。该计划书主要介绍该共识目标人群、共识制订工作小组的组成、临床问题的提出与收集、证据筛选和汇总以及推荐意见的产生等共识制订方法和流程,使之更加规范与透明。
