Vascular wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.batatas(Fob)is a devastating disease threatening global sweet potato production.To elucidate Fob’s pathogenicitymechanisms and informeffective control strategies,we gen...Vascular wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.batatas(Fob)is a devastating disease threatening global sweet potato production.To elucidate Fob’s pathogenicitymechanisms and informeffective control strategies,we generated a green fluorescent protein(GFP)-tagged Fob strain to track infection dynamics in sweet potato susceptible cultivar Xinzhonghua and resistant cultivar Xiangshu75-55,respectively.Through cytological observation,we found in the susceptible Xinzhonghua,Fob predominantly colonized stem villi,injured root growth points,and directly invaded vascular bundles through stemwounds.Spore germination peaked at 2-3 h post-inoculation(hpi),followed by cyclical mycelial expansion and sporulation within vascular tissues with sustaining infection.In contrast,the resistant Xiangshu75-55 exhibited strong suppression of Fob:spores rarely germinated in vascular bundles or on trichomes by 3 hpi,and mature hyphae were absent in stems at 24 hpi.Quantitative reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)confirmed significantly higher Fob biomass in Xinzhonghua than in Xiangshu75-55 by 16 hpi.Additionally,transcriptional profiling revealed distinct pathogen-host interactions during the compatible and incompatible reactions.In Xinzhonghua,Fob virulence genes FobPGX1,FobICL1,FobCTF2,FobFUB5 and FobFUB6 were upregulated within 16 hpi.Conversely,host defense genes IbMAPKK9,IbWRKY61,IbWRKY75,IbSWEET10,IbBBX24 and IbPIF4 were activated in Xiangshu75-55 during the same period.This study provides spatiotemporal cytological and molecular insights into Fob pathogenicity and host resistance,offering a foundation for early disease detection and improved Fusarium wilt management in sweet potato.展开更多

The models, without or with immigration, are constructed as measure-valued processes by pathwise unique solutions of stochastic equations driven by time-space Poisson random measures. In the subcritical branching case, we give a sufficient condition for the ergodicity of the process with immigration. In this study,supported Pd catalysts were prepared and used as heterogeneous catalysts for the activation of peroxymonosulfate(PMS)which successfully degrade bisphenol F(BPF).Among the supported catalysts(i.e.,Pd/SiO_...In this study,supported Pd catalysts were prepared and used as heterogeneous catalysts for the activation of peroxymonosulfate(PMS)which successfully degrade bisphenol F(BPF).Among the supported catalysts(i.e.,Pd/SiO_(2),Pd/CeO_(2),Pd/TiO_(2)and Pd/Al2O3),Pd/TiO_(2)exhibited the highest catalytic activity due to the high isoelectric point and high Pd0 content.Pd/TiO_(2)prepared by the deposition method leads to high Pd dispersion,which are the key factors for efficient BPF degradation.The influencing factors were investigated during the reaction process and two possible degradation pathways were proposed.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations demonstrate that stronger BPF adsorption and BPF degradation with lower reaction barrier occurs on smaller Pd particles.The catalytic activities are strongly dependent on the structural features of the catalysts.Both experiments and theoretical calculations prove that the reaction is actuated by electron transfer rather than radicals.展开更多
OBJECTIVE:To explore the therapeutic mechanisms of Xiaoyin Anshen Yin( 消银安神饮, XYAS) in treating psoriasis associated with sleep focusing on melatonin and the regulation of the nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) pathw...OBJECTIVE:To explore the therapeutic mechanisms of Xiaoyin Anshen Yin( 消银安神饮, XYAS) in treating psoriasis associated with sleep focusing on melatonin and the regulation of the nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB) pathway. METHODS:Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, and administered distilled water, XYAS and its two different disassembly prescriptions by gavage respectively. Four types of drug-containing serums corresponding to the four groups were then prepared. Tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α stimulated Ha Ca T was used to establish a psoriasis cell model, and the serums and the retinoid related orphan receptor alpha(RORα) inverse agonist were used respectively to intervene in the model. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the levels of interleukin(IL)-6 and melatonin in each group;flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS), mitochondrial membrane potential, and apoptosis;Western blot was used to evaluate the levels of superoxide dismutase 2(SOD2), cytochrome-c(Cyt-c), inhibitor of kappa-B alpha(IκBα), p65 and phosphorylated p65. RESULTS:XYAS and its disassembly prescriptions inhibited the secretion of inflammatory factors such as IL-6, reduced the ROS content and Cyt-c expression, increased the mitochondrial membrane potential and SOD2 content, promoted the apoptosis in Ha Ca T cells and inhibited the activation of the NF-κB pathway. XYAS was also found increase the melatonin content. The above effects are beneficial in the treatment of psoriasis combined with sleep disorders. Meanwhile, XYAS no longer had a significant ameliorative effect after applying the RORα inverse agonist, suggesting that the therapeutic effect of XYAS is related to RORα. CONCLUSIONS:The results of this study confirm that XYAS can be utilized for the treatment of psoriasis combined with sleep disorders via inhibiting the NF-κB pathway, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and proapoptotic, which is in part related to the regulatory role of melatonin and its receptor RORα.展开更多

Current research is conducted to analyze aerodynamic performance of different octocopter configurations amid hover and forward flight. Conventional and coaxial configurations are studied and a hybrid configuration is also proposed to rectify the disadvantages associated with the earlier two. Comparison is carried out for the aforementioned configurations along with comparison of coaxial and hybrid octocopters with bigger diameter rotors in the same confined space for high thrust requirement missions. Vertical spacing of coaxial configuration is also studied. Virtual Blade Method (VBM) is considered herein due to its great computational efficiency. The results show that there are 11.89% and 14.22% loss in thrust for coaxial octocopter compared to conventional and hybrid configurations with normal size rotors and 15.61% loss compared to hybrid configuration with bigger rotors in hover, whereas coaxial square configuration performs the worst in forward flight with a lift loss of 9.1%, 14.77% and 18.8% compared to coaxial diamond, conventional and hybrid configurations with normal size rotors and 9.96% and 17.82% loss compared to coaxial diamond and hybrid configurations with bigger rotors. Combined FM shows that hybrid configuration outperforms other octocopter configurations in overall aerodynamic performance.展开更多

The Hyperspectral Infrared Atmospheric Sounder-II(HIRAS-II)onboard China’s FungYun(FY)-3F meteorological satellite was launched in August 2023.This study presents the first attempt to retrieve the global carbon monox...The Hyperspectral Infrared Atmospheric Sounder-II(HIRAS-II)onboard China’s FungYun(FY)-3F meteorological satellite was launched in August 2023.This study presents the first attempt to retrieve the global carbon monoxide(CO)column from HIRAS-II/FY-3F spectra based on a newly established full-physics algorithm.The CO global columns derived from the HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite are compared to measurements from the Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer(IASI)onboard Europe’s MetopB satellite,as both satellites have the same spectral range with a similar overpass time.The correlation coefficient between the IASI/Metop-B and HIRAS-II/FY-3F CO retrievals is about 0.8.The HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite can capture well the regions with high CO values,e.g.,Africa,North America,and East Asia.The relative difference in the CO global column between HIRAS-II and IASI is 1.2±13.7(1)%,which is within their combined retrieval uncertainty.The CO plumes from the fire emissions in North America between 18 and 23 July 2024 were observed by the HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite and consistent with the CAMS(Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service)model simulations.Our results show that the HIRAS-II/FY-3F spectra are of good enough quality to provide quantitative observations of global CO column remote sensing observations.展开更多
Based on the meteorological data of 24 automatic stations in Xinfeng County,combined with the climatic conditions for the growth of Morinda officinalis F.C.How and Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai,the climate suitability...Based on the meteorological data of 24 automatic stations in Xinfeng County,combined with the climatic conditions for the growth of Morinda officinalis F.C.How and Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai,the climate suitability zoning indicators of M.officinalis and S.glabra in Xinfeng County were constructed by relevant statistical methods,and the climate suitability zoning indicators were divided into four grades:most suitable,suitable,sub-suitable and unsuitable.According to the results of expert scores,the relevant growth impact factors were assigned weight values.Based on geographic information system(GIS),the climate suitability zoning of M.officinalis and S.glabra planting in Xinfeng County was carried out.The results show that most areas of Xinfeng County were suitable for planting M.officinalis and S.glabra.Among them,the most suitable planting areas of M.officinalis were mainly distributed in most of Huilong Town,from Jiangnan Community of Fengcheng Street to Yuntianhai area of Meikeng Town,Matouwantian Village and areas to the south,and areas to the south of Zhutong Village,Fengcheng Street.The most suitable areas for S.glabra planting were mainly distributed in Puchang Village of Huilong Town,the northeast of Huangzhai Town,the south of Fengcheng Street,and the central-southern part of Matou Town.The zoning results provide a scientific basis for the rational layout of M.officinalis and S.glabra planting in Xinfeng County.展开更多

文摘The Hyperspectral Infrared Atmospheric Sounder-II(HIRAS-II)onboard China’s FungYun(FY)-3F meteorological satellite was launched in August 2023.This study presents the first attempt to retrieve the global carbon monoxide(CO)column from HIRAS-II/FY-3F spectra based on a newly established full-physics algorithm.The CO global columns derived from the HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite are compared to measurements from the Infrared Atmospheric Sounding Interferometer(IASI)onboard Europe’s MetopB satellite,as both satellites have the same spectral range with a similar overpass time.The correlation coefficient between the IASI/Metop-B and HIRAS-II/FY-3F CO retrievals is about 0.8.The HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite can capture well the regions with high CO values,e.g.,Africa,North America,and East Asia.The relative difference in the CO global column between HIRAS-II and IASI is 1.2±13.7(1)%,which is within their combined retrieval uncertainty.The CO plumes from the fire emissions in North America between 18 and 23 July 2024 were observed by the HIRAS-II/FY-3F satellite and consistent with the CAMS(Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service)model simulations.Our results show that the HIRAS-II/FY-3F spectra are of good enough quality to provide quantitative observations of global CO column remote sensing observations.
文摘Based on the meteorological data of 24 automatic stations in Xinfeng County,combined with the climatic conditions for the growth of Morinda officinalis F.C.How and Sarcandra glabra(Thunb.)Nakai,the climate suitability zoning indicators of M.officinalis and S.glabra in Xinfeng County were constructed by relevant statistical methods,and the climate suitability zoning indicators were divided into four grades:most suitable,suitable,sub-suitable and unsuitable.According to the results of expert scores,the relevant growth impact factors were assigned weight values.Based on geographic information system(GIS),the climate suitability zoning of M.officinalis and S.glabra planting in Xinfeng County was carried out.The results show that most areas of Xinfeng County were suitable for planting M.officinalis and S.glabra.Among them,the most suitable planting areas of M.officinalis were mainly distributed in most of Huilong Town,from Jiangnan Community of Fengcheng Street to Yuntianhai area of Meikeng Town,Matouwantian Village and areas to the south,and areas to the south of Zhutong Village,Fengcheng Street.The most suitable areas for S.glabra planting were mainly distributed in Puchang Village of Huilong Town,the northeast of Huangzhai Town,the south of Fengcheng Street,and the central-southern part of Matou Town.The zoning results provide a scientific basis for the rational layout of M.officinalis and S.glabra planting in Xinfeng County.
