Methods: from the community in June 2020 to December 2021 this period of 82 patients with gout arthritis randomly selected research, and according to the order of admission time for random, equal group, give routine care called control group, and on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention is the experimental group, finally the two groups before and after the intervention indicators, including pain, quality of survival, serum indicators and poor joint diameter, etc. Results: before the intervention, the pain score, serum quality of life, serum level and joint diameter were much higher, and P was greater than 0.05. However, the red blood cell sedimentation rate, blood uric acid and C reaction protein were lower than the control group, and P was less than 0.05. Conclusion: the community in treating patients with gout arthritis, using the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention can achieve very ideal effect, can control the patients pain degree, make the joint peripheral diameter difference smaller, promote serum indicators to return to normal level, the quality of life to improve, therefore, the intervention for the community has immeasurable application value.展开更多
