A DH population derived from K239S/K92 S was constructed to investigate the inheritance of stigma exertion. K239 S and K92 S are TPSGMS lines with higher and lower stigma exertion rates(SER), respectively. The SERs of parents, reciprocal crosses and the DH population were evaluated for two consecutive years. The results showed that no significant difference was observed in SER between F1 s of K239S/K92 S and K92S/K239 S,implying that stigma exertion was a trait controlled by nuclear gene(s). In the DH population, the segregation of low and high SERs fitted to a ratio of 3 ∶1 by Chisquare test, suggesting that the stigma exertion of K239 S was controlled by one pair of recessive genes. In addition, the effects of temperature and humidity on the expression of stigma exertion were also discussed.展开更多

Sixteen sessions within an 8-week period were completed. Sixty-five male weightlifters who had undergone normal weightlifting training for a mean of 5 years before study commencement were recruited. The RPEscale score of "snatch", "clean and jerk" maneuvers(85% of one-repetition maximum), and HRV were measured before and after the intervention.RESULTS: The RPE scale score for snatch, clean and jerk were reduced significantly after intervention in the Guasha group and sham group. However, there was a significant difference in the low frequency(LF) domain and LF/high frequency(HF) ratio(P <0.05): the LF domain decreased, and the LF/HF ratio decreased.CONCLUSION: Guasha could be used to reduce the RPE scale score, and increase the response to HRV.Guasha could be considered as an alternative to some types of recovery from sports training.展开更多

文摘Purpose The primary aim of this study was to investigate the acute dose response of 4 different individualized high intensity interval training(HIIT)prescriptions on upright standing postural control.Further, due to the similarity between the factors contributing to the change in postural control and fatiguability, the secondary aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between upright standing postural control and parameters of performance[electromyographic fatigue threshold(EMG_(FT))]and perceived fatiguability[rate of perceived exertion(RPE),motivation, muscle soreness]in endurance athletes. Methods For this purpose,a sample of 40 trained endurance athletes(age:21.47±2.61 years;height:164.77±7.3 cm;weight:57.53±6.3 kg;BMI:21.18±7.4 kg/m^(2))was recruited for the study and randomly allocated into 4 groups. After assessing the demographic, physiological[height, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, maximal oxygen consumption(VO_(2max)),velocity at onset of blood lactate accumulation(vOBLA)]and fatigability parameters, different groups were assigned indi-vidualized HIIT sessions with varied recovery interval intensity and duration in between the pre-and post-postural control assessments. Results All HIIT protocols caused a significant increment in the postural sway in all four directions(front, back, left, and right)which was not significantly different from each other.A strong negative correlation between the change in postural control was reported with VO_(2max),EMG_(FT)and a strong positive correlation with height, weight, body mass index,RPE,while the correlation coefficient revealed a moderate positive correlation with vOBLA.Conclusion This study concludes that all the four HIIT prescriptions have similar acute effect on the upright standing postural control and it is strongly correlated with fatiguability.

文摘The treatment of severe diabetic foot remains a clinical challenge. While it is established that bone can exert systemic effects through the secretion of osteokines on other organs, whether this endocrine function can be harnessed to promote diabetic wound healing remains unexplored. Here,we investigate the impact of a bone injury strategy on diabetic wound healing, leveraging the body's innate regenerative capacity to stimulate osteokine release and influence remote skin wound repair. This study demonstrates that the tibial defect significantly accelerates ipsilateral diabetic foot skin wound healing.Mechanistically,we identify osteokines,platelet-derived growth factor-BB(PDGF-BB),as the key to initiating this process.Bone defect triggers a substantial release of PDGF-BB,which reaches the skin wound site via peripheral circulation. At the skin wound site,PDGF-BB mediates the secretion of keratinocyte growth factor(KGF)from fibroblasts via the PDGFRβsignaling pathway, thereby promoting the rapid reepithelialization of epidermal cells through a paracrine pathway.Additionally, elevated PDGF-BB levels enhance the regeneration of CD31^(h i)Emcn^(h i)blood vessels within the wound.Importantly,we demonstrate the therapeutic potential of osteokines by showing that a collagen hydrogel loaded with osteokines promotes wound healing in diabetic mice. Our findings reveal a clear link between bone and skin wound healing, providing a therapeutic inspiration for chronic wounds that are difficult to treat locally.

文摘Stigma exertion is one of the key factors for improving the outcrossing ability of wheat thermo-photo sensitive genic male sterile(TPSGMS) line. In addition, the effects of temperature and humidity on the expression of stigma exertion were also discussed.
文摘Heat stroke(HS)is a fatal disease caused by thermal damage in the body, and it has a very high mortality rate.In 2015,the People’s Liberation Army Professional Committee of Critical Care Medicine published the first expert consensus on HS in China,Expert consensus on standardized diagnosis and treatment for heat stroke. With an increased understanding of HS and new issues that emerged during the HS treatment in China in recent years, the 2015 consensus no longer meet the requirements for HS prevention and treatment. It is necessary to update the consensus to include the latest research evidence and establish a new consensus that has broader coverage,is more practical and is more in line with China’s national conditions. This new expert consensus includes new concept of HS,recommendations for laboratory tests and auxiliary examinations, new understanding of diagnosis and differential diagnosis,On-site emergency treatment and In-hospital treatment, translocation of HS patients and prevention of HS.
文摘OBJECTIVE:To verify the effects of scraping therapy on the weightlifting ability by measuring the subjective sensation, and changes of biomarkers.METHODS:Five students, who have been trained for 3 years in a sport school in China were participated in this study.A course of scraping therapy was applied to intervene during the normal 7-week of weightlifting training programme. The ability of weightlifting, the scale of rating perceived exertion and serum biochemical markers were measured before and after the intervention.RESULTS:Scraping therapy caused a significant increase in weightlifting ability(P<0.05).The level of rating perceived exertion remained stable with the increase in the training volume.Immuno-globulinA was significantly increased(P<0.05),and creatine kinase and blood urea nitrogen were significantly decreased(P<0.05).No significant changes were observed in white blood cell, neutrophil, and testosterone.CONCLUSION:Scraping therapy may facilitate weightlifting ability mainly by decreasing weight sensation and improving serum biochemical parameters.
文摘The results of treatment of 54 cases of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)by warm needling(WN)and point-injection(PI)with Zhuifengsu are reported.Good clinical results were observedwith an effective rate of 100%.At the same time, changes in cellular and humoral immunityand other parameters in peripheral blood were noted before and after treatment. The NK ac-tivity and IL-2 value in RA patients were found to be lower than those of normalindividuals;both increased after treatment(P【0.01).This suggests that the WN and PIwith Zhuifengsu exert a regulatory effect on the cellular immunological function.

文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of Guasha therapy on the rating of perceived exertion(RPE) scale score, and heart rate variability(HRV).METHODS: A randomized controlled trial of Guasha(skin scraping) was compared with a sham scraping group and control group. However, there was a significant difference in the low frequency(LF) domain and LF/high frequency(HF) ratio(P <0.05): the LF domain decreased, and the LF/HF ratio decreased.CONCLUSION: Guasha could be used to reduce the RPE scale score, and increase the response to HRV.Guasha could be considered as an alternative to some types of recovery from sports training.
文摘5-HT content in medulla oblongata plus pons and DA level in brain stem obviously increased, while NA concentration in telencephalon markedly decreased in EAA.A previous injection ofnaloxone,a blocker of opiate receptor, could partially inhibit the EAA,abolish the effects ofEA’s increasing the 5-HT content in the medulla oblongata plus pons and the DA level in thebrain stem, and decrease the NA level in the diencephalon after EA.These results indicate thatEA may mediate the metabolism of the central monoamine neurotransmitters partially via opiatereceptor to exert its analgesic effect.
